I signed up for a month of tanning here, and I have been very pleased with my experience. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Booking appointments is easy using the Booksy app. I will definitely be a returning customer at Roadrunner Beauty & Spa.

First time over at Roadrunner Beauty & Spa, and thanks to my fiancée for convincing me to come. Did the red light therapy. I was skeptical at first, but with the pain I was feeling I was like, “what do I have to lose?!”. Either I was going to feel better or not. I will tell you that with only ONE session in the red light therapy, my back, shoulder and neck pain eased up to almost nothing. I couldn’t believe it!!!! You all at Roadrunner have just gained yourselves a client. I am going to definitely sign up for your yearly membership and take advantage of the full benefits for the Sapphire package. This I know will fit perfectly for me. Thank you so much for being so close to home. I am now a believer.

Super bummed about this business. I used it a few times last year and wanted to start a membership last month. I went in and got a membership and the lady that sold me the membership told me I got everything I was asking for. I used it twice with no problems and the third time I went in another lady told me my membership didn’t cover what I was trying to use. I told her the lady that sold me the membership said I could certain machines I had asked for in my membership and she said no. Asked her to cancel my membership and if I could get a partial refund. Said the manager would call me to fix the issue and haven’t heard from them in 2 weeks…. Will not give them my service again

Angel gave me one of the best facials Ive had. Shes professional and very knowledgeable about skin and all the options available to improve your appearance. My skin felt and looked great afterward. I highly recommend her!!!

I went in as I am new to the area and would love to spend time at a spa close. I was completely let down by this location. I went in and no one came out to help me for 10 min and I called out for someone. Finally a young girl came out that looked hungover and rolled out of bed. She couldn’t explain any packages to me and ended up handing me a packet to fill out and wasn’t able to explain anything she wanted me to sign. I went from excited and wanting multiple services to getting a one time tan because I felt bad to just say never mind and leaving. It took the girl 20 min to get my information in the computer and get me in the tanning room. This place has potential but needs better customer service and someone knowledgeable to what you offer. Your front desk person sets the tone and this experience makes me never want to go back.

I absolutely love this place, its so relaxing and clean! All the staff are amazing and professional. Ive been going to Monique for years now and i gotta say i am never disappointed! she always does an amazing job and is precise! My eye lashes look full and make me feel beautiful! thank you to Monique and everyone at the Das Spa! i recommend this as a gift for your loved ones now for the holidays!

The eyelash tech, Monique is awesome! She gives detailed instructions of after care and is so gentle!I’ll definitely keep her as my go to!Some of the reviews below are insane to me!You sign a waiver in the beginning of the session, which Monique goes through with each client and specifically asks if you have sensitive skin! Like any type of beauty products there are risks that you can have an allergic reaction!I specifically have sensitive skin, and I let Monique know that from the beginning and she went through her products with me to ensure the best care and right product for my skin type!I had no issues and everything was perfect! I love her detailed, thorough, work!!Also, it’s funny to read these other reviews, cuz her license is actually framed and posted in her booth.. I asked Monique about her experience and she has been certified for 15 years!Great work!! I absolutely recommend her, and will send all my friends her way!!

This was my first time at a spa and it was absolutely terrific! I think the gentleman who was there may have been Michael, the owner, and he was just awesome! He made sure I was gonna tan safely and used my voucher to give me a safer tanning experience by changing it up a bit. He was so kind and friendly and funny and made the experience greater than I thought! Definitely worth the visit!

Planet Beach is one of the best kept secrets in Albuquerque!!! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and truly make me feel as though I am an important and valued person whenever I walk in the door- the good news as well is that Im sure that they do that for everyone else too!The services are truly therapeutic and exceeded my expectations in every way. Ive used the slim capsule, the hydration station, hydro massage, red light therapy bed and facial, and the massage chair and LOVE them all!!! I am a educator and business owner who LOVE my work but truly work very hard and am often tired by the end of the week. Since Ive been coming to Planet Beach, I feel so much better! Ive recommended them to not only my friends and family, but to all of my staff and school community!You truly cant bet the price and this is something that everyone needs. The best part honestly is the staff though! Michael and Jake have always made me feel cared about and as if they are truly looking out for my best interest. Ive taken them up on every offer theyve suggested because Ive found their suggestions to be under-promised, and far over-delivered. They are down to earth, kind men who are looking out for the health and well-being of their clients; whats better than that?!I highly recommend Planet Beach in every way! You wont be sorry :)

Great spa and great costomer service!!! Been trying to find a good lash tech in town for a couple years. Finally found one Im comfortable with and trust! The products and services were more than expected. Monique was very professional and did a great job with my lashes.. Ill definitely be going back!

Being a member of Planet Beach these past months has been amazing. I havent had any problems ever getting into any of my services. Its been awesome having knowledge given to me from each employee about the products and services that are offered. I am very impressed with the overall cleanliness of this spa, each service is thoroughly cleaned and very well maintained. I am a very picky/ sensitive person when it comes down to cleanliness and Im never disappointed here. I highly recommended this spa to my family, friends, and colleagues. Its so hard to put into words how much this place has changed! IN A GOOD WAY! It is much cleaner. The staff is AMAZING! They are all very knowledgeable and sweet girls. My favorite it the Hydration and Red Light Therapy, I have seen such a difference in my skin. I love how affordable it is compared to other places I looked at. I would definitely spread the word about this place and recommend my friends and family to go their.

Das Spa is an innovative and sleek spa design!I’m specifically reviewing one of their tenants who I receive lash extensions from - Monique Nieto. I’ve had the pleasure of receiving various services from Monique for nearly a decade, from facials to Brazilian waxes to lash extensions. I started going to Monique for lashes a couple months ago, about six months after removing my lashes from the last time I wore them from a different technician. This is the first time I’ve worn volume lashes, as I was nervous it might look too much, but I’m happy to say they look wonderful - I get compliments all the time! I’ve had lash applications from many technicians and can say that Monique is one of the top technicians I’ve seen. I’m very pleased with her work, my lashes are always very comfortable and not pokey, and if I should have any issue she is quick to respond and quick to get me in to remedy the issue.Thank you, Das Spa, for allowing Monique to do business with you!

Dad Spa offers many amazing services, and the staff is extremely helpful and professional. Ignore the weird haters below me. Das Spa doesnt even offer the services for which they are reviewing! Honestly though, dont take my word for it. Go in and see for yourself. You can go there for yoga, automatic water massages, weight loss assistance, and much more. I loved this place and it is highly recommend!!!

Jacob, Michael and Katie are great! They really know the products and services that are offered at Planet Beach.I started going in February and have lost 43 pounds with their guidance and encouragement!!Whenever I walk in-I am greeted by name, complimented and I trust each one completely!

Great place to step away from a stressful day, or just to pamper yourself. Best stand up tanning in ABQ, and the hydration capsule and red light therapy are a must for your skin care. Nice selection of skin moisturizing and firming products. I appreciate the staff always trying to accommodate my busy schedule. The owner and staff are awesome!!

Mom & I came up for the 3 for $30 for mothers day pamper. Michael is extremely helpful and personable. He had no problem answering all our questions. We will both be signing up for a membership.

Booked for a hydro appt and spray tan. The two ladies at the front desk were an absolute mess and unable to even explain how to operate the hyrdropod. Long story short spent 30 minutes wasting my morning to leave in tears and embarrassed with out any services . As a nurse working 60 hours a week I needed the downtime and personal care.

Yes, I agree that you do have to pay for quite a lot of products when you use these services and they really should disclose that all to you up front. But, on the other hand, I get 8 services a month for $40 including spray tanning, regular tanning, hydro-capsule, slim pod (LOVE IT), massage table (LOVE IT). The most expensive is the Facial where you have to buy their $15 products that last 3 facials. I often call last minute and they can get me in for something. If I dont use my 8 per month, they roll over to the next month. After 5 months, I can pay $5 per month to hold the membership while I continue to use carryover services. I really love it! I find it very relaxing!

I love this place, since they changed to new management. Everytime I go there Michael Marler treats me like Im #1. They have different types of tanning beds, hydrationstations, redlight therapy, teeth whitening. The one thing I tried recently was the slim body wrap kit. Michael helped me through the process. I got amazing results!!! I lost 4 after the process was done, it only took only one hour. Im more toned, thinner, more energy. I feel awesome. This is the place where you need to go to relax...it is the place to be.

Ive been a member of Das Spa for years. It is always such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I leave feeling better and ready to take in my day. The spa is clean and decorated beautifully. The staff has always been accommodating and kind.

This Salon has a lash tech using glue that will not dissolve with any solution a lash artist uses to remove extensions. If you have a negative experience they will block you and ignore you. We still have not found the license online and she wont share her license info. Honesty and ethics are not found at this business. Buyer Beware,

This place is horrible. My friends (who were visiting me) and I bought the Groupon back in March or April (maybe earlier even). We thought it would be a good way to enjoy some spa services and I was checking them out since I lived here. The one gal (who Im guessing to be the owner or manager) was great, but was not there the majority of the times we came in over the course of 4 days. We were left on our own to figure things out (never having operated most of the items there before). They tag on extra expenses like oil for the tanning beds (and the glasses), suit for the dry tanks, and oil for the hydration tank. I ended up contacting Groupon afterwards to get our money refunded. Groupon tried to contact this vendor and after 2 weeks they did not respond. So, I opted to have the money refunded at that time. I would never go back to this place.

This spa is really Awesome! The energy there is great and you leave feeling very relaxed and pleased! Michael is awesome and very knowledgeable with his products! Definitely will be going back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is my 3rd tanning salon since I moved to Albuquerque. I love this place! Katie is awesome and met the owner Michael today! They are so helpful! I wont go anywhere else now!!

Absolutely amazing service every time I go, Michael is friendly, honest and full of knowledge about all his product . Ive been coming here for years and always leave feeling relaxed and beautifu . This person complaining below has complained about so many other places if you click on her page, but trust everyone that comes here knows the truth and that Michael takes care of his clients new and revisiting
