Love this shop! Great service and point system to buy a bunch of cool stuff! Very knowledgeable and always has what Im looking for if not they have great substitutes until they get restock! They also really do listen to their customers so if theres something youre interested in they can find it or can tell you where you can find it. Just a great place all around!

I-Smoke Outlet in Altamonte Springs is open 10AM-10PM, every day, Monday-Sunday. I love that they are open late, whereas other smoke shops in the area close at 8 or 9PM. I usually need vape supplies at night because I work during the day. Their prices were awesome.They had a wide selection of good quality vape kits, mods, tanks, and a decent selection of coils, although they did not have the one that I was looking for, unfortunately. The prices for the coils are the best I have seen!They also have almost every juice that I use, and in 6mg, which is rare! Thats why I gave them 5 stars.. I would definitely recommend them.However, Froggers is a very busy bar that is directly next store. Parking can get yet crazy if you go at night like I do. You may have to wait for a parking spot. Im including some pictures so you can see the inventory and how cool it is on the inside.The man working in the store at the time was very knowledgeable about every question I had, and all of the products I was curious about. He knew every detail of every item and its cost without having to check. I admire him for knowing his stuff, and would assume that all of the employees at this establishment know what they are doing! I was very impressed.I was used to having the associates at smoke shops change my coil in my vape for me. I asked him if he would change it and he politely declined. Unbeknownst to me, the laws have recently changed. The associates are no longer able, by law, to adjust or modify a pre-owned device. I was mistaken for thinking he either did not want to or was otherwise unmotivated to do so. However, now, I am appreciative of his knowledge as to not break any guidelines or restrictions that have been recently changed.In other words, this place knows what they are doing. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of vape supplies or smoke supplies. Not only are they helpful and provide top of the line products at a great price, but they also are keeping the community safe and updated with the current times. I cannot tell you how great this place is. The variety is on point, always well stocked, customer service is the best! They will answer any questions you have. Ive been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. Highly recommend

Best customer service in Seminole County.they guys all know their stuff, and are really good at handling the flow of people, this side of town is unique as they Dont have 30 smokeshops within a 5 mile radius like unincorporated orange county does. Quality of Quantity i guess is a good descriptor.

Do not make the mistake of buying an Smok brand vape ! They have in my experience been nothing more than chinese GARBAGE !! Total waste of money !! No help from the store other than to say they havent had a problem with them !! absolutely wrong !!Waste !! Pathetic Waste !! If its made in china Its Garbage !! So , Stay away from the RPM5 and the RPM 80 pro as they are chinese dollar store toys ! I will be going back to the Manual cigarette maker with the tubes and tobacco ! And BYW Doctors now say the vape pens are just as bad for your health as the cigarettes you buy anywhere !! And to the owner of the Ismoke store in Altamonte Springs, When I purchase anything from anywhere even W-mart they are always happy to take a defective item back for replacement !! You may learn something from that !! I wont be back to waste any more money ! Actually look at the purchases and tell me what your solution is to bring it back and maybe 3 to 4 weeks later a solution may be provided !! NO WAY !! THAT IS PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE BACKED BY CHINESE GARBAGE !! its okay I will work on Legislation to have you regulated in the U.S. as you seem to be piss ants that can steal the U.S. consumer blind and its time your free ride is over !!!

Good bros. helpful for yeah this is actually some good stuff, my main delta 8 etc hookup. good frequent buyer points.once my vape gizmo died and I hit them up for rec on a new one, they suggested one that was very low-price, and has proven to be shockingly weather resistant.

I visit here frequently and am always greeted in a friendly manner. The staff is always helpful and willing to answer any questions I have or give their suggestions. The rewards program used is a must have for frequent customers. The only feedback I have would be that if the staff is assisting someone else, you almost go unnoticed as the other person is their main focus. This is typically not an issue with me as I like to browse for a minute before deciding on something, but could be a negative experience to others.

This was my first time visit. Very friendly and polite staff. I was extended the offer to join their rewards program and was explained how it works. The store has everything nicely displayed and has a great vibe. I will definitely return.

Customer service sucks started going a few blocks further. Always have to wait very long till they finish explaining and going over all flavors with someone when all you want is a quick. Sale. Multi tasking is not on the list here. They person left there NEVER can get to the inventory so telling me the have it but dont have the keys almost 80% of the time is useless. Found a new spot always has 2 to 3 workers always has what you need. This spot sucks.

Came in at 9:30pm tonight because I wasnt paying attention to my juice and was 100% out. Rather than get a pack of smokes I stopped by here due to the fact that you are one of the few places open so late and the place I go to normally closes fairly early. You guys didnt have my regular juice but employee on duty (whos name I sadly didnt get) gave me some amazing recommendations and I wont lie Im in love with one of the flavors he got me to buy already. Customer service was perfect and I couldnt ask for more. The employee knew his devices, his juices, and got me to buy a bunch of stuff that I couldnt be happier with. Definitely returning again.

Dalton is the man, I went in for a tank and ended up getting a whole new setup. He walked me through what would be the best choice for me, got me everything I needed An got me smoking again and with a way better quality setup. Pricing was more than fair too. Great shop for vapers! Large selection of juices and mods/tanks at really great prices. Always go here for tanks and juices and they have a rewards program that gets you free juice or coils for every 50$ spent and also offer other special discounts. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly as well. 2 thumbs up!

I’m a business owner so I’m not gonna give a 1 star for customer service. So I’ve given 5 stars because I don’t feel the owner has to suffer and I know when it comes to google and yelp ratings it can truly impact a business. I called and had several questions about juices and at first I was informed on a few juices and was treated nice but then after a few more questions his voice and tone seemed annoyed and irritated. He seemed very rude and was super short like he wanted to get off the phone. That’s super unprofessional. I will not be shopping there when I was gonna spend a lot of money there.

Great place. Clean and organized. Was there a few months back and a kid helped me out and was awesome at helping me find what I needed. Also very professional. I’m from a Rec state (Nevada) so let’s just say I made a slip up in the lingo down here when talking about what I was using it for and he caught it quick and stopped me politely but still found exactly what I needed. If he’s there the next time I go I’ll make sure to put his name in so people know who to talk to.

I came in to this store yesterday (5/25) because my Rove vape pen didnt start. I thought it was broken and was ready to buy another. Tommy assisted me and advised that the battery had automatically shut down and I just wasnt familiar with how to start-it up again. I GREATLY appreciated his honesty and wanted to leave this 5-star feedback for not only his stellar assistance, but product knowledge as well as inventory !!

I only rate this 2 because the employees are SO NICE AND WELCOMING when you first walk into the store but the only thing that BOTHERS ME is EVERYTHING i bought from there lasted me the most 3 months in battery life and i JUST BOUGHT A NEW PIECE like 3-4 days ago and the battery life did not last at all. I cant even use it and on top of that, the guy that sold it to my did not give me my receipt. I will be coming back to return this item to this company and im sure they will send to their manufacturer like they always say. I only started going to ismoke because its closer to my home but ill rather travel 10 or more miles to my old smoke shops than keep wasting my money to get the same results with not one or two or three but maybe 5 or 6 machines.

Great staff as usual but Im pretty sure I got a fake airbar its the second time I bought a air bar from this place and its the same stale taste i went down the street where they told me they been getting re packaged airbars as well which is why airbars came out with a diamond version NOT the lux same price different look and packaging I love the staff but Im taking my business down the street unfortunately until the diamonds are in stock P.s last thing i want to do is go to the other smoke shop there staff is horrible not gonna mention any names..

First smoke shop experience and boy was I surprised! I thought they were going to try to sell me a lot of stuff I didnt need and the employees actually ended up saving me money buy telling me what items I actually didnt need for a starter. Definitely going back to this store!

My husband and I purchased 2 starter vape units at $30 a piece on 02/02/2017. We were told when we purchased them that could be returned if defective. The next day I took a unit back because it was leaking and they changed the coil. The same day my husbands unit was leaking an continued to leak. Today we went to return the units and they would not give us a refund. Just lost customers and earned a bad review.

CSA handled well with multiple customers. I got a gemm tank from freemax technology and it hits hard. Take youre time ask questions and try samples if your getting liquid.

I went to I smoke altamonte after visiting Fahrenheit, a shop right down the road, and I was very happy I did not waste money at the other store. The staff at I smoke are excellent and the owner has a great business going. Very good experience.

I bought 2 e-cigs from this company. The salesman said if there were any problems bring them back. They both leaked badly. I brought them back 2 days later for a refund and the merchant refused to refund my money.Here is the Florida law: Merchants that do not offer refunds must post this fact where customers can see. Failing this requirement, customers may return goods for a full refund within 20 days of the purchase.This merchant is in violation of that law. Beware.

They sold me a faulty herb vaporizer right out of the box and knowingly the salesman tried to give me a replacement and his boss and hes greedy managers wouldnt let me get a full refund when even the sales rep said it was faulty and was probably damaged during shipping

Went in to buy a coil the guy behind the counter had to make a phone call to see what the right coil was for my device when I got the coil I put it fit in properly but didnt work I asked if there was another coil maybe the one he sold me wasnt for my device he told me i had to buy the second coil to see if it works I already paid for one coil that didnt work and the guy wanted me to experiment with another coil that I would have to pay for with no guarantee that it would work .never again spending another penny at this establishment
