They are amazing! We ordered Mermaids milk, but we didnt like it, soo WWE took it back, still more than half full. And they let us exchange it for unicorn spit. We did leave a tip. They want us to find oil that we like. I will go here to get my oil and my mod upgrades! Amazing!!!

These guys are so nice and so helpful! I had so much trouble finding a Salt nic vape juice I liked after the company I usually use went out of business suddenly (its gonna be happening more and more these days). I was finally able to explain to someone and have them understand what I was talking about and he found a flavor/brand that finally worked for me! They are always super pleasant and friendly everytime I visit. I wont go anywhere else!

These guys are great. After vapor proz closed, I needed a new shop and they filled the max vg appetite I have for vapor. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff make juice selection a pleasant experience. A wide assortment of vape mods, tanks, and coverage for near any coil you need. Oh I didnt the price of ejuice, its great, Better than online and selection is amazing. A big thumbs up for these guys.

Ive been coming in now for quite some time. Im still blown away by the amazing customer service and friendliness. The policy of returning juice that you dont like makes it really easy to try new flavors but honestly, I havent gotten a flavor I dont like! They are knowledgeable and so willing to share the knowledge. Thank you goite being awesome!

Probably one of the most generous return/exchange policies I’ve ever seen in any type of store. If you don’t know if you buy a house juice and don’t make it go change it for you at no extra cost. Staff was always super helpful. They seem to have enough RDAs under their belts that they knew what they were talking about. Even offered for me to come in and to teach me to build my own coils. Other house juices taste really good, I found that most places have a weird off taste but they have their flavors down pat. Cannot recommend enough.

This place is over priced and the juice is gross. Liked coming here at first because the staff was very friendly until the money hungry cashier asked me what vape I had and said “I’ll have to look into getting that one to sell here” told him I paid XYZ for it but that it was cheaper online, he then proceeds to tell me that they would charge double for my vape in store because “we need to make a profit”. That was the turning point for me. I’ll keep my vape shopping online from now on.

I came in yesterday to check this place out again. Usually I really do not like house juices because the qualities usually are not great. However I decided to give it a try this time. The juice quality is extremely good. Even better than Almost all the premium E juices that I have had. The staff recommended me to try to Hannibal after I explained the kind of flavors I like to them. I have always gone to Oasis but after today I will only be coming here. Save your money and skip going to Oasis. Their juices are horrible compared to here. I 100 percent recommend coming here. The staff was super cool and friendly to me as well. They also said they have a juice guarantee if you dont like the juice. I cant recommend this place enough.

Overall very positive experience here! Antonio is very kind and knowledgeable. Electric Clouds has a great selection of mods, pens and juice, the store is very clean also.Personally not a huge fan of the juice but thats totally subjective so its not against them whatsoever. Great policies for the juices if you dont like them also, so dont worry about it too much.Also, if youre looking for Vaperesso products this is probably the only place in ABQ that stocks them. 👍👍

Great service, friendly employees, and a relaxing environment. They helped me out with everything that I needed there. I got some juice that was way too strong and the dude gave me another one with lower nicotine. Items are a bit pricey but its worth it. Im working on cutting the cigarettes and I know that this will help me out and I will spend the money to do so because once you buy the products its final and all you need to buy from there on out is juice and coils for your tank. I will be a loyal customer for good and you get a discount for bringing them new customers too. I highly recommend coming to this store. These folks are so professional and work hard to satisfy their customers. I do have one issue. I have arthritis in my hands and cannot squeeze the hard plastic bottles they use from time to time. If they are going to use those bottles it would be helpful too folks like me if they offered a funnel either for free or for a nominal fee so we can pour the juice into a soft plastic bottle which we may already have from previous purchases. Other than that Im so satisfied with this store and their excellent service and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of all their products.

Honestly the best experience Ive had in a Vape shop in 5 years. The gents on shift were chill and easygoing, while more than happy to show what they had in stock and answer questions/give advice. Good prices, good service. May RDA enthusiasts rejoice they still have coils, wire, and cotton! Top that off with better customer service than Ive seen outside a mirror (CSR for 10 years) in any recent memory? You can bet Ill be back. I love 40 minutes away but anytime Im nearby its a safe bet Ill be swingin over.

I must say, my wife and I decided to try and take the vapor route instead of cigarettes. We decided to stop in and browse their products having no idea what we were looking for. These guys were amazing, knowledgable, professional and very helpful. The first time buying, we were given a tutorial, advice and of course safety lesson in store. I ran into a small issue with one item I purchased and they helped immediately and resolved my issue even better than expected. Referral program is helpful and member points a plus also. I have now helped other members of the family start looking at these options and they are helpful with each individual need. I love this place because the staff is always the same reliable people when I come in, they are personable, friendly, and always ready to help you find what you need. The owner remembers me everytime I see him, and asks how Im doing; and they make their best juices in house, where you can see them prepare it. Just really above and beyond (knowledgable) service, and NOT AT ALL sketchy, like some other shops tend to feel.

My first visit was really good, the two women there were super nice, and made me feel comfortable being in there. The lady who sold me my e-cig was super helpful, and she seemed like she was really informative. The store is clean, and always smells delicious. I just wish the e-cig I bought was just as good as my service. The only thing I dont like about this place, is the return policy, there is none. But I get why. Keep up the good work ladies!

Best house mixed ejuice Ive ever tasted! I have bought juice everywhere and their juice is hands down the best hand mixed juice I have ever tried. Just as good if not better than premium juices that will run you a ton more. I dont think I will be buying juice anywhere else from now on.

I have been coming here for about 2 years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. They are always willing to spend the time to explain something you dont understand to you. I have seen them deal with difficult customers and every time they have dealt with them appropriately. The only time I have seen someone leave angry is when they dont want to listen and are letting their frustration get the best of them.

Ive been buying liquid from here for as long as I can remember. They have the cleanest liquid in all of Albuquerque. I went in to buy a new tank, I picked the from the tanks the guy told me were compatible with my mod. I asked 3 times are you sure this one will work he reassured me all 3 times that it would work. I got it home and sure enough it didnt work. I called today and let the lady working know what had happened. She rudely told me I dont know what to tell you no exchanges and said I could talk to the owner tomorrow then laughed when she said theyll tell you the exact same thing.

With the knowledgeable staff and great selection of products, Electric Clouds is the only vape shop in Albuquerque that I shop. They provide the best juice made in their state of the art lab and clean room. With all the choices out there Electric Clouds is in my opinion one of the best, I wish they offered local delivery but maybe one day they will.

We had a really good experience at Electric Clouds and based on that I would recommend this shop. In addition to the e-juice and vape devices that I expected, they also carried a lot of dry herb vaporizers and some CBD products.The shop was clean, well organized, and best of all both people who helped us were extremely informative without wasting our time OR trying to sell anything we didnt want. In fact, I felt like the sales associate did his best to inform us about some less expensive options than those we walked in asking about. I definitely felt like this shop would be a great place to go if you have a specific budget in mind - in our case, we didnt have a set budget but instead wanted to find a really good long term setup and I feel like they helped guide us to the best products. Sometimes, when I would ask the difference between to parts we were looking at, they would literally say the only real difference is what they look like and on other items like the tanks, they would share a wealth of info about the differences to help us make an informed decision.I chose Electric Clouds even though theyre kind of across town from us because this was my first time buying a vape and I wanted to go somewhere that had a GOOD EXCHANGE POLICY - most shops I looked at had a strict no return or exchange policy, but EC was very up front that you had 30 days to exchange it if you had problems. Some reviews for others shops actually said the device was DOA right out of the box and that other shops said sorry, youll have to deal with the manufacturer ... yikes. That would piss me off and I didnt want that, thankfully Electric Clouds was very up front about their policy and it seemed generous to me.Electric Clouds was the only shop I spoke to that said they would gladly help set up the device AND that we had 30 days after where we could come in and exchange it right there in the shop if there was trouble with the device. Actually, the same policy applies to their liquids as well - as long as you have not used more than half, you can exchange it for a different mix if you dont like what you bought. That was nice, because they dont have samples from what I could tell. However, the first flavor I tried was fantastic and matched the description well.Daylon, if youre reading this, thanks for your help! Well be back for more juice soon.

Was told I over charged a brand new ecig on the same charger I use for my other 1 just like after buying multiple devices. No swap no refund. The next day. Very unsatisfied with warranty and not taking care of the situation. Usually very professional and kind. But will have to find a new vape shop

Cannot say enough about this shop. The most professional vape shop in town. As for the CBD products they have I have to rave as well. My dog has been having seizures. The vet prescribed phenobarbital. Basically going to kill her liver and dope her out. We tried CBD. And are 100% seizure free with no side effects. Starting wondering if it could help my cat with the constant throwing up. And guess what. It did. Please support thus local business. Their products are the best in the city and they actually care.

I came in trying to replace my tank glass.( I dropped and had a small crack) When I asked if they have any small tools to try to take by tank apart. Like small screwdriver to twist of the coil off the tank. The man behind the counter said he did have tools and went in the back. When he returns he hands me and my boyfriend very big vicgrips. My boyfriend try’s to be careful but says he can’t with out risking breaking it. the worker behind the counter says “ here let me try” he then tightens the vicgrips and bends it into and oval shap and then after all this. We still can’t get it apart then he goes and wraps my tank in a napkin, and smash’s the glass into my brand new coil and said that there is lots of glass in the coil and I will have to buy a new one! I ask for the new tank glass and coil. in all I leave with no glass and a new coil that does not screw back on to my tank. And were blamed for breaking my tank! I have bine going to this vape shop for a long time Ive loved this shop, I am a loyal customer and I am very disappointed what I experienced here.
