Im proud to be a long-term client! Samara is a gifted massage therapist with a background in paramedic and chiropractic care. Knotz Away provides the absolute BEST deep tissue active release massage with CBD oil and cupping therapy!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had I get massages every other day because I have a membership with Massage Envy and this is far from a massage. I felt like a two year old baby getting lotion rubbed on my body. There was no elbow no nothing just lotion rubbed on my body. The worst experience I ever had so when you go to this location be very cautious if you need any type of, good relaxing massage I couldn’t even go to sleep and relax. It was just the worst experience I ever had. I would never go back here again and I suggest y’all to be very cautious when entering and contacting this lady.

She got rid of knots I didnt even know I had! I had the guasha massage and it was such a game changer!

She is not a good massage therapist I don’t know if she’s even licensed however, all she did was rub lotion on my body and I paid $75 for that so I’m not too pleased with her services so be very cautious if you have a lot of aches and pain. She’s not the person to go see.

Samara is the absolute best. I have daily pain in my body as a hairstylist. I had the relaxing 60 minute hemp oil massage. It was relaxing. My husband surprised me with this massage and signed me up for a membership. I loved everything I especially loved the stretch services they provide. I will be back every 2 weeks.

I would not recommend. Used far too much pressure on Endangerment Sites of the body and I only received 70 mins of my 90 min massage. Not to mention the lack of flow in technique. The CBD oil was a nice touch but this gimmick doesnt excuse the ladder. Not too sound harsh, Im just disappointed with the lack of execution and overall professionalism.Edit: not fake, unfortunately. I just dont use my actual name. Your technique was lacking, trust me I too went to School for Massage therapy. Maybe, things have improved but I didnt fabricate anything here Hun.

My first massage was absolutely amazing I told everyone about her. She relieved so many knots. I thought she wa a heaven sent. The second massage was rushed and it seemed like she had an attitude. I left just as tense as I arrived. I figured she knew it was just as bad as I did because she didn’t even bother to ask for a tip this time (she definitely did last time and upsold me on some stuff I didn’t need). Waste of $200. I thought I found a unicorn massage therapist and I realize some people have bad days but I just can’t bring myself to spend $150+ when there’s a 50/50 chance I may get a decent massage.

Relax and let Samara massage your knots away! Her relaxing and unique hemp massage oil will help relax you as her skilled hands massage the knots away. She uses a number of different techniques to break up adhesions and soothe sore spots. Expect to be a bit sore the day after, but by day 3, you will feel amazing! I also really enjoyed her handmade CBD muscle rub, and bought some for myself. It works really well for my sore hands, neck, shoulders, and back. The massage clinic is clean, calming, and well laid out. The massage table was comfortable, and Samara went out of her way to make me feel at ease. The whole clinic has a pleasant potpourri smell. Id recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax and/or ease some muscle pains.

Samara is very knowledgeable in Massage therapy and she is one of very few therapists that know how to properly perform a lymphatic drainage massage. She is also has great bedside manner and educated me on the therapy I was receiving. She gave me suggestions and tips on what to do in between massages sessions to help my healing process. I’m very satisfied with the service I received!

OMG!!! Samara and Knotz Away are absolutely amazing. She can see with her hands I swear. She found things that I didn’t even know had been tight and locked up. The CBD oil also helped my body so much. After having 3 surgeries in the last 36 days of 2019 I needed this so much and it was way more than what I expected. I was beyond pleased and will be back as a regular. I felt so refreshed and pleased after I got off the table. Also as an owner of Strength and Fezek, a personal training facility in Arlington I now have a massage therapist that I know and can trust to send my clients to for any aches and pains. I have been going to Samara at Knotz Away for over a year now and I get sports therapy massages once every other week. I do CrossFit about 4-5 days a week and getting massages has been a game changer.I love Samara and her business for a number of reasons but I’ll share the highlights:1) She always listens to her clients as far as what work they’re wanting to have done.2) She gives you a full hour massage - not the 45 mins these other places charge for.3) Her pricing is extremely reasonable.Check out her website for more specifics but I definitely recommend Knotz Away for any chronic ailments or if you just want to go in for a Swedish massage!

My husband and I booked a one hour couples massage. The massage therapists were both wonderful, we didnt have a long wait before we were seen, and the staff was all very professional. I was having some bad shoulder pain, and the massage therapist was patient and gentle working with me. Will definitely be coming back!

Where should I start!! I just had Lipo 360 and was looking for a Lymphatic Massage close to home.. I based my opinion on google reviews so thank y’all for being honest. Her Lymphatic massage was THE BEST. I was 7days PO with no massage in the last 48hrs my body was full with fluid and swelling.. After her massage my body felt like a feather and I could move and stand up straight.. She was nice, educated and a great therapist.. I purchased some CBD Gummies and I been feeling so good..

I had a hemp massage from Brenda, she was amazing!! I was very tight through my shoulders and now I feel so great! She does not do the “typical” massage. She will work on what she feels is tight which makes a great therapist, I’ll be back for sure!

I’ve had 2 massages with Antonio and both were fantastic. The CBD oils KnotzAway uses are both very relaxing and rejuvenating at the same time. I think this is the best massage I’ve ever had. I had some issues with my shoulder and hip. The hemp oil and Samara’s experienced hands relieved my pain a great deal. I will definitely be going back!

Im not exactly sure what the hemp infused oil actually did for me, but it was awesome. My skin has stayed super soft and my girl has commented on it a lot. I enjoyed the massage and even though it was my first time they made me feel very comfortable.

Ive been to several different massage practices and this was, by far, the best Ive ever experienced. The staff is friendly, the overall feel is one of peace and healing, and Kalani was absolutely outstanding. I will go again and again and again. I highly recommend. I require a deep tissue massage for a problem area, and Kalani has changed my life. I cannot possibly say enough about Knotz Away and Kalani especially. LOVE this place. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. They do all sorts of massage options, and Im sure theyll be able to provide whatever you need and be the best youve ever had. Treat yourself!

I went about a week or two ago, so sorry for the late review, but Samara @ Knotz Away was amazing. I found this place just searching and read a lot of great reviews. They were not wrong. Samara knows what she is doing and is also a retired EMT. Best massage Ive had in a looonnng time!! I will definetely be coming back.

OMG were do I start! I’m not a person to leave reviews but this is a must! Samara was very professional! I was greeted with a warm welcoming smile. I was then asked questions about myself so that Samara would know some helpful things to better service me. Everything was clean and peaceful just like I love it! Ok and now to the AWARD WINNING MASSAGE! I am 10 day post-op from a BBL/Lipo 360 Fat Transfer. Samara took her time to make sure my body was loose before she was done, O MY! She knew exactly what she was doing and I loved every moment! I have now scheduled my reoccurring massage appointments for every Friday LOL! I can’t wait till my next appointment! Come on Friday‼️❤️

These guys are great! I have had several Fantastic massages with these gals and have already referred many people over them. Their hemp oil melts through knots and leaves you with a peaceful relaxed feeling.You better believe Ill be giving them my business as many times as I can!

It was my first massage, EVER.+ Staff was friendly+Music was on point+ the essential oils were wonderful- My massage therapist was a chatty kathy, and would fall asleep mid-massage if i stopped conversing.-I had to squeeze her hand to wake her up three times, she almost fell over twice, and even had to turn on the fan to keep herself awake, which hardly worked.- She was very heavy handed even when i asked her to ease up.-She overshared right from the beginning about being menopausal and she is sleep deprived and fell asleep during her previous massage session.-She spent only the last 5 minutes of the hour on my back which was specifically stated as my only problem area.-she even commented on my weight, and how i need to lose the weight soon, before it stays forever (Im a new mom, havent lost the weight yet, it was just rude to point out).Long story short, i went in to relax and relieve the tension and stress from having a baby, and i never once could relax. I was either in constant pain from heavy handedness, or worried that she would fall asleep and fall over.I would consider going back, but only if i could request Brenda. She was my husbands massage therapist, and she was the EPITOME of professional: conscientious, AWAKE, and respectful.

Joined orange theory gym and its no joke. Seriously sore muscles and I needed a massage and decided to try this place. Antonio did a great job on the massage. Salon was cute, clean, and comfy. Staff was friendly as well.

Healing, comfortable, first class, friendly and experienced therapists. I have had my 3rd massage. I have booked 4 more. I am walking without a cane! I have tried everything to improve mobility and decrease pain. Katy and Samara have what works in a lovely setting. CBD oil is a must. I use capsules, tincture and infused coconut oil. The peppermint tincture is my fav! 1 dropper in ice filled tumbler of water..wow! Refreshment that heals. Why go anywhere else??

The staff is amazing. They are friendly, passionate, and caring of their customers. I dont think Ive met people more knowledgeable in what they do towards wholistic healing and targeting the problem areas, especially Kelani.The materials used are extremely helpful and the atmosphere makes you feel so comfortable. My husband got me a massage here for a wedding gift..... needless to say I was back two weeks later with him to get a couples massage!! Really great service and kind workers from front desk all the way to the masseuse. This place is great and we will definitely be returning customers.

Kelani is the absolute BEST pain management therapist I EVER HAD! I got the hemp CBD oil massage and it worked wonders!!After my session with Kelani, I felt aligned. Mentally, physically, and spiritually. She’s a true healer. Her intentions and knowledge of the body is amazing. She educated me through out the session and brought awareness to my physical self. I will be coming back to get more work done.I HIGHLY recommend booking a session with Kelani. You won’t regret it.

Gave this couple massage as a gift to my brother and his fiancé. They were sadly dissatisfied, they women were not friendly. They talked to each other the entire time and the massage was NOT relaxing, both women were told they were too rough, and they continued to be heavy handed. this should have been a very tranquil time for them both but it was not. Would not recommend this establishment.

I wasn’t even able to HAVE an experience here. I purchased a Groupon, and when I called (for the third time after not receiving a cal back after I’d left a message) I was told that they no longer have a Groupon contract and that they are only “honoring” the Groupon if you pay an additional $25-$35!!! I get not wanting to do business with Groupon anymore if your business is thriving, but you should definitely still honor the remaining people who had bought it already. It is not “honoring” it if we are basically paying the difference between the deal and regular full price. Additionally, it was the owner I spoke to and she was snooty and rude about it, too! She told me it’s not hurting her business any to change her policy after people have already bought the deal. Just wow. What a horrible business ethic, and terrible customer service!

Repeat customer for a few years. I wish I could give this place negative stars. Every year I buy 2 gift cards for my dad from Knotz Away for Father’s Day and His bday. The customer service is atrocious and now I see why this lady had to sell her building and downsize to her HOME. With Covid-19 this year my dads Father’s Day massage had to be cancelled because OWNER WOULD NOT WEAR A MASK even after my dad asked her if she would. He is high risk so that is why he asked. He even asked her a 2nd question, well if I wear one, will you wear one? and she said no! Well obviously he can’t go for his massage then. Unbelievable. We asked for a refund which she agreed to minus the non existent $20 credit card processing fee (which we confirmed with Discover was non existent). I had to make a dispute with Discover. We won the dispute and Discover even made it right and gave us the extra $20 back that the scammer refused to. Dishonest people love to get something for nothing. We will never be back.

DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE AND POOR SERVICE AT BEST!Let me start out first by saying I had nothing but high expectations of getting a massage from this establishment. Massages I’ve had in the past have been great so when I received a gift certificate for this place, I was elated. Upon calling to schedule the apt, the staff was very UNPROFESSIONAL (That right there gets you a GOOSE EGG my friend get since that’s not an option, you get a 1-begrudgingly and not that they deserve it from the subpart service received).So…as I stated before, I called Knotz Away back on December 28, 2016 to schedule my apt. I could never get anyone to answer so I’ve had to leave several messages in which I’ve received no feedback or confirmation that it’s been scheduled. Their location was not easy to find even with the use of GPS on my phone. The website shows inaccurate days and hours (Tuesdays & Thursdays, open until 8pm). I called at 6:45pm was told by the staff attendant that they were closed due to no booked apts. I gave her the information provided on the Groupon page and scheduled my massage for the following Tuesday. At no time during the call did she ever disclose that their policy implemented an extra change or additional service fee. I called again yesterday to reschedule and was met with no answer. I then left a message but again received no communication on whether or not they go the message or if rescheduling was an option. I called today and some guy answers “Hello”. I thought I had the wrong number and had to ask if it was Knotz Away since he didn’t state the business greeting. I told him I was calling b/c I wanted to reschedule my appointment due to working late and missed my appointment yesterday. He told me that it would be an extra $20 since I didnt call them 24-hours PRIOR to say I couldnt make it. I told him that I had called & left voicemails and that the girl that setup my appointment from the first call never mentioned any about that being in their policy and it is not stated on my Groupon certificate.

Came in after suffering a shoulder injury a few months back. I finally said enough and came to Knotz Away upon a referral. So happy I did. The next day I had increased mobility in my shoulder and SIGNIFICANTLY less discomfort and pain. I can’t recommend enough!!! Already booked my next appointment.

I bought my mom a massage for mother’s day and I bought one for myself too. The experience was great, we both left feeling very relaxed and refreshed. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Because I used Groupon, I didn’t qualify for a massage using hemp oil which was unfortunate because that was the reason I purchased the Groupon/massage to begin with. Therapist was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.

I had the same experience as another reviewer, which was no actual massages were received since they decided to no longer honor the Groupon deal they already sold. I had to hound them to get a call back to book an appointment in the first place and then after finally speaking with the receptionist I was told, “just one thing, there will be an additional charge of $20/per person. Is that okay?” When I pushed as to why I was told, “we discontinued that Groupon.” No matter what I asked that was the answer. It’s terrible to sell something to a consumer under one premise and then tack on fees because you decided to discontinue your deal. My deal had not expired yet, they should have honored it since it was already paid for.

If you leave feeling like your muscles have been shed from your skeleton they did a good job. The hemp massage is the best service. Lets me loosen up every so often after a hard days labor
