My sister in law wanted to treat me for my wedding and paid for the bridal package. Wendy was amazing. I absolutely loved my hair and makeup. She was such a sweetheart. I will definitely go with her again.Bobbie did my French manicure that I was very happy with as well.I would have given them a 5 had not been confusion with the front desk. When I scheduled my bridal package I asked if I can do the consultation with my trial run for make up and hair and she said no. I expressed to the front desk it would be hard to go 3 times in one week. We scheduled the 3 appointments, consultation on Tuesday, trial on Thursday with manicure, and Saturday was wedding day, but when I went for consultation I actually got my trail run for hair and makeup that day.My nail technician came and asked how much longer was hair and makeup cause she had me down for 11:00 and it was 1130, by then Wendy was done. The nail tech said she didnt have time cause she had another client but that she could polish real fast but thats not what I wanted. So we had to reschedule my nail appointment for Friday cause Thursday was no longer available but I was confused because that was the date I scheduled my manicure. So I show up Friday and they had me down for gel nails when I scheduled for French manicure. Time management is very important and listening to the client.

My husband got me a package here for Mother’s Day. The services were just okay, which is disappointing for the price. Overall, Daired’s has a very “cosmetology school” feel to it. The robes that they give you to wear throughout your spa experience are massive, extremely heavy and swallow you whole….super frumpy and just very uncomfortable. After eating my lunch, they told me I had to wait an additional hour and a half before my pedicure would start (to be a total of 2 hours waiting.) At that point I just wanted to get changed and leave but I decided to bring it to someone instead. I showed them my schedule online and that my next service was supposed to start in 10 minutes, so I was immediately taken back to start my pedicure. The thought of sitting there waiting for two hours, had I not said anything is what irritates me. All of my services felt very rushed and all of the employees seemed stressed/on edge. It felt like no body really knew what was going on. This was a few hundred dollars my husband definitely could’ve saved. I didn’t like my experience and won’t be back.
I went in for highlights and ended up with GREY HAIR. They didn’t handle it well and though I was offered a redo, why would I give them an opportunity to not listen to me again. I’ve been going here on and off for years. I expressed how important this hair do was as my daughters getting married in a few weeks. Talk about disappointment. I’m just warning anyone that comes here that the level of expertise has dropped and the Manager, while she did try to make it right, was condescending. Everyone tried to convince me my hair looked fine and trust me, it doesn’t. I’m having to go get it done again today by a new place. Repay and keep my fingers crossed and no, I’m not an impossible customer, just a very disappointed one. I’ll never go back to them again which is a shame. I’ve been going like I said off and on for over 20 years. We’ll never again. Proceed with caution here. I’ll continue to edit this review so it stays at the top. All these 5 star reviews are amazing to me. I will say the bistro was good. My hair just looks terrible. So after paying 350.00 I’ll end up paying more today. Watch these people because they have a separate toner charge which everyone knows is necessary for and color process. The first picture is what Daireds did. The second is the correction . It was actually green in some spots.My face was quite swollen on Friday but had gone done by Saturday.
I had an amazing day today with my daughter at this location. This was my 1st time ever to have a Spa Day.We were greeted by Lorin, she was so helpful, patient and kind. She checked on us throughout the visit. Above and Beyond service!!Jesse had magic hands when it comes to getting all of the stress knots out of my back, shoulders, neck and even hips. The hot rock massage was amazing. He definitely helped my target areas.Bobbie did my pedi and mani. She was respectful, caring, listened attentively, and put my needs first. She made me very comfortable. She repaired a broken toe nail, I had. She is extremely talented.On to facials...Georgie made me feel so comfortable that I fell asleep during the facial. She has a soft, gentle touch. She was very knowledgeable, and offered me tips on products.The food was amazing and well proportioned. The chef himself served us.5 STARS all around!!Customer Service, Respect, and the knowledge of the people that worked with me Absolutely Amazing!!

Omg the cafe is AMAZING! My husband and I enjoyed lunch presented by Chef Spencer so much! He loves what he does and it shows. Hubby had the stuffed avocado. I had the bruschetta, and we split a divine cheesecake sampler. Don’t EVEN get me started on the soup. He’s the real deal. Do yourself a favor and stop by even if you’re not going to the salon. No, we don’t know him, and this review is completely unsolicited!
Booked a deep conditioning treatment with Tyler, 10/10 did an amazing job! My hair smelt great for days after and it’s been so silky ever since! The scalp massage had me melting in the chair! Will definitely be returning soon and booking with Tyler.

Staff is friendly and professional and it smells so nice and refreshing here! Love the cute boutique with adorable gifts, cafe is delicious, and my skin completely cleared up of acne scars after about 3 sessions of microneedling with Julie (got the passport!). Im now a member and glad to have this spa for all my massage and skin needs.
I contacted them initially to complain directly and see what could be done- out of RESPECT- but it’s been over a month so now I’m leaving my review. First of all, my pedicure was sublime and I would consider coming back for that service. But my massage was definitely not right. The appointment was made for me by a loved one and he specified that I have a female masseuse for my Bali-esque massage…something he did not tell me until I shared afterwards that I had a male masseuse. He started the massage at my glutes which was very strange. Overall the opposite of a relaxing experience. But the fact that I called to complain and was told someone would get back to me and never did is my biggest issue. I have always praised Daireds but this changed my mind completely.
I received the spa refresher package for $280.00 as a birthday present from my fiancé, which includes a personalized massage, a personalized facial, lunch, and a pedicure. To give a fair review I want to break down each service as follows:The massage: my massage therapist was absolutely incredible, she was very thorough in her questions before proceeding to give me an amazing massage. I appreciated her calm demeanor and professionalism. I have been suffering from severe pain in my neck and shoulders and for the first time in months, am having an easier time rotating my neck to the left side and looking up.The facial: My therapist was a very nice woman, but skipped asking me if I had any questions I think are completely necessary like allergies, skin sensitivities, problems I’m having with my skin, or any goals I have for my skin. She suggested a $77 upcharge of a green tea peal which I agreed to as she said it would help with my acne, but at the end of my facial covered her work by putting tinted moisturizer over my face without asking.Lunch: Lunch as phenomenal. I enjoyed the orange glazed salmon and cheesecake very much. Their cafe is one that you could go into just to have lunch, without being a salon or spa customer. I rarely get to have lunch to myself, let alone that I didn’t have to make, and I felt spoiled. I also appreciated that it was on the table waiting for me as I came out of my service, that was a wonderful touch.Pedicure: My pedicurist was extremely kind and fun to talk to. I loved her smile and how personable she is. My pedicure was close to perfect. However after getting to my vehicle right after, I noticed that my Polish looked very bumpy and like it was old. By the time I showered this morning, my Polish has started to come off of three of my toes and chipped. I believe she may have forgotten top coat, or used expired polish.Check in/out: Check in was a little awkward. I was a bit thrown back by the receptionist not looking at me or asking what I needed when I walked in. Check out went the same, where I approached the receptionist desk and needed to say “hello” first due to her not saying a word. I went ahead and purchased the mineral sunscreen as I was looking for a new SPF anyways, but it wasn’t without an awkward exchange between me and the young lady who checked me out. I asked her if my facialist had left a note as to what tinted SPF she used on me, and she said yes, and then brought me a $53 bottle of sunscreen for face and body. I stared at it for a second and said “this is the one she left on my account? I thought it was tinted”. She immediately went to grab the other one after saying something quietly I didn’t catch and it was just awkward.Overall I had a decent time but for the price and upcharges, then to have my pedicure be pretty much useless the next day, I’ll be spending that amount of money somewhere else.
I love coming here for my massages. Ive been to other places and Daireds does the best in regards to making you feel like youre at a Spa. Been going to Michelle for over a year now and she always makes me feel brand new. I highly recommend her.
I only go here when I get a gift card for Daireds. They give a great massage. I have not tried their other services, because I dont see paying the cost for getting my hair and nails done, thats me. If it makes you happy then go for it. I hear their other services are great. The front desk person needs a little work on being friendly or at the very least greet you, say hello, good bye, thank you...... something other than name and thats it. Everyone else was very friendly.
Daireds always has really nice employees and overall provides a relaxing salon experience. I always ask for Izzy because she does an amazing job every time! My pixie cut gets so many compliments. She also works w/ many different hair types. My fiancé is black and he goes to get his hair washed, detangled, and trimmed all the time by her.
Paul is the the absolute best hair dresser. Amazing with family. L8ve going here even if its not time to see him. Full services. Love the cafe. Smiling servers is Essential. Great drink ideas. The garden in the back is comfortable. Love the mini shopping options with upscale greeting cards, clothes and of course hair needs like Kerastas shampoo and more. Love this Spa Salon.
Services are amazing in the spa, Specifically Estheticians Julie and Georgie. My issue is with the owner and management, who are “unavailable” to discuss why they charged me $5 to pay in cash today. I actually didn’t realize it until I later looked at the receipt. They began charging $5 in January for using a credit card, so I brought cash, yet the charge was still there. After 2 calls, I’m leaving this review.
Talk about amazing customer service and professionalism! If you are looking to get your hair done, look no further; Daired’s is the place to be! My stylist, Vianey, was beyond incredible. In fact, she stayed a bit overtime just for me to make sure that my hair looked perfect, which it most certainly did. She has great attention to detail and recommendations and gave me the best treatment that I have ever received. My hair looks better than ever before. Vianey is also highly knowledgeable and kept me entertained the entire time with great conversations, and she truly listened to what I wanted. This trip to Daired’s exceeded any expectations I ever had. I know I will be returning, and you should too.
Im an aging woman who needed a pep up my appearance. I decided to take the plunge and myself some fillers and botox.I met with Brie who is a NP who consulted me thoroughly before making my decision to move forward. We discussed the areas I wanted to work on and I felt confident moving forward.The process was relatively painless. Topical numbing cream is placed strategically to the areas of concern for the fillers. We did not apply numbing cream to the botox area. From what I understand lidocaine is in the injection to help with pain but I cant recall if that is for the fillers or the botox or both.Brie had a gentle way about administering the botox and fillers. She made sure to inform me about what she was doing as she went through each step.If youre like me and are a first timer with botox and fillers know there is a pinch of pain involved. Stubbing your toe and paper cuts hurt much more and for longer periods of time. This pain is quick like a sting. It only hurts when the needle penetrates the skin then it is fleeting.Daireds is very clean and calm inside. Its like stepping into another world. Its very zen. Smells good too!I also had my hair conditioned and blown out by Wendy. She did a fabulous job. Actually I have very thick coarse dry brittle wavy hair. It is crazy hair that has its own life. I didnt think Wendy would be able to manage it. My hair was straight from being cut and styled a week prior by my stylist. Looks can be deceiving. To my surprise she felt my hair and described it to a T. She washed my hair and then combed through the conditioner. She massaged my head and it was heavenly. I wasnt expecting that and it was a treat. I felt very royal like. My hair type didnt scare Wendy. In fact she knew how to handle it. She blew out my hair like a real MMA pro. My hair has made fools of people but not Wendy. She put it in its place. Its soft and straight. She was a master with the dryer and I didnt need the flat iron. Ive received several compliments on it since.The entire experience was awesome. I will be going back and plan on a spa day for my daughters 26th birthday next month. Also plan on lip fillers in a few months.Check out the before and after pictures. I normally wouldnt post but the proof is in the pics. I had my lashes and brows done elsewhere.Highly recommend!

My hubby really enjoys the quality of service he receives at this salon. I gave him a visit for his birthday. They also have a small cafe inside. It was clean and spelled nice. The staff was very helpful.
I just had a terrible experience at this location. My friend scheduled two facials for she and I three weeks ago. We were so excited but when we got there, our appointments had been canceled for no apparent reason. We spoke to the manager, Natalie, and she could not figure out why they canceled our appointments either, nor did she seem very concerned about ruining our birthday plans. She offered no compensation or explanation. Think twice before booking at this spa. - UPDATED- 12/28/23 We had a credit card on file. That is NOT the reason it was canceled. In fact both the worker and manager said- I have no idea why the appointment was canceled, that is so weird.

Tracy was fantastic, theres no doubt about it. However, I have a couple of concerns Id like to bring up. Firstly, as a previous member of Daireds membership program, this is the first time Ive encountered a situation where I was asked to pay the full-service fee upon checking in, which I did not. My understanding was that maybe Daireds had implemented a new policy, so I was surprised to discover that the reason behind this request was the staffs desire to leave early rather than wait until my massage was completed.Secondly, the same staff member inquired if I needed a receipt during the check-out process. Opting for a receipt, I agreed, but to my astonishment, an unexpected $5.00 ticket charge was associated with it. This additional charge for a simple paper receipt caught me off guard, especially considering that such a situation had never transpired during my previous visits.Let me reiterate my admiration for Tracys exceptional skills and the quality of her work. Nonetheless, the treatment I received on this particular visit has left me uncertain about returning in the future.
My husband and I went here last week and did the couples package which included massages, facials, manicures and pedicures and lunch with wine. Everything was incredible. Cameron and Andrea did our massages and they were one of the best weve ever had. Julie and Georgie gave us amazing facials. The chef prepared a delicious lunch paired with a savignon blanc. We had the salmon and chicken ceasar wrap and a wonderful bread pudding dessert. We completed our luxurious day with a mani and pedi by Bobbie and Andrea. They were both fabulous. I cant forget about our attendant, Lori who never let our glass of wine go empty. I highly recommend this place and if you can spend the day there, even better. Take full advantage of all their services.
Sadly Natalia left Daireds (previous review)and I was changed to a different stylist. I’ve seen her twice and was hesitant to go a 3rd time but my child is getting married and needed a trim. The sides of my hair are as short as my bangs, and I have/had long hair that she hacked that short, it looks like a mushroom on my head, i paid $150 for her to ruin my hair, I still cry every time I have to brush or try to style it and it’s been 3 weeks now, and it’ll never grow out before the wedding! I asked for my money back but that didn’t happen. I’m devastated and should’ve followed my instinct to not go back. Hell, my bangs aren’t even straight! I’m embarrassed and can’t do anything until it grows out. Be careful who you go see.Natalia was amazing!!! She did an awesome job cutting, drying and styling my hair. My husband even commented 3 times on how beautiful my hair looked. I also enjoyed our conversation. It was a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
Favorite day spa! The assortment on services is perfect! The massage therapist are awesome and Georgia does my facials she’s the best! I’d recommend the Thai coconut bath, the polish and scrub and the facials! I love that they have mud bath available also!I wish the cafe stayed open on Sundays and update on bathrobes. But other than that this place is the best !

I was 9 minutes late to my manicure and pedicure appointment and was greeted by Bobbie, letting me know that because I was late, I would not be able to get both a manicure and pedicure. I told her I was 9 minutes late, and she reiterated that I could only get one service(I have a membership that I get both with for $75). I asked to speak to the manager. She took me to the front desk and told the worker the situation in front of those in the lobby. The front desk person was not the manager and didnt need to be made aware of the situation in front of others. After speaking with the manager, who was super sweet, kind, and helpful, I got my appointment switched to another day, time, and nail tech. Bobby was very unprofessional and made my day of relaxation a day of agitation over 9 mins. I advise any and all to avoid her and her services. I hope Daireds gives Bobby the necessary training to improve her customer service.
Very happy with my hair service. Wendy took care of me. My hair was very damaged and she took her time processing me and being gentle with my hair treatment. She cuts hair beautifully and framed up my face without taking away length. She made gorgeous beach waves when styling my hair. Great job! Happy with the color and style. Love the front desk people too. They took care of me and check out was fast. Felt very pampered the whole experience.
As I was searching for a new colorist, I was referred to Victoria, by 2 different people. Wow, I was so impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. She took time to explain the process regarding the color correction I needed. I was extremely impressed with the outcome of my color! I have referred several people to her and they all have been very pleased. She also suggested products I needed, as I have somewhat curly hair. These products worked amazingly well. She is by far the most knowledgeable colorist I have found. If you are in need of a colorist I strongly suggest Victoria! She is amazing! You will not be disappointed.
Had a couples message but not together separately. I thought it was together in one room, but thats okay now, I know. Will go there again. Its worth going, people.
The ambiance was more than amazing. I went with my husband thinking that we would chat during the relaxation period. My couples massage was so relaxing that I literally feel asleep. Highly recommend.
Swedish massage was excellent! Spa facial felt great! Very nice staff! Only comment is i was asked preferance on my tea hot not cold. Cant wait to return!
I recently made an appointment for a lash lift and tint. A couple of hours before my appointment I got a call saying they had to cancel my appointment because they didn’t have the products needed for my service. When booking and in their reminder emails they make a big deal about charging you if you don’t cancel within 48 hours yet they will cancel your appointment at the last minute without an apology. This is horrible customer service. I wanted this done for an event later this week and had they given me notice I could have looked for other options.
My review is about the spa. I booked a hydro facial. I have had this same facial several other times at other places. It is a 45 minute procedure. This time she went thru it in 15 minutes. Certainly not a quality service. When I complained to the front desk they said it takes as long as it takes. Charged me $240 for that. I have since gone other places for this procedure and it DOES NOT TAKE 15 minutes to do it right.
Today was my very first Day Spa visit. I received a gift certificate last Christmas from my husband. 362 days later, I decided to use it. I had a spa package that consisted of a massage, pedicure, facial and lunch. Let me go ahead and add that I already forgot their names but that has nothing to do with the service but more like my memory! I was greeted by a lovely and very professional lady who escorted me from the lobby to the dressing area. She presented with me a hot towel that smelled of lavender. She was very warm and inviting for my first spa experience at Daireds. When I entered the room and had changed, the massage therapist came in and introduced herself and made sure to explain everything. The massage was amazing. Went to the lunch area and it was actually good. I was not expecting a 5 star dinner but just to sit and have a drink and a lite lunch was perfect. I then went on to the facial. That was very informative. My skin sucks but I already knew that. After what seemed 1 hour, I left with my skin feeling so soft and clean. I then headed over for my Pedicure and it was great. The lady paid attention to every little detail of the Pedicure.I highly recommend Daireds Salon. I plan on going back in 2 weeks for another chemical peel. Today, they made a lady feel so special!
**UPDATE- After leaving my review Traci reached out to me immediately to address my concerns. She took the time to listen and look into what happened. Traci was very understanding as it seemed to be a simple miscommunication and took care of it as I do LOVE LOVE my new hairstyle! I can’t say enough great things about Victoria my stylists and Traci who seems to truly care about the customers. I will definitely be going back!This was my first time at this salon and I was excited about all it had to offer. When I get my hair done I know that it can be expensive. My stylist was great in helping create the look I wanted. I’m always hesitant to do add ons because they are usually pricey so before I committed to a conditioner treatment I asked my stylist how much my total was going to be, she left to add it up and after telling me what my total was I agreed to add the conditioner and confirmed my new total. When I went to check out it was a whole other story, the total was almost $100 more and the young girl at the counter had no interest in listening to me, she went on like I wasn’t talking and said sorry that’s what it is and I have your card on file to charge it. I LOVE my hair, it looks fabulous but that was wrong and I hate that my experience ended like that. Very sneaky!

Wendy is absolutely amazing at what she does. Every time I come here, she takes the time make sure my hair comes out the way I want. She does the best highlights and they always come out beautifully. 10/10 recommend!!!
I believe in second chance but NOPE! The front desk is incompetent here and the managers are nowhere to be found when there is an issue. They said they will call you but they never do. We called and booked 2 appointments and confirmed them again at the front desk. We even filled out the paperwork, and only to find out that I wasted my time waiting for a facial that no one was going to be available for me. I had to ask if someone was going to see me. Thanks for ruining what should be a fun and relaxing day! They didn’t offer anything to apologize for the mistake! Do not go here unless you’re ready for be frustrated by incompetent front desk!
Was a loyal customer (regular massages, Botox, hair salon) and had the monthly membership. Called at the end of May 2023 to ask if I could roll my May service to June and the girl said she had to check with the manager, so I waited, and then she said I’m good to go. Then in June they made me pay for the service bc they “didn’t have any proof” that I was approved to rollover my May service and it expired. Manager, Natalie, put the fault on me for not having proof. Ridiculous. Lost a customer here.
Would not recommend wendy, service is great but didn’t get the results i wanted. She dyed it, and i left the salon at night so i couldn’t see the color well, but when i got home my hair looked like it hadn’t even been touched. So i called the salon back and wendy even mentioned herself that it didn’t come out how she wanted it to. So you let me leave the salon knowing my hair wasn’t anywhere near what i asked for…. anyways so i go back and still didn’t end up with what i wanted. $220 could’ve definitely gone to someone better.
Prior to becoming a regular client, I frequented some of the best salons in Dallas. After my first time at Daireds, however, I never returned to any of them. Now, after nearly 30 years, I still consider Daireds Salon and Spa Pangea one of the finest in the area. There is an aura of calm luxury that puts you right at ease the minute you walk in the door. Every service Ive had, from herbal pedicures, to hair cuts and color, have been excellent...and I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed! And having a café on-site allows me to grab a quick bite of lunch, a morning coffee, or a late afternoon glass of wine while I enjoy my services. The staff is professional, friendly, and always efficient. Id never go anywhere else!
Super nice and offers a plethora of services. I love the fact I can get my hair cut and have a glass of wine to wind down my day. Or a quick lunch if I missed mine. Paul cuts my hair perfectly and it is always a pleasure to visit with him!
I was referred by a friend of mines and was quite impressed and very pleased.I am very particular when it comes to my skin and Raina was beyond my expectations. She was professional, knowledgeable,very skilled in all her product applications and most of all FUN to be serviced by!My day also included a massage by Danyelle, she was absolutely wonderful as she made me feel comfortable as a new client and her masseuse techniques were superb! I came in with excessive neck and back pain and I have had a significant decrease in pain since our visit...and she is a sweetheart too so friendly!Last but not least! The spa amenities and the beautiful scenery of the interior gives you that plush experience. I recommend that you give them a try you will not be disappointed!
Save yourself a bad experience...my daughter went in for a blonde balayage and came home in tears with brown uneven hair. Victoria was rude and so was the manager Tracy. We had to dispute the charges with our bank as they refused a full refund. My daughter is a full-time college student who also works and they ruined her hair right before her new job. We have been to this salon before but they cant seem to keep the same help. Stay far away from here if you value your hair!!!
We been here before and its enjoyable, BUT, last time we paid and booked a couples massage 2 days ahead. Just for us to get there and find out we couldnt do it together. We had to get split up because the bed broke, AND someone was 20 mins late. And the lunch that comes with it was also not available on sundays. None of this was informed to us until the very last minute. Im a bit disappointed since it ruined the plans i had for the evening
This place is so amazing! I had a hydration scrub with body polish and a Balinese massage with Tracy and she is the absolute best. Her energy is calming, kind, and comforting. I could tell she is the type of person who loves to make others happy and relaxed. I also had a wonderful custom facial with JC. I was so relaxed and happy during the facial, it was awesome! My skin is glowing! She did an amazing job! The last thing I did was the Thai Floral coco bath and omg it was way better than I could have imagined. A big, beautiful jetted tub, filled with lemon slices, coconut milk, and flower petals. A super Zen 20 minutes for sure 🤩🤩🤩 I got an extra massage from all those jets 😅 I will absolutely be back with these two amazing ladies as my go tos. So very very happy with my experience!!!
We enjoyed a couples massage here last week. It was nice. They did a good job and we will probably return. The spa itself needs a little updating and it takes forever to checkout and leave.. one person doing this and 4 people trying to checkout and leave- made this take way longer than needed. We ended up running late. I’d like to see better spa music, scented oil and bring back the robes.

Ive been coming here a long time and Corey is by far the best stylist I have ever had. The experience of cutting off 16 of hair today was made so much better with his amazing energy and personality. He was the kindest, nicest, funniest person and he did such an amazing job of making me feel at ease and fabulous when I really wasnt feeling it.
I visited here for the first time and got my hair cut by Wendy. I wanted to take off some length as well as add layers and some framing pieces. Wendy knew exactly what she was doing and gave me precisely what I wanted! She was so kind and professional. I love my hair! Thank you Wendy!!
Definitely one of those super fancy pampers into a bliss spa/salon. Took a friend there for hair washing and braiding and they were very accommodating of having to get her that day as she was heading out to a funeral. It is a shorter list of services they dont offer as while I was waiting I looked up all that they offer and it is immense. Anyone looking for a good relaxing day at the spa, this would be it and I certainly have their website bookmarked for when I want to surprise my significant other with a spa day

I had hair cut, hair curves styling here twice and Swedish massage 3 times. Overall, the atmosphere is very relaxing. The hair stylist was very sweet and good skill. I keep coming back because of her. For massage therapist, she was professional and gave me the pressure on my back exact what I requested. The room was very clean and the dim light made me feel very relaxing. Honestly, I fell asleep during the massage session!!:-)
I love the vibe! The layout is awesome! You can dine indoors or outdoor and feel safe because the venue is large enough to meet social distance standards. I had the Jamaican Beef Patties- made fresh love the crust and seasoned beef. For dinner the stuffed salmon was excellent!! Drinks are 🔥. Our server was attentive and made excellent suggestions!! Will definitely frequent this place!!
I go for Swedish massages here every few months. The prices are pretty high, but it is worth it for the quality of the massage and the pleasant environment of the spa. However, dont go during busy times like Mothers Day or on long holiday week-ends. The quality of the service is definitely not the same, because I suspect due to staffing shortages. I stopped coming here since Jan 2019, as I found other places that are far cheaper and offer excellent quality one hour massages - only, they do not have the ambience of this place - no plush robes, or fancy water falls. I only care about the massage, and so I dont mind.
My first time at Daireds was an excellent experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. I called Daireds and Reyna picked up the phone and was very helpful, she told me that they didnt accept walk-ins and that the hair dresser that I was recommended to was busy until next week but she was kind enough to recommend someone for me with the same level of experience and hair-cut styling technique. I scheduled my appointment for that day. I walked into Daireds and I was greeted quickly. I was asked to complete a new client form and to wait for Ashley who was my hair dresser. I was really nervous, I have had not very good experiences in the past with hair cuts. Needless to say, Ashley did great! she greeted me quickly didnt have me waiting for her for minutes or hours on end. She was very friendly and asked questions about my hair, what I was looking for, how I style it normally, everything. Then she gave me an amazing scalp massage before my shampoo and it was great. She then cut my hair to perfection and styled it, she even took the time to teach me how to curl my hair with a flat iron. The process didnt feel rush, she really took her time, making sure my hair was even, that it had enough volume without being too much hair (I have thick, wavy hair and I appreciate a good thinning). Anyways, I am glad to have had Ashley do my hair, I love my short hair now more than ever. Thank you Ashley!
So glad I dont go to this place anymore. My debit card was compromised in August, I gave to daireds my new card and they still charged my close debit card. I do not recommend Daireds. In September I got charged the membership twice and other two random charges. One manager said I was charged for October and another manager said today it was August. I will find another place to get my massages and not have to worry about getting different charges in one day. You supposed to relax and I no longer can relax there. I am getting my facials in Lewisville.
My first hydrafacial. My face felt so clean and refreshed. Tiffany did a great job! I was so impressed with her professionalism. She took the time to educate and explain everything pertaining to my skin type and my skin care goals. Everyone was friendly. I felt very pampered. Great customer service!
We went in for a couples message and we were highly disappointed. It was absolutely the worst massage I have ever had. I didn’t say anything until my fiancé made a comment about his massage. He said his massage was horrible. This was a waste of our hard earned money. When asked what type of pressure I liked I said medium to hard. During the massage I let her know it could be harder, however the pressure did not intensify. When I say awful, that was awful. It felt like a pat down out of the shower. We will not be returning.
Im so happy I found this secret Oasis. Went here for a birthday treat to myself and decided on this place vs another spa I found in mansfield simply for the body scrub. This spa has its own shower like room where its done... but although thats I chose this place for the scrub-- it was the massage by Shanon (strong built woman with pink streak hair) that made me a believer. She was so heavenly and Im now going to have to budget her a portion of my salary to being a regular client. This lady had me singing (or snoring as my husband calls it) in deep sleep. My postpartum body felt cared for and my mind was at ease... she was great and the vibe here was awesome

Great place to experience a massage. Mae gave me a massage and she was very good. The front of the building has a door. You walk in and there is reception. You call ahead to make an appointment. Explain to them what kind of massage you are looking for. They can use heated rocks, Swedish, deep tissue. I had a deep tissue but my muscles were really tight. Next time Im trying the heated rocks. Tell them your name and wait until they come to get you. They escort you to a quiet place to sit.The therapist takes you to the therapy room. I felt so great after my massage. I then sat in another room. I saw 3 ladies that were friends getting a spa experience. They looked so happy and I was envious. They have a restaurant to enjoy a glass of wine, a special cocktail. Can make you a light snack, lunch or dessert. I had a flavored tea that was complimentary. I glanced in the area that had hairstylists. It would be fun to get some highlights or a pretty color. Next time. The front reception has things for sale. Hats to keep the sun off your face. Soaps, candles, special moisturizers. Everyone was happy to be there. Great idea to get a gift card for a friend, a loved one or yourself.
I would give 3.5 if it was an option, but I still choose to pick the higher of the options because the hospitality and service was still great even though I didn’t quite enjoy the treatment I chose. I expected the mud bath the be well, an actual mud bath. Instead it was muddy water. The person facilitating my service was very sweet and accommodating, I’d just choose a difference treatment next time.
UPDATED:I got a call from the spa manager that reached out to me the same day I posted this review. The manager offered me to come back and apologized profusely for my experience with the massage therapist. I made an appointment for the following day and my experience was 1000 times better. The lady that did my massage was absolutely wonderful. I have also gone back a following time to get a facial as well by the lovely aesthetician. This place is wonderful and definitely recommend. Customer satisfaction is very important to this company, Not for the reviews, but because they hold their company to high standards.ORIGINAL REVIEW: First impression is this place is lovely, I got a facial from there from an amazing esthetician and then had a massage lined up. Now to start off, the lady seemed friendly enough at first, however she discussed controversial topics throughout the entire one hour massage, most of which, clashed with my personal beliefs. Not only did she consistently talk the ENTIRE time, but I felt forced to interact. This ended up making the massage stressful instead of relaxing as it should have been. The massage therapist was okay he just took to much time coming in the room after I had undressed. The spa is beautiful. They offer many services to help you with skin care maintenance, manicures, pedicures, relaxation techniques not to mention they also have one of the best med spas in the area. The cafe has many delightful items to offer including wine. I am always happy with the service that I receive. I highly recommend Natalie Anne, she is truly caring and very knowledgeable with skin care products, microdermabrasion, anti-aging and facial treatments. Grace was amazing! She did a great job & I felt incredibly relaxed/rejuvenated. Same thing with Shannon for Karen’s massage.HOWEVER, whatever else y’all have going on with booking people one after another for services, is terrible. Who does someone’s nails for 30 minutes & expect it to look halfway decent? Not sure if it was Kyleigh or Lori (probably Lori), but she had the audacity to tell my mother (Karen) “I have a 4:30, so we’ll have to hurry this up.” My mother was getting her massage & just got done, she had no control over that. Completely unprofessional & ruined the experience. I had higher hopes for this place, and we were both completely underwhelmed.Also, giving customers tap water out of a plastic cup…….? This is supposed to be a spa. Other water beverage options would have been expected. Please do better lol
To sum up this experience: Daireds was extremely underwhelming.Nothing terrible but just a waste of time. Dont bother coming here, I was excited and expected more. The massage was just a very mediocre oil rub that became uncomfortable because there was absolute no pressure. Started feeling gross. The mani was good, but I ruined it when I changed out of my robe. They rushed me out of the mani room. Wont be coming back.
My girlfriend and I went to celebrate our birthdays. We booked a spa facial and 25 minute massages. They were very professional, had a clean facility, and provided an overall relaxing experience! The cafe also had good food. My only suggestion would be for them to offer wine and/or champagne before massages. Water (plain/not infused) and tea (Jasmine style only) were the only beverage options.

I went in for a Vienna mud bath for my birthday on my birthday this Saturday it was $60 the lady who walked me to the locker room was very nice but I must say the bath only lasted 20 minutes which felt like 10 and the water was cool so when the jets blew in the tub it felt extremely cold. I drove 26 min from benbrook thinking maybe the bath was at least 30-45min long so not only did I drive 40 minutes total. The most awkward part the lady sat in the room the whole time while I was naked in the bath so I couldn’t relax or fall asleep cause the sit behind you the entire time naked in the tub. My birthday spa Experience was ruined after that! Other then that the spa waiting room was really Clean and I did like the fresh roses in the vase. And the robe was super comfy!
Rachel was great and cut and styled my hair just the way I wanted. Im very pleased with how it turned out. Clean facility, and there was plenty of room between me and other clients. Everyone wearing masks, and temperature being taken upon entrance. I felt safer.
They had come highly recommended and I needed regular spa services since I work too much. I could only get in for a massage. I was told the masseuse was new to the spa but no complaints, well... he kept falling asleep during my massage. I told someone at the front (who ended up telling multiple front desk ladies) there was no follow up. Buyer beware.
I visited with Shawna for my first prenatal massage ever. Sadly, my pregnancy has been particularly hard on my body, so there were a few times I had to ask for something specific (like exposing my feet, removing heat, or rotating). Shawna was super accommodating to me. She still worked to provide a quality experience while responding to what my body needed. I cant wait to go back to her when Im no longer pregnant and can enjoy some of the other specialty massages.

Everytime (more than a few 🤓) I called she was patient. Paula, whos very nice, was my Technician and her massages will transform your life... I went in for a Brazilian wax. Ive had this done for years, but never at this spa. The girl was definitely a novice. Never have I ever had such a painful and unsuccessful session. After an hour, I still had hair. She kept waxing over the same areas, they became red a raw. I had to tell her to stop, it was too painful to finish, I almost cried. I have never had to stop before. I recommend you request someone with experience if you visit. Or you might get stuck with the same girl I did.
We had a wonderful girls day! Our massages were amazing! The therapist took her time asking me about problem areas and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. We had lunch in the cafe afterwards and the food was delicious. We can’t wait to go back!
Sierra has done my haircut and color several times, she is consistent and you can tell she has a passion for her craft. She is very talented and creative.Natalie Ann did my green tea peel facial and it felt amazing, she creates a relaxing atmosphere, fun hearted yet very knowledgeable and experienced. Quality service!
Went in to see the beautiful Mrs. Holly to get my hair cut. Although i was a little nervous since it had been a while since my last cut as well as my first time in the salon. Holly immediately made me feel warm and welcome. She rocked my haircut and i will definitely book with her again!
My first time going to this salon cause I’ve been trying to find a new hairstylist. Showed a picture of what I wanted and the hairdresser immediately brushed it off and said she won’t have time to do what I wanted. Which was fair since it was my first time being there, my appointment was at 9:30 I didn’t get seen till almost 10. The hairdresser who got me was so rushed about it all I didn’t even know what her name was till the end of the appointment. I had to tell her 3 times it was my first time being there. I got a trim that wasn’t even a inch of hair and still got charged $55! The style of my hair is exactly the same as when I went in! Over all it cost $210 for my hair to still look the same just with some highlights. Won’t be going back cause of the cost and how none personal they are with you.
I normally dont come back to the same person to do my hair, its usually whichever place is closest, but now I am different! I had Anson color and cut my hair in May, and now I came back for him to cut / style it, and let me tell you, I love it! He does a great job with my hair and even the conversation is nice and not forced like with other people. I promise you wont be disappointed if you see Anson!
Very disappointed with my appointment on July 3rd, 2021. I went to Daired’s in 2018 for a couple balayage and hair cuts appointments, they were only ok for the price I paid and I went to another salon for the last couple years. Decided to give Daired’s another shot a couple weeks ago for a deep conditioner treatment and I will not be returning at all anymore. I booked online on June 23 for an appointment on July 3rd and when I arrived my hairstylist Anna put me with a student stylist because of the salon being too busy. The student stylist was kind but I was treated as if I was a walk in although I booked an appointment a week in advanced for a professional stylist! On top of that I still had to pay the price for a professional stylist although I had a student stylist the whole time. If you’re local they’re so many better salons in the area that I will be sticking with for now on and before booking an appointment I would carefully reviews for Daired’s! My student stylist like I said was kind but in 2018 I stopped going because of unfriendly staff and just overall poor cuts/hair treatments and I would say 3 years later that is still true.
They have just about anything you need to get done! I personally went in for a lymph massage & I was very pleased with the relieved stress. However, I did have man as my massage therapist and he was a little too harsh on me it was hurting more than relaxing. But other than that I would come again.
People think because of the high prices they are getting the best but they are just getting over charged. I had not one but TWO bad experiences here in both the salon and spa. I’m a former stylist and in the customer service field myself and from the way I was treated when I first walked in to the bad services I was overcharged for I just don’t know how they stay in business. A lot of undertrained staff. Over $300 worth of money in a gift card given to me as a bonus from my boss completely wasted! Not to mention a HORRIBLE haircut and color and terrible massage. I have been in contact with Hannah and she was prompt with the first problem I had but hasn’t returned my emails about the second time
I want to give a shout-out to all the stylists in Daireds salon on Sunday, 3/17. I made a last minute appointment to come in to get my hair shaved off. After 2 chemo treatments, it was already toast and driving me crazy. My appointment was with Mikayla and she could not have been nicer or more considerate! I started to feel ill toward the end and the entire staff worked to make me more comfortable (sorry, I didnt get all your names!). I cant not say enough about how kind everyone was. It really helped to make a pretty awful situation into a blessing. Thanks to all of you!
I have been seeing Stephanie for a cut and color for more than 10 years! She is amazing at what she does and I have never had a bad experience at Daired’s. She is especially amazing with color and goes above and beyond for her clients! I will be a Daired’s customer for life thanks to Stephanie! Thanks for the great service!
Had massage, facial pedicure and nail dip done. This package was a Mothers Day gift. I gave a three stars because my massage was great and facial by Cassandra was great also. The only thing I didnt like about facial section with Cassandra was she talk the whole time. I dont like to talk during my facial section and if I ever go back I will let her know. The WORST part of my visit was my pedicure and nail dip by Lori! She is terrible! I explained to her am very picky about my nails especially when it comes to getting pedicures, she informed me she has 25 years of doing nails ( more like 25 days). I said okay. Will I had gel on my nails and it was thick enough so they dont break. She looked at them and said wow is this gel.... hmmm yes . Well she only put one thin dip on my nails and one week later five nails have broken! When she said she dont use a nail drill I should have start running up outof her chair. She only had 10 nail dip colors and said her and the manager was going to get more colors and the reason she didnt have more is she had not decided if she was going to do nail dip! Lori needs refresh training when it comes to nails. She is so out of touch!Pedicures at this salon are expensive basic pedicures was $55 and that is not including removing callouses , $75 to remove callouses.
Selene and Adele always cut my hair perfectly! As a person searching their whole life for a good haircut this salon and stylists are wonderful. Great service and always treated like family — would recommend to everyone.
I got 44 units of botox and i am not impressed with the injection. After coming back and meeting with Tatiana and her assumming it was everything but the quality of the injection. I was more disappointed with her recommending me to use another facility. After that i felt discriminated. Not sure if its because of my race, my gender, or financial status but felt likei was not a appeciated customer. I really want a refund to take my business elsewhere. After all this i soon remembered why i stopped coming previously

My sister and I really enjoyed our time at Daireds! It was our first time visiting, but we felt so welcome and taken care of by the friendly staff. It was a relaxed experience, where we felt free to just sit and be — but we were having a great time chatting with our beauticians and being pampered by them ❤️
Makayla was my hairstylist and she worked absolute magic with my hair! She turned me into a chocolate red head and the color was absolutely perfect! She helped me decide on the color and put a lot of effort into informing me on how to take care of it and helped weigh the pros and cons of different colors with my hair type. I will always ask for her in the future!
UPDATED 9/26/18: Per the owner’s response to my original review, the spa offered to bring me back in as the correct protocol was not done during my original facial. This time I saw Natalie Anne and she was absolutely fantastic. And I have to say the spa did not have to offer that to me, It that was extremely kind and appreciated and made me feel valued as a customer. My facial experience today was definitely different from last time. Natalie Anne’s massage and facial techniques are wonderful and it did include my neck and décolleté area and light massage on the arms. She was very nice and extremely personable. I would absolutely go back to her.When I called and mentioned the owner’s response it was very easy to book and they even had recommendations on file as to who to use.Thank you to the spa owner for knowing the experience could be better and making that happen. Changed my star rating to 5 to represent the fantastic facial experience and the awesome customer service!Original review:I would like to first of all say that the rating is not a reflection on the young lady who did my facial. I thought she was very nice and accommodating. Her technique was also very good. With that said, I wish the site allowed half ratings because Id give the actual facial a 2 1/2. The spa itself is pretty and seemed clean and relaxing. The option to change into a robe is nice but the reason I was there was for an excellent facial. And that is what was lacking for me. I found the protocol of the facial, assuming it was followed, to be very disappointing. I have just been through surgery and was looking forward to 50 minutes of relaxation. Thats why I booked a spa that might be a little pricier but was (in my mind) more likely to provide that total relaxation. I did a 50 minute facial. At no time were my décolleté or neck even touched. I have never done any facial were they did not include those areas. Ive done 25 min facials that included the neck and décolleté. Its pretty standard. The hand massage was about 30 sec on each hand, no arms included. Ive also never had a facial were my scalp wasnt touched at all. Zero light massage time. Even when a mask is sitting on your face. With all that was missing, it just seemed off. When I asked the front desk if they had facials that included more they didnt really know. One girl said all shes had is the ultimate facial and it included a little bit of it but not much. For the price and quality of service, I know I can find better elsewhere.

Been coming here for a year now due to having the best service Ive ever had! Makayla always takes care of me and has done a great job with my hair. Shes very consistent when Im keeping the same style and very good at adapting when I want to try something new. She always goes the extra mile offering me a drink every time I come in (which are great btw) and getting outside perspectives on my dude hair, rather than just figuring it out like I have seen many other average stylists do. Leaving Daireds now feeling fresh to death, and will see you guys again in a few weeks. Thank you Makayla and Daireds for being awesome.
Our Spa Day at Daireds Spa Pangea was absolute perfection! My mother, sister, and I got a spa package with massage, exfoliation, facial, mani, and pedi. Every single person who worked with us was kind, accommodating, and professional. As fluffy ladies, we were nervous about being accepted, but every one of the women who worked their magic on us made us feel accepted, appreciated and pampered. I would recommend this spa to ANYONE who wants a day of pampering and relaxation. This was a wonderful experience for our family and one we will always remember.

Daired’s is a high quality salon and spa. It has a peaceful, clean, cool presence. The employees are friendly and well skilled. I have been a customer/guest for many years. They always treat me with the upmost professionalism and kindness. The boutique and cafe’ have been a pleasant part of their environment. Prices are a good value for the service provided.
If you are sick of paying hundreds for skin care with no results call and make an appointment for Emilie. She assessed my skin and the results were amazing. I got a peel and my face is smooth and pore free. She really knows what she is doing and makes you feel comfortable.

The manicurists and massage therapists were courteous. The front desk attendant who answers the phones was also nice, but not fully effective at her job. I telephoned Daired’s to request an appointment on a Sunday with my friend. The person who answered the phone stated that no appointment slots were open on Sunday.After that phone call I looked online and saw multiple open appointment slots for the Sunday in question, so I booked online. The woman who answered the phone could have missed an opportunity to generate revenue for the business by not looking into the appointment times more carefully.
Was given a gift certificate combo for birthday & mothers day, but COVID-19 happened & was not able to use it for a while. Daireds held it till I was willing & able to use certificate which I though was really great also prices had gone up from when certificate was bought & they let me have it for what the certificate was for & didnt have make up difference which was great as well was the massage that I was given.
I have been a customer of Daired’s since the first location on Little Road/Green Oaks -back since the 90s. My experience has always been a positive one.What really stands out to me about Daired’s in the last few months is my massage therapist-LaToya. I have had good massages here as well as other spas but LaToya is the best I’ve ever experienced. She is very professional, thorough, and evidently well trained in her field. LaToya, you are a gem !
I have been going here for 9 years. Everyone is so friendly, and the massages and facials are amazing. This past weekend I had Danielle who was very attentive to my needs and gave an amazing Swedish massage.
In 8 years Ive only had a great experience until today. Mikayla did my hair and I love it. She was very sweet and professional. She informed me of what she was going to do with my hair, sought out a second opinion before she made a final decision and really transformed my hair. This is my 3rd visit to daireds and I have to say, i love this place. Very affordable, professional and upbeat establishment!
Emma was AMAZING with my 5 years old. She talked to her and made her feel super special and relax. She talked to her about her toys, school and things that are interesting for her while working flawlessly on her hair. We absolutely adore her and will come back for her attention to detail with my daughters curly and long hair and for her sweet personality.

I recently got my hair cut by Holly Mckinnon and she did an amazing job. I got exactly what I wanted and she was so thorough and very nice. I thought the price was fair and I will definitely be going back to get my hair done again.
I come in monthly and receive the very best services. Cassandra offers the best facials, Brittany does a flawless updo, and Miss Shelby, a newer esthetician with Daireds, knocked my makeup out of the park. She is so, so good. I was lucky to have accidentally booked with her and Julie!! Go here!! You will not regret it!
Quality of the salon and spa have really gone down in the last year. Not very many stylists to choose from. Some stylists are cold and not very personable. The sinks for hair washing are also not comfortable at all, I was left with neck pain. Prices don’t match quality.
So grateful for a high qualify salon/spa in Arlington... yet located for easy access from multiple surrounding cities! Paul does magic with my hair and makes the time fly by with relaxed conversation. For a massage, Whitney and Shawna are my picks! Bonus: Ann, the spa hostess, is an absolute delight---cheerful, sweet and professional.

Today I tried this spa out for my birthday. I heard it was a nice place from a Co worker. Well nice is an understatement. This place is marvelous. From the moment I walked in the staff was polite. The robes could use an upgrade,but the changing room is great. Now to the massage Shawn has hands from heaven! My swedish massage was such a pleasurable experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going for a massage. They have other things that I would have love to try but when they say its best to book an appt that is the truth because they were definitely booked but they were definitely good with time management. I plan to go back in the future with an appt and try a coconut milk bath!!
Paul is the first hairdresser to be “excited” and positive about my thick but fine and wavy hair!! He actually gave me a style that works for me, fitting my hair type, face shape, and lifestyle. Paul keeps my hair style up to date with the season and style. I appreciate his input, his kind manner, and professionalism. I recommend him to anyone wanting a hairstyle that works for them.

Had an awesome massage with Latoya and then got my hair done by Sierra and I couldnt be happier with how it turned out! Exactly what I wanted and I learned so much about how to protect my colored hair! Definitely recommend!
My absolute favorite salon in all of DFW. I have been using Daireds for the last 2+ years for their hair salon services. Ashley is such a talented artist and does incredible work with my cut and colors every time. The customer service is always exceptional and I always leave relaxed!
I had the worst massage by Jesse It was supposed to be a deep tissue massage and he was not consistent with his back rub from one side to the other. My arms and legs he barely touched. my left side back was a good massage but when he went to the right it wasn’t even close to the touch, time or pressure. Paid too much for this treatment. I won’t go back
I have visited Daireds on several occasions. Pedicure with Rosa a year ago which was amazing, used to get massages there all the time but recently I went in for full hi lights with Mallory. I loved that she listened carefully and knew exactly what I wanted. She did a great job. I have been with the same hair dresser for 30 years, and I haven’t been happy. Seems she wants what she wants to do haha! I have been wanting blonde back all over. I wear my hair up a lot and like having hi lites heavy underneath. And that’s exactly what Mallory did, it looks gorgeous! I have booked 2 other appts with Mallory for haircut and will go back to get more hi lites in a month! She is very sweet too! Can’t go wrong with Mallory!

I have the membership. I have been very pleased with all of the variety of services that are offered through my monthly membership. I have the opportunity to choose one of the following services each month: facial, body scrub and polish, manicure and pedicure, 1 of several different types of massages. It is a state of the art facility and I enjoy the amenities.
Nice and pleasant experience with very nice people, if there is one thing that I was a bit disappointed about. It was that I was supposed to get a manicure but when I came to get a manicure I was told there was not enough time to do acrylic nails(at the time I had acrylic nails that needed to be filled) so I was not able to get my nails done but I wasnt too upset because I didnt have to pay the expense of the manicure that they were unable to do in the amount of time I had in the salon....I just wish I was informed before I scheduled the mani and pedi. I was also a bit dissatisfied when the lady who told me that she was not going to be able to do my nails, was struggling at painting designs on my big toes. She repeatedly removed the polish on my toes and I finally just suggested to her that a sparkly top coat would suffice at that point. I realized that she was simply just going to try to replicate the nail designs I showed her on my phone, so I tried to pick a simplistic and not too liberate design that I thought would make up for the manicure and kill the time I had not spent on the manicure.Turns out that it actually killed too much time because she was struggling and my friend who was still getting her natural nails painted finished her pedicure well after me and had to sit for a bit for mine to be finished. But other than that my hair stylist and massage therapist were amazing I walked out very pleased with my hair color, and unfortunately no manicure as expected and nail polish on my toes that chipped off the night of.
This was my first time here and it was absolutely amazing. I received an aromatherapy massage by Anita who was very informative and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place! Great atmosphere and I love the robe that you receive before your service.
If you are getting your nails done, KYLIE is the girl to see! I had a terrible manicure prior to seeing Kylie and she was able to salvage my nails and make them look great. Kylie is warm, professional, and pays super close attention to detail. I cant speak highly enough of the experience I had with Kylie.

I have been going to Daired’s for over 20 years and have been in receipt of excellent services from make-up, hair and massages as well as the personalized care and attention. In addition I have enjoyed sitting in the garden while having a glass of wine which allowed me to relax in the inviting and tranquil environment. Daired’s is and will continue to be my go-to from make-up to wine.
Whitney is an amazing massage therapist. Ive been going to her for 6 years. Tried a few other therapists due to driving constraints but always end up going back to her . Shes the best.

It was my first time at daireds and I made my appointment to get ombré done. After speaking to the stylist we both agreed it was not going to be exactly what I wanted due to previous colors. But just a darker brown to light brown on bottom. That sure didnt happen. It came out yellow brassy ugliest color ever. I was not happy but after being there for 3 hours I just wanted to leave. Total was over 200$ for something I hated. I told the lady in the front desk I was not happy and later in the afternoon a manager called and asked I come in to see what can be done to fix it. I did and went back in 2 days later to get it fixed. They applied a brown on roots and a medium to cover the ugly brassy yellow. As she said it will wash off to a pretty light brown and give you the sombre look. I guess I was ok with that. After about 3 weeks now my hair is so ugly. The ends are back to brass color orange color. My roots are black! Worst experience ever! What makes me more mad is the first stylist just let me walk out the first time unsatisfied if I wouldnt have told the front desk lady. That would have been it. Total waste of money. I was so excited to get my hair done I was looking for a mommy makeover. I havent touched my hair in over a year. And I went to daireds thinking they were the best and come to find out I there not. It so frustrating!!!
Kassandra is so sweet and very honest. She is precise with her work, and listened to my needs/wants. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for an honest nurse. So, happy with my outcome.
The service was great from the beginning. Tam Jones did my facial, and worked her magic. With her professionalism and skills, I walked out with a glow that I hadnt seen in years. If I could give my experience with Tam more stars, I would. She ROCKS!
Had a trim done by McKayla. When I called to make the appointment they said itd be $55 for a trim with no blow-dry or style. Apparently this was for a more experienced hair dresser. I asked for any other options and they scheduled me with McKayla for $35. SHE WAS AMAZING. I dont even know how more skilled or professional you can get. Great service. Love my cut. She knew exactly what I wanted and delivered. I also saw on her mirror that she was going to be promoted soon. Way to go, McKayla!
This is the premier salon of DFW!! Stephanie Stasiak is the primo stylist here! I’ve been coming to her for over 10 YEARS! Always fun Always ready to be bold and exciting!!! I love this place and the fact I can have a glass of wine and a chef prepared lunch always makes it more fun!!! I can’t overlook that spa! They treat you like a queen!! I will forever come here until Daired shuts the doors!!!
Top 3 WORST haircuts I have every had. I called them several days afterward to express my displeasure. I was told the manager was not in that day but she would be contacting me the next day to make things right. Its now been more than 2 weeks and still no call. If they schedule you with Siera tell them you want a different stylist. She is a very sweet girl, but she has no business cutting hair. I have long and short pieces all over my head. Its ridiculously horrible! Its much shorter than I asked for as well so there is no way to fix it at this point without it being even short!! Everytime I look in the mirror I get mad all over again. AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU DONT CARE IF YOU LOOK TERRIBLE FOR MONTHS!
Had a wonderful spa day. Julie was super sweet & gave me the 10 yrs younger facial and Paul was a lot of fun & turned my lovely locks fresh & new again. This lady feels like a million bucks now!!!

Have been getting my haircut here for a year now with Chelsey now. I have never had a bad experience. And the shampoo and head massage are a nice touch during the haircut. The food Café Daired also has some really tasty food.
Stephanie is the best stylist you could ask for. She knows exactly what to do so I let her work her magic! I always get compliments on my hair. Love that girl!
I have been a client at Daireds for years. A couple of weeks ago I had a small hiccup.BUT...Daireds owner called me on his personal phone to take care of things. I was so shocked and so pleased there are no words. What a wonderful thing that his business has grown so greatly and yet he is still so connected to what’s going on. That speaks volumes for his salon. I’m just one person. I figured what would my issue matter in the big picture!I just can’t say enough how nice it was that I felt like every single person that enters those doors matters.
The only reason I’m returning is because of Tamara. Customer Service is horrible they do not listen nor adknowledge a customer concern or maybe it’s just mine. I haven’t been here since October due a scheduling conflict which lead me to cancel my memebership. I had ask for a manager to contact me to express my concerns, I never received a call but instead received multiple text messages say “We Miss You call is to book your next appointment”. I was standing strong with not returning but unfortunately my skin has taken a major hit with me going for my monthly treatment and not purchasing the product to maintain my skin. I hate Tamara works here, she does the BEST facials in the DFW Metroplex at crappy place. Cheers to Tamara not Daireds.
I can’t say enough about Selene and her amazing approach. She knew exactly what to do. I didn’t even have to explain anything. I showed her the picture and she did exactly the same thing. She has a beautiful personality, cheerful demeanor and is overall an awesome person. Her skills with color, ability to replicate exactly what I wanted has truly been a gift to me. Everyone from check-in to check out was incredibly friendly. I had a personal escort for each move throughout the facility, so I never felt abandoned, and all of my questions were answered with the most sincerest kindness. I definitely recommend Daireds for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Ummm. Not for African-American women. The woman teased my hair. Wig or not...you dont TEASE a black womans hair.Make-up...My eyes were LIT, but general make up not so much. Colors were not a great pick. Lip color was blah...Nope no photos.
I have a pedicure at Daireds every 2-3 weeks. I always request Cynthia, because she is thorough and possesses a wonderfully caring personality. The important aspect is that she cares.
Had an amazing experience- the pedicure was 1st class, the food was SO good 🤤, my facial was so relaxing and my skin feels so great today, and the massage was to die for. I have been weight lifting for 9 years and have yet to have a real massage, well Danielle killed it- she was so personable and made me very very comfortable, she was knowledgeable and experienced but also was able to let me relax and enjoy every minute of it. I came here Sunday and got a cut and color by Cara. My hair looks fantastic. I decided at the last minute to get a pedicure by Francheska (I hope I spelled her name right) It was a marvelous experience for a rainy Sunday. I will be back.

Went in for a Balayage. It was so severely botched that I had to return the following Saturday to get it redone. And it left my hair two toned yellow and I hate it. Spent over 200 dollars just to be depressed about my hair. Won’t be returning.

Hands down the best salon experience in any city I’ve ever lived. I’ve been going to Stephanie for years and every time I leave I’m overjoyed with the results. Finding the right salon and stylist can be challenging but once you find the right fit it’s totally worth it!

I always walk out of the salon feeling embarrassed, and every time Ive come back they remind me why I shouldnt go there at all. For example, I went my junior year for prom to have my hair and makeup done and by the time I had gotten to the front desk I was offered a full refund by the manager after looking at me. The service Ive had has been very unprofessional and I would not recommend it.

Today was our second time to go to Daireds to get our hair done. Having recently moved to the area we had to find someone here, which was difficult. We found Carly at Daireds that we liked, but Daireds on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. We have been sitting here with no lights and no air for 3 hours now. Daireds is wanting to blame the electrical company, claiming that the power is out and it could take them days to fix it, but how are some of the plugs in here working at times if its the electrical company? Im not buying it! As much as we pay to come here, it seems that they could spend the money to keep things up to code so we can be comfortable while here.
Well I used to love Daired’s until the receptionist hung up on me the other day because I didn’t want to change the time of my scheduled appointment. So I lost my appt and had to go somewhere else. Very disappointing.
Highly recommend. Hands down best spa in DFW. Full service and staff really cares about your specific needs. If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet place to relax, Daired’s is the place to go.
