This was my second visit to Lumen and they are top notch. Excellent service, perfect environment, beautiful clean facilities and Lisa the massage therapist was nothing short of AMAZING! She really listens to your body and focuses where you need it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I love their float tanks as well, the perfect temperature and space they really are the best!

I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune condition but had severe side effects to the prescription medication. Luckily a physician recommended infra red sauna and my autoimmune symptoms are in control.

Highly recommend for anyone seeking a wellness center that offers science-based approaches to healing and optimal health. The staff is very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is very clean, quiet and professional. I was visiting friends in the area and I wish that a place with this range of offerings existed where I live. If it did, I would invest in a membership in a heartbeat. While at Lumen I experienced a PEMF session which immediately helped alleviate chronic pain I had been experiencing in my shoulder and neck. I also had a massage, and I was impressed with the therapists skill in alleviating tensions in my lower back and hips from the long travel. I could tell that they really love their work and what they do, and that makes receiving feel so wonderful when thats the energy someone is giving off. I walked out a new woman. My partner had a massage and then did a float tank session and I have NEVER seen him that relaxed in the 10 years Ive known him.

Been going here for a bit over a year. Really enjoy Lumen. Staff is knowledgeable, and always so nice and accommodating. For float its the best place Ive ever floated. They keep the water temp /air temp well tuned and noise non-existent to minimal, pods are large, so you arent always hitting the sides. Highly recommend.

I was gifted two Floats for Christmas and decided to bring my husband with me. We did the Infrared Sauna for two first and then the Floats. Everyone was super friendly and helpfully as this was our first time there. The facilities were well kept and relaxing. We were very impressed with the whole vibe of the place.The Sauna was very clean and warm. The room was great and allowed us privacy and quiet. The cool towel after was super refreshing. I’m sure my husband could have stayed in there all day, but I felt that 40 mins was just the right amount of time.After the Sauna we did our hour Floats. They have two rooms, so we were able to go at the same time, but I did book a week in advance to insure this. The chamber was very large which made me feel more comfortable about being in there in complete darkness. It takes a lot for me to relax my mind and after some time I found myself fully relaxed- both body and mind. The whole experience was amazing and we’d definitely go again and recommend to our friends to try it.

Private infrared sauna is the best!! My first time here and Megan was amazing at explaining the way everything works, very knowledgeable when I asked questions and I was thrilled I didnt need to use my own towels. Its the little things in life. Sauna was perfect, could hook up to blue tooth and play my mediation music and a nice cool towel was provided in the room. Best of all its private! I had to purchase the package of 8 . I look forward to my next visit for relaxation, meditation, stretching and detox.

I can not recommend Lumen enough! It is a perfect place for self-care, relaxation and revitalization. I have only had positive experiences. It was my first time having PEMF and it was awesome. Infrared Sana, followed by a float session, and then PEMF. Take some time for yourself and relax at Lumen.

LUMEN offer a full range of wellness services, including PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field), IR sauna, and float tank. PEMF is incredible for quite literally recharging your batteries. It feels relaxing, and afterwards many little aches and pains are gone. It has been an amazing tool for my healing journey. The customer service at LUMEN is also great: friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

LUMEN is a great place for healing and wellness. Floating is one of the most restorative therapies available and they have the big tanks! I have doing floats and infrared saunas there for many months and there is always very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

Ive been doing floats at Lumen for quite some time. Their facility is excellent and very up-to-date. Good isolation tanks and friendly people. I got a package of 10 floats which reduces the cost.

I went to Lumen for the first time today to redeem a gift certificate I received for Christmas for a salt water tank float and a massage. I wasn’t sure what to expect. The float was so relaxing! I felt like I was in an alternate world where my body does not weigh anything and there is no outside stimulation at all. Great break from my chronic pain. I loved it! The massage was heavenly as well. I was sad to go back out in the world.

I scheduled a float over the weekend, and it was an amazing experience. This is my second time floating with Lumen, and the staff have always been nice and informative. I love the place but PLEASE get rid of those plastic bottled water!It’s a bit of a contradiction to provide health related services and offer plastic to customer:- bad for the health- also bad for the environmentDoesn’t cost much for a business to switch, actually would cost less over time. Please make the switch

I get massages from Jovina, she’s awesome and knows bodies enough that you don’t really have to say anything to her.The only downside is that she’s always fully booked, so there’s about zero chance to see her when you really need to.Would be nice to keep a slot open on her shifts for clients that really need immediate attention, maybe?The float tanks are also great. I love how spacious they are, so you don’t end up bumping into an edge during the session / you can totally forget where you are.Note for mgmt : why using plastic bottled water? This is absolutely terrible for the environment. Most places have a water fountain / paper cups.

The staff was welcoming and informative. Had a GREAT massage from Toni and a pulse session. My hip and lower back (sciatica) feel ALOT better after one session. If I lived in NM I’d get a package.

Upon walking in the doors of Lumen, I felt welcome. I was greeted with a smile and was lead to the waiting/relaxation room. The lighting is soft and the decor is peaceful. In the relaxation room, there are a variety of books to read, notepads for writing, and pages for drawing. I spent time before and after my sessions relaxing there. The staff is very knowledgeable explaining how the various treatments work and what options were best to meet my needs. I was originally booked for the infrared sauna but added the ARX consultation. I am excited for more sessions.

New to Albuquerque. I have been looking for a place to help with stress management and self care. DEFINITELY found my place. What a fantastic experience. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Had one of my best massages ever with Tate. Excited to explore their many other services. 5+ stars for sure!!!!

The worst ever , bad experience didnt even finished a whole hour massage came in 3:00 pm and my appointment is at 3 pm so i came in on time with my mom knowing it is a 5 star massage we took 15 min to do the paper work and sign a waver went in the restroom before starting and the time was 3:28put in mind i booked 60 min massage we started at 3:30 and we ended at 4:23 pm she havent even gotten to my arms ever !! So over all 0/10 i dont recommend it !!

Lumen Optimal Wellness really lives up to its name. I consistently walk away from a pulse session feeling revived. And today, I enjoyed an IV treatment at the same time. What a treat!

I was introduced to LUMEN by a friend of mine. I was telling her about my neck, back and arm pain and she recommended LUMEN and set me up for a Pulse treatment. I could not believe how good I felt after my first treatment. I signed up for 3 more and I felt better after each one. After talking to one of their employees about my past injuries, she recommended I try Neufit with Darrell. So I set up an appointment and after telling Darrell about my personal history with my injuries and struggles with day to day life, we started Neufit. The day after, I woke up feeling great and had no pain whatsoever! The following day, I was hurting but Darrell had let me know that could happen. After my second treatment, I felt great and pain free for about 3-4 days. During my 3rd treatment, I was able to move a lot better according to Darrell and my pain went away during the treatment. Darrell is a great person to work with. He really listens to what I have to say and will work on whatever part of my body is hurting the most. Also, due to my hectic home life, Darrell works with me to see when I can go in and is very understanding if I have had to cancel. The treatments I get from Darrell have been way more effective than when I have received just regular physical therapy in the past. I hope to be able to continue going for as long as I am able to in the future!

I loved my experience with the infrared sauna. You get a private sauna for up to 2 people and it has blue tooth so you can listen to music or podcasts. They create a relaxing environment and I will come back.

I would like to publicly praise Lumen for the health and wellness they are providing to the city of Albuquerque.I am so grateful for the opportunity to become familiar with PEMF. I have had chronic low back pain for several years. I have been told that’s it’s nerve damage, an atlas misalignment, tilted pelvis, and the list goes on.After two PEMF treatments I have experienced 90% less pain in the region and almost 100% mobility has been restored- bending, twisting, reaching.I feel like I have a new lease on life. Thank you Lumen for giving the community the opportunity for health and healing. Your packages and memberships are extremely generous and we are blessed to have you.

Working out is not fun, and working on the ARX at Lumen is worth it. Strength training is critical at my age, and happy to have a place that supports my goals.

Great place to get a good massage and a float

Place was very well structured. Very clean and modern lounge area that puts you in a relaxed state instantly. With complementary beverages and some healthy reading its great. Tried out the floatation cabins and they were amazing. Perfect private room to yourself and thoughts. Would be a tad bit better if the lobby area were more inviting but thats not a deal breaker at all. Cant wait to go back and feel their zero gravity message chair once they get that up and running.

Incredible experience. It is a clean and safe environment. The orientation prior to the float was thorough and informative. May not be for everyone, but I thought it was worth it.

I went for my first infrared sauna session. It was awesome. The staff was excellent and very knowledgeable. The facility is very clean, and it has a wonderful overall ambience.

Not only were the services fantastic but the space was incredibly clean. The owner was exceptionally kind and friendly. We had a group of three and were able to get appointments within a week. Two of us had salt floats and one massage. This was my first soak. I enjoyed it so much, I went back a few days later for a second experience; this time I added in an infrared sauna. It was possibly my favorite experience while in NM.

So, the Hyperbaric Oxygen at Lumen Optical Wellness is great so far. My Dad has been preaching this for years. But, I wanted to do the real thing at a realistic cost. Theyve been great in helping with my early onset Parkinsons Disease. Dan has been accommodating and very helpful. The chamber itself is a bigger one, plenty of space. It took some getting used to the pressurizing on the way up. So, I do recommend gum. If you had a sinus infection or something or that nature youd want to wait. They give you the walkie in case you want to slow down or need anything while you are inside. Dont let this part scare you away. It was way easier the second time around. I am noticing more energy right away, clarity, symptoms slightly better. I am going to go for 40 sessions since research has shown results at this number. You can read a book, meditate, listen to music or just hide from reality for an hour. So far so great, and I would recommend it even if you only do a few. I did it in combo with the IR Sauna, and seriously.... body felt clean after that slept like a rock that night. Ill report back at the end of 40.

I’ve had really bad neck and shoulder pain the last two weeks. I went to the Chiropractor, had 3 massages, acupuncture and also was on steroids for inflammation. Nothing helped until I tried the Pulse PEMF and the IV from Vessel Longevity. This place is AMAZING, Super friendly staff as well.

If you want to float, Lumen is a good option. The tanks are quite a bit larger than others Ive seen, the look of the rooms and lounging areas is very well done, and the staff is great. Ive floated with them a few times and its becoming my go-to spot. I think their rates are some of the most reasonable in Abq as well.If youve never experienced a floating session before, I highly recommend it. Ive convinced friends to try them in the past, even over their protests that they would feel claustrophobic or just bored. Its a wonderful experience and whenever I come out, I feel like Ive had the most amazing nap of my life, but w/o actually sleeping. About halfway through the soak, I can feel my brain shift into a slower gear and its an incredibly relaxing feeling. After a float, I usually experience very deep muscular relaxation for the rest of the day, along with a general feeling of well-being. I find that I get greater relaxation in my muscles from a float than I do from a massage, but thats my personal experience, YMMV.Float naked, ignore anyone who advises you to wear a bathing suit and just be still. It pays off.

This place that is designed for the first-line healthcare workers. After week of saving lives, you get to regenerate, refuel, relax and re-energize. I cant figure out which service I love best; the sauna, the float or the pulsing. All I know is the place is like a Wizard of Oz experience: I go in at the end of my work week and I feel like the Tin -man after he got caught in the rain . I come out as relaxed as the Scarecrow with the fierceness of the lion. The services they provide helps me to revitalized for another week of caring for my community and colleagues. Thank you Lumen.

Always Exceptional!I’ve experienced severe neck pain and migraines for around 25 years after a motorcycle accident in which I sustained a compound fracture to the cervical spine and a mild traumatic brain injury. No allopathic or holistic/traditional medical treatments in this time have been able to cure, or effectively treat the associated pain without the debilitating side effects of medications. As a result I’ve delt with head and neck pain which when triggered 2-3 times per month causes 3-5 day episodes of incredible pain. I’ve been an occasional Lumen customer for several years and tried PULSE PEMF therapy in the Spring of 2022 for the first time, after which the typical migraines and muscle spasms I’ve become accustomed to stopped coming as intensely or as regularly, and when they do trigger, a PULSE session at the 1st sign of one will either resolve it before the end of the session, or within a few hours, with no negative impacts on my ability to function as with medications. Lumen is a spectacular experience overall, I highly recommend them even if all you need is a solid day of rest and rejuvenation, but they offer so much more.

We had a very good experience. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The Infrared Sauna was the highest quality we have been in so far (have sat in 5 different). You could literally feel the toxins leaving the body and emotional wellbeing feelings arise while sitting in the session.

The float cabins at LUMEN are amazing! I like to float for relief when anxiety gets high and it always does the trick. LUMEN offers other services that I find super interesting and hope to try in the future and the staff was amazing. The facility is very relaxing and offers a lounge area to decompress before leaving your float session. Definitely recommend.

Out of Albuquerque this place has the best/largest float tanks. They also got a number of different services such as a Infrared sana, pulse tables, nero-optimal, massage and more. Very very clean and comfortable environment. Excellent staff.

Beautiful, peaceful space. I came in for a float recently and it was my first time floating. Owner Dan explained everything in detail beforehand and the shower and float tank were super clean. The float happens in a sizable cabin as opposed to the smaller pods that some places have. I didnt feel rushed at all during the process so I was just able to relax.

I love this place. The staff are all cheerful and helpful. It is very clean and has a quiet serenity that makes the experience lovely. I cant recommend it enough! And I drive 40 minutes to go each time!

Ive been going to Lumen since they opened and cannot say enough about them. I tried the Hyperbaric chamber today as recommended by Plastic Surgeon for suture healing. My first experience at alimentary was an uplifting one. The staff was very helpful and walked me through the packages options, explaining how the devices work and what it can do for me. I’m sold!

It was our first time coming in & my mom couldn’t walk very far at all. Now she is slowly putting away the walker( my walker Im the disabled person. With a walker & cains). Soon I want us to be walking more and able to stand for longer periods of time.

The price may seem high, but they are truly committed to your health. They have top of the line equipment that they believe will help you. I had an incident there recently and the owner has gone out of his way to resolve it. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and constantly looks for ways to help you. So far 5 star in my opinion.

The ARX is a great way for us older (74) folks to get a safe workout.

I live a very fast pace life in Miami and my wife and I came out to New Mexico for some family and relaxation. While we were in NM we visited LUMEN OPTIMAL WELLNESS and tried Floating and rejuvenating IV’s while using the PEMF machine. I have IV’s throughout the year but never with THE PEMF!! This makes complete sense to have your cells active while having the IV.*Extremely informative* Very helpful* Very CleanI wish I could transplant this place to Miami!!

I’ve given this place many tries. It was not a pleasant experience the last time I was there. Bad customer service as well.

Infrared sauna: peaceful, clean, private, healing, simple with a touch of luxury.

Clean and comfortable! Love how spacious their float tanks are!

Wanna get away? Go to Lumen and get a massage or sit in the private dry sauna for awhile and youll feel great afterwards

I love this place! A great experience every time, really next level and the staff is excellent.

They are very accommodating to special needs and disabilities. Highly recommend.

That was a fantastic float. The chamber did smell a little musty, but that faded pretty quickly.
