They do have a large selection of glass pieces. The selection of other gifts are amazing. The staff is Friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend the gummies. They work very well for arthritis pain.

This was my first time visiting since Elfs moved to their new location! Seems like there is more space and more products available.Gentleman at the counter was great! I had made a phone call for some questions first and all were answered- when I arrived at the store I was greeted and realized we had talked on the phone.Al my questions were answered and I was offered deals/savings for my future visits!I also had a small issue with one of my purchases (probably user error honestly), but it was quickly, easily, and KINDLY taken care of for me by the same gentleman (I did not get his name unfortunately).I have had issues with this store in the past, but with the great service and new location I am planning to visit again!

Felt incredible welcomed. There was an incredible amount of inventory. Each piece was so beautiful, unique, and fun. The owner made the experience awesome, he was really fun, and was very helpful.

Went in looking for a piece and browsing for other things. Owner was not only personable but knowledgeable. Had a good sense of humor and made it a very welcoming experience. If I were from the area it would be my goto spot for sure.

First time customer. Partially my fault here but never expected to have to cautiously examine a brand new pipe from such a highly known company. Get it home and unwrap it and bam huge crack in it from the carb all the way down the bottom. Examine your pieces before you set them out. You’re overpriced already so you might as well sell quality. Guess you have become a franchise. Last time customer.

Very overpriced products, I made a comment about the prices and the manager got very defensive and rude. I told her not to take it personally, just an observation on a customers part. Manager replied, so how much do you pay a glass blower? And I said much much less than this. Manager rolled her eyes and I said, no reason to be salty, again, just an observation by a customer to the stores manager, and she replied with, well how do you think Im supposed to take that? And I replied with, not personally, as Ive already told you, youre a business owner, maybe learn to take constructive criticism from a customer instead of being blatantly rude to them, she rolled her eyes again and in so many words told me to leave the store, even though I had indeed made a purchase.Absolute worst customer service, management and just plain people skills I have ever encountered in a retail establishment, ever. Period.On the way out I called a buddy and told him what happened and he as well as about 5 other people I know said theyve had similar experiences.DO NOT SHOP HERE. There are plenty of better places in the fox valley to procure these types of products.Worst management ever. Rude staff. Gross experience.

My first time there I assumed the person helping me was the manager by the way she was able to talk and sell to everyone in the store at the same time as me. I don’t see myself going anywhere else in the future because it was is such a good experience and I walked away more educated. Sky is definitely the best when it comes to customer service and education.

No refunds policy sucks...I bought a cheap over priced 3-in-1 Vaporizer. Less than 24 hours later I find a better deal and try to return. No refunds guy. Sorry!!!What? you sure didnt mention that when I was trying to decide if I wanted the thing or not. Will never shop here again. I can understand no returns on certain items, but thats ridiculousness at its finest!!!

Very DISAPPOINTED in the customer service and exchange policy. I went in to buy a battery for my vape pen and I brought it home charged it used it 1 time and it lost all power. In less then 24 hrs my husband brought it back and they told us to bad. I was not asking for a refund. I was asking them to swap it out for me. The gentleman at the counter also kept telling him Have a Good Day. My husband then proceeded to ask for a call back from the owner and the stated good luck getting them to call us back. This is a horrible experience and we will be bringing our business elsewhere. We will also leave bad reviews everywhere we can. We will no longer recommend thos place either.

The hours of operation are consistently inconsistent. Seems like its rarely open when its supposed to be. My time has been wasted going here multiple times because the store will be randomly closed without any social media updates or anything. You probably want to call to see if they are open before coming here. Its not open half the time it claims to be in my experience. Its a decent store when its open, but it probably isnt open.

The guy working today didnt catch his name but he was extremely knowledgeable on his products (cbd, cbo, cbg ) if there was any question he had an answer if your looki g for a place to buy, buy here. Plus if you make a purchase you get a 10% off card for next purchase! How can you go wrong?! They Definitely train their employees so if you walk in knowing nothing you leave knowing! Plus the prices are REASONABLE unlike other stores in the area!!

I want to say that the experience was professional and Would of loved if there was more of a smile in a good vibration within the training or interaction. Yet there is a lot of potential that this could be a national franchise if the right training is done. I did love how the community means a lot even the youth and those with mental illness that is what should be focused on at the highest regard during the pandemic. I would have given a 5, I do this for a living and just keep up the great work because I know this is a special place.I do hope there is growth within the next year or more because everyone needs a little cbd. Thank you for serving me!

Everything here, literally just about everything, you can get on eBay/Amazon for 80% cheaper. They buy their inventory from eBay and sell it for more than twice the price. They are also well known for caring more about money than customer service and are very rude to their employees. I mean if you want to waste your money and your time, give it a go.. otherwise there is at least 4 other shops in the area that are reasonably priced and better quality.

I love this place! 99 stars! The staff is always so inviting and motivated to help finding exactly what you forgot you were looking for! Lol. Great selection at a great price. Always smells nice as well

Nice store always very clean and knowledge staff they are very helpful and nice. they are more pricey then other shops of there type. huge selection to choose from. i am kinda disappointed that they jacked up there incense prices up unfortunately i will not be buying incense there again witch sucks cuz they have a lot of good ones.

Staff was rude upon entering store, and hesitant to help with looking at the pieces in the case. No worries I took my business elsewhere and I wont return to elfs after that terrible experience. Maybe it was just a bad salesperson but it left a bad taste in my mouth and I dont really feel like they have anything that special that you cant get anywhere else in town that sells the exact same stuff.

Very odd unhelpful store and staff, employee followed us around with a hula hoop spinning, in a small store this made it very hard walk around her when asked her a question she just said that way and pointed in a direction and then finally stopped following us, only issue she didnt even point us in the right direction, and once we found the item it was almost double the average retail price of competitors in area. Will not be going back, I suggest go to A-Z or Marleys, or better yet take the drive to Big Js

Guy working was kinda rude and after asking multiple times to be sure the mod would work with my battery and being assured that it would I bought it. Get home and look he grabbed the wrong one. Did allow me to come back and exchange it. When I got back to store. He seemed annoyed and was not professional. Cost me extra time and gas. Will NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE EVER. THANKS PABLO M.

Went in for a downstem and asked for a 18-18mm downstem, employee gave me a 18-14mm downstem and I didnt realize til I got home. Went back immediately and was told to write a note for the manage to return a few days later (due to 420 rush). Went back 3 days later and told I could not return. If you wanna get sold the wrong product and lied to, this is the place to go.

I went to Elfs Gifts a few months ago with my family. They have some random stuff thats cool, but its mostly water pipes and typical head shop items. As we were browsing, I commented to my husband how CBD oil doesnt work. I was referring on myself (I have PTSD, among other issues). The girl behind the counter mustve gotten offended because she started talking a mile-a-minute about how wrong I was and how great and effective CBD oil was for so many people, including herself. I dont think she took a breath. Over the course of the next hour, I heard this girls life story and everything in between, and I think I got maybe two words in. I was very uncomfortable and desperately tried to figure out a way to end the conversation without coming across as rude, but this girl was completely clueless to body language. Im sure I gave a ton of visual clues that I was looking for the exit. I didnt even get to walk through half the store because of this girls non-stop chatter. We havent been back since.

Over priced and uneducated staff they made a post on fb, about how a pipe was unbreakable bc it was silicone I reminded them on the post that the bowl was glass which is breakable so it was false advertising. So they proceeded to block me from fb bc I made them look like idiots. Never buy from Elfs gifts buy all your smoking needs at smoking glass where you pay a quarter of the price for better quality. Also their employees know what they are talking about and can help you find anything.

The lady at the register was super nice and helpful. Has a great personality. Very very very informative with anything we needed to know. And very knowlagable of the products she sells. I will be going back for anything I need in the future.

Great Selection. They even had a room dedicated to glow in the dark glass! When i bought a piece there they gave me a discount card with no expiration date. The staff there was down to earth and friendly. Thank you Elfs

Sky REALLY is the best experience I’ve had at this place. I haven’t really worked with someone who knows the answers to my questions and could not only help me but recommend items to me. She went above and beyond your average employee and I am quite impressed.

Place is extremely overprieced, for handblown glass. Lol even tho I have pointed out many pieces, water pipes that I have seen from China and other factory produced pieces. They upcharge there pieces 100s of dollars. Dont get me wrong the staff is friendly, but if your looking for a place that isnt taking money from your pockets go to marleys lmao

Good selection of glass ware and such. They dont sell shisha (or however you want to spell it) as of now but that is a small price to pay for this awesome shop.

Went to the store at 1 pm on a saturday and the store was locked up. No one answering phone. Note on the door said be back in five minutes and 35 minutes later still no one.

Went into Elfs on 420, great atmosphere and the people who work there were just amazing! I had lots of fun, even if it was a bit crowded for the holiday.

CooL stuff...OVERPRICED and UNHELPFUL staff. Place is going downhill. Shop elsewhere, glad I wont be returning. A-Z Tobacco is your better option
