I frequent Pearl Massage about once a month, all of the massages are great! Today I had the best one yet! The music is a bit wonky, but I tune it out and get my bliss on. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and it feels safe too. Give it a try.

I have never received a massage before but my sister told me to go here because my lower back and my lower shoulder blades have been hurting. I walked in I said i really need my lower back and lower blades massaged and they said yes yes how much time well I chose one and after some time had passed they had not even touched my lower back they kept concentrating on my neck and shoulders, they probably spent like 5 minutes on where i really needed to be massaged. After I was done I asked why was not massaged where I had asked and they said I need the table service for that, at this point I was already annoyed and I asked why did no one say this at the beginning when I was asking questions and all they said was would you like to add more time……I left and I will never return again!

I have been to many extravagant massage places. Pearl massage was hands down the best massage I have ever had. My mother and I went for her birthday and we shared a room. The 2 gentlemen that worked on us were amazing and I could not believe the detail that they did. They massaged every part of our body and used hot stones as well. We will definitely be back. The pricing is so affordable as well and their professionalism is amazing.

I love Pearl Massage. It’s such a hidden gem. I typically opt for the chair massage for 48 minutes. I carry most of my tension in my neck and shoulders, and I always leave feeling so much better! You can walk in and get seen immediately. Staff is very nice and professional!

This place is incredible! Ive been several times and have been very pleased with massage! I especially like Jim. He worked out knots in my shoulder and back! I highly recommend ☺️

I had the best massage on Saturday 4/6/24 with Bek. He was perfect. I was treated like a queen getting the best service. I would love to see to set up a weekly massage with him. That’s how great he is!!

Very poor massage! . My forearms are still very tender to touch even after two days! After about 10 minutes, a different women took over. I had told the first women I started with “ medium” pressure. I kept having to tell the women not so hard. Language barrier a huge problem! She Couldn’t speak much English. The noise was very loud as the rooms are not completely inclosed. Lots of talking & pounding like workers doing work somewhere in the area. No water offered at the end. Have had Many massages & this was just bad! Seemed very unorganized. Would never go back or give a good references.

I rarely give 5 star reviews but the massage therapist I had was definitely worth it!I selected the 30 minute back and 30 minute foot combo for $70 ($76 with tax). It was worth every cent!She started off by massaging the back of my head and neck. Then she massaged by back and legs by waking on them. She had this technique where she would have a control slide on her heels down my back and legs. It was different and felt good. After several minutes of massaging with her feet she turned to her hands and arms. She worked more on the back, arms and down my legs.After my back, she moved to my feet. She was very polite when she asked me to roll over face up. She massaged my head and face a few minutes then moved to my feet. The feet massage was so relaxing I dozed off.She knew what she was doing and I felt completely relaxed afterwards. I will definitely return here.

I havent had a message in a very long time. I went in for a 60 min massage, and didnt know I was going to have 2 different massage theorpest. One for regular and another for the hot Rock massage, which I had never had. Both were great! But I didnt arrive prepared for a two tip massage. But I found that I could accommodate. English isnt there language so was hard to understand what the one theorpest was trying to say, but it all ended well. You do have to undress fast though, lol I drank a lot of water when I got home because that helps flush out all the toxins that they loosened up. I was stoll a little sick for part if afternoon. More I get the better that will be. So I will use them again.

I have had several 90 minute table massages here. You can also get a fully-clothed chair massage for 10 or more minutes if you dont have much time. Everyone has always been very professional and friendly. I enjoy going here and definitely recommend!

Always appreciate the service provided, they attend to your needs and type of massage you’re looking for. My dad had a bad knot in his bad, he’s older and they made sure he was comfortable with the pressure.

One of the best quality massages in this area. I left walking on air; the staff is friendly and reasonably priced. My daughter and I were fully relaxed. Highly recommend the muscle relaxation. Tip: bring cash for services.

I had a 20 min. chair massage. I was surprised at how he was able to release a great deal of tension in my neck and shoulder in such a short time. I didnt expect to get that relaxed in a mall setting. The music and generally quiet setting in the shop made a noisy mall hardly noticable. I plan to get a full body massage in a week or so and Im hopeful it will be even more relaxing and tranquil. Ill let ya know. Im definitely going back for more chair massages when I dont have time for a full massage. Without tip, the cost was $25.

I have been coming here for about 5 years off an on and most of the time I have had great experiences! Not today unfortunately an older man massaged me they usually have you undress which is normal but the way he placed the sheets left me fully exposed and while he was massaging my glutes/hip area he kept getting really close to my lady parts and kept doing it I was visibly uncomfortable and tried to fix the sheets he kept pulling them back down I have never had an experience like this and felt very helpless during the massage when paying I couldnt even make eye contact with the man because of how unprofessional he was I would like a refund for the massage I also wanted to make a report on the man but didnt get his name because I felt so degraded and scared I got out of there as soon as I could (best description of him) older Asian man with black between his teeth and darker hair!

Went on Mother’s Day, we asked for 20 minutes on table 20 minutes on feet. Lady said okay come back at 4pm. Came back they were able to get us in but she said sorry too busy we have to use chairs not table. As they finished our massages I asked my wife if they did her feet and she said no. The lady in charge said sorry next time we’re so busy then they proceeded to bring another customer to the back to get a massage on a table, which we asked for in the first place. You would think you take care of your customer that first walk in the door before the waiting area. This is a poorly ran business and needs new management. I will not be coming back to this establishment and letting family and friends know as well.

So painful 😞 i feel worse and more tense than before the massage. The woman was very rude and told me that this coupon was for another place and charged me full price.

First time I did chair massage. Never realized how much deeper and harder the masseuse can get in between the bone and muscles to the target addres areas. My masseuse was very attentive to the muscles, tendons and sinew that gave me problems. If youve never had a chair massage, it is sooooo worth a try.I finally see a light at the end of the tunnel where my pain can one day be gone.

The massage was decent. BUT I will not go back or suggest this place. They have curtains, no doors. A man that works there pulled the curtain back and looked in as I was getting dressed. He was looking for the lady that had given me a massage but didnt knock or even ask if it was okay to enter. If a curtain is pulled closed, its a no-brainer that you shouldnt pull it open without making sure someone isnt exposed. Its cheap but not worth the unprofessional environment.

The massage at Pearl place was very professional and efficient on handling ALL my pains in my neck, back, shoulders and arms. They lady is very hand on and skill to find and fix the muscles that need care. Im glad got the massage and will be caming every week for it. I recommend this place anyone. You wont be disappointed bec they all do a great job.

The massager had boney fingers, kept running out on my hour massage to cash out other customers, and I think didnt have professional training. 70$ wasted. Do not recommend.

Very uncomfortable, the male masseuse was inappropriate at times with his massage touch. I have never experienced a massage from any masseuse male or female that didnt ask what my comfort level of a massage was. Having experience with massages, I still felt this was inappropriate. Ill never go there again!! I highly recommend booking a massage with a reputable (licensed) massage therapist than here for a matter of convenience.

Really awkward experience, the man took me into the little room with the table. I asked if I should take my things off and he walked away. A few seconds later a lady told me to take off my clothes and I said he never instructed me to do anything. The lady doing my massage was weird she didnt ask how I feel it was too hard or need more pressure. I dont believe they really speak English but couldve let me know. When I was going to pay, I was given a water. I said thank you. I tried showing a coupon that I received via text and she seemed confused. So she grab another woman and she told me that was for during covid I thought it was weird because I received it in a text message. I put my card in and got my copy of the receipt. The lady who did my massage had the audacity to ask me for a tip. I just said I didnt have money. Maybe next time dont be all creepy and I wouldve tipped for sure. Massage wasnt too bad just no communication whatsoever.

May is a fantastic massage therapist. Every muscle received attention, the scalp and face massage was amazing. I wanted to give a 5 star but she answered her phone once during my massage :( dont answer the phone when massaging. It takes away from the relaxing experience!Perhaps more spa , relaxing music would be a better choice along with essential oil? The massage itself gets 5 star.

Pearl Massage Spa is an oasis nestled among the shops of a strip mall. I was in dire need of a massage and Pearl was nearest to my location. Relatively easy to find by GPS.I was greeted immediately by a friendly Asian woman I assumed was Pearl. English was not her first language. Nonetheless, we managed to communicate.I was led to the massage room. One of several. I was shown the table and cover and asked to change. In a few minutes she returned and the best full body massage I have ever had commenced.Despite the diminutive size of my masseuse, she had strong hands and fingers but could also be gentle when needed. My massage included hot stones as well.I will be returning next week as I anticipate the need for destressing already given the week ahead that is planned.

Paid $90 for an hour and a half massage and left feeling worse than I did when I showed up. Felt like the masseuse had found all the points on my back (not even the rest of my body), and punched them and made them all feel worse. Hot stone massage was done so incorrectly it isn’t even funny. Now I don’t even have the money to go to a genuine massage place and get the one thing I do desperately wanted and needed.

Full body deep tissue was amazing. My daughter recommended this place. It was great after having pain for weeks. I went to chiropractor afterwards and finally just a full adjustment. Double whammy booyah.

OMG! I havent felt this good in years! I had the best one hour massage Ive ever had! And it was surprisingly inexpensive. Im already planning my next visit.Its a little difficult to find if you dont know where it is. Its in Cottonwood Mall, front entrance between Hobby Lobby and JC Pennys. Take escalator down to first floor and its on your left. I highly recommend this place!

Idk who the man that massaged me was. But, hands down one of the best massages Ive had.( Ive had many). He knew how to slow release my shoulder, without making me cry or spasm!! I felt drunk when I left. Will go again soon

She brought all my knots to the top but didnt work any out. I left with a migraine. 1 hour into a 90 minute massage and then they stuck some pregnant women with a fat mouth who wouldnt shut up in the same room WHILE I was still being massaged! HOW WAS THAT FAIR? IT RUINED THE ALREADY POOR MASSAGE TOTALLY!

I really enjoyed their massages! I go there almost every weekend if I can! lol just be sure to let them know your choice of pressure! Too deep and make for an uncomfortable experience, I don’t want you to have that, I forgot to tell my mother haha I had to talk her into going back again so she could have a Better experience!
