Janet is a true magician. She is a master of her craft! Total hair loss has been one of the worst parts of cancer for me. It’s meant losing part of my identity; part of my ‘self’. Janet was able to create 2 wigs that looked almost exactly like my bio hair. I am so grateful to her because I have the confidence now to be in public. I am able to go to work, to the store and live my life. Thank you Janet and Eden Spa!

I absolutely love it here! I had a rough time after being hospitalized several weeks for asthma and the therapists here are just awesome. Professional, friendly, caring service all around. Great affordable prices and no complaints! Gift cards available as well as weekly and monthly sales. This is truly a relaxing atmosphere! I cannot say enough about Patricia my therapist. Best I have felt in a very long time. I will return and highly recommend. I leave you with this thought... A hospital will not allow just any therapist to work in there in house Spa! These are professionals who are experienced, are joyful , and have a willing heart to help you feel great!

Kelli the cosmetologist is awesome. She is knowledgeable, patient, and extremely friendly. I havent felt anything but comfortable and welcome with her!! I would recommend her to anyone, not just us cancer patients!! Its a nice atmosphere to not have to be in touch regular salon while going thru the chemo and hairloss

This is a hidden gem located in the hospital! Along with the bra fitting they have many services available like manicures and other pampering treatments! There is also the fantastic gift shop out in front! The ladies there will take wonderful care of you!

The best experience EVER!!! Masseuse Patricia is amazing, hands of an Angel! Shes always so nice and welcoming. All the ladies are great. Danielle and especially Donna!!! Donna always answers any questions u have and very pleasant and sweet every time I come in. Wish I could go ever day! Im pregnant and get the mommy-to-be massage but they offer so many services. A MUST TRY!

The Mommy-To-Be massage is amazing! I would highly recommend it to any pregnant lady. Patricia was super professional and caring. I did it in my third trimester (33 weeks). I left feeling completely renewed. Just be sure to get the ok from your OB or CNM.If you do the tour of the Baby Place at the hospital, you get a coupon for 50% off that service, which is awesome! Even though I think it’s totally worth the full price too.Great place.

Meg is Amazing, she care for you mind , body and soul! she helped me for months get my lymphedema under control and taught me how to take better care of myself, thanks to her i three sizes smaller and pain free i can actually dance again, forever grateful. I will actually miss her and her miracle work! she changed my life! and the palace is beautiful , neat clean and support staff is amazing.

Just finishing up my last chemo treatments at the adjoining Florida Cancer Institute, I often passed by this establishment and even contemplated signing up for a much needed massage or beauty facial. After looking around the place, it was very disheveled with boxes all over the place and as many spas as I have been to, this place I would not consider this as one. The worst part of it all, I needed to get custom compression sleeve ordered and after waiting for over a month to finally get an appointment to pick them up, I was told that they lost them and would have to wait another few weeks to get them in. I don’t know what kind of management is running this place but if I can spare someone else the trouble of what I have been through, then this review will accomplish what I had hoped. I’m speaking out as a person who’s already been through the ringer and I would hope that Florida Cancer Institute will do their due diligence and partner with someone who would do a better job of providing the kind of service and treatment that we deserve. And Eden Spa is not it.

I drove all the way from Winter Garden to purchase a makeup brand that was so highly recommended. I got there at 5 and was told they had already closed but I called the store and that specifically told me 7. It’s a but inconsiderate to say one thing and leave a whole 2 hours before.

My favorite place to get a massage. Patricia is the best! She listens, helps relieve the tension, and provides a great experience.

I have been getting my haircut at the Eden spa for probably the last 6 months or more.... Kelly the hair stylist is amazing does a fabulous job!

Great service and deals, but it’s hard to walk in and get service. You have to make an appointment.

Totally worth to quick relaxation to feel one with yourself....
