FS Spa ( Forever Spring Spa)

I am visiting from California. I was able to schedule a one hour body massage today. My therapists name was Cindy and she did an absolute fantastic job on my massage. It was definitely a deep tissue massage which was so appreciated with the knots in my upper back and shoulders. All of the staff is so kind and the spa is very clean and welcoming! My only regret is that I only booked an hour. Next time I will book a 90 minute massage. See you next time when I visit Arlington!

My husband took us here to get a couples massage as a surprise for our anniversary and I had the most amazing experience from the second we walked through the door. The environment was unbelievably calm and inviting. Kacey is the lady who greeted us and also who did my massage. She was the sweetest person Ive ever met. So kind and polite, made sure I was comfortable the entire time as this was my first massage. She made sure we knew when she was leaving the room to get items and very courteous upon returning. I absolutely will be requesting her for my next visit. Love this place!

It is sad that CiCi had to leave. that was a gift for me I found Angela she is a master with here skills and is a top-notched Therapist. like I said before Ive had right shoulder pain for 15 years after the 1st time with Angela she made my pain go away for a week. Angela makes you feel comfortable. Her deep tissue massages are truly remarkable. She using her hands and elbows to hit the right spots she make the measage relaxing and take the time so you dont feel rushed. Like I said before Ive tried another spas and FS is by far the best. The rooms are clean warm and the lights and music help set the atmosphere. You can call to make an appointment. Walk ins also. Rates are on the web page. Again a must try spa for a wonderful professional massage. that helps get you through the week. They also do couple measages going to take the wife with me

So I saw this little spot and figured Id give it a try. Prices are competitive...$60 for an hour. The lady that gave me my massage was good. She really focused on working out the knots I had in my shoulder and I liked how she used her forearms and hands to roll them out. It was cool that they mixed a traditional massage with a little traditional Chinese massage as well. It was a different massage but it was good and I felt relaxed after. Worth giving them a try!!

The therapist Cici welcomed me and delivered an exceptional 1 hour full body massage. The experience was truly rejuvenating, bringing much-needed relief to my tired shoulders and back. The optional tipping policy adds a nice touch to the overall experience. Ill be sure to recommend it to my friends.

I have been going there for a few months seeing Cici. She is a very knowledgeable therapist and has helped me tremendously with back pain. I highly recommend this establishment.

The ladies there talks too much about tips. They don’t give the service and keep looking at the clock. They don’t understand English so communicating with them is quite difficult. They don’t understand what service u need. Went there today, they did not massage my neck, massaged only one hand, they did not massage my sciatic and my feet. They spent one hour just on my back and leg. I did not get the service I paid for. After the massage they ask u for tips as if it’s a required payment. I am happy to tip if I get the right service

Let me start off my saying the massage was great. I was given a $70 gift card good for a 1 hour deep tissue massage from a girlfriend. I scheduled my appointment and all went well up until the end when the masseuse handed me an $82 bill. I reminded her that I already gave her the gift card and she told me that was for the owner, you still need to pay me.Like I said, it was a good massage but $152 for 1 hour when the sign says $70 an hour makes me feel taken advantage of.

Great massage. The place is very nice and clean.Came in with a sore back and left feeling great.The masseuse Cici was amazing. She gave the right pressure and took her time getting all the knots out. Definitely come back.

Its a dream come true to have this place close to home. I go all the time, its easy to get in and they go HARD if you want which is what I need. Ive never had a massage so good where it feels like the problems actually get worked out. My favorite thing is that you can do just back/neck for 60 or 90 minutes so for me I dont have to spend money on time spent on unnecessary areas of my body.

I have been going to FS Spa for about four years. i have never had a bad massage. The first time I was there, I lost my wallet. They never hassled me. I went home, got a credit card, and paid my bill. Some months later Casey, the owner, called me to say that my wallet had been found under a chair cushion. It was intact. $180 and all my i.d.s and credit cards. By that time, I had become a regular. 5 stars for honesty. It is scrupulously neat and clean. Casey and her right hand woman, Angela, are both excellent therapists. 5 more stars. They are wonderful and I recommend them to anyone.

This place provides a quality massage. Ive gone 3 times-- each time for a 90 minute massage. What Ive liked the most was that theyre almost always available for a reservation. The most recent time, my boyfriend went with me for his very first massage ever. It was my birthday and it was his gift to me. In the past, Ive tipped quite generously. During this last visit, my boyfriend tipped $15 for each of us ($30 total). He didnt really know better. We should have tipped more. I recognize and readily admit that. However, I was taken aback when the employee corrected us after the card transaction went through, and she stated that $20 per person was expected. My boyfriend didnt quite understand what was going on, so he gave her another $20 in cash ($50 total). I will never tip someone that low again for a long massage. However, I also dont know if Ill ever return to this place again. If there is a minimum tip, that should be built into the price, or have signage listed with the expectation. I found it quite off-putting and awkward to be stopped and called out like that. Lesson learned by me. But I also think Ill go somewhere else with better customer service for future massages.

I had a amazing experience! Scheduling was easy, I booked a couples massage over the phone and when we got there it was so welcoming. The place was clean and the gals were so polite and professional. The massage itself was great, and I will continue to come back to this location. Definitely recommend!

I had made an appointment for my single dad friend of twin girls over a week before Fathers Day after reading reviews. Not being from the area, I totally depended on their website and reviews for information, ratings and hopefully actual customers to help me decide. Nothing was a disappointment! Great customer service, answered my questions, asked me questions, got off the phone with a 90 minute appointment for the morning before Fathers Day as a surprise Fathers Day gift. I arrived in town on Friday night, stopped in to change the time by 15 minutes, super friendly lady met me at the front, easy to change time, felt welcoming, clean and sanitary.Dropped off my friend for his appointment, another happy welcoming for both of us, paid his visit and left him. Picked him up with him saying the best massage and felt fantastic, he was very relaxed and rejuvenated, she even found some areas that he didnt even know needed worked on, not being from the area I highly recommend FS Spa. I may even make myself an appointment in the future. Hours are very doable for any working soul.

FS Spa is a hidden gem. I can’t say enough good things about FS Spa. I originally went for help with shoulder pain. Casey is an excellent massage therapist. I am impressed with her professionalism and friendliness. I like it so much I sent my husband too.

Me and my wife have been to Forever spring Spa several times. Their professionalism has not doubt. They have very good communication as what you requested . I can’t believe that they can handle what my wife requests, my wife has been very strict on who and how was her body been touched. If you want to treat your wife best massage therapist. Forever Spring Spa will be your best bet.

I went here with my great aunt and had the best massage. These ladies are so gentle, considerate and kind I felt really safe and relaxed. They clearly care a lot about giving customers an amazing experience. We got the deep tissue massage! The slow pace was sooooo nice to counteract our fast paced capitalist culture. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Had a couples massage today. It was wonderful. The spa is clean and fresh. The ladies Angela and KC so good and sweet. I feel so wonderful she hit all the places I ached. We will definitely be going back at least once a month. So good

I am so pleased with the exceptional techniques of healing massage therapy. I have been getting them for years and this place is best around. I ask for Casey but they are all good. I get 90 minute massages. And instead of getting tired after I get more energy and feel great. 6 stars for F S spa. I always leave with significant back and neck relief and my lungs feel 100% better. They really know what they are doing to help folks.Exceptionally clean. Nice location. Free parking and right off freeway.

My deep tissue, 120-minute massage with Angela was FANTASTIC! I am soooo picky, and I have been going to traditional/medical/chiropractic massage therapy for years, but it is just never *quite* good enough. Its also expensive. FS SPA has proven to me that there are excellent, knowledgeable, affordable, professional Massage Therapists out there, who can actually make a difference in the quality of my life. If you want a soft, regular massage, Im sure they can do that, too, but I needed seriously deep, therapeutic massage, and Angela delivered. Dont hesitate to go!!

We did a couples massage. There wasnt much of a massage, more just rubbing tons of oil on our bodies. I tipped just over 20% and she literally asked me if that was all I was tipping. I was completely offended. Am I missing something here? I have never in my life had someone tell me I wasnt tipping enough. If more money was expected then maybe it should be in the price so it is clear to customers. We will not be returning.

Took a chance and dropped in and was lucky as they had a spot to get me in! Wow great choice as I have a bad back and shoulder! I feel that without saying a word my therapist knew where the problem was! She is now my steady therapist as I need the treatment and it was a great price even with the tip cheaper than other places around! I am now hooked on FS Spa!

Start with an exceptionally clean facility and leave after an excellent and professional massage. The ladies are friendly and competent. I recommend angela but i woildnt hesitate to see any of the others. Well worth the money.

I really love this place. The owner is so kind and Angels my massage therapist was incredible. She was very strong but not hurting strong... strong in just the right places. The prices were very reasonable and they were very clean and conscious. I will be back soon for sure!

Massage therapist are professional and friendly, I had neck pain long time, every time I was there, they try best way to help me out, it’s really getting better and better. The place is just beautiful and very affordable, especially considering the owner is a licensed massage practitioner…not true at many other places. Went in yesterday for very sore muscles after a hard workout. The experience was fantastic. The setting was clean and comfortable. I went with the hour long massage and will be going back!

Everytime I come here the wonderful staff go above and beyond to make my experience a special day of relaxation. I often visit them for couples massages as well.. in my opinion these women are top of the line. Be ready to give a well deserved tip.

Merry Christmas to me my husband bought a gift certificate for here, and since I work retail it was really needed. I loved Casey she was amazing.My only criticism would be that she did not introduce yourself ahead of time as it is a very personal experienceI did not get clear directions on what to do at the beginning like you undress until youre comfortable.Everything else was spot-on amazing place I will be back. I have been in pain for a few months. My neck and back have been bothering me, causing headaches and overall discomfort. I thought I had tried everything. Then I decided to let a professional work on getting out the kinks.WOW!Lets just say I was a bit skeptical. But now Im a believer. I had deep tissue massage and Angela was amazing. She kneaded and worker just the right spots. I can say I have not had a headache in a week and I will be going back.

The two ladies who work here give outstanding massages. And I mean REAL massages.I generally get a 90 minutes massage for $90. Treat them nice, they really earn it. I think the sign says FS Spa. Its behind the Rite on the corner of 176th and Smokey Point Blvd.

Over the last several years of sciatica pain and neuropathy, I have experienced great pain. It was an absolute professional massage I received from Angela. Her hands are magical and her strength is exceptional to relieve those pesty knots. I have finally been able to enjoy my hobbies once again and start to live pain free. Thank you and I will definitely be back! I highly recommend!

You can pay more, but you will not get a better massage. This little spa but once you know your way to Casey and her incredible capable fellowmasseuse you will want to visit often.especially if you need deep pain relieving work done.

This is my absolute favorite place for massage. I am very happy with the outcome of every visit. I used to go to higher end spas charging around 150, the prices are much more affordable here and also much better quality. This place is so worth it.

My mistake getting the 2 hour massage. Came for low back /sciatic pain and neck pain relief. The 2 hours was just too long , again my fault. The massage covered nearly all my body , wish more time was spent on my stated problem areas. Also kinda taken back at the request for tip before leaving and being told how much I needed to tip since the massage cost appearently just goes to the owner.

First time ever getting a massage, the amazing ladies were very warm and welcoming. They made my experience very relaxing and enjoyable highly recommend visiting them.

In reply: pedicure was good, but once more customers arrived it was rushed (less attention and time in massage and exfoliation). Great polish job. The accompanying manicure that followed once more customers arrived however was subpar. My two biggest complaints aside from feeling rushed out was:1- polish had two bubbles in it once finished that were not fixed, and2- color I selected was running low (didnt seem that low to me) and was told she wouldnt use it (why was it even out then?!). Was told to pick from two other colors brought over to me that werent remotely like what I selected and hated (I originally wanted a nude pale pink and was given the choice between a cotton candy pink or bright pink?! I had a date so didnt have time to discuss further)! She chose a gel type color from a box behind the manicure tables, but didnt use the accompanying gel top coat from the set. So this made the manicure chip the next day and look terrible by day 3.
