Horrible quality of flower and I don’t think their scales are calibrated because all quantities were small and under weight. You don’t get to see the product before buying. Everything is packaged in black Mylar so you can’t see what you’re buying. Staff was unknowledgeable.

I do a lot of traveling and when I pass through New Mexico I try to stop and experience what New Mexico has to offer. I went into this establishment and asked for the best they had. I left with 3 different selections. I was sourly disappointed in the quality of my purchase. Yes price was low but the bud was so dry it crumbled with just a touch. Each strain was equally as dry and brittle as the last. I will definitely not be stopping here again.I rolled a gram of the ghost OG smoked with my girl and barely got a buzz. I hope the other two selections make up for my disappointment.

First time going to a dispensary as a patient, and this place was recommended by a friend of mine. It was pretty comfortable, I felt informed, and the staff were very friendly. The anxiety of going in person, and as my first time, was really quelled by the chill nature of the place. Vinny was the one who helped me out, and I really appreciate the patience and friendliness :) I’ll definitely be back.

3.5 special for $25 was a good price but Flower wasn’t trimmed. Sweet God was really dry and airy buds. Great customer services just really bad product. The best grass roots is in grants NM. Besides appearance, it smokes smooth however the high last less than 5min. I’ve purchased three separate times at the west side location and out of hybrid sativa or indica. Hybrid was the most potent, but you get what you pay for. Just not worth buying.Too much leaf instead of bud. The reason I went with specials is because GrassRoots don’t offer first time or any discount. Will not return for business anymore.

Poor quality flower. 2 different kinds and they are both brown and smell like hay/mold. Very poor quality. They had a very small selection and the budtender was really not knowledgeable at all. I asked about terpenes and fast acting edibles and she had never heard of either. At $12 a gram I expect quality. I wouldnt recommend this place even if the grams were $5.

I like that they help with a educated approach to help me with my needs. They are showing individual ingredients in there canna that reach out specifically target my needs. Amazing.There flower smells and tastes great. More taste in every bud that i have ever experienced. The flower seems to look great has many different colors Its unlike the standard all green Sh-t i get elsewhere. Overall a good experience. PRICING SEEMS MUCH LESS THAN EVERYONE ELSE. Numerous great flower for like $9 a gram. Paid 13 and 14 dollars with the two big shots in town. Now i see how the two biggies in ABQ got so big they just charging more!!! Go Grassroots !!!

Have only used this location but the second time there plastic container was empty, good thing I checked before I left. The 3rd time I requested around 14% THC and was given 18%. Requested glass screens and was told they had none. When I requested less THC was told oh yes, we do have glass. Be careful and check everything. Do they allow employees to be stoned while their at work?

Disappointed on my birthday, no specials for us, no first time patient deal at all, rewards expire after 60 days? and only takes cash... enough said. Bummer. Dude was nice, thats was it.

Ive never had someone reject a large sale before. Ive been a medicinal user for 5 years and I usually buy the same amount. The lady said I didnt have enough points or something and would only sell me minimal medication. I then went to Manerva and asked them if they would sell me medication and at what quantities. They had no problem filling my $200 prescription at Manerva and I wont be visiting this location along with any of the others. I always get a shady drug dealing feeling and I want more of a dispensary/pharmacy feeling when I get medication not the street corner. Might I add it took them forever to make a sale just to deny it.

Wonderfully helpful people. I hate to rate a product because we are all different and require different medicine. Im so happy to have found a strain there which works for me. After being banned from the medication I was taking for spasms, because of the opioid crisis, I didnt know what to do as the recommended ones came with so many side effects I was not able to tolerate them. Bottom line....too bad for me, my spasms and pain. I was left with nothing.Then I found something at Grassroots RX.☺

I purchased from the west side location. My card was charged a total of 6 times. Thats 2.50 per swipe. I was only charged once but still had the multiple swipes taken out of my account putting my total bill at Grassroots to almost 15$ dollars more than what I was supposed to pay for my meds! I called and was told it wasnt grassroots responsibility that I needed to contact the owner of the card machine. I was put on hold and then subsequently HUNG UP ON! I tried calling back but got no answer. I cant afford being over charged when the meds are already do EXPENSIVE!

I was very pleased with my visit. They are very knowledgeable and patient about explaining everything. They make their own product and it is the best quality and taste that I have found.

The flower youre selling looks, smells, and tastes like dead weeds. You ought to be ashamed to be selling the quality of flower that you are selling. I will never shop there again.
