Sufii Day Spa

From the moment I walked into the spa I knew I was going to have a good experience. I had my facial with Joy. She was amazing! She was gentle and gave me soo many amazing tips on the best ways for me to maintain my skin. I came in with a few issues on the right side of my face and they disappeared the very next day after my facial. They never tried to up charge me or sell me on anything. And I ended up spending less than expected. Love this little hidden gem! Would highly recommend!

I have now tried both locations and 2 different massage therapists. I thought the winter park location was better. I also am reading reviews of most people saying their hour service was only 50 mins. Mine was not even a full 50 minutes hands on and it is also not made clear anywhere in the spa, or when you are making an appointment that an hour has a new meaning of 50 mins. I got the classic massage and I felt it was a little bit rougher than my first one and more of a stretch than a relaxing time. My last comment is it seems odd to me that the receptionist is asking out loud how much you want to tip but not providing small envelopes for cash and then counting out the cash that you do leave. Left a bad impression for me.

First time visiting Suffi Day Spa, I had a great experience. The place looks very clean,cozy and relaxing. Great customer service. The massage was amazing I will definitely be back.

I asked for this specific location for my birthday gift as the Sufi package had a great selection at an amazing cost. From the beginning experience with Josh greeting me to meeting all my specialists I felt welcomed. The treatments were outstanding and the ladies knew their specialty! I will be going back again and would highly recommend for someone who deserves a nice long pampering

My daughter and I went for a couples massage and Elli and Ecstasy were great! We both felt relaxed and enjoy the massage immensely. The spa has a welcoming and calm vibe, is clean, and the staff is friendly. Whatever a wonderful experience. We definitely recommend Suffi Day Spa.

Omg... it was my first time there, and it was so relaxing, and amazing. They serve wine while you wait, that was so happy for me when I was asked, as well as the inside was so beautiful. The sound of music inside was relaxing for me. I loved how all my sessions were quite and relaxing. I really needed all those sessions and to be honest, I never wanted to leave. If I were to say I would tell about this place, oh yes.. I already have and its on face book on my page. The place is absolutely amazing please go.. Dont miss out and the prices are very much worth it. They really have good prices for the length of the sessions.. its worth it.

Exceeded my expectations! Alexis gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back. Would highly recommend. Just one suggestion though, it was 10 minutes short of the time frame that was paid. Other than that it was perfect!

Sandra provided an incredible all around massage experience. She has great instincts and with little instruction or guidance, found the areas that needed the most help. I recommend the Zen hot stone massage…if you can take the heat. The benefits are immediate. I can see why the were on the Top of 2023 list. They continue to strong in 2024.

Me & my husband enjoyed the beautiful ambiance, and my massage was so relaxing. The therapist made sure the lights were low so I could relax. She did some stretching with my legs that really helped my tightness. & i really loved the hot towel under the neck stretch towards the end. We liked it so much my husband signed up for the membership. Highly recommend it😊

Booked this for my wife and I cause why not when you’re on a kid free vacation.Went with a 1 hour full back massage and a 1 hour facial. That was a first for us both with the facials. Upon entering the establishment it was already relaxing. They offered complementary water, tea or wine. Two women came in and said they will be the masseuses. The woman I got was tiny but she sure had a strong grip getting the knots out of my back. My wife said her masseuse also got her knots out and was very nice. After we laid in the beds to wait for the facial people come in. We got mid mask, massages on the face and neck and a really good cleaning. The place was a little pricy though after 5 days my upper shoulders still haven’t felt this relaxed in a long time. I say this cause we’ve had massages before at other places and the next day it went back to tension.

I had a same day appointment and the experience was amazing! From the initial phone call the representative was so friendly and helpful. The location was very clean and had such a calming energy. My massage therapist was AMAZING!!! I will definitely be booking again and only using that therapist each time I go. 5 star experience.

I gave my son a surprise because it was the first time he received a massage. He was very relaxed thanks to the therapy Ellie gave him. For my part, I had a sports massage with Alexi and the therapy I received was very professional and effective, I was very relaxed.The place was very beautiful. They were very attentive, all the staff are friendly.🥰

Doris and Adrian of Altamonte Springs were the ABSOLUTE BEST for my husband and I who are both professionals serving the public. We were received with smiles when we first entered the spa. The atmosphere was tranquil, the spa was spotless and the massages we received had us ready to book our next session. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Amazing experience! Booked the couples massage for my birthday. The atmosphere instantly put me at ease. There’s aromas and water fountain that provide a serene atmosphere. The staff was all very lovely and courteous. We both felt so relaxed and so much better than we’ve ever felt. We felt so pampered. They offer you drinks. I had some shoulder pain and Ellie was super great focused on that area. I feel so much better. 10/10 will recommend pampering yourself at Suffi Spa.

This was my first time getting a full body massage and I must say, I wasn’t disappointed. They showed great hospitality and made my girlfriend and I very comfortable. I’d recommend anybody to them and I promise you’ll get your money’s worth!

Only my third massage in all my life, but Will ABC knew exactly what to do to alleviate my stress. Excited for my massage next week! The spa is gorgeous and extremely professional. Don’t waste your money anywhere else.

Sufii Day Spa is where relaxation lives in the Orlando area. I cannot say enough positive things about the spa. As soon as you walk in you’re escorted into a sitting area and asked if you’d like a beverage. There are aromas and music that are calming. After 10 minutes a masseuse comes out to collect you for your appointment. Alexis was great. Every aspect of the massage was relaxing and rejuvenating. I felt so much stress release and I felt pampered for an hour. Alexis is a real professional as she uses her hands and arms and elbows to get into your muscles and relieve stress. I came out of there feeling more relaxed than I’ve felt in years. Well worth the money. The whole experience from entering to leaving was surreal and pleasant.

I booked the Bed of Roses package for me and my daughter. This was her first time getting a massage and her birthday. We had a great time!!!! Everyone there were nice and welcoming. The ambiance is very peaceful and the service was wonderful. Crystal (therapist who massaged my daughter) left her in aww. She did not want to leave. My therapist, Marti, did her thang!!! She worked out a knot in my shoulder and left me floating on clouds - thank you again Marti! Overall great spot & can’t wait to go back!!!!

Honestly, I want to give a better review. The mud wrap was phenomenal and I really enjoyed my facial. The massage was just OK. But, the worst thing was there was insanely loud construction going on which made it impossible to relax. It really ruined the experience..the business should have discounted services for the inconvenience or at the very least warned us and given us the option to reschedule.

From the time you walk through the door your at peace, the vibe the aroma takes you to total relaxation! My wife and I enjoy the time we spend with our attendants, Adrian and Doris… we will be back!

Great great experience, great ambience, this place is a vibe.My wife and I did the couples mani/pedi, and were completely satisfied with the service Linda and Joy provided, and its not just those two, the entire staff was friendly and cordial. This was our first time going and well be back in a few weeks for another round, and the next venture will be the couples massage everyone raved about at Sufii and we cant wait.

I booked an appt for couples massages and a pedi for my wife! We are from out of the state and I go by reviews mainly!First and foremost, the massage was beyond amazing! The deep tissue massage definitely hit the spot! We received the 90min massage and it was worth every second. Highly recommend our title, Bed of Roses!The pedicure portion was amazing for my wife! Staff were super friendly and did amazing work on the feet!Overall, 10 out of 10!

In response to the owners: unfortunately the quality and what happened with my massage was not a misunderstanding as i did not have my preferred massage which is explained below. My entire issue with the massage was not addressed unfortunately. I would not recommend them due to lack of customer service it seems. Ive had much better experiences elsewhere.I really wanted to enjoy my experience here as I came in for my birthday. We had to prepay for our services. My friend woke up very sick and unable to come. I asked them if theyd be able to move her service on a different day and they would not stating they had to pay their staff. That doesnt make sense to me because if someone already paid and is willing to come on a different day wouldnt you do that? They informed me that if we dont use it the money is gone.They gave an option of what we could do and I was interested in the dermaplanning facial. They stated its usually more of a cost but they will honor for me.When I went to get my massage my massage therapist informed me the massage could only be soft or medium. I informed her I like firm and she stated if I wanted to pay an additional $50 then I could have a deep tissue. I was shocked, I didnt want deep tissue. I wanted a firm regular massage. In all the massages Ive gotten, I have never had this issue and have gotten firm. The massage left a lot to be desired based on my preferences not being met.Then I went to get my facial and we talked about the dermaplanning. She stayed itll be $50 extra. I informed her what the front desk informed me earlier that they would do it based on what was already paid for. She went to the front desk and they stated they cannot do the dermaplanning unless i pay the extra money.When we went to check out they tried to charge my friend and additional $40 for their service as well. Not great customer service at all. Id prefer Hand and Stone or one of the hotel spas.

We had a couple lomi lomi massage. It was overall good experience. It was however only 50 minutes massage and not full 60 min. Also as mentioned by others there wasn’t anything like tea and fruits, only water was offered.

Alexis, is a Excellent train Massage therapist., I have been receiving deep tissue therapy for the last twenty years. Im X military veteran and have injuries from the military I am disabled Veteran.. I will say she is one of the best deeptissue.Therapist, that Ive had over 20 years now.Im glad I was able to find such a well trained person to help me through the pains that I have, it gives me a ability to make my day better. Im also receiving physical therapy at VA and acupuncture. Along with her ability, assist me, really, Its the best I felt in the last 7 years.Thank you very much for having such a well trained Technician.

Amazing spa! We booked massage, facial, and pedicure as a treat for our first wedding anniversary. When I called to book, they were incredibly helpful and made sure we got all of the introductory rates even though I had originally thought that wouldn’t apply to couples services. When we got there the spa was clean and beautifully decorated. It smelled of lemon and sage and was very relaxing atmosphere. We were taken to a private waiting room to fill out questionnaires about our preferences foe our services. Tea, water, and snacks were provided.The services themselves were also wonderful. The massage therapists were attentive and checked throughout that we were enjoying the experience. The facial and pedicure were also lovely and we enjoyed some good conversation with the ladies throughout. We will definitely be coming back to this spa.

My husband and I had a couples massage and it was absolutely amazing. My thing. My husband added on the home hot rocks and I had the scalp massage. I know that 1 of our guys name was Andre (or maybe Adrian? ). He was super Great and made me feel so much better. The price was wonderful the atmosphere was gorgeous

Every time I visit Sufii Day Spa in Altamonte it never disappoints. Today, I tried the sports massage for the first time with Adrian. He did a phenomenal job at making me feel comfortable and executing the massage how I thought it would be. I was refreshed and relaxed. I will be returning of course!

I’ve been here a few times now and the treatment is always 5 stars. I’ve had massages, the European facial and body treatments. Every service I’ve had is wonderful. The facials are a must! Everytime I have one, my skin is left soft, glowing, and refreshed. Massages have always been wonderful- I’ve had the prenatal and regular massage, all will leave you relaxed and rejuvenated. The body treatments will leave your skin so soft and bright. If you are looking for a spa in central Florida they are the best!

I have been visiting this spa for years. The quality of service as well as the atmosphere is excellent. The staff is professional and very good and each serious about your care. I visit almost monthly for the classic massage and would call out some of my favorites but then I would have an even harder time getting an appointment with them. Trust me everyone is good . My husband & I recently visited Sufii Day Spa & took advantage of their wonderful introductory rates. I booked with William as I requested deep tissue. William, hands-down, gave me one of the best massages Ive ever had. It had been a while since Ive had a massage, especially deep tissue, and Ive had a lot of leg, knee, & foot pain. William worked quickly & efficiently to work out the tension in my neck (I had a headache coming into my appointment & my neck felt extremely stiff). A few days later, and my legs, knees, & feet feel so much better still (my massage at this point was almost 4 days ago). We live in Tampa, but visit Orlando often, & I will definitely rebook a massage at Sufii Day Spa.

Went in for a 1hr manicure. Lasted about 40mins. Barely any hand massage. Worst part is I did gel polish and they did even have any of the most popular colors (OPIs funny bunny , bubble bath) so we match to another brand they had and my gel peeled the very next day. That’s unacceptable as it’s suppose to last 2wks. Definitely not worth the price I could have gone somewhere else and paid half the price for that service.

I finally gave in and decided to try again. I had no issues with the couples Wikiki massage. It was fantastic. We have been back several times. Trying Winter Park soon.I bought a gift certificate for the lomi lomi couples massage a month in advance. I included a 50% tip because i wanted to be sure we got great service. I set a time and days. They called me and said they had to change the date. I picked a new date and they called me right back to tell me that they could not do that day either.I tried hard to make this work and even gave in an accepted a male masseuse. When I called back to confirm, they said that was no longer available even though I had text messages saying it was booked.Although I was extremely disappointed. I canceled my purchase and got my money back. I was looking forward to this experience.

Linda did a wonderful job with my European facial. I have been having trouble with my skin but when I left, my face was glowing. She also provided a great balance of conversation and silence. I had a great experience.

I got a deep tissue massage for my back. I didn’t have back pain before but now I do. Hurts to even just sit on the couch. Experience wasn’t that great either. Just felt like I was being doused with oil and his hands were doing the same repetitive motion, which is probably why my back hurts so much.

My 1st time visiting this place. And let me tell you, it was so relaxing, the atmosphere was mediating and calm. Got a 4.5 hour spa treatment, I just felt like a queen that could fall asleep for hours. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Really enjoyed my massage with Adrian! Easy check in and scheduling process online. I did the 90 minute deep tissue massage and it was wonderful. Very relaxing and helped with my tight muscles. Adrian did a wonderful job and highly recommend him. If I lived closer, I would definitely be back!

This place cultivates a nice, calming atmosphere, and their massage therapists definitely know what theyre doing, but there are some issues on the business end. They overlooked a couple of the add-ons I had purchased, and while they were refunded without argument, it was disappointing not to receive the services I expected. In addition, they subtract from your massage time for room turnover, which is not the norm in my experience; when I buy an hour massage I expect it to be an hour hands-on time, not 50 minutes. Advertise and price your services appropriately or youll end up with dissatisfied customers.

I booked a massage and facial here same day and they said it would have to be paid in full. Ok. No problem. Get my services, go to check out and they say I owe them $30. Why? Oh well because they didnt charge the right amount. Ok... sketchy. Whatever, pay AGAIN for my services. Now here we are 2 days later and clearly the esthetician tried to scalp my face off! This is absolutely crazy, I have gotten so many microderms before, even from students still in training and this has never happened. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great spa, I had a fantastic experience with my massage, however, the service for lashes was very disappointing. I got the lash lift and within a few hours my lashes looked crazy (going in different directions) I called them back to see if there was anything we could do. They said the technician would reach back. That was yesterday, and Im still waiting. Overall theyre good. They could improve their customer service. The pedicures are awful, Ive tried them with different technicians and they were all bad. The last person I had stopped suddenly and informed she couldnt finished my pedicure, the manager came and asked her to finished it. It was so awkward, additionally the technician was sick, coughing non stop and shaking the entire time. Lastly their hydrafacial is NOT a hydrafacial. Its just a vacuum that lacerated my sking and left scars on my neck and chest area. I mentioned it to the front deak person and he just advised me to keep the area moisturized. I was super painful and again it was not a hydrafacial. The lady doing it was definitely not experienced. I do not recommend.This place is only good for massages. I give them a 5 star rating for their massages.

Finally tried my hometown day spa and what an enchanting oasis tucked away in an unassuming strip mall. As soon as you walk in, you’re transported to a state of zen.I took my mother for a pedicure and she had limited mobility. Linda was fantastic with her and her nails look impeccable.Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and accommodating and had no problem with me hanging out in the tea room while my mother enjoyed her service.Definitely planning a repeat visit for myself as well.

I’m always hesitant to review Spas because I feel like you should be able to walk-in when you want to, but the good ones are generally booked. Sufii did not disappoint!! We were able to get in almost immediately (luck of the draw) and had a great massage at a very good introductory price. The place is clean, relaxing, and they seem to have something for everyone. The masseuse even helped get some shoulder mobility back (unexpected plus)We will definitely be back! Thank you!Randy

I had the most wonderful experience. The ladies at the front desk were super helpful and friendly as it was my first time. The waiting room and atmosphere are top notch and so relaxing. Adrian, my masseuse was absolutely incredible- just exuded peace and serenity while working out all the knots and kinks like magic. Will absolutely be returning for future services.

Beware that the timing they state the massages are, are actually 20-30 minutes less than they state. My husband booked a 90 minute couples massage with lots of extras and the massage was actually only 60 minutes. They stated that the “consult” in which they only asked what oil we wanted, takes up the extra time. Very disappointing and not what we expected or paid for.

I went with the whole family. We enjoyed ourselves. The place was beautiful , clean and the staff was very knowledgeable.

Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had. I booked two couples services for my brother and his wife as a wedding present, for a very specific time and day as with wedding preparations they have a full schedule, and are from out of state so their time here in Florida is limited. The receptionist first of all couldn’t get my name right to save her life but I can ignore that. But rather than book for the correct time and day she booked my brothers reservation for a month off, and never gave any confirmation calls or texts or emails so any of us could realize the mistake. So day of their appointment comes, they’re on their way, and I decide to give the spa a call to make sure we had the time right and thank god for that because after 20 minutes of her searching she finally finds the appointment and starts blaming me for it being booked in a month and “it’s not even on the same day we have you on a Friday you asked for Friday” which they would know isn’t true if they checked their recorded calls. So instead of offering to fix it or move it she just keeps talking over me about how I booked for the wrong date and how it’s my fault and that they couldn’t have ever accommodated the appointment anyway because they don’t have any providers the day I requested for. She kept hanging up on me over and over so I’d call back and she’d be upset I’m calling- like you caused a problem I need a solution, of course I’m calling back. I ask for a manager and the receptionist tells me they’re all in meetings. I say I need them to call me because this is now a ruined wedding present and she says there aren’t any managers. I say she just said they’re in a meeting and she says “you know what I’m the manager. I’m a manager. How can I help you” straight up lying to me like I’m somehow the problem when them booking incorrectly was the problem. Then WHILE I AM ON THE LINE she starts insulting me to someone else talking about how nasty I am like she didn’t ruin a wedding present by messing up the booking. I tell her I’m on the line and she just hangs up on me. The kicker with all of this is that I when I booked, after I hung up happy as a clam because of how easy booking was, she had to call me back and confirm the appointment because she wrote something down wrong. She said to me then “we look forward to seeing you [date of the appointment that we asked for]. So she knew the correct date, and just messed up anyway. I could even forgive the mistake but she was so horrible talking over me and blaming me for the mistake like I somehow did it myself, and they did offer another time but they have wedding plans. If the appointment was impossible to book they shouldn’t have ever charged me in advance the full payment and just not send the confirmations so we couldn’t know. I’m literally still waiting on my refund.

My friend and I visited as part of a girls trip. We both got full body massages, facials, pedicures and manicures. Service WAS EXCELLENT! Honestly the best massage Ive ever had!!! My only complaint is the set up of the pedicure stations. Sitting that low and your leg resting on the sink tray while they work on your feet is odd!! Not a deal breaker though.

I had an incredible experience at this lovely spa. I went in for the mom-to-be package and wow ! I felt so pampered and relaxed ! The moment you walk in the setting is so calming and the staff is so friendly ! Andrea did my massage and it was amazing and relaxing !! Juliette did my facial and pedicure and she is amazing and relaxing as well. They all did a wonderful job and we’re so sweet. Definitely going back to this hidden gem I wish I knew about sooner !

Dont search for another massage place! This one is the one you are looking for if you prefer an immediate feeling of relaxation as soon as you walk in the door. I booked my Sport massage with Bryan and will happily be going back. My range of motion was 1000% times better after the 1.5 hours were up. I cannot recommend him enough if you need a good deep pressure rub. Im also chatty and appreciated the flow of the conversation. Do your mind and body a favor and book with Bryan stat ❤️

Oh, my word. This was my first time here and I was blown away. I’ve gotten massages before but none quite like the one I got here.I originally booked a lady massage therapist (not because I prefer female therapists, I just saw who was available at my desired time and it just so happened to be a lady). They called me the morning of to see if I was ok with switching to a male massage therapist. I said it was fine.I’m glad I did because Bryan gave me the best massage EVER. He knows his stuff. When he asked me where we needed to focus and I said my shoulders and back, he mentioned something along the lines of being able to see the tension in my traps. When he asked me how much pressure I prefer, I wasn’t quite sure what to say at first because deep tissue is not my thing but I know you can’t go light on my tension. So I was like “Uh… medium?” He just says “Ok, we’ll just communicate. Sound good?”He was SPOT ON when it comes to pressure. I never had to tell him to ease up. The stones were the perfect temperature, too. I absorb heat like a lizard so it was nice they stayed hot the whole time.He also worked some techniques I’d never had with a massage before, like actually taking my arm out, stretching it and getting to the tendons in my elbows where some tension from desk work hits. Normally you only see that in a chiropractor’s office.I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep. I’ve never been that comfortable getting a massage before.The place is super clean, relaxing and inviting. They have a membership but they aren’t pushy about it (extra points in my book!). I will definitely be back soon. 😃

This is a great spa - a real spa too - soft music, great ambience. Got a facial this time w Linda - you can tell she just loves what she does! Gave me some simple tips to keep my face healthy and hydrated. I will be seeing her monthly!

My husband made an appointment for me to have 3 spa treatments on Valentine’s Day. Everyone was so friendly and courteous. The woman who did my massage and body treatments eased my nervousness in such a great way because I had never had a body wrap before and didn’t know what to expect. Both she and the young lady who did my facial were very professional and both did an excellent job. I was completely satisfied and relaxed after my appointment. I would definitely recommend Sufii Day Spa to everyone.

I had my first massage here. Adrian is the best! The atmosphere is perfect and they do everything they can to make sure that you are comfortable throughout the entire process. Joy was amazing during my body treatment and I actually went to sleep which is usually impossible. Gisele was great with my manicure and pedicure and was able to make me feel great even though she had to rush. I live 2 hours away but I will most definitely be coming back and hope to become a regular customer. You won’t be disappointed when you book here!

This was a great first time experience. We were able to make a same day reservation for a couples massage. It went really well! It was my boyfriends first massage ever and he really enjoyed it. The beds were heated which was amazing. The environment was very soothing and comfortable and the staff were understanding and kind. We will be coming back!

The atmosphere of Sufii is fantastic and doesn’t stop in their waiting room. They offered me tea or water while I waited and the furniture is comfortable. If you have issues seeing in low light or maneuvering around rugs you may have a problem but otherwise I enjoyed it.I’ve had a massage, facial, and pedicure done here. The classic massage does allow you to customize the attention or time spent in one area, which is great compared to other spa’s introductory massages.I wish that their facials had better descriptions online so that customers could choose based on the actual process rather than a vague description. For instance, I chose a facial that I thought would be less irritating to my skin so I could still enjoy the beach, but I was advised to wear a hat in addition to my usual sunscreen.For pedicures, the tubs aren’t as comfortable because there aren’t places for your feet. It wasn’t as relaxing as I hoped because there wasn’t a heel massage, and I was asked to move my feet under the faucet to rinse off product during it, which was awkward as it was to the side. If you’re worried about places that don’t use bags inside the tubs, keep that in mind for here. I got a simple polish and my nails dried quickly and look nice.

This was my first time in the spa, I had received a gift card to use there. I was pleasantly surprised by the decor and vibe! I felt like I was transported to a spa in Greece! Definitely a great ambiance meant for relaxing. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. I got an Oxygen facial from Gisele. It was so good, I fell asleep for a few minutes! My skin looked flawless when I left. I did not feel pressured to buy a membership or book again; however I definitely will. My only complaint is the wait time. My appointment was at 3:30pm, I didn’t go back to the facial room til 3:40 and was left for nearly 10 minutes to change. I was only getting a facial so I only needed to remove my top and was ready within a few minutes. Besides that minor detail, everything was top notched! Thank you!

The atmosphere was great. The male was awesome, but I cant remember his name. The lady who did my bf massage was very rushy and EXTREMELY light on pressure. Also, the massages arent for the full time thats paid for. They ask you to be there 15 mins prior but deducts 10 mins from massage time to undress and dress, I guess 😕.

Went for a couples massage on a weekend trip. Ive had massages before, but this was by far the best one yet. My massage therapist was amazing. This was his first, and he absolutely loved it. I took my husband here for his 35th birthday last week and he loved it! He’s never pampered himself like this before and he couldn’t stop talking about how much he enjoyed himself after we left. The staff was so lovely and it was a really relaxing environment.He got the European facial and got so relaxed he started falling asleep. I got the hydro facial, I loved how my skin looked and felt after. We both got massages, I should have booked for deep tissue instead of the bamboo since I was more tense than I realized, but that was my fault and she still did a great job working on my back.

For being the first time going to a spa, Sufii Day Spa Orlando for me was a wonderful experience. I went for my niece birthday on the 15th and the tech did a great facial massage, mani and pedi. Wonderful ambiance. I would go back again and ask for the same person.

You cant have one without the other. Sufii strikes this balance. My massage therapist, CRISTAL, gave an excellent, highly skilled massage. CRISTAL has a professional technique and muscle intuition that you can feel. She loves her art and it really shines through. I especially like the pressure she uses (whether deep tissue or lighter, surface pressure to release fascia tension) is always in response to YOUR request. She responds well to what / how you communicate your personal preference. Took my cousin for birthday massage and facials. What a fantastic experience we both had. Quick and easy scheduling. The spa is clean and the staff very friendly.Both of us had the same techs for each service. Adrien was beyond amazing with each massage. He listened and focused on areas we was concerned with. I could feel the tension melting away as he worked! For our Hydrafacials we had Acacia as our tech. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. My face feels beyond fantastic! She had great recommendations to help take care of my skin.I used to live right up the street, but am now 45 min away. I won’t hesitate to make the drive for the quality level of service and the people we met today.

Me and my husband had the couples classic massage and it was amazing! There are no words other than thank you to the therapist that did an amazing job! I was so relaxed and all the muscle tension was gone afterwards. We live in St. Cloud and it was worth the drive to Altamonte Springs. We will be scheduling a return visit to the spa very soon.

From the outside there is not much to see but once you step through the doors you are transformed into a peaceful Zen experience. Staff were friendly, experienced and attentive. The Best Day Spa in Town! The customer service is fantastic the minute you walk in the door, they offer you wine, water or tea and even have some snacks available too. The seating area is very relaxing with a waterfall and incense throughout the waiting room. My favorite person to get pedicures from are Martha! She has a great personality and genuinely cares about her clients. Spends extra time to make sure your nails look absolutely perfect before you head out the door. Im also very picky with my massages, and Vanessa just blew me away. She is a really fun person to talk with and made me laugh multiple times. She is very skilled in massage therapy and is not afraid to apply the pressure necessary. Within a simple 30 minute massage, my back seemed to make a full 360 from when I went in there. Overall, I love this place and highly recommend to anyone in Central Florida to visit!

I came across this spa after grabbing lunch from next door earlier this week. The girls at the front desk were extremely hospitable and helpful! I scheduled an appt for Friday (yesterday). I had an amazing 90 min massage. (The extra half hour was only $30). After a long week of holiday planning and family time during a pandemic, I was in NEED of some TLC. The moment you walk in, you’re taken to a peaceful mindset. I’ll definitely be back...especially since I signed up for a membership! Thanks so much ladies! Can’t wait for my next visit.

Therefore we had a chat with Google and a couple of places came up and no one caught our eye. Therefore we kept searching and came across Sufii Day Spa and we knew we had to book an appointment with them ASAP. Long story short, the quality, professionalism and communication were phenomenal. She took very good care of me and my daughter that day. She was very detailed about our skin and what we need to use on our skin to get the results that we are looking for. I am happy to say, that I will be returning to her spa again for another treatment. Thank you for your patience and kindness. Also, for making our first experience one that we will never forget.

Spa day for a sister trip to Orlando and our niece joined us. Massage and facial. Very relaxing atmosphere and the facility was very clean. We all enjoyed our services…providers were excellent!! Would visit again if I am back in the area!

I had a gift card from my children and my husband. I booked my day to get everything from a pedicure, manicure, massage and a facial. My massage was incredible. The facial could have been a little bit better. All she did was rub creams and put hot towels on my face. My manicure was horrible and I had to pick my nail polish three times because the nail polish I kept picking was old, dried up or to goey. My pedicure was the most uncomfortable. The chairs are placed where you cannot sit comfortably and I kept sliding off the chair. By the end of the pedicure my back was hurting. Your feet should be hanging off the chair when having a pedicure instead I was sitting with my knees almost to my chest. She did not cut my cuticles properly there was no massage on my feet at all. I spent over $300 and that’s not including tip. I can spend way less at my local nail salon and get better services. The only reason I went was because of the gift card. My kids and husband thought it would be a great place. I know everyone will have different experiences but, this was mine.

I had a massage appointment at noon and due to an accident and traffic was going to be late. They were able to move things around and move my appointment to when I finally arrived. So accommodating! My one hour massage with Anthony was nothing short of amazing! Ive never felt this good after a massage! Thank you to the whole staff!

From the moment I entered this spa, I was impressed with the ambience, the aromas and calming effect introduced to my senses. The staff is wonderful. They truly work hard to please. I enjoyed the aromatherapy massage session which melted all of the tension and muscle soreness I’ve built over the past months of constant work in front of the computer screen. You will not be disappointed with this spa experience. It’s not Hand and Stone or Massage Envy, it’s better.

I’ve had enough massages over time that I am now a big picky, so please know that when I say Anthony is incredible, he truly is.Mae delivered on a facial and body wrap. I’ve never been so relaxed during a facial that I’ve fallen asleep, but with Mae, I did! Super warm personality and very nurturing. I had never done a body wrap before but I could imagine that it might be a little awkward normally. But I felt completely comfortable with Mae.I’m only visiting Orlando but if I lived here, I’d definitely become a regular at Sufii with Anthony and Mae!!! ❤️

I had a great massage by Adrian on Saturday! He listened while I told him all the problems I have with my back and neck. He then explained that he would not massage directly on the spinal areas, but would massage beside the spine. He used light to medium pressure and his hands were magical. All the painful areas were addressed. Adrian then moved down to my legs, feet, and toes. Then he had me turn over and messaged my hands, fingers, arms, neck, and face. This was the best massage Ive ever had! I bought the 3 month membership and plan on requesting Adrian for all my messages.

I have been coming for years and never had a bad experience I had a massage today with Dorris. Amazing massage. She was very attentive to the areas I had a lot of tension. The Spa is clean and all staff is friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to escape and de-stress.

My daughter & I decided we needed a spa day and was in the Orlando area, so we decided to go to Sufii Day Spa it was far beyond our expectations. I wanted to surprise my daughter and went with the bed of roses package (1 hour massage & 1 hr pedicure) the staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and most of all friendly. However, I was told in the package (mother/daughter) the facial came with steam and it didn’t. The steam is my favorite part of a facial.5. My sister and her daughter was the other package deal and they didn’t get a hand/arm massage during their facial like I did in the same package.6. At the end, the owner kept popping in on our mani/pedi session speeding techs up to attend the new arrivals. We dropped $800 in just two of the three packages we purchased (not including tip) and that doesn’t include my moms package. So that was a bit of a turn off for me.I would solely return for Vanessa!!

Everyone was welcoming. The set up is very relaxing. They are very aware that their clients are probably tense so they provide a lovely waiting area and provide either tea, wine or water.

While on vacation for my birthday, my fiancé treated me to my favorite past time…a massage and Sufii Day Spa did not disappoint. From the front desk personnel to the decor and ambiance to my amazing masseuse. He was everything, I’m even thinking of flying back in the near future for a spa date. I Highly recommend that you treat yourself to this experience.

This placing is amazing. I was gifted a 2 hour massage from a friend and decided to treat myself this weekend. I was blown away by this place, the super homey feel I got when I hit the door and it continued on the entire experience to the free wine/snacks offered. The thing that really put it over the edge is that they offered a new facial I had never heard of hydra facial, I like to try new things and do suffer from dry skin sometimes. This was the perfect counter to dry skin and i loved it. Signed up for a membership and will be back again.

I have been a member since 2014 for a reason: always stellar service and a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and comparable to most other businesses/memberships. The environment is very clean, and staff is very accommodating. (The therapists really helped with an injury I had. They accommodated me/crew for a bachelorette party I threw, and treated me awesome for my birthday visit!) There are multiple services to enjoy every visit. Ill give this business/team 5 stars every time.

I love going here with my husband because its the most reasonable in price but I hate how i spend money on an hour or a 50 min massage and I end up getting 10 mins less then whatever im paying for. I dont think them setting up the room or me getting undressed should be apart of my massage time. Especially when I getting there early like you have asked.

Went there for my weeding anniversary celebration and we have a great time. Rear fácil a fine by Sandra the sweetest person I ever meet. The couples massages where great as well. I will go back mist definitely.

Updated Post Massage: My husband and I have to say that we truly appreciated the staff for offering to make our first experience right. With that said we really enjoyed our experience this second go around and plan on returning! My husbands massage therapist was Marcela and I had Tara, who was amazing!! She really took the time to ask me questions about my knee, which I mentioned I injured YEARS ago. But it still flares up, especially if I sit too long. My husband said Marcela was great as well and was one of the better massage experiences hes had in a long time. We got both of their cards and plan on returning in April before we leave for our honeymoon. Thank you to the staff at Suffi, most companys or businesses wouldnt bother taking a customers review so seriously and go beyond out of the way to make it right.Updated: I would like to add an update that they did reach out to me and offer my husband and I a massage to come back and apologized, which I truly do appreciate that. For that I would like to up the starts originally given, because not many businesses would do something as such. Both of us look forward to our next experience and I’ll happily post another update then.The first time I went to the spa I had a great experience. My second time not so much, and sadly Ill be trying another place now. I booked a 1.5 hour massage, arrived around 25 minutes early as recommended so I could relax and drink wine before. The massage didnt start until 15 minutes late and was only an hour of hands on. After asking apparently the 1.5 hour massage is suppose to include 75 minutes of hands on. So not only did it start late, not because of me - I was told the person in the room before was taking a while to leave, but I was also shorted 15 minutes. When brought up one of the other specialists (not sure if shes a skin or massage person) said oh theyre really good about time! Like Im sure they are, but the way she said it and what she said really rubbed me the wrong way. It is what it is, but now Ill be trying another place.

Me and my best friend chose to do the couples bed of roses package - Definitely recommend this location and ANTHONY as your masseuse - I knew he was knowledgeable because he hit every single tension point of mine and remained on that area instead of constantly moving to different parts - it’s like he was communicating with my pain lol. He moved at a great pace & before the massage he asked what pressure I wanted / what my problem areas were. Alot of the times the massager forgets and doesn’t follow through with what you ask but he was very attentive & he also didn’t lose energy towards the end of the massage which happens with some!

Needed a quick massage for some much needed knots out and found this cute boutique spa which greets ya with a beverage. Had a great massage and it transported me to a relax feel 😎. Would recommend a massage didn’t get a facial.

Purchased a Rosacea Facial gift certificate from the website. Easy to used. I arrived to my appointment and was politely greeted and attended to immediately. Giselle performed the facial and it was delightful. I left refreshed with glowing skin.

Went in for a full body and a facial. This was my first time visiting Sufii but definitely won’t be my last. Service was great. Atmosphere was relaxing and smelled wonderful. Staff was attentive and made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful place. I had four services done, Sandy and Juliette were awesome! 4 stars because the person doing my facial had a nasty cough and was not wearing a mask.

Adrian gave me one of the best massages ever. The place is very friendly and soothing. Juliette gave me a wonderful pedicure after my massage. When I am back in town this will be the first place I stop!!!
