It was my second visit to this place while staying in the area for conferences. Both times I had a great experience. Before going in, I felt pretty beat up from the joys of economy air travel, with severe shoulder, neck and lower back pain. I requested deep tissue and received just that, with the therapist knowing where to focus. I was able to sit in conference sessions again without pain and got better sleep. Pricing is incredibly reasonable even when including a well earned tip.

My goodness. Where do I begin. I requested a 90 min deep tissue massage. The massage was mediocre at best. I kept having to tell her to apply more pressure. She was not familiar with any acupressure points which was frustrating.. I can’t remember what the amount due was, but I was a dollar short of what would’ve been a 20% tip. She demanded that i give her an extra dollar. Then proceeded to point a sign that was on the front desk that read “20% tip.” I won’t be returning

Great massage and they took great care of me being that I am pregnant. They customized my massage to meet my needs. Great pressure on knots and lights in areas as needed.

Great place to relax…. I was taken cared of by Iliya…. That’s how her name sounded like, I am sorry for the spelling…. She has the magic touch. I will surely come back to this place again. Will recommend to my friends.

Massage was good however the owner or staff literally FORCES you to tip 20% which I thought was outrageous and unacceptable. Never going here again.

Inconsistent. Was good for a while. Had a bad experience with the elderly man. It’s never the same people. Last time I go, woman just rubbed oil on my back for 45 minutes. Then manager comes in and acts like she-hulk rubbing her elbow through my spine. What a mess. Not coming back here. Find a professional masseuse for a little bit extra.

We we visiting family and a member developed a stiff neck and could not get relief. We called and we able to get an appointment very quickly. Staff was professional, the waiting area and massage areas were clean. Most of all the massage was effective and we enjoyed the rest of our weekend!

I want so badly to absolutely love this place. It is three minutes walk from my building in Crystal City.This was my second time going. The first time, it was about a 6.5 out of 10. Today’s experience, more like a 3.5 out of 10.I understand that there’s a global pandemic. However, today was the first time I have ever had a massage with gloves on. Not nice latex gloves, rather, they felt like the plastic ones from the Whole Foods hot food bar. They were loud and ruffly initially then quieted down after a while.The lady at the front desk and the massage therapist were both extremely sweet! Very friendly and such. However, the massage was completely lackluster.Very little pressure, and no real flow. So what she did to one side of my body, she didn’t do to the other side. Out of the 60 minutes, I would say about eight of them were truly enjoyable. The other 52, just felt like she was moving lotion around on my back or legs.The ambiance is good. Nice clean linens, nice warmed, comfortable beds.Maybe I should read through the comments and see if I can find a massage therapist that people recommend by name at this establishment because I would really like to go back but as of right now I just can’t justify it.

My husband and I had a one-hour massage in the double room. Jenny did great deep tissue massage with me, she applied nice pressure on the places I needed most and it loosened up the tightness of my body. Before I knew it, the hour was up and I surprisingly wanted more!  They ensured the room sanitizing, cleaning and quiet.  Im grateful for that.

Accommodated a last minute massage. Lady at front desk was friendly and showed me to room, behind only a curtain. I got changed and was face down. She asked if I was ready, asked what kind of pressure as she started the overall warmup with the sheet still covering me. Then a couple of hushed words in a foreign language, and the touch changed. Some guy had suddenly stepped in! I had no idea that he was there. Vulnerable in a couple of ways. I’ve had massages in various locations around the world, but never something as unprofessional as switching the masseuse/masseur after beginning.

Awesome experience everytime! I have been coming back for the 6 months and have always felt amazing after my 1-hour Swedish Massage. Everyone is so kind and you can call day of or even minutes before and get in at your desired time no problem. I will definitely keep going back!

Great massage at short notice. Was able to get a walk in massage at Sunshine. I opted for the 60 min massage for $60. The massage therapist asked me what areas needed focus and then really did a good job focusing on those areas. The hot stones at the end was enjoyable.Minus one star because the tip is obligatory at 20%.

Really great experience. I called and was able to come in 15 mins. The woman who gave me a massage did excellent work. My shoulder was bothering me a lot before I went in and now its moving much better and pain free. Will absolutely be returning.

Nice ladies very friendly im so enjoyable here with Jenny she is so good but today she is off or iduno diffrent lady she did my massage very little pressure, and no real flow. Walk-in/Appointment cash/debit/credit card accept. I often just call them 30 mins before walk-in. Seem like during weekdays ,if walk in, Id always get a male masseuse but I m sure you can request a female if you prefer when make appointment. I have been going to a more expensive massage place but let me tell you, the quality is the same or even better sometimes. It is only $60-70/ an hour with this good quality ?then yes I prefer here.

Rude service and bad massage. I should have known when I walked in and there was a sign that said minimum 20% tip. Management hint, if you want people to pay more, charge them more. I’m not tipping on bad massages. And infeed, it was pretty bad. The person I had Alice put a warm wet towel on me 3 times over the course the 40 minutes I was in there. I asked for a massage, not a back wash, but thanks anyway. Then she laughed when we tipped 20%. This will be my last time ever going here. Do yourselves a favor and go to Health Magic in the mall.

Go see Kevin/Kevan. The guy is a genius with his hands. I have a feeling because I squirmed a little when he hit a tender spot that he lightened up, but it’s crystal clear this man can go full throttle on your aches and pains. 30 reflexology and 60 deep tissue massage is just the ticket.

Had a masseuse spend an hour exclusively on my shoulders despite asking for a full body massage. I told him my shoulders are sensitive and not my issue but he said they were tense and needed to be focused on. Eventually it became painful and i said so, leading him to rub my lower back for a couple mins then go right back to the shoulders. Afterwards i said i was disappointed that the massage wasnt good and only gave a $5 tip which led to me being told theres a 20% minimum tip ($12), apparently a new policy. I told him no way thats happening - and he argued with me for a few mins while holding my credit card. Eventually he let me go, but i guess Im not coming back here again. Its disappointing because Ive previously had some of my best massages here, and there arent any other good options in the crystal city area.

I gave it one star because I cant give it zero! If you find a masseuse you like, enjoy it because she wont be there next week. When you try and call for an appointment it rings forever and when finally someone answers they dont take your name or ask questions. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment on time, they made me wait 20 minutes, and then a guy walks in. I prefer a woman and he says well you didnt specify on phone - no of course I didnt because the person who barely spoke English didnt ask my name or my preference just repeated the time and hung up. The next time I asked for an appointment with a woman and had the same result. And these people have no formal training or certifications so your massage may vary from decent to painful. And I prefer a woman because the one time I let a guy massage me there it was horrific - he had the weakest hands ever and was grunting and moaning - gross!

Best valued massages in the D.C. area! One-hour deep tissue is only $60 and you get your moneys worth. No other spa beats their prices. Its small and quaint. The staff is exceptionally friendly.

If this had 10 stars Id give it 10. Best, and I mean best massage Ive ever had. Went in with a migraine and its gone. If you feel pain and dont go here, is now your fault. Also, walked straight in with no appointment.

Elena was brilliant in her job , I had a deep tissue massage for 30 min.. I recommend her.

Hands down, Yesung is one of the best masseuses I’ve EVER had. Incredible technique, consistent and well-distributed pressure, and really listens to your needs. All the massage people here are great but Yesung is phenomenal.

If you are looking for a best massage. This is the place. Angela knows how to satisfy male customer. Im not so sure about deep tissue massage but her hand and fingers go deep enough to satisfy you. I really enjoyed her hand.

This place was terrible!!!! Please Don’t go!! Worst experience ever. Waste money, waste time!!! Never go again. During the massage, therapist was changed. AND!! She went out and came back 5 times to get calls and for new customers. So rude. Even massage was bed (of course she is a casher, not therapist). I really don’t want them give even one star, they don’t deserve any star!! Terrible place.

They took my girlfriend and I without an appointment. The room had 2 side by side tables. Very nice service and we both feel better. Thank you.

There is a lack of privacy, but the massage was fantastic and the price unbeatable. If youre a very modest person, you maybe a little uncomfortable.

I usually dont write reviews but had to write this one. Save your money and DO NOT go here. The service is horrible and the lady at the front was absolutely rude!! Also, Ive never seen a place ask for minimum 20% tips.

I had really bad experience with Tina at few days ago.She is rude, unprofessional.During my massage she went to out about 3 times.But what makes me feel soooo disgusting that she was fart and cough all the time.Can you believe it?!Ive never had this situation before,how dare you fart when you are working,but feels like she was proud of that what she did.Gotta stay away from Tina,(the lady who is always sitting on front desk)

Went there multiple times and literally every time they told me to come back in 30 min or an hour cause they didnt have anyone available at the moment and I would wait and go back and they would say the same thing again.
