I’ve been here three times and got a membership. Gerald and Maggie were both amazing massage therapists. I’ve continued seeing Gerald. Gerald is amazing. Truly gifted. I was pregnant my first time there and he saw me and said, “when are you due?” I told him 2 weeks and he said “no. You’ll have the baby in a week. I know these things.” And he was right! I had my baby that weekend, lol.And as for bodywork, Gerald is incredible. I have lower back pain and sciatica and I’m convinced that Gerald did the lion’s share of work to help me get past it. He stretches limbs as part of the massage and it’s just the best feeling. I feel like a better human when I leave.Maggie is amazing, as well! She listened to my concerns and I felt limber and loose when I left.You can’t go wrong with this location or Gerald and Maggie. The front desk staff are also so kind, helpful, and thorough.

I have had several massages from both Elise and Maggie and they are phenomenal massage therapists! The best ones here by far!! If you want a relaxing nervous system reset- Maggie is your girl! She has such a calming my presence and makes me feel incredibly rejuvenated and relaxed. Elise is great for the deeper stuff and has always done a great job with helping me with my pain areas. She’s a great listener and adjusts her pressure accordingly. Both of these women are just fantastic in every way and make you feel incredibly welcomed and unashamed of your needs. I think this is what constitutes a GREAT massage therapist. They don’t force pressure or techniques on you that they “think” you need- they listen and are intuitive enough to understand that every body is different and therefore should be treated as such! 1000% recommend these two!

There are two therapists here who are my favorite.First of all Elise, she does great deep tissue. She helped me release something in my hips and I walked differently after one of her sessions. She is really attentive to all your needs. Shes awesome!Secondly Maggie, she does a killer relaxation and hot stone massage. I have never been so relaxed, I drooled and Im not ashamed to admit that, lol. She is amazing!As a fellow massage therapist I have quite high standards for bodywork. They both go above and beyond those standards. When I leave I always feel refreshed and rejuvenated. Elise and Maggie are incredible at what they do!

Facials with Megan are top notch!My skin: 40’s, fair, dry, mild rednessService: Seaweed facial with add on glycol peelThis was my second facial with Megan and I continue to enjoy her service. The facial aspects are great for my skin type but I additionally like Megan for the little things she does. Great energy and takes the time to make it a great experience. Elevated the legs of the bed, uses the real (not paper) headbands, ensures the masks don’t drip into my ears, does a great (firm) massage of neck, shoulders, jaw, and face. I’m sure I’m forgetting some things in the moment, but I overall would encourage anyone to give her a try. Enjoy!

Absolutely love it here! I have the membership and it is so worth it! I see Megan for facials and brow waxing and just love her. She is so knowledgeable and does an amazing job on my brows every time.I have also gotten massages here several times and always was impressed with the therapists. Recommend to everyone!

First time client here, appointment was super easy to book! My massage therapist was with Gerald super professional, And amazing with their hands! Had a deep tissue massage, Completely reset and relaxed when I left!! 10/10 recommend! I also received a first time ever facial by Megan, talked me threw the whole process and my skin isGlowing!

MassageLuxe at Zeeb Rd, Ann Arbor Michigan location was amazing. The people were nice. Not stuffy or stuck up like at some places. The massage therapist was extremely polite and professional . Made sure any prior injuries were known so as not to further injure me. She was so nice and only talked during the massage if I initiated it. Some other places will talk throughout the massage so you cant relax but not here.

Dominique is an amazing massage therapist! I’m a waitress and have the worst knots in my shoulders that she aways manages to work out pain free. I love coming in because I leave feeling 100% better and more relaxed. The staff up front is always friendly and helpful as well.

Have you ever been touched intuitively and intentionally? Have you ever had a massage that was unforgettable? If you haven’t then I suggest you call and book a session with Dom! OMG! I have a massages around the world and hands down, Dom is definitely in the top 2 of the best! Not only did she listen to what I told her my issues were, she was so in tune with my body that it made the massage feel magical. Wow… just wow. I was already booking my next massage before I got off the table.

April is awesome! Her touch is very gentle and relaxing, Very soft-spoken, very pleasant. Erin, the receptionist was pretty awesome herself! All in all a great experience💖Excited to say, I’ll be back next month🌹Thank You for the great service!

My first experience wasn’t so great but I decided to give it another try with a different therapist and I am sooooooo happy I did! I was booked with Dom after being rescheduled a few times and I couldn’t be happier that I found her. She hit all my hot spots! My shoulders were aching from doing so much lifting with limited ROM in my left shoulder. I was booked for other Dom last Thursday and she did such a great job relieving my pain that I booked again the following Thursday. Once again she exceeded my expectations. It’s hard to find someone attentive. Kudos to the front desk Kaitlin was extremely helpful and I’m forever grateful for her recommending that I see Dom.

Jared was really, really good. He listened to me, communicated well, went deep, knew what he was doing, was kind and offered me helpful feedback. I left with less knots in my shoulders and overall much more relaxed. I would definitely go see Jared again. Thank you for caring about your customers satisfaction massage luxe.

I tried the new CryoFacial with Crystal and had a great experience! Crystal herself was awesome, I always feel so relaxed during her facials. The facial itself was great too, it left my skin dewy and smoothe for the next few days!

I have been a member of MassageLuxe for 4 years. I have been getting facials regularly for the last two years and recently had the luxury of having Megan for the first time. I have been requesting her from now on because her service is impeccable, she makes it a full experience and personalizes my sessions. I feel truly relaxed and rejuvenated after my facials with her!

Today I received an amazing massage from Elise and an awesome facial from Megan. Elise had the perfect amount of pressure, was extremely kind and really got into my shoulders in a way I didn’t know possible!! Megan, who did my facial was so kind as well and very knowledgable in the science behind the products, really helped me understand a lot more about my acne prone skin. I would recommend both anytime and will be back to see them! Also the receptionist was nothing but friendly and informative. The ambience and cleanliness of the facility was also really nice. Overall really great experience!!

I had my second massage with Bryan and it was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. I struggle with neck and back issues and have had several abdominal surgeries that cause chronic back and hip pain. Bryan offered individualized care based hearing what my needs were. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family.

Please do yourself a favor and book a massage with Jared! I’ve had him as my therapist twice and will continue to book with him. Jared goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. Very communicative, listens attentively to your needs and has great technique. Cannot recommend him enough.I’ve been going to MassageLuxe locations for over a year now and am definitely happy with how they run their business!

Megan the esthi is amazing! She was very educational when explaining what she was doing, why she was and how I can achieve the results at home, and was also very relaxing! I left glowing.Maggie & Elise are my go-tos for massages! Maggie is very very relaxing and gives a very healing massage, and when I need my kinks worked out and muscled worked on Elise always gets the job done!The manager Ayan was also very welcoming and helpful at the front desk.The atmosphere seems to be much better under the new ownership. I definitely will be back soon.

My wife and I subscribe to the family membership where we each receive a monthly massage. Its been a great experience, a good value, and a nice way to decompress at the end of the month. We see Jared for deep tissue or Swedish massages. Our experience with Jared keeps us coming back. Jared is easy to communicate with, checks in with you, and has excellent technique. I would recommend Jareds services to anyone looking to relax and treat themselves to a good massage.

MassageLuxe never fails to amaze me! I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful experience. Being there makes me feel so zen and forget the world exists lol From when you step in and seeing the wonderful receptionist Kaitlyn, who greeted me with a wonderful smile and hello! She got me right in :) Got an amazing massage from Debbra who was so sweet!! then after I had facial therapist Megan do my first ever facial!! She made my first experience so wonderful 🥹 She walked me through what she had planned and did her magic. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. we may have giggled a few times during the session. I left feeling so refreshed and I’m looking forward to seeing her and everyone again!

The massage therapist took extra time to make me feel comfortable and listen about what areas of my body is hurting. He takes time to share information and tips that will help me feel better. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Just finished my deep tissue message with Gerald at Scio Township Message Lux. I have had many many Messages in my life and this experience was one of my favorites ever. Gerald mixed in stretching with his message walked out feeling amazing highly recommend..

Megan just gave me an AMAZING facial. Will definitely use her regularly. Also they have a crazy, awesome massage chair that members can use for free. Highly recommend MassageLuxe in Zeeb.

Ive been coming here for months & have had multiple massages. Gerald has a great heavy pressure for deep tissue & a neck stretch technique that is just amazing! Kevin has such a calming nature & leaves you in such a state of relaxation after his foot techniques at the end of a traditional Swedish massage. Recently, I had the best 90 minute massage with Kayla!! I have some pretty significant back issues & the way she released my hip & piriformis muscles relieved so much pressure off my sciatic nerve. She was also able to release so much tension in my glutes & lower back that I am way less tense in my entire back & shoulder area where I had previously been compensating with over using certain muscles due to a lack of core/trunk strength from injury. I actually feel more even & have more flexibility in my left side because the correct muscles were activated to work properly. Feeling so much better! She is such a doll & great to chat with - Thank you so much!! I will be back for sure!!

I would give no stars - but there was no option. I tried to make an appointment for waxing but was told that because I was in a wheel chair that I couldn’t receive service - apparently the anesthetician is uncomfortable with handicapped people. I told the receptionist that I could move on and off the table myself but was told no. It is very sad that a business would discriminate against someone who already has a disability. Foolishly I thought that they would have been more open to helping people like me. This does nothing for my self image. Sad.

Ive had waxing done multiple places and by multiple women...but this experience with Megan was my absolute best...Megan is by far the most educated and professional esti Ive met...thank you so much Megan!! Im definitely coming to see you again

I see Gerald once a month for 1hr deep tissue massage. He has helped alleviate tightness and discomfort in my back. Highly recommend. Professional, kind, and courteous.

Clean space. Comfortable waiting area. Patient and friendly staff. One of the best massages Ive had. Jered made sure to check in throughout the massage and work on the problem areas we discussed. Highly recommend if youre looking for a deep tissue.

Kevin and Jared the masseurs were fantastic!!! Having said that, booking was tough and was cancelled and rescheduled twice. The manager did not properly handle the cancellations or notate to other staff that we had already paid for service so she had to be called before we could leave. The actual experience was great and the staff we came in contact with were very friendly.

Let me tell you about Brian I have never in my life had a massage therapist care so much about why I wanted a massage. I have had over 120 massages and this was by FAR the most amazing massage I have ever had. I have been having intense pain in my back and he took the time to figure out what was going on. He truly cares about you.Now let me tell you about Megan! The facial I had was relaxing and made my skin feel like butter! She is totally someone that just makes you feel like you are out with a friend . Loved her energy!

Megan gave me smooth skin after a deeply moisturizing four layer treatment including a lovely peel mask that she recommended for my dry skin for winter. What a calming and relaxing experience! The past few months, I’ve made an effort to get massages weekly. Going to Massage Luxe on Zeeb Rd. has a GAME CHANGER! I have been alternating between seeing Gerald and Bryan- because honestly, I need both of them in my life. 😂 Two different styles but both are AMAZING. You leave feeling like a noodle, each time. 10/10 definitely recommend!!! Additionally, I’ve seen Meg for waxing and facials. She’s so down to earth and great to talk with through the services, and she’s happy to answer all my questions (she knows her stuff!) which I appreciate. I almost don’t want to recommend them because their schedules will fill up!😂

I have been going to Megan for a facial for the last several months and she is AMAZING! I’ve done the BioLight and it genuinely makes me glow which usually facials don’t impact me that much. Go see Megan! You won’t regret it!

Zach is a new therapist here and I will DEFINITELY be back to see him again. He is a magician with finding and soothing sore muscles with knots I didn’t even know were there! I don’t usually schedule follow up appointments due to my variable schedule, but I did after this appointment to ensure I could get Zach again before he’s already booked!

Jarod was the best- perfect balance of therapy and relaxation. Excellent pressure and got the knots out! Can’t wait to book with him again!

Really fabulous experience. Clean, friendly and a great vibe. I had sports therapy massage with Bryan and it was amazing! I train horses for a living so some issues from that. Brian was knowledgeable and explained his process, as well as giving me exercises to help maintain his work. My hips havent been even for years, and he got them evened out quickly with no pain. I was even able to stand on one foot to put my socks on easily, something I havent been able to do in ages. I really cant recommend him enough!

Outstanding therapists, well managed with knowledgeable and personable staff. We’ve been coming here for 6 months with a monthly membership. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Update: Just got an amazing facial by Megan. What an experience! I am normally a very anxious person and I felt immediately at ease with her and her enthusiasm for her profession. She genuinely wants to be there and absolutely loves providing facials and waxing. Megan was incredibly knowledgeable and explained all the steps, why it is beneficial, how best to treat my skin, and asked me questions about how I was feeling and if I needed anything changed. I nearly fell asleep twice, I was so relaxed. Megan’s ending facial and shoulder massage was phenomenal! If you are looking for an aesthetician, Megan is who you need!Had a wonderful experience with Gerald. He understood exactly what I needed and honed in on the trigger points. Gerald was very professional and I never felt uncomfortable with him. I am looking forward to receiving another massage from him.

Dominique was able to get into every tiny space that was cranky, grumble and knotted in my frozen shoulder. She was gentle but firm, able to wrestle the knots in my upper back to the ground.I left completely relaxed, and ready to reschedule with her.Definitely recommend!!

I have been going to Massage Luxe on Zeeb Rd for about 3 months now and I have had the best experience. I have requested Gerald twice now and he has been absolutely amazing!

Just had an amazing massage with Gerald. It was exactly what I needed for my tense muscles! Seriously one of the best massage experiences I have had.

This is the worst business I have ever been to. To begin, the employees are extremely unprofessional. They arrive late to the building and begin your service 10-15 min late but still end on the hour time on the dot. Not to mention they smell like weed. The receptionist with the bull nose piercing is the rudest and most unfriendliest person I have ever met. We have asked to talk to the manager multiple times but they are never available and too coward to ever call us back. The membership is a complete scam. You cant cancel even if you want to. DO NOT go to this business. Im sure there are much better massage places with more professional employees in the Ann Arbor area. Complete waste of time and money.

I had a fabulous experience with Bryan. I had been suffering from upper back and neck pains from sitting in front of my computer too long, and in just one hour, he greatly alleviated that by working the involved muscle groups in order. Hes very passionate and knowledgeable, and just great at what he does. Besides him, the staff is very friendly and the place is very relaxing and welcoming. The hydroluxe session was also really relaxing and an added bonus. Highly recommend!

My experience with Navaeh was absolutely spectacular! I did a 90 min massage with her and she was very communicative with me to be able to target any problem areas I had with extra focus and to make sure I was comfortable with the pressure throughout the massage. It was the best massage I’ve ever had and would 100% recommend her to anyone!

Ive been going to Massage Luxe about once a month for a massage and an occasional facial since they opened and have always been happy with my services. I had my first massage with Bryan today, and it was fantastic! I walked out relaxed, pain free, and maybe even slight taller :) He was very thorough in problem areas and had great recommendations for alleviating issues.

Brian is an amazing massage therapist , I got a 90 minute with him and his expertise and professionalism really helped me unwind and relax. And megan was amazing for my facial, she was very knowledgeable and personable.

Nevaeh was amazing! She is very relaxing and left my body feeling great afterwards. Highly recommended!

Had such an amazing session with Brian on 1/16/24. Brian is very in tune with your body and how it should move. He is truly a healer and I felt great after our first session. Booked another one in 2 weeks with him before leaving.

Bryan is absolutely wonderful!! My husband and I have both been dealing with different types of back pain after traveling, working laborious jobs and chasing after a toddler. He was able to pinpoint exactly what problems we were individually having and target exact muscles to solve the problem. His massage work and knowledge is nothing short of magic! Not only does he actually fix the problem areas, but he makes you feel incredibly comfortable, is genuine and kind, and listens! Could not recommend a better therapist, he’s incredible! 10/10 recommend. Off to brag about him to everyone I know!

I receive a 60-minute Swedish massage from Maggie monthly and it is such a treat! She is so warm and kind, and I feel so relaxed afterward. Throughout the massage she checks in with me to make sure the pressure, temperature, location, etc. meet my needs. Maggie is great and I am so thankful for Massage Luxe!

My massage therapist is the most wonderful skilled person you ever want to meet. Before we start she asks if I have any special areas I would like more attention for. She continually asks is this good pressure? I even asked for new kind of bolsters and she had them in a few weeks. I like Massage Luxe membership because I Pay one fee each month automatically. For that I get either a facial or a massage every month which is what I want to be doing for myself anyway. People at the counter are super warm and nice. I like the Massage Luxe at Zeeb Road. As they say try it you’ll like it!

Jared was amazing, fixed my neck that had been struggling for months! Highly recommend him if you are looking for instant pain relief, Jared is your guy!

Update 11.20.23 Just had Brian, he is exactly what I was needing! Looking forward to my next appointment.Just signed up for a family membership. Had one message, will go again this month. First was great, forgot who I had, but he did a great job. Paid $5 more for a couples message, and realized that we dont need/want to be in the same room. Love they seem to be able to always schedule us to go at the same time.will update.

Wonderful experience. All the staff was helpful and really pleasant. I had a massage with Nevaeh and it was perfect! She asked great questions on intake and checked in a few times to be sure it was exactly what i needed.

If you are really tense and like deep tissue massage and stretching I highly recommend Gerald. I carry a lot of stress in my shoulders and felt like a new person after seeing him. The reception staff is also friendly and flexible with scheduling. Highly recommend!

Kevin delivers a great massage. His technique he uses in the shoulder, neck, and head area really releases a lot of tension I store there. He’s also a really great guy with interesting stories. Highly recommend a massage with him.

Arrived 20 minutes early and didn’t get brought in the room until 1:58.Started late at 2:04pm andfinished early at 2:55pm.Expected more for$120/60 minutes.

Kayla was great! Found all of the tight knots and get me relaxed after a stressful day.

Just had a deep tissue massage with Kayla. She did a wonderful job, very nice, very friendly.

My husband could barely walk after throwing out his back after our flight to Michigan, and he was able to get in quick at MassageLuxe and saw the therapist Bryan for a 2 hr massage and was able to walk out pain free and said it was the best he has felt in a long while! We are so thankful for his service!

Just finished an amazing massage with Gerald. I came in with a stiff neck and limited mobility and left feeling pain free and could turn my head again! Will definitely request him in the future!

Kayla was very attentive to all my issues also gave suggestions of things I could do at home for muscle relief and recovery! I would highly recommend Kayla and I will be back next week to see her again.

I was in a lot of pain so I dropped in for a massage. I worked with Brian who was amazing. He took time to help figure out how to relieve my pain and did so gently. I was finally able to sleep through the night again because my pain was gone. Highly recommend!

Cassie is the best! I have been getting massages for over half my life and I am blown away every time I have a session with them. They always make sure I am comfortable and check in with me throughout. I barely have anything to say during the massage itself because Cassie is busy finding all my spots that need work (like a muscle magician!) Post-massage we go over stretches I can do to help keep from getting so tight and locked up. I recommend anyone searching for an amazing massage to book with Cassie!

I wish I could give less than 1 star. When they wanted us to signup for the family membership, they said we could cancel at anytime and we could give our family or friends hours on our account without any caveat. Now I’m trying to cancel for health reasons and they are giving push back. First they said I have to use all my accumulated hours within 60days from my last billing cycle (means I have less than 2 months to use it) knowing fully well that I can’t get a massage. The person I spoke to was also trying to tell me when I can return for a massage like she knows my body better than I do. Secondly, I can gift an hour every six months and have to pay $20 for a transfer fee.Unfortunately my overall experience with this franchise has been horrible. Honesty is very important and up until the time of cancellation, they haven’t been honest. When it’s time to take your money, they are nice. When you want to leave, it becomes a problem. I will not be recommending them to anyone. Please be careful and make sure you ask for all the information, not just what they think clients like best before you signup for anything with them.

I am not one to usually write reviews, but unfortunately the massage a received today warrants one. I had a 90-min deep tissue massage, and while I’m aware there are varying definitions of what “deep tissue” means as well as individual therapist styles, the massage a received was more equivalent to paying $100 to have someone rub WAAAY too much oil (that smelled like fish) on your body. As someone who turns to massage therapy for relief from active pain, I was very very disappointed. While the therapist was polite, she did not have the appropriate skills to be performing a deep tissue massage. Instead of using active palpation skills to feel for areas within the tissues that needed attention (or using any massage therapy techniques at all!) she seemed completely content to simply lather on oil and move her hands in circles on my back, occasionally using the occasional knuckle to dig in far too close to bone, ouch.If an oily rub down is what you’re looking for, ask for Elise. If not, go somewhere else.

Ive had two facials with Marissa since the beginning of Feb. The first one (my first ever facial) was only 30 minutes, which was not long enough for how great it was. So, I scheduled a second, the peptide facial, for 60 minutes. Wow! It was heavenly & so worth the monthly membership fee. Marissa is very personable, kind, & does a terrific job!

Had a great experience with Danielle, she was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs after a recent injury. I felt both relaxed and that the deep tissue massage was effective. The location was very clean and I could tell they take their COVID protocols seriously. Definitely coming back.

I received an overpriced, hydra facial. In and out of the chair under 30 minutes- clinician spoke very little and explained nothing. Was very rough and far from relaxing. Save your money and seek out somewhere with better reviews. Highly disappointed

We have a family membership and have enjoyed our massages immensely. However, I scheduled three separate appointments for this past week. A massage for my husband on Tuesday, a massage for myself on Friday and a facial on Saturday. The spa is about 30 minutes from where we live. My husbands appointment was great, no complaints. I showed up for my appointment on Friday and was told that they had no record of my massage. I was shocked to say the least considering I booked all three of them and had them confirmed with the girl who answered the phone at the time. I inquired about my facial for the following day and that was in their appointment book. Apparently the receptionist that took my call on January 7th never put in my appointment for my massage, didnt save it or accidently deleted it. Not only did I drive the 30 minutes to make that appointment, I wasnt offered anything for the inconvenience or the mistake and was encouraged to book in for the following week. I arrived early for my facial appointment today and waited until 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start before the esthetician came to get me from the waiting room. My entire appointment lasted 25 minutes from dressing down, having the facial, getting redressed and checking out. The esthetician didnt explain anything that she was doing and her personality was incredibly dry and it seemed as though she wouldve rather been anywhere but there. I expected a bit more from a $149 signature service. This experience was disappointing to say the least.

Im a Massage Therapist visiting the area, and was excited to join my friend on a massage day. My therapist was Cheyenne.. she asked what my issues were, and proceeded to work her magic. I have received many massages, and very few I feel are better than myself.. however my hats off to Ms. Cheyenne. Shes amazing! I recommend her to those of you that suffer with any type of muscle pain. I have low back & hip pain.. I felt the difference before I left the building. Cheyenne is awesome & highly trained.. book her!
