I have been shopping at this store for nearly a year. I really like the actual owner. We had several conversations and I thought we hit it off pretty well. I would buy smokes, Kratom, weed pipes, and digital scales for making extracts Today, I went in for a single smoke. A 50 cent sale. My payment included ten pennies. The little guy says, “ No pennies “ and would not sell me , my smoke. I got mad. I left and walked up to smoke city. They took my ten pennies and I bought a whole pack. Since you don’t need my ten pennies, you don’t need me $20-$100 visa transactions, either. Smoke city has better prices and better selection of merchandise. Thank you for introducing me to my new smoke shop. Go ahead and run off good customers and keep the dope fiends that congregate around your shop. Salem.
The service here was just amazing I was welcomed with sweet smiles and workers that greeted me. The managers Jay and Mike have given me nothing but good positive energy. The store is well organized and if I needed help they were on there toes ready to help me and the person behind me instantly. I have never been to a better smoke shop then the smoke depot. 10 out 10 would recommend anyone and everyone to come here and choose them as your smoke shop. ,🥰 Everybody hands down this is the best smoke shop in Albuquerque if your around the area I highly suggest you stop by and see for yourself just how amazing the service and energy is when you walk in (: Jay has been one of the best people I have came across with his energy.
This smoke shop is legit, the staff are friendly and prices for torches and cigs are reasonable. Love some of the deals they offer and its even better that it became 24/7 open. Ive havent had any distress with the establishment. Therefore I give them a 5 star review.
This shop is the best place in town to get any smoke shop needs and essentials! The staff is super sweet and helpful and Jacob is the best! The selection of glass pieces they have is awesome Plus they sell food! And theyre open 24 hours, definitely cant beat that! Love this place, definitely recommend!

3:30 am, and Ive never seen better customer service! Although I didnt catch a name, the shop keeper was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and even brought the product I purchased out to my car so I didnt have to get down and deal with the transients!
