On my first visit to LaVida, Eris provided the best deep tissue massage I’ve had. Her technique was expert, perfect amount of pressure, the room was so relaxing, the heated table felt great, and my results are a lot less body pain and better mobility. I’ll definitely return!

I came here about a month ago for our wedding anniversary. My husband and I got a couples massage by Rachel and Kimberly. Both were fantastic! Highly recommend :)

My boyfriend and I set up a couples massage together last Monday. However, when we got there, there was only a single massage scheduled.Because we already prepaid for one person we asked if we could just pay for one more person for a couples massage later in the day. They said that we would have to pay full price! They also refused us a refund even though we paid and didn’t get a massage.This was super disappointing. I came in for my first massage excited and ready to be relaxed. Instead I had to deal with a stressful morning.

Had a great massage! Therapist was informative, patient, and provided a relaxing time with good conversation also. Made sure I was okay throughout and made me feel super comfortable. Would come back to her again!

Shawn/Sean (sp?) Was phenomenal. I have really messed up neck, shoulders and hips and he worked all the knots out. Highly skilled and thorough.

100% love this place for my massages. Super comfortable and clean facility with beautiful, decor inside. The staff go above and beyond to make you as relaxed as possible, and they know how to give a great massage! Be sure to check out the merchandise on their shelves in the lobby… I think everything was fairly priced, great smelling, beautifully packaged, elevated ingredients, and even some Michigan based small business products!!!!

The worst massage I’ve ever had. I had Renee and she didn’t listen to anything that I wanted. I just asked her to focus on my neck and to not touch my feet. She kept touching my feet during the massage and only spent 5 minutes on my neck. And I know because I looked at the wall clock a few times because I paid for a 90 minute massage and she spent most of it on my arms, legs, and FEET. I’ve been to masseurs all over the Midwest as I travel a lot and I’ve always enjoyed a massage but this one sucked. I’m sure the rest of the masseurs are great but I would not recommend this place.

Erin was amazing! She worked on all my problematic areas and pointed out areas where I never even knew I had so much tension. My body felt very relaxed after each session. Would highly recommend for anyone who is experiencing stiffness or pain.

LaVida Ann Arbor is a wonderful massage and spa services provider. I’ve been coming to them since 2016 and I’ve never had a bad experience. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I’ve seen many massage therapists over the years and I’ve received an exceptional massage from every one of them! The care I received when getting prenatal massages there was excellent - I truly can’t say enough positive things! When I became a member, the location was 5 minutes from my office and close to home; I’ve since moved, but love it so much that I make the 40 min drive any way.

This was the best massage I ever had! I felt so much better after my massage. Andrea was very patient and she worked on my troubled areas. She didnt talk too much , which was helpful. She made it easy to relax. I recommend Andrea forsure, I will be back.

I was very nervous for a deep tissue massage but Eva made it a great experience! I will defiantly have her do another one in the future.

Just called to inquire about couples massages. Woman answered the phone asked how to help, I asked her how much they were and she directly hung up the phone. I do not normally write reviews about bad experiences, I’m one to write it off as a bad day. However, she was blatantly rude for hanging up like that, and I will not be booking with any of these locations. If you do not want to incorporate couples massages, put that on your website instead of asking us directly to call and inquire about them! Thank you (:

DeQuandre was amazing!! I used to get alot of massages, like once a month and see a chiropractor. I travel for a living now and have not been able to see one in over a year . I am on my feet 10-15 hrs a day 5 days a week and travel on planes and sleep in hotels . I travel home on Sunday and back out Tuesday. Im sure he got a workout with how messed up my back was . DeQuandre made me wish I could have had another 2 hours . He put me to sleep at one point . Very great at finding the knots and kinks.

The receptionists were professional and helpful. Dan gives an amazing massage consistently. I was having a lot of lower lumbar pain, IT band, knee, and quad pain. Dan made such a difference. He also helped a tendon in the palm of my hand. His massage is a full body massage, and he relieved tension I didnt even realize I had. Dan is experienced and professional. He is such a kind person.

This was my first time, but it wont be my last! Sean was AMAZING!!! like seriously amazing. I hold my stress in my neck and shoulders, and he really made a difference. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and the staff were nice. A nice end to a hectic work week thats for sure!

I have been coming here for years now. I have found 3 different massage therapists who have all been wonderful for different phases of my life. Today I had my first massage with Eris - it was the best massage I have ever had. She helped relieve so much tension throughout my entire body. I am so grateful & definitely recommend a session with Eris to anyone who has serious pains and/or carries a lot of stress, trauma and/or tension in their body.

The time was completely comfortable and relaxing with friendliness. Amanda is easy to talk with and her hands know the route to comfort.....she, always, asks where more attention may be needed which helps for sometimes I forget to mention it first!!

Wonderful experience today! My massage therapist, Shaun, heard everything I said about what I needed. He worked on the tight areas with great care. When I left, I could actually turn my head from left to right without pain! For me, that was a huge relief! I must get my next appointment scheduled!

Wife asked for a spa day with massage so I looked into massage locations in the area with intentions on giving her a gift card. I decided to stop by and see what LaVida had to offer. I described that she is interested in, a Swedish Massage- no deep tissue, and was pretty much told that LaVida doesnt do Swedish only deep tissue but while she is on the table she would have to inform the person giving the massage that she is feeling uncomfortable and they can adjust. We never got a chance to experience this place. Front desk totally turned us away.

I like the ability to schedule my appointments online. The staff are all very friendly. My masseuse Chris is amazing. He does really good work on some of my problem areas and has actually reduced the frequency that I get headaches and migraines. I love the membership and the price for it, you get a great service for a great price.

Super relaxing and well needed. Eva was amazing and really got deep. Exactly what I needed. She was a perfect fit. My husband and I really enjoyed our couples massage and I plan on coming back! I didnt feel sore for a few days and with my injured hip and lower back thats saying a lot! Thanks for the warming hospitality and relaxing massage. This place was very nice. It was a first time experience for myself and best friend. The ambiance was relaxing and gentle. Building was well maintained and clean. The staff was great, receptionist was nice and welcoming and my massage therapist Marcus was fabulous! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Ive been going here for over a year now, seeing primarily Eva. Im always happy with her work! She may be small, but shes strong and if I tell her to go heavy pressure, shell throw her whole body weight into it if she has to. As long as you communicate with her, shell give you exactly what you want. The only complaint Ive ever read about her is that shes quiet, but really I dont see this as a legitimate criticism. She isnt overly quiet so much as she is professional and focused. I would recommend her to anyone!

Fantastic office! They got me in quickly, respected my requests, and communication was great! Just enough to remind me, but not overwhelming or bothersome.No high pressure sales tactics. Just genuinely listened to my needs, and they made sure those were met. Because of that, I signed up for a membership. I simply cant see me going anywhere else.My therapist was great! She was on time, respected that I didnt want to chat during my massage, and pressure was perfect.Lobby was organized and clean. Out of sheer luck, I got Andrea. She genuinely listened to my concerns, explained to me what she thought would be the best way to tackle those areas, and let me give feedback on her gameplan. The pressure was perfect, and she was very in-tune with my breathing and comfort. Before she was even done, the shoulder and clavicle pain had calmed down immensely, and I am happy to say that it has totally dissipated. I cannot recommend Andrea enough; you will not be disappointed!

The therapists at LaVida are excellent! Bobby and Andrea are great about checking in for target areas and goals for each session and tailoring things to my needs. They, and all of the therapists Ive worked with throughout my time receiving services at LaVida, are an important part of my pain management team. Maci gives an amazing facial! My skin is looking great and feels refreshed.

Marcus was great! He was able to work out my focus areas and still provide a full body massage. I really appreciated his clear and friendly communication throughout my appointment.

I work with Andrea who specializes in TMJ release. I have all-over body tension and sometimes get tension headaches as well as large knots and pain in my jaw. Andrea does an amazing job and I feel so much better afterward! I would highly recommend this place. I also feel that their cost is very reasonable if you become a member. I was paying for massages elsewhere that were a lot more expensive for a normal massage. Also Andrea is amazing for being able to figure out where my tension or pain is coming from. It’s been a great experience! The last massage place I was at I’d feel like I still needed a massage after and was painful. With my chronic tension it can be painful or tender but with Andrea it rarely ever hurts bad and she has a great way of helping any tender muscles be released. I can go several weeks now without feeling like I’m dying for a massage. I’d highly recommend this place!

Every massage Ive had with Mary has relieved pain, lessened tension, and improved mobility. She is a great therapist for deep tissue massage and relaxation. I love being able to schedule online with the provider I choose, park with ease, and leave a cash tip in an envelope with the front desk. I also appreciate the discount provided when booking only once a month. I initially chose this business because the website provided in-depth information on each therapist, which helped me choose a good fit more confidently.

The staff is super nice and they fully customize every massage to what your needs are at that appointment! I love their membership deal because you get a lower price for every massage, plus unused monthly massages can rollover to the next month or you can share them with someone else. Ive been going for 6 months now and I love it.

I’ve been Paula’s costumer for a few years now and I have told my friends to see Paula for massages. She is very good professional. I like the deep tissue massage. She’s never late.I like LaVida in Ann Arbor . I never had any complain at all. I also ask for Andie for my facials. She is good and very professional . I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Andrea is amazing!! The stretches she incorporated in the massage were so relieving. I have a lot of sciatic nerve issues and she managed to still work in those areas without causing any pain etc. Will be returning!

I have booked 5 facial appointments at the 2793 Plymouth Rd. Ann Arbor, MI location and they were all excellent. Andie-Leigh was the esthetician for each appointment.My skin felt and looked amazing. My face felt smoother and looked healthier after each session. Andie-Leigh makes the experience enjoyable and very relaxing. She is also very friendly and I liked chatting with her.

Had my fist session with Marcus and it was amazing. It’s the best massage I’ve ever had. He did such a great job with the deep tissue massage, his technique absolutely works for me. 🥳I highly recommend booking a session with him 🙂. Sandra is amazing! She was the masseuse for a 20+ minute chair massage at work. I have had many massages by many practitioners and she is easily in the top tier of talent. She knows what she is doing, is able to adjust intensity to clients needs/wants/tolerance and is a joy. Highly recommended!

I called LaVida for a short-notice, birthday massage. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they could fit me in at the time/date I requested! I received an amazing, 90-minute massage from Cristina. She was extremely responsive, professional, and friendly, as was the rest of the staff. Beforehand, they allowed me to choose an essential oil scent for the oils/lotions they would use - fully complimentary. I chose lavender, which was heavenly. Cristina listened to exactly what I wanted, including my preferred pressure level and delivered exactly what I wanted. She didn’t try to have a conversation with me, which is always a big plus for me when getting a massage; I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Every once in a while, she gently asked me if the pressure was okay, which I thought was so considerate. Amazing experience! I will definitely be coming back.

Huge thanks to Dan for relieving all the tension I seem to always carry around with me. He takes time to ask about my needs and targeted areas, customizing my massage every single time. The best thing I did last year was start getting regular massages at LaVida. Gotta practice a little self care to be able to care for others.

I booked a 60 mins massage with a therapist named Dan. As soon as I walked in, the therapist told me that my skin was very sensitive (I am a medical professional) and he is not going to use medium-hard pressure, instead he is going to use light pressure- I listed while booking the massage that I need a medium pressure.He then started giving me medical advise (which I never asked for) that I should go see a doctor for my skin. The massage was below average.He was very rude and arrogant, I had to cut short my session by 20 mins.When I came out of the room- the front desk staff was least interested on why I cut down my session by 20 mins. They never asked a single question on what went wrong and how could they improve.Overall, a very bad experience, I don’t think I will come back again to LaVida.

Ive been a member of LaVida Ann Arbor for 5 years and am only canceling my monthly membership because I moved to Ohio! Will definitely stop by here whenever Im in town. All the staff is great but a special shout out to Andrea and Dan! Over the years, both have been amazing in helping me to manage my chronic stress and depression. I also treat both conditions with medication and psychotherapy but these two 100% get the strong physical toll that mental health illnesses can have on the body. They always have helpful advice on how to stretch my muscles and body to improve my aches and pains in between sessions too. Thanks LaVida for everything you do!! 💕

My sister works here as a massage therapist so while visiting she paid for me to get a facial from Ashley and I cant say enough good things about the experience. Professional and felt amazing. I left so relaxed and my face feels so nice! Would recommend to everyone I know! Ashley is awesome!

Today was my third appt. with Eva. I schedule a 90 minute acupressure point massage. Eva is MAGIC. If youre thinking about scheduling a session, DO. IT! Your body will thank you. She is well trained in the art of massage and can get through to your tightest muscles. What are you waiting for? Make an appt. already!!

I was robbed! My parents purchased me a gift card for Christmas to get a massage. I work out 4-5 days a week so I was thrilled to finally get to use it a week ago. I booked a 90 minute massage for a 1:30pm appointment. I spoke to the scheduler a couple times and was given no special instructions. I arrived on time and was told to fill out paperwork and take my time to choose an essential oil for my massage, I was then taken back about 10 minutes later. By the time the lady asked me questions and went over my forms the massage started around 1:50. The massage was pretty good but I was surprised when she finished because it seemed so quick. I got dressed and phoned my parents for a ride home when I got back to the waiting room at 3:05pm...so I paid for a 90 minute massage and got maybe an hour? I am not sure if they ripped me off because I am a teenager or if they rip everyone off? I was never told to come in early to fill out paperwork and choose oils nor did they mention I was cutting into my massage time by doing this when I got there. I have some money leftover on my gift certificate but do not plan on going back to a place where I cant trust the establishment.

I had a 90 minute massage scheduled and the therapist and I couldn’t quite get in sync. She was focusing more on my trigger points, when all I had asked for was a relaxing massage. The therapist was very nice and I had 0 issues with her personally, but again, her style of massage was different than what I was looking for (I even did my research on the La Vida website to find a good match for myself).After I had asked to speak with a manager, I was told that a refund/future credit couldn’t be issued to me (even though I did not enjoy the massage at all and was in pain 90% of the time). I was not happy that I had to pay $60 for a massage that I did not enjoy whatsoever and was told I had to pay because that’s how the therapist gets paid. To me, that was awful customer service and I did not leave a happy customer. I fully intended to tip her based off her time if I wasn’t charged because I understand she still needed to be paid, but the situation wasn’t handled in a customer oriented way.I left a very unhappy customer.

I just went for a couples massage with my husband and Gilbert was my massage therapist. He was very professional and thebmassage was amazing. He asked if there was any areas I wanted to focus on. I had told him my back, shoulders and neck and he listened and focused on wanted. My neck and shoulders feel looser and I feel great. I would totally recommend Gilbert to anyone who wants a massage. thanks!!

Beware! I scheduled a massage a week in advance using the Mind Body app. The afternoon, the day before my appointment I received a voice-mail indicating that they needed my credit card that day or my appointment would be canceled. I was in work until late and didnt get the message until after the office was closed. Disappointed, I assumed they had canceled my appointment. The next day I received a call from the front desk asking where I was. I explained and the employee was professional but said shed have to ask her manager what the consequences for me would be because it was less than 24 hours cancelation. Shortly after I received the rudest phone call from the owner directly. She immediately asked me what I thought I was doing because she had a therapist waiting for me and I wasnt there. The call ended with her literally hanging up on me.I have never experienced such unprofessional and aggressive behavior. They shouldnt tell you they are canceling your appointment if they are going to keep it and blame the customer.The owner seems unhinged. I feel bad for the staff.

So awful! Avoid at all costs. The staff is very unprofessional and they dont have a manager running the place (this told to me by the unprofessional front desk staff) and I booked a 90 min massage for him to do 70 mins 🙄 I then tried to calmly talk to someone about the situation and they blew me off. So here I am, you had your chance. I specifically asked for my back to be done and he spent the whole time rubbing my arms and legs. What a waste of money! And clearly Im not relaxed because my back, the reason I went in, wasnt taken care of and then to deal with the unprofessionalism that followed..... Youve been warned

My wife just brought 2 of her girlfriends today and had a wonderful messages done! But something very wrong with the extremely rude girl working the front desk”LAUREN”went down this afternoon! It takes a lot for my wife to be embarrassed and rubbed the wrong way and get upset! So whoever runs this place and cares about their business should probably have a serious chat with this extremely rude employee that is running your front desk thanks!

Ive been going to this LaVida location since April now and I love it. I joined the monthly membership after the first visit and its be amazing for my health. I love every single massage therapist that Ive had their but Chris is probably my favorite. He does deep pressure the best (which I love and need) and loosens all my knots. After my first visit with him I realized I could turn my neck more than I could in years. Ill be coming here for a long time.

Rene was amazing, soothing and calming while she worked on me.I highly recommend her, she was a great listener to work on trouble areas as needed.

Working on a shoulder injury thats triggering migraines. Andrea has done a great job of releasing tension & increasing mobility & circulation to a stressed out neck & shoulder.I cannot say enough wonderful things about LaVida. The staff is really good about recommending the perfect therapist to match your preference. My last two appointments were with Eva. She does Chinese massage. If you lie intense, deep pressure, youll love her!!

Excellent service. Dont have to navigate a website but was able to just call to make an appointment, and on the verysame day. That was important to me because I was traveling the next couple days and needed help for my pain right away. Therapist Bobby did a deep tissue massage and was able to relax sore muscles in my neck and shoulder. I walked out with no more pain andHad full feedom of movement. Facility was professional clean and comfortable. Therapy room had quiet relaxing spa music. Thanks LaVida. Highly recommend! Thanks Bobby!

I can’t say anything bad about this place, I’ve always had a great massage. I don’t choose anyone in particular as my schedule is a bit erratic. Every massure is different, but always great. They have a great deal on right now, pay $150 & get $50 free, that’s a great deal. Only bad thing to say is the app & website could do with some serious work, but that’s ok because the reception staff & massures are all amazing. Thank you to everyone that works there.

LuLu is super duper! She is a great communicator, friendly, and compassionate. The massage was wonderful and she took care of my back issue. I booked another massage with her in a couple before I left the facility. YAY!

Staff was extremely friendly and super helpful. I surprised my girlfriend with a facial here and she loved it! She was recommend products to use and was told how to maintain proper skin care tailored to her skin type. Enesthitician was very helpful and I applaud her dedication to drive an hour to work everyday! However, the only thing keeping me from leaving a 5 star review is the marijuana dispensary neighboring LaVida is very...well...potent to say the least. Understandably this is outside of there control but it is worth mentioning.

Dan was AMAZING! I really needed help on my shoulder/back muscles specifically, and I hadnt gotten a massage in 1.5 years due to COVID, and Im so glad I came here for help. He knows what hes doing, its not just a relaxing massage, but he will get those knots out for you. I recommend him 10/10

Very friendly, courteous people. Great massage. Should warn we need to drink lots and lots of water afterwards -- it was my first time and I loved it while it was going on, but was so sore for a week after. Like a good athlete, one should take care of your body, exercise, warm up, etc., and its my fault, not theirs, that my freshly worked out muscles whined. They did a great job! I highly recommend and would go back again. Price is excellent.

My husband scheduled me a prenatal massage here for 90 minutes. I was super pumped as my back has been killing me since the start of the third trimester. My appointment was scheduled for Tuesday. Someone called to confirm on Sunday and said we were scheduled for a 60 minute massage. My husband kept correcting her saying we had confirmation emails. She finally “found” the correct info then proceeded to tell us she didn’t have time for a 90 minute massage at the time we had scheduled for and tried to move us to the evening. She was extremely sarcastic and rude to my husband. I was so excited for this appointment but we canceled because of her attitude and lack of organization.

Hubby and I went in for a couples massage for our anniversary with Chris and Steve. We both immediately became members after our massage because we will definitely be back again and again.The masseuses as well as the receptionist were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is relaxed and they were very helpful in explaining everything since we are massage noobs.My husband said his back hasnt felt this good in four years! DON’T PREPAY!! IT’S SCAM!!! Per Lavida new clients must pre pay the day before. I Pre- Paid for a 90 minute massage and only received a 60 minute massage due to the masseuse arriving late to work (which was told to me after reaching out to them with my concerns, they state the masseuse lives over an hour away in Detroit and they can’t predict traffic). I was not notified that the massage will now be only 60 minutes. When checking out someone new was behind the desk and she could not assist me, she said she will pass my info along. Never received any communication until I emailed. Asked for a refund for the price difference being that I pre paid for the 90 minute new client massage and received a 60 minute one which is a $30 difference. I work hard for the money I used to pay for this service and yet I was brushed off. Per Haley the company does not give refunds and the only thing they could offer was a new client price when I come back. I told her I wouldn’t being coming back after this incident. I would not recommend them. A rip off and you do not get your money worth. At the end of the call Haley asked if I at least enjoyed the massage which which I did not. It was mediocre at best - I wasn’t requesting a full refund I just wanted my account adjusted for the service I received versus what I paid for. I will be following up with BBB!

My husband scheduled a massage for me as a surprise. My massage therapist was excellent from a clinical perspective. However he did not wear a mask and was not vaccinated which I only learned when I questioned him after the massage started. That was my mistake for not asking sooner. Independent of one’s opinion on this, I was uncomfortable especially when face up even tho my mask was on. I work in health care which only heightened my anxiety and feel this should’ve been divulged when the massage was scheduled. When I asked about contact tracing and if they shared positive test results they seemed surprised. Pls just take this into consideration when using this location.

I went in with some pretty persistent neck pain and headaches. Bobby did such an amazing job getting rid of all the tension in my neck. My headaches have gone away and I don’t notice any discomfort at all anymore which is such a relief!

Unfortunately had to cancel my appointment due to my kids being sick and yes it was 2 hours before (bc they just started wirh fever and vomiting) . Since covid is going on did not feel right going in to get a massage and potentially exposing anyone to whatever they may have.They insisted they needed to charge me a fee and I should not have canceled my appointment just go in instead. They would not refund my money to me either since it’s already paid for. They claimed I had confirmed my appointment which I had not done. This was the owner who was handling this. This is completely inappropriate and terrible customer service on the owners part.

I have had massages from different people and they all have been good. I find them both relaxing and invigorating. After a session the muscles n my back and neck are softer and my pain decreased.The rooms are clean and the entire staff is friendly.

Shaun is a great therapist. He worked with me to develop sessions that address my issues and relievemy discomfort, stiffness, and pain. I have multiple sclerosis (and now old age), and I feel Shaun has played an important role in my maintaining mobility (and positive mental attitude). And he helped me come out of the. COVID backslide, and get back on the go and the straight and narrow. And all to his playlist of cool jazz. Perhaps the fact that I just logged over into my 8th year at LaVida massage seeing Shaun best expresses my high degree of satisfaction with the venue and with “my” massage professional.

Their introductory rates are fair. Everyone there is pleasant. The environment is relaxing. But the real reason anyone is going there is for a massage and that’s where they fell very short.Myself and a friend both had a massage done - I clearly communicated for heavy pressure/deep tissue. My friend likes quite a bit less pressure and communicated that as well yet we both left after out 50 minute massage feeling like both of us simply had a a light rub down vs even a lighter pressure Swedish massage.This was communicated and I did get a response from LaVida but they insisted both massage therapists were in “high demand” due to their ability to provide deep tissue massage. If that’s what they consider deep tissue then I strongly suggest anyone who’s truly looking for a deep tissue massage to look elsewhere. We certainly will.

I had a couple massages here I highly recommend John. He made me feel very comfortable and worked out every soar spot I had. On my next visit I had Shaun, Shaun was not that great. He talked the whole time and I was uncomfortable because he kept saying that I was his now and that I couldnt see anyone else. This made me uneasy. Ive never met you before and now Im naked in front of you and youre hitting on me. Way unprofessional. He didnt do a great job. Im actually sorer than when I came in. He kept rubbing the same spot and his pressure was way too hard. So I paid for 90 mins and didnt relax for more than 5. I will never go to him again. I do recommend John though I have to make a appointment to see him just to recover from what Shaun did.

Sean was wonderful! Very professional, great massage! Everything lately seems super booked up but I decided to book the appointment an hour before I went in. Which was nice to be accommodated at such short notice. I would highly recommend Lavida!

Eva has so much additional Chinese training. I would highly recommend her. I have had plenty of normal massage therapists but by far I would choose her every time as she is highly qualified.

Used a gift card for a facial and a 60 min massage. Both were wonderful and relaxing. Love the fact that his spa uses essential oils not not perfumed/fragranced products. Also for a new client visit it was very reasonably priced.

Christina and Paula are AMAZING! Usually the front desk staff is great but lately they have been out of sorts. Not answering phones, short with their answers etc. And I am a monthly subscriber! I recently called and was told the systems were down... that was fine, however, when I called back an hour later, the phone went to voicemail 4 times in a row. 15 minutes later I tried again and someone answered and hung up three times!!!

LaVida Massage was exactly what I needed for back pain. They made it very easy and safe to receive a massage during the pandemic. They were very nice and professional and really helped me with my back pain! I highly recommend!

Worst experience EVER, booked on Saturday for the next day, tried to cancel 3 hours before and told would be charged 25.00 for canceling less than 24 hr, appointment wasnt even made 24 hours in advance.Upon arrival given questionnaire to complete, asking for areas of focus. Dan upon reading said I couldnt get the full body of he was going to work on the 2 areas I had marked. Never got massage, he spent 45 minutes doing pressure points on 2 areas, so disappointing as this was my birthday present. Felt worse then when came in.

Erica was thorough and asked questions about pressure as well as comfort. It was very relaxing and calm. The room was clean and comfortable. I definitely will be back.

I had Shaun and he was genuinely concerned on my sore areas. He focused on those and at the end of the massage asked specifically how those areas felt. He completely worked out a sore spot that has been there for years. Highly recommend Shaun and LaVida.

***Warning*** Kim, apparently is the manager, tried to rob us for a cancellation fee, after pushing us to add additional services which were not explained properly. There were multiple unprofessional issues which begun from standing out the front main area and having our personal intimate service arrangement blurted out loud while other/s were waiting.Inside the room, she persisted to tell us why we needed to upgrade the service without sharing proper details of procedure and process, all while telling us, when we laughed at the unbelievable treatment to be quiet when we laughed. She tried to charge us a cancellation fee.We obviously were not having it. She harassed us out of the room and told us to shhhh on the way out, trying to silence us.This person is completely unfit. This is all after we had just purchased a hundred dollar gift card for my employee/s, which I was intending to do more of BUT no way, Kim is mentally unfit to handle customers, be careful going there.

Very good rate structure. You’ll just have to spend some sessions finding the right masseuse for your tastes. That said, “found” the single worst masseuse that I’ve ever had. I’ve had hundreds of massages with 40-50 people over time. Her name is Eris. Brutal and harmful. Run away...

I told the massage therapist that I recently had a concussion and needed to take it easy around the head and neck area. He proceeded to rub my occipital nerves for a very long time, until I had to tell him to stop. Needless to say, my concussion symptoms significantly worsened after the massage (debilitating headache and nausea).

Great massage! was able to schedule day before. Every massage is with different people which because of my schedule but every person has been excellent. Will definately keep coming back
