This vape shop is a one stop shop for everything vape, hookah, Cbd, tobacco, Kratom, decor and so much more! Excellent customer service , very knowledgeable and friendly ! Always greeted at the door upon entering. I am new to this vape world and of course new to using my own hookah and the staff really helped me learn! I will definitely be a returning customer and this will be my GO-TO shop! Excellent prices , extremely clean & organized and it’s well stocked! I honestly think the best part is the customer service. I purchased an ooze pen back in September that is apparently fake after I contacted the company because it stopped working. I do not recommend buying from them. If you have a vape pen in mind and decide to go here, please look on the pen’s manufacturer’s page to help identify fake pens. The Ooze pen that I purchased had a different looking charger and was missing some key elements that I wish I had of known before purchasing. Better yet compare when you are in the store and you will see that not all of their items are legit.

They sell expired/fake vapes, the staff is ill informed about what they sell, and on top of all that you can’t get an exchange/refund. please go to a better vape shop, do not buy from here.

This place has no customer service at all, no greetings at the door and the guy in the front just pointed to the girl in the back who was literally talking on the phone so loud when I wanted to ask a question. They literally have no knowledge of what they are selling, too busy to talk on the phone.Update: 5/22 - The store decided to raise their prices, there are products way cheaper online but the young store manager argued that there was no way I bought the same product in April for $20 cheaper.

Definitely sold me 2 counterfeit vape pens. Pens are supposed to have 4 lights for 4 different temperatures, they only have 3 lights, 3 temperatures. No yellow light on either of them. Bought 2 of them so its not a mistake. Also packaging was made for a purple colored pen, I bought a blue pen and white pen.Boxes were definitely bought at a whole sale store. Shady.Selling counterfeit batteries is dangerous, not the coolest thing to do.Pro tip - There are ways of finding out if youve been sold counterfeit products and can report it to the manufacturer.

Came in to get a new vape mod since my old one broke. But they fixed it and gave me a tips and info about how to charge and use the mod properly, even suggest new vape flavors, which I LOVED. Top customer service. Highly recommended.

People in store do not know anything about products they are selling, Its 10 Ami was told to come back at 1 oclock somebody would know what they were doing. Really???
