This place was an unexpected gem! Id never heard of it.. the people were not only wonderful to work with, pleasant and helpful, but I found my favorite Spaceman Black Mint in there!!! I havent been able to find it in months, looking in multiple cities! eBacco ROCKS!!! And so does the short lady with the long hair, that helped me! 🤗 Fun, FUN!!!

I highly recommend this business! My experience was excellent. The staff member that helped me just topped it off, with friendly and very helpful. I didnt catch her name but was knowledgeable and juggled another customer very professionally.(thanks mystery lady) Will definitely be repeat customer.

Nice clean store, friendly staff. Had everything we were looking for. Could have better lighting in the store, but the variety of product is good and the prices are ok for the Alexandria area.

I had an amazing experience here. The gentlemen were so nice and helpful. Didnt feel rushed or like my questions were to much. I totally recommend checking this place out. I will definitely be coming back!

I used to avoid this place because it was run by idiots, heard they were under new management and I had a way better experience, the employees were actually helpful and I had a nice time chatting with them. Could use better lighting in there but I’ll be coming back.

Unfortunately this is the only legit place in town. The guy who runs this place is a joke. He was rude and not helpful. I got there at 10:03 a.m. and beat him to the front door. he told me I would have wait five minutes before coming in. If you run a business you should be there on time and be open when you say you will be open. If I didnt have to buy from him I wouldnt have. This guy couldnt sell a brown paper bag.

Excellent customer service! The guy that helped me was named Skyler, I believe. So helpful with all questions and friendly! I will definitely be going back again.

Very helpful staff, no uppity attitudes, no pushy salesmen that try to make you a buy a whole new device when all you wanted was a new pair of batteries, really huge selection and an always growing selection of flavors. Thank you Dave & staff @ Ebacco!

It has been much gooder as of late. But still cant keep the flavors I like in stock. But the new employees seem to have much gooder knowledge of the products they sell.

They have been extremely helpful, I’m new to vaping and they’ve answered my millions of questions and recommended some great products! Their prices are pretty good too! Check em out.

Good service everytime I go in always get fast and friendly service with people that understand what there doing. No where else in town are as good as these guys highly recommend them

Prices are good. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

New manager is much better than the old one, only complaint is need a better stock of coils on hand, other than that the shop is much better now.

The new employees don’t know a thing about all the products. They sold us the wrong coils. They shut down the register before they even close. Basically they sit around and do nothing AND get paid. Hire some people again who know what they’re doing. Not just some kids who vape.

I stopped in to look around and staff helped out, very knowledgeable of the products they sale. Definitely the spot to go to!

Unfortunately I went in due to weird work hours and I needed a coil. I should have just helped myself because I knew more than the employee about the store and it was my first time in. I would rather use a shot out coil than burden myself with stepping through the doors of that place again.
