To all the Customers who came in During my time of Employment thank you for making the day easier however if you knew what was going on behind the business i would no longer Support them. They treat their employees like replaceable pawns and hire at all different wages moving you from position to position with no intention of keeping you. Many may have noticed the Manager was no longer in store, the reason they gave Was no longer part of the Companys plan was a Bullshit excuse to limit Employee pay outs. Prices are super inflated based on their pure greed in Profit. Upon my Manager being fired, i was told pretty much to hold down the fort and do all the duties with no increase in pay and was expected to re setup the store alone with no help from them. For months, with the delays in inventory and etc that im sure you noticed as we had heard it all from everyone, we had sent out emails and tried to sort it for you, this was one of the only stores that ever really was there for the customers. I dont write this as a hate message i write this because im upset and it needs to stop, this company has undergone 3 Owners and 2 managers in the time of me being there (1yr and 4months) and now will be ran by 1 manager for both Neenah and Appleton who has only been there for 4 months and to that i say GOOD LUCK 🤣🤣🤣 PLACE IS A JOKE, AVOID IT

If you see a Job On indeed for Vapin USA AVOID AVOID AVOIDCompany has Terrible Management, gives you all these things they want done but wont bother coming to your store to train or give any sort of direction, they use employees as pawns, managers are replaces consistantly usually after 6 months of Employment, Company had gone through 3 Owners in my Year and 5 months of Employment. They fire and the only reason they give is the company has other plans moving forward without any reasoning. I have watched people put their backs into this job including myself without giving any sort of chance or option of moving up no matter what you do. Highly Recommend Avoiding this place at all costs. Unfair wages, they will hire you at $13/hr but next day hire someone with no knowledge at $15/hr. They expect you to drop what your doing and run 2 stores when they go and fire a manager or sales associate. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I quit on my own free will cause it was disgusting the way they treat people, by no means is this a hate message against the company but nor would i want anyone to have to work under their PlanAnd before anyone has anything to say about i shouldnt slander this company, go work for them cause i got about 8 voices that will give you the same opinion! Customers were turning away as a Notice of consistant new faces new Managers and much much more! For your own Sanity dont do it. And share tf out of this

I was looking for a specific product but it was not available in their store. Awesome customer service from a subject matter expert flipped a complete 180 on me. She referred me to an even better product. I ended up saving money at the same time. Will be returning soon.

*UPDATE* Since they fired the manager Melissa at the Appleton store I will no longer shop here along with many other loyal customers!!! She was the reason many of us shopped here, because it definitely wasnt for the sky high prices! Whos ever idea that was make a huge mistake.I come here for all my vaping needs now,Its a very nice store and I love the selection of vape juice!! There are so many to choose from! Thankfully the assistant manager Melissa helped me. She was very knowledgeable on all the different types of vape juice! I had no idea there are so many different kinds!!Her and the staff are just amazing!!! I am always telling everyone I know that vapes to go here!!!

The manager Kaitie was super helpful and professional. Store is always clean and organized. Great customer service, great products. Good selection of delta & disposables! Always have great deals going on every week! 110% recommend

They used to have a better selection of e liquid but after the law change on house brands their e liquid selection has tanked. Staff is uninformed as to what stock is arriving or when. The selection of devices has really gone down. I feel the store had switched to mainly delta and some nic salt, leaving those of us looking for higher strength conventional (free base) e liquid out in the cold. They have a great rewards program and super friendly staff.

Please hire people that know what they are talking about. To go in and have them refuse to sell you what you always use from A to Z that works for your device is absurd. I will stick to the smart people that work at A to Z.

Megan is the best. She really is in tune with her customers. She knows me by name so I don’t have to give my phone number out when she is there. All the rest of the staff is super helpful. They all are very friendly and knowledgeable. No question is dumb to them.I will have them as my store as long as they are around!!

Bought a vape mod and the assistant manager I believe her name was Melissa at the Appleton store. She was helpful and not trying to push anything I didnt want or need. She was knowledgeable and made it easy to get what I needed. Have a new place to get my vaping needs.

This shop is phenomenal and the customer service is on point. You walk in and the minute you get past the threshold its all smiles and happy greetings. These guys know their stuff any device and every device these guys are happy to explain and when it comes to their awesome selection of juices they are more then happy to explain the flavors what milligram nicotine you wanna be at and what’s the best option for you personally. Since day one of coming here I have not strayed away if their closed I wait til the next day to come they are just that good. Their point system is amazing and the more you save the bigger the item you can cash in on. So seriously need I say anymore!? Honestly the best one Ive been to thus far. They have so many more choices then most, great people, and great prices. Cant think of a single thing wrong with this store other than I want them to move the store closer to me. Im jealous of anyone who lives close to them. There definitely worth the drive.

Very friendly people and very knowledgeable! Only downfall is the prices of the juice. Found what I got there for $30 for only $12 online without discounts or promos. Doesnt mean bad business as you can get most things cheaper online

Not a ton of selections or variety compared to other vape shops Ive been to. They seemed to have any flavor juice that you could want, but limited disposable options and the staff didnt seem exceptionally knowledgeable like in some other shops. Probably a good place if you know what you need or are just looking to pickup juice.

Im in Appleton for work training for a month and this store is close to my hotel, so I gave it a try. All of the sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable, but I recommend asking for Kris. He knows the product extremely well, and he has been very helpful in ordering my favorite juices and having them ready for me the next day. He turned me on to the Juno, which has been a life saver. It holds a charge well, its fairly inexpensive, and it is very inconspicuous for vaping wherever and whenever. The mod prices are about 25% less than where I am from, and the juice prices are pretty good, especially if you go with their brand (I recommend snozberries, mmmmm). They also have a loyalty program, and the points add up quickly! They offer discounts on multiple product purchases for some products, as well. It is a very well managed store, and if you like to hang out and try new things, you can vape at their bar all you like for $5, which is a great way to sample new stuff. They have coffee, too, and they frequently have nice giveaways. I got some cool stickers, shirts, hats, fidget spinners, and koozies. My coworker got a free vape pen worth $40. It is definitely worth checking out.

These guys are the best!!!! Kris shawn and steve went out of their way to try and fit my mod with a new glass for my tank and when they couldnt find one to fit they looked out for me and threw me a brand new nice tank! I love the fact that you can try out any juice there they have a mod and samples! NO OTHER PLACE HAS THIS! Im from chicago and i have been to a lot of shops and this one is the BEST!!!! They really looked out for me because i had a long ride ahead of me and thanks to them i had a working vape!👍🏼 i recommend this shop to ANYONE! I wish they werent 4 hours away or i would go all the time! I do know when im in wisconsin this is the place im going! I would give them 10 stars if i could!

We are from Iowa and there are no vape shops around like vapinUSA. It’s incredible the way you can actually try the juices on a vape with disposable mouth pieces where as in Iowa you can only put a drop on your finger and taste it which gives you no real idea of the flavor. Megan and Kris were extremely friendly and helpful and allowed us to sit there and try as many flavors as we would like. 10/10 recommend this shop and will continue to buy online back home in Iowa.

I wont shop anywhere else the coil prices alone are why I wont go anywhere else. You cant even get them cheaper on the web. Only had an issue with the device once but that is only because this certain employee had some jealousy issues. He was set right and all was well.
