Pecos Valley Production Dispensary - Albuquerque

I was waited on by Teddi who was courteous and friendly. Love the Tuesday gummies sale. Their add for 1 1/4 orange zig zag papers states they come in a ‘convenient’ six pack. Apparently the $3 pricing is only for one pack of papers, a six pack of them was not something they sell. A little deceptive.

Ally was so nice and great at explaining each type for me- and I really didn’t know the difference stevia or incubus. She thoroughly took time explaining each to me and told me all about the differences with them. She was wonderful as far as knowing and teaching about each product.

First time customer and I was not disappointed. Mariah was very helpful with helping me p/u my order. Went with a full gram of Bloom Blue Dream and a 1/8 of flower (Holy Grail.) Prices are low low and way cheaper than PureLife and Greenleaf.Update* revisit on 8-1-24Nothing but love for PVP! 😍❤️ Picked up a disposable today, Head space Sandia OG. Allyssa was great and very nice, thanks again! 🙂

Ive purchased from this location before. The first visit was great. The last 2 visits there not so much. This time I went on a Friday this past Friday. I travel in from Socorro, NM. I bought 2 3.5 grams of D2D Point Break. Its horrible. Its dry with horrible taste. I think it tastes like cbd. Its horrible 😞 This was the last time buying from here. You should always be able to see what youre buying. But, this location is very sketchy. Good luck everyone but I wouldnt buy from Pecos Production.

Levon and Jesse are amazing to deal with at the Eubank location!! They have the best attitude and are super informative!!Had a horrible experience at the 98th location, staff there make it a less than satisfying experience. DO NOT GO TO 98TH!! They are absolutely rude, they tell you to go elsewhere because they dont want to deal with you or any questions you have for them.I was initially turned off from Pecos Valley altogether until I visited the Eubank location which EXCEEDS customer service expectations and it does help that the flower is at a GREAT PRICE! I drive about 20 minutes out of my way to go to the NE valley because the service is WORTH IT!! Pay them a visit you wont regret it!!

I recently bought some topical salve for my pain and it didnt work at all. I didnt want to ingest any gummies or smoke anything. A very expensive mistake on my behalf. $48. No return. No refund policy. They suggested spending more money to try something else.

My doctor sent me here. He said they were into their patients/ clients. They are very sincere about helping you and answer all you questions. He was right! Lavon was very helpful, and met Martin, who I think runs the dispensary.

Don’t shop here, if they sell you a defective product and you don’t realize in the first three days there is nothing they will do about it. Other dispensaries will at least help you out if you are a medical patient and PVP is not one of them.In addition to the their budtenders are not very knowledgeable. I asked for a live cartridge with no distillate, and they sold me a cartridge that was a distillate so don’t take their advice. Just do your own research.

Went in today to get some flower and was helped by Martin. The customer service was great, really knowledgeable about the products, and prices are great. Highly recommend stopping by!

I went to the Pecos Valley Production dispensary located on Eubank in Albuquerque on 6/3, I made a $70 purchase and got a receipt accurately reflecting the transaction. Later that night I checked my bank account and found that they fraudulently charged my account over $720.I went back the following Saturday morning as soon as they opened to have them correct the error. The first person I spoke with was the guy who handled the transaction the day before. I let him know what happened and showed him my bank account information as well as the receipt. He informed me that he can only handle things based on the receipt information. I asked if there was a manager I could speak with, he said “yeah, hes in the back, so do you want to talk to him?“…The manager comes out, I explain what happened again, showing proof of receipt compared to what they charged my account. As hes working on issuing the $650 refund to my acct, he keeps saying that it was my fault somehow. I told him that it was not me who entered the price, all I did was confirm the amount and pay with my card. He said the refund was issued and would take a couple of business days to go through. As I was leaving the manager kept insisting that I must’ve changed the price somehow while paying… no one wanted to take responsibility for their mistake and instead blamed me for what happened.I will NOT be shopping at the Eubank location or any other PVP locations, and have already let a lot of my friends & family know what happened and advised against shopping with PVP. If I could, I would give this place negative stars.

I love PVP. They have a large variety of every cannabis product you could think of, even suppositories! They always have chill staff, Lavon was super helpful and gave me the low down on every product in the store.

Had a poor experience 2 out of 3 visits. At 98th st. PVP , I was charged more than my online order showed. At the Eubank store I was also charged more than my online order showed. I layed my wallet down on the checkout counter and left it behind. When I returned to retrieve it the next day, all the cash in my wallet was gone. About $70.

Meh, not great. I went in to check it out and it was disappointing . The staff was nice but the product was sub par. They prepackage in black containers so you can’t even see the flower inside. This is not acceptable, I always feel like places that prepackage are trying to hide something. The flower I got was just ok. Not terrible, but nothing special. They also use an app to check in and pay. The concept is cool I guess, but I found it far more difficult then it needed to be. There are at last 5 other dispensaries within a mile of this place and unfortunately I rank this one last.

Called to ask about first time patient and birthday deals Isaiah answered the phone and was extremely rude and annoyed that I asked. He proceeded to cut me off and said ok bye very angrily before I could ask any other questions. Definitely turned me off to even shopping at this dispensary, hopefully they treat their patients with more respect than that, I am absolutely disgusted.

Called yesterday to get information about a promotion that was supposed to be going on today. At no point during the call did the employee mention that the promotion was actually tomorrow. I only found out after making a 45-minute drive to your store, that the promotion isnt until tomorrow. Please make sure employees are giving out correct info so that customers arent forced to waste their time and gas money, because Albuquerques dispensaries serve a fairly large area.

I had the WORST experience at the Location in Edgewood. The front had the nerve to talk to us about Reservation uses of a Tribal ID and laughed at us. We have been able to use our Tribal Identification at ALL DISPENSARIES but for some reason the Gentleman at the Edgewood dispensary continued to talk down as if we never been to a dispensary. I feel this Gentleman should have put HIS PREJUDICES aside and regardless of personal stance should have been professional. I am going to give the Department of Health a call about their patient practices at this specific location.

Went in the dispensary they tried get in my bank account information as a form of payment when I declined and said I had cash they took me back then charged me a 15% cash handling fee will never go to this dispensary again flower was not good not worth the extra fees and the extra inconveniences that they give you
