The store was clean and the staff was nice but when asking about vape juice recommendations the staff member didnt seem to knowledgeable on any of the details of the different products

They have a great variety of products, knowledgeable staff and decent prices.

My vape died and I needed a new vape. I went to turning leaf before 840 and they were closed.

Out of all the smoke shops in alex, this ones my favorite. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Products are great! I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Very friendly, and helpful staff. I was picking up something for my husband, and they helped tremendously as I myself do not vape. They also offer a discount program, where he had gotten $5 off. Prices were very reasonable. They also had a large selection of products!

Very rude service, I asked for vape juice salt nice, they gave me vape juice regular and told me it was tropical but it was only strawberry and mango flavored.. not the first time theyve done something like this or bumped up the price although they said a different one prior.

Awesome place! Great variety of products. Staff was incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions. I ran out of eliquid/ejuice, admittedly flustered w/o nicotine and they were patient with my indecisiveness. I wasnt familiar with the brands they carried. I mentioned what flavors I prefer and she read though many different choices. I highly recommend this place!

As someone fairly new to vaping it was good to find a place that can answer all my questions without making me feel like a moron. I have talked to 3 different staff members and each have made me feel at ease with my questions and my purchases. I love the variety that i can find there and the staff have been very helpful.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, sold my wife a whole vape kit when i only needed a tank.... no problem cause it wasnt opened and maybe we can exchange it but no they dont return basically anything no matter what. In the past I got a broken bottle of juice they wouldnt exchange either even tho I hadnt left the building. Manager basically said nothing they can do. Never going back and dont want to be dealing with nicotine with drawls while being treated like this as a paying customer. So out of this whole mess at least you guys helped me to finally quit vaping for good.

Great shop with experienced and friendly service. Would reccomend for all vapers, but particularly beginners as they have a wide range of devices and juices; and can easily help you select the right one for your needs.

Great shop! Was looking for a new place to get my vape products. I walkedin.. met two very friendly and knowledge people. Had a set amount I could spend, I walk out with twice as much as I thought I would get! Total Rockstar! Even signed up for rewards!

I was given the wrong coil. Bought a New tip and was told it would fit but it doesnt. Will be going back today, hopefully can figure this out. They fixed it no problem. Even put it together for me. I was very worried. But they made it a pleasant experience. THANK YOU YOU GUYS

My first time going to this store in about 3 months. Went to get a bottle of vape juice and the staff was very rude and insisted that I was banned. I asked why and they never really gave me an answer to why. I was never contacted prior to this by any of the staff. I am very displeased with this store and the way its run.I would very much recommend e-bacco across town, they are very polite there.

9/10 they have exactly what I need. The times they don’t, no one else seems to have it either. Great selection of juice flavors, mods, and tanks. I highly recommend stopping for your vape needs

I’ve been to multiple vape shops around the state and have never had such outstanding service from such knowledgeable employees as I have had at this particular shop. Great atmosphere, friendly conversation every time I stop in. Fantastic selection and pricing. If you are looking for anything vape related, I highly recommend doing your shopping here! I bought a voopoo Vinci X and for some reason it didnt work so I went back and they replaced it for me. great customer service also I like that the e juice selection has increased even more than the last time I was here :D

They do not sell Jimmy the juice man at Alexandria store. Even though the Google website shows a fabulous display of Jimmy the Juice man products.Also, I cant get in to their website. Filled out all necessary information. No go!So if you want to see what kind of products they offer you cannot.Its a pretty good vapor store for the size of the town. Well worth the visit.

Love the store and all the employees are knowledgeable and considerate, more then happy to help you with existing products not just up sell you the new and shiny, but have helpful tips about what setup and juice fits your needs best 10/10 I talked to the manager (I think?) Joe he was super easy to talk to, and very polite.

Fantastic customer service! Prices are a little high though and I dont like that you cant smoke/vape the e-cig juices. Only can put some on your finger to taste. Which is completely different from smoking.

This shop has a decent selection of products. The guy working there is nice and helpful. I could not try the vape juice before I bought it and I ended up not liking it. The vape I bought from there messed up within the first week.

The service here is absolutely terrible. Everytime I’ve went in to grab something like a bottle of juice, more often than not the person selling it to me didn’t know much about vaping or products related to vaping. If you’re looking for anything vape related try out ebacco; the service there is A1 and the employees are very pleasant with you no matter how experienced you are at vaping and they do a great job being inviting and making a comfortable environment.

Customer service was good but it drove me crazy that the only way you can sample ejuice is to dab on finger and lick it... So I did that and liked it then bought it for more then other places then did not like it at all in my vape so was disappointed

Was in getting a tattoo,which by the way turned out great. How ever the guy that was working at the vape shop or side is a total dush bag we had maid an agreement that I was going to purchase some things from I even ask him to put a battery on the charger because I needed to go do a few other things and get some money from my partner and that I would be back by 4:30 5 and this jerk just lied to my face because when I got back there at the time I said I would be back he had closed. That just a great way to run things I couldnt believe it after we had talked about what I was going to get for at least a half hour. Thanks a lot for wasting my time ya jerk.

I went in to get some juice and a CBD joint and Bri was an absolute sweetheart! She gave me some suggestions on both the items that i was looking for! I higly reccomend this place to anyone,if youre just starting out with vaping or been doing it for a long time!

They have amazing services and when i need help puting my ecig together they helped put it together for me and were there talking to me for whatever questions i had the people that work there are amazing and friendlyThe have changed a lot And they have alot more in stock then they have I totally request people to go here then the smoke shop because they have more variety

Its a really nice place, the guy that helped me showed me the best vape for what juices and oils he even set up my vape pen and the vape juices and cbd stuff is way cheaper then most vape shops in Alexandria mn for sure 5 stars and I will be coming back for any other vape and cbd stuff

The business has a new location which the parking is better. The owner is well informed on his products. A bit pricey, however, you have allot of assistance.
