This place is truly my favorite chain to get massages at! Incredible flat rate price for any of the listed styles. They offer incredible therapeutic massage that way goes beyond just a spa massage does. My favorite is shiatsu, I only go here for massages now, GREAT SERVICE and theyre pretty flexible with walk ins. Pay cash if possible to avoid the credit card fee that they pass on to the client 😉

Came in on 1st time a Monday, as a birthday gift, no appointment no wait they just took.me to the room, and Even though I ask only for a back message they did my back, legs, head, feet, face, hot rocks, oils, very respectful and nice I loved it. 1 hour massage 💆‍♀️ 70$ + tips they will ask you. Everything will hurt next day

I scheduled an appointment for both reflexology and deep tissue massage because I felt I needed both treatments. The day after making my appointment, I called and requested a female therapist since it was my first time at their facility, and Im a woman. The lady I spoke with assured me that only myself and one other person were scheduled for that time, and she confirmed my request, saying, Yeah, yeah. You have it.When I arrived at my appointment on time, the same lady confirmed my booking but then assigned me a male therapist. I reiterated that I had requested a female therapist, but she informed me that there were no female therapists available and insisted the male therapist was good.Disappointed but already at the Altamonte Springs location, I opted to have only the foot reflexology done. Based on this experience, I wont be returning or recommending this place. While this reflects my personal experience, I should note that the facility itself looked okay.

I’ve had at least 50 massages there and I’d say 49/50 were all great! I even had a couples massage with my wife and it was very good. The hot stones they use sometimes are a game changer!

Sorry ...very disappointed in the way l was treated today. l have been a customer of this place for a very long time . l have recommended them to numerous coworkers, as l work for Seminole county public schools as well as my own family and relatives who support also. Today l gave a 10 dollar tip on a 70 dollar service, as we were walking out the door we were stopped , with other customers in the waiting area and was demanded to pay a 20% tip although l was already charged an extra 2 dollars to process my card . This behavior is highly unacceptable, disrespectful and in poor taste ... In all l had 20 ppl who supported this business, and have reported my appalling experience to all of them... We need to do better as a community... Never again.

LMTs work hard but this location is not well kept. Don’t come here looking for a luxury massage environment. They do foot massage, not reflexology. There is a difference and easily misunderstood by clients or misguided from LMT. The LMTs cross contaminate. They dip hands in Vaseline tub, touch your feet, and grab some more. That’s for every single person coming in and out of that location. The seated position takes away from calve work.

This review is from a licensed massage therapist, who has owned his own business for 12 years.The older Asian man did what I asked him to do and helped reduce back and buttocks pain from a tennis tournament I was in.Great pressure for the most part.Love that.Downside1. Never asked what I needed and just told me to lie down. I had to tell him what to do.Language barrier.2. Focused too much and too long on certain spots. 75 minutes on back & buttocks is a lot.3. Language barrier was in effect. His English was very limited.4. He got snippy when I wanted my $5 back from the $90 I gave him.Because of the language barrier, he did not realize I left an ample tip for his time in the room. His co-workers needed to translate.Spa workers do not make a lot so I tip.5. I have received 100’s hours of Tuina massage and I would say his techniques were good.Good for the regular person, who does not feel or sense a great massage.Not great from my standards and the Tuina massage therapists I usually see.

Came in and they were Very fast and to the point. they didnt ask about anything other than how long. Attempted to tell them about my sciatica but Im assuming language barrier. since the rush, i just pointed where i need tbe most pressure. Some spots was too much pressure. for example, behind the knee caps smh. Biggest problem i had was check out. I paid cash and i could have left but I do tip for service since its right thing to do. She said No! must pay 20%. Must be 20 i was like woah. I dont mind tipping but it doesnt say where i must pay 20% especially when not all needs was met. Appreciate u taking me but will be my last coming there. Good luck 👍🏾.

I’ve been here 3 times total and only had a good experience with one of their massage therapists. When I asked for him the last time I went in, the manager did not understand that I was trying to ask for “Sean” due to language barrier. I have never tried their foot massage which they seem to promote so I can’t say anything about that. I wanted to be able to continue coming due to affordability however I do not plan to return. I was not happy with my last experience, let’s just say I felt like I was being beat up and due to the language barrier between myself and the therapist, it was awkward at points and I ended up agreeing to a selection I did not mean to when she offered it to me.

Kylie is an amazing expert at massages. The entire facility is clean and well maintained. Quiet and peaceful. They make sure you get your whole time on the table. I would highly recommend this place for massages and sport recovery. Worth the money. Top notch.

Got a Swedish here with some hot stones and it felt great. If you need some good massaging, definitely try this place out.

This is my favorite massage place of all time. The massage feels amazing and there is absolutely no down time. The timer starts when the massage starts and the masseuse works until the very end of your allotted time, down to the last second. I paid for just a traditional massage and brief use of hot stones and hot towels were included at no additional cost at all. Not to mention the amazing price. I feel so much better after this in comparison to an expensive traditionalMassage elsewhere. Highly recommend!

So I was always coming to this place because they treat you with care and they hook you up and never had a problem with them. I came in Friday for cupping cause ever since my accident cupping has helped a bit. I asked the price at first cause it’s been awhile since I came to them. The first person said yes that’s correct that’s the price. When I get the service done and go to the register, all of a sudden I was overcharged for no reason at all. And I kept asking why would yall over charge me and the price on yall board is what it says they didn’t have any explanation and still wanted a tip. Yall overcharged me by $15 and want a tip I says absolutely not. I will never come back here because they want to lie about prices. Make sure yall try and call before you go cause I wouldn’t want anyone else scammed out of the money cause that’s not right.

I’ve gotten a reflexology foot massage and a full body massage here. Both were fantastic.I take my mom here as well.She loves it just as much as I do.They do an amazing job getting the muscles loose without it being too strong of a massage.It is a calming atmosphere too.

I don’t even know to describe my experience because I don’t feel any better any better after getting that massage. Went in just to get my feet massages and got pressured into getting a combo in which I did not even receive a foot soak, which I pointed out and was simply brushed off. Also got pressured into leaving a 20% tip even though I didn’t receive full services. Called to speak to a manager before I even left the parking lot. My feet still hurt and now my side does as well.Edit:Love the response from the owner who couldn’t even call me back but could type up a whole response ! I have a picture of the menu that you guys have advertised when you walk into the door and the combo listed says that sea salt soak is included. Also the amount of tip anyone leaves is up to them and as someone who works 4 services jobs I have never forced someone to tip or told someone to put a 1 before the 5 that I left. Highly unprofessional just like your response. Also this employee has a similar review to the one I’ve left so unless I’m two different people , other people have also had a bad experience at your business because of the same individual. Hopefully I get a call back resolving my issue instead of having to call multiple times on my own and being told said employee is busy and couldn’t talk for you to verify my experience. Or maybe I should look back to see if you respond to this public post instead. If I could give you a 0 I would.

Massage was great. It was my second time. But i had a bad experience while checking out. I gave a 10% tip but the lady kept pressuring me and asking for 20%. I told her that I gave her enough already but instead of being grateful she said that it was too much work.Well its to much work reason why I paid the $70. I regret that i didnt take my tip back. If they do it again I will stop going there and find a new place.

Got knots? Ask for Sophia. She’s very intuitive and uses great pressure. I’ve used most of the services here and I can say I truly love them all and every masseuse has been great. This was my first experience getting a massage, it was pretty good for my first experience, although I have nothing to compare it to lol. I had a male misuse and he was very thorough and efficient. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean.

I never thought I could get such a horrible massage. I kept waiting for it to get better but instead it was painful and uncomfortable. The man spent 90% of the time on my back doing the same movements over and over. He then did 2 strokes on my left arm and went back to my back. Then my right shoulder started to hurt. I told him and he did 2 strokes there and that was it. For the last 10mins I asked him to do my feet and he barely did anything. I felt like he didn’t know what he was doing but the owner told me he’s been doing this for years. Well that’s concerning. I went there for an early Mother’s Day gift but it was the worst massage ever. The owner told me that’s supposedly what they do, they focus on an area and apply deep pressure but never once was I asked what area I wanted to focus on. The few times I expressed discomfort they couldn’t understand me. I was uncomfortable but hoping it would get better. When I explained all this to the owner he said I should have stopped the massage and wouldn’t give me not even a partial refund. There was nothing relaxing about this. They treated me like some steak that needed to be tenderized.

Ive been coming here at least every month or every few weeks and they go a great massage. My last trip to this place was not so great. I made an appointment for 3:30 and got there around 3:25 they sat me down, told me to wait for a few minutes, and then another older white couple came in AFTER ME and they got them started first.. meanwhile I’m sitting here patiently 25 minutes after I was still waiting for someone to assist me. I left. my time is valuable. Dont keep me waiting or accept my appointment request if you arent able to assist me within that period. I wouldnt have minded waiting but assisting the other 2 that clearly didnt have an appointment was nonsense.

Do not buy the Groupon deal. They only have availability from 10:00 am to 12 noon Monday-Friday and they are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. If you have a 8 to 5 job the Groupon coupon will not be suitable for you and they would not refund your money.

Wont accept their own Groupons. Buy one, and watch how difficult they make it for you to use it, even though theres nothing in fine print about any restrictions. Youll end up hoping Groupon gives you a refund.I recommend better places than this.

I am from out of town and have been struggling with back and neck pain. Had limited time and was staying a few miles away. The massage wasn’t great but wasn’t terrible . Spoke no English could not communicate needs. Massage was less that 50 minutes and as a person who has had fairly routine massages for about 30 years they have no clue of the body anatomy. There is no way they have a massage license . Asked if wanted feet rubbed toward end of massage in broken english. I said “what” and she walked out and said “all done”$70This is not worth $70 maybe $40They need to speak English not Chinese and I am not sure how they can do these without a license

My husband and I went here last night for our anniversary. We got a couples full body and foot reflexology. We both looked at each other after the massage and said that it was the best massage we have ever had... so different than any massage weve ever had. We are definitely sore today from them working every muscle in our body. I never want to go any other place for a massage. They are also very professional and the reflexology was mind-blowing!

I just had the best reflexology and massage! Ive been going here for over a year and each person and each person has their own way of doing massage. All of them are excellent! So glad this place is so close to me! Prices are reasonable and worth every penny!

This was my first time going.. I went to the Winter Park location to get neck and shoulder massage for 60 minutes. I ended up getting 90 minute massage with reflexology. It was AWESOME!! Amber was my masseuse and she was great!!! My neck feels soooo much better. She also gave me great tips for better health. I will definitely be returning to see Amber again!!!

My girlfriend and got foot massaged there! Super comfy chairs, they gave us a bottle of water as our feet soaked. Then the masseuse went to town! 30 mins of heaven. My feet have never felt so good! Our whole bodies were super relaxed afterwards. I highly recommend.

Jeff was excellent, he massaged my back shoulders and neck for the first 30 minutes then he did my feet. I felt amazing afterwards, the hot stones were wonderful on the feet as well.

I have really enjoyed my foot reflexology treatment and my back and shoulder massage left me feeling fantastic. I love the fact that you can simply walk in and usually get seen. The prices are very affordable and the environment is tranquil. So far, every massage therapist I have had has been exceptionally polite and highly-skilled. Im definitely going back.

I was not sure what to expect. This was my first time there for a 60 minute Swedish. The therapist was really strong and relaxed my muscles with intensity. It was not what I was expecting, but she topped it off with the hot stones and I was in a very relaxed state. The experience was different but I would go again.

It was my first time there and needed something that would fit my schedule fast. My arm and shoulders were twisted and all I did was a 30 minute deep tissue with Lucy and she was great! Very clean ,very reasonable, and best of all fixed my problem. I especially appreciate the flexibility when I can’t get in with my regular therapist, I need to have options. I will definitely be back. I will also like to try the reflexology there as well.

Tim is amazing. He does fantastic foot reflexology, I ask for him every-time I go. Clean facility, relaxing environment, friendly staff, great prices and usually there is always same day availability.

I have been here a few times previously and have typically had a good experience. Today was very different. I had opted for the one-hour reflexology. The lady wore gloves, which I understood from a health perspective, but the gloves were very rough and felt like sandpaper. She also did not do reflexology, it was more like a simple massage that you get with a pedicure, and at times was very uncomfortable. I let her know that the gloves hurt and asked her to not rub as hard. She didn’t understand anything that I was saying so I just gave up. In all fairness, it was clearly just the person I had because my friend sat next to me, had a male therapist who did not use gloves and used completely different techniques. She enjoyed hers very much. At check out we attempted to use our Groupon, which we did not know could not be used on the weekends (that was my fault for not reading the fine print) but when we went to check out, the cost was $55...which is different than the $70 value that they indicated on the Groupon I purchased. I explained my disappointment with the experience and the man at the desk could not have been more rude, which made the experience even worse. Extremely disappointed that they simply did not care.

But today I made an appointment online for a couples massage, I went there at my appointment time and they had the audacity to tell me they didnt have me in because they dont look at theyre appointment book?! Plus the lady didnt understand me, so someone else tried helping me.. They asked if I could come back and hour later. Im not able to due to my chaoic schedule.. What kind of business doesnt look at your book?! I made plans around that and Im sorry but they just lost a client. Thanks for nothing.

Horrible management and customer service. Purchased a Groupon and called to make an appointment. The guy said the earliest appointment would be week after next. When they stated the times available, he suddenly states that Groupons have restricted availability which is NOT on their Groupon info nor on their voucher. He said that available hours were only between 10am-12pm, Monday through Friday for Groupons. When I said that wasnt anywhere on the Groupon website he proceeded to argue saying thats their right and eventually hung up on me. So rude. Dont bother going there.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist who has been a devoted client since inception in the Altamonte Mall. I never leave disappointed with my service, regardless of who my therapist may be. The convenience of walk-in, no appointment needed is attractive to my schedule. For this reason it is paramount that the licensed professionals all be well skilled in their trade.....and proficient they are! Highly recommend!!

I found this place about 18 months ago and have been going every 3-4 weeks since. It is absolutely amazing. It is like no other massage Ive ever had. It is difficult to describe but you can actually feel the energy moving around your body as the blockages get opened up. I will never go anywhere else again.

All I have to say is their service is phenomenal! I have been to a few places but this one makes me want to come back cuz they offer customized service and the rooms look very cozy, the staff is welcomed and professional. I definitely recommend you guys to come and enjoy their dedicated massage.

Very professional, relaxing, and clean. Always go for the table massage, and melt your problems away. I think an hour goes toward the $55-60 range + tip, but well worth it. They take you to a private room and they usually have a waterfall/water sound with serene music in the background, while the therapist works their magic. Expect to fall asleep from because you will be tranqulized! They give you a water after to replenish and a frequent flier card to boot. They also have foot, and chair massages, along with 30 min deals for quick fixes. With these multiple options, one can not go wrong.

Yesterdays adventure consisted of....Oriental Massage.After experiencing oriental massage several times in Honolulu, I have no desire to switch back over to traditional massage bookings.I thought it was just the women, but the men get on the table too. 😳 Shocked the relaxation outta me!!! Haha (j/k)Yesterday, a male conducted the massage.Before these experiences, my therapists never got on the table. Ive found oriental massage techniques to be quite unique.The massage was a great adventure after a 10 hr overnight flight where I went forward in time.#RoadieAdventures

I have Sciatic nerve damage, Tina the massage therapist performed a Sports Medicine massage and focused on the nerve. WOW what a difference I was loose enough to jog and ride bike without any pain meds. Painfree, I am now a repeat customer. J

Best massage Ive ever had! I just walked right in without an appointment and was on a massage table in less than two minutes. The ambiance was peaceful and professional. This place is perfect for people who prefer to silently meditate during their massage.

So I cheated on my massage lady lol...I needed a massage ASAP near by my house. I’ve had knots in my shoulder blade for two weeks! Affecting my sleep! Well if you have tension and like deep tissue massage, see Lily at this place! I feel greatful that I wound up with her! I mean the tension and knots are gone I may be severely bruised up back there, LOL, she was something else. She got it all out the first visit, not sure if that’s how this suppose to work, but I’ll be fine with the bruises for a couple days at this point! My back and feet feel amazing! I’ll be going back! And trying other services!

First time visiting this place and it was amazing. Booked the full body and foot massages, the service, and safety protocol was excellent. If you want a hard massage to broke out that tight muscle, then ask for Lily and Luke.

Not sure if they understand what a “relaxing massage” is. Both my wife and I are now sore from the deep tissue rubbing (not massage) we both got. I’m giving it a two stars cause once I told her to stop she laughed and gave me the correct pressure. Save your time and go to hands and stone. You get what you pay for

Great place. i have had three treatment and they do a great job with my shoulders. But heads up guys when i am paying you never pressure or push a customer to pay TIP, almost like you are kinda forcing them. Thats not professional as a customer service and courteous. You never do that. What i found funny was the guy didnt speak english but his only word was YOU TIP HERE! TIP HERE! RIGHT HERE! i didnt tip 10% because of that but i still gave him something just because he did a good job with my shoulder but that right there i felt i kinda lost respect. If this keeps up it will show me your a cheap skate and ill turn this 4 star into a 1.

This last time was an older gentleman and I barely got any oil on my back or no hot towels. I felt like it was rushed and I walked out feeling not the way I should if I’m spending $55. I was disappointed.
