Pleasant experience and a myriad of tobacco and incense selections. I was impressed by their displays and colorful merchandise…especially their incense & dreamcatchers. The lady at the counter was very nice & addressed all my questions.

Just went here and had a great experience! The manager is extremely knowledgeable and very welcoming! Prices for the disposal vapes were better than anywhere else Ive gone. I dont plan on going anywhere else!!!

I’ve been coming to this Tobacco store for like 2 years now and they have the best Product. Yo literally can find any brand of vape pens and their prices beat any shop you’ll find in the city. And they will recommend all the best rolling tools from trays, to grinders, to rigs!

I dont know if its intentional, but lady staff always makes overcharge mistakes when calculating.This is why I wont go back to this store.Of course the other male staffs are very kind and honest.

I have to give it a low review when the lady robs you. Conveniently adding 20 onto the charges. I go in once a week or more so total that up. I can hope the men be working and not have to deal with theft. I don’t want to travel all the way down to the other place. But I do see other shops opening up. Going to have to go somewhere else.

Check your account immediately after purchasing from here. Lady said my total was $116.32. Check my account later and see I was charged $120.32. She knew I wasnt a local and I guarantee she figured she could rob me without me finding out in time.

I liked the fast service, and cheaper than other tobacco shops on Route 1. For the elements papers which I was charged more for at other stores, here I got it for very less. Khalid is very friendly and courteous, and gives honest information about his products. And would highly recommend this store because of the high volume and variety of products.

A very tidy & well-run shop on route 1 with an incredible selection of stogies and just about anything else youre looking for. Lots of love for the very friendly staff who are always more than happy to help you find what youre looking for.Its the only place Id point my friends towards on route one.

LOVE this store, though I dont frequent it as much as I should. Its easily the best in the area, with knowledgeable, friendly staff, and a HUGE selection that puts Best Smokes (located two traffic lights to the north) to shame. There are some brands in stock here that Ive never seen before! And I am not a cigar smoker, but peeking into the humidor makes me consider picking up the habit.All in all, you cant go wrong with this store.

Best Selection of Cigars around. Humidor keeps cigars fresh. Majority of guys on staff are helpful and friendly. One dude has trouble seeing the prices and w simple Math, so keep your eye on the register. But other guys are Awesome!

I visited Tobacco World just before Christmas. They have a great selection a cheaper prices than other cigar shops in the area. The humidor is a nice size offering Rocky Patel, Padron, LFD and other brands. The staff is knowledgeable about cigars and the branding of cigars. I have gone back multiple times and enjoy having a smoke at the shop. Great experience and even better staff!

Ive been shopping at this location for years now, and theres many reason why. To begin with the owner of the operation Khaled is a very friendly guy that will help you with any needs. This establishment also has one of the widest variety ranging from ur everyday cigarettes, vape products, hookahs and the list just goes on and on. So if youre ever in the area and need any tobacco supplies just stop in here and they will make sure youre taken care of.

Just returned from this store after trying to return some tobacco that expired more than a year ago. But this wasnt the worst part, mistakes do happen. After opening the store 45 minutes late, the person at the counter was far from helpful, or even polite! They got on the defensive, claimed they werent the salesperson who sold the product to us 2 days ago, claimed they couldnt exchange it because they didnt know what it cost (REALLY!!!), and grudgingly tried to exchange the product for one of lesser value. We pass by this store everyday, but well gladly go out of our way for better customer service. This is the LAST time we go there! One bad salesperson cost this store a retuning customer.

Top notch. Tons of products, but I go for the vaporizer stuff. Good selection of liquids and mods. Had some mods break and they even exchanged them when they didnt need to. Everyone that works there is helpful and friendly.

Best place in Va. Not being hard to find, Tobacco World included every flavor backwood ever produced in the US. When walking in trying to find a fine cigar just turn right. Theres a whole seperate room for your prefernce. They even have your snoopdogg g-pens that are rare to find at any Tobacco store.
