Annandale location is spectacular! Jonathan is the most lovely human and really knows the products. Arlington location is smaller, but they always have what I need. I prefer to go to Annandale just because we (myself and my brorher) ADORE Jonathan. But when I am pressed for time, Arlington store is closer to my place. Its like a boutique vape shop, cant recommend highly enough.

Best shop in the area by a mile. Friendly staff, great product selection, and the expertise is on point. I dont go anywhere else!

Jonathan was great! He hooked me up now for the second time with 2 juices I love. Last time it was Lemon Tart by Dinner Lady, this time Castro Reserve, and Strawberry by The Salty One.

Johnathan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful its shame I was just visiting. Bought their house brand and I am loving it. Thank you Johnathan keep up the good work.

We go here every week and absolutely love it! The staff is super friendly and helpful. We are new to the area and bring our dog with us and the last time we stopped in, the employees talked with us for upwards of 30 minutes giving us recommendations for restaurants, vets, dog parks, and giving him pets all the while! Would 10/10 recommend House of Vape if only for the excellent employees! They have definitely made us long term customers, Duke loves them and so do we!

This place is great always have the juice I need and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. Whered all the cool Gundam models go though! They brought awesome character to the place but o well.

Josie was amazing! The service and prices are great here. I was looking for something specific (but didn’t know what it was called), and I was on a budget. Josie was super knowledgeable and led me right to what I was looking for. I was at another shop in N Arlington earlier, and they were charging 20% more for the same device Josie sold me. I will definitely be coming back, highly recommend!!

Update: he called me and fixed the price. I will update my review accordingly.BEWARE: First off, great service and solid selection. But I gotta say I found out they put 100% extra cost on items. Pods I get are 10 bucks online (they get for cheaper because wholesale) and in store they are 20 bucks.Went to another shop down the street and it’s normal spread and only $13.99. Not a good business practice.I’ll come back when they make prices fair for consumers.

Ive been coming here for a few years now and its always great. Every staff member is friendly and very helpful. They have an incredible selection and are always willing to help you find whatever youre looking for. Also house of vapes rewards program is top notch. Highly recommend.

I dont know how they got good review I really have no clue. Employees have no knowledge. I purchased $40-50 vape two times and they both broke down in a short time such a waste of time and when I tell the employee the issue they have no clue how to resolve e cigarette problems. They just have zero knowledge. Im not coming back here. I wasted $200 here bought different vapes and liquid coil. All pointless because the employee cant even guide me. Trash products.Oh I also need to add. I told my problem to the employee who knew nothing and she promised that they will call me to explain what the issue is with my e cigarette. Nobody never called me. They dont care. Negative hundred percent customer service.

Bought a defective vape (it made a strange sound when I hit it and died after a day. they usually last me a few weeks to a month), went back two days later to exchange it. The FRIENDLY cashier listened to the issue and apologized, but wouldn’t exchange it. She didn’t ask for proof of purchase, she didn’t care that I had rewards with the shop and had even used $5 towards the defective vape. I wasn’t aware that all sales were final, even when sold a defective item. I only go here for my vapes because I like how they have rewards and the workers are friendly, but as a regular customer, I am disappointed by how this was handled. I ended up re buying the vape (cashier did give me 10% off) and didn’t get my $5 reward back, which was a bummer.

Jonathan is excellent, no pressure to buy specific items or anything at all. He walked me through all the questions I had and took the time to explains all the pros and cons of different products. Definately great customer service here and products.

Good people all around. Legitimately some of the best customer service out of any business Ive ever been to. They definitely deserve their high ratings on here.

Came in 9/15 around 5:30 ish, employee was super helpful and gave some good product recommendations. Me and my friend probably didnt look like we would buy anything but employee was still super helpful and I just wanted to say thanks for that and recognize good customer service. Cool store, signed up for rewards program and will definately come back.

Went in last Friday to get a new pen to replace one that I lost and was very happy with the experience. The sales guy listened to what I was looking for and gave a couple options, and steered me away from some of the more expensive ones because they werent the right ones for me. They also have samples on the liquid to let you try out before they buy. He also talked about their warranty where you only deal with them for defective items and not thru the manufacture. A full five stars from me.

Hands down some of the absolute best customer service Ive ever received in a vape shop. Fantastic selection of both juices and hardware with top-notch folks working there (shoutout to Courtney, who was absolutely awesome). Ill keep coming back!

This place is LEGIT! Very friendly and informative staff. Wide selection of products in a clean, modern space. Its a little pricey, but the service is incredible and worth the extra few bucks. Its probably the best vape shop Ive ever visited.

Jonathan helped me with the options for a starter kit and explained the pros and cons of it. Answered all my queries ! Was super helpful!I liked how all the options were laid out for me to pick instead of coercing me to buy something.

I’m a regular here, I really enjoy there house flavors; and the ability to sample them all! They tend to be out of stuff often, but due to the large variety; it doesn’t seem to be a huge issue.Tonight while I was there the rep went above and beyond by offering to refill my vape with his own personal juice to make up for them being out of that particular flavor; that is great customer service, and why I keep coming back.

1st time at the shop. A bit hard to see from the road, but I found it. Nice little shop. Well layed out with a good variety of samples to try. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The decor was modern and quite inviting. Prices werent too bad for the area, but I wound up buying a name brand ejuice instead of their store brand because their brand was more expensive.

Absolutely outstanding place... TONS of flavor options all set up for you to try, and very honest sales people... Gave them the chance to upsell me and they didnt, and that goes a long way with me. Would recommend to absolutely anyone!

Hands down the BEST vape shop Ive been to between California, Las Vegas, Illinois, and Virginia. Let me start off by saying this place has a great military discount. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, and loves to help people out. Its perfectly clean and has a modern vibe to it. Theres an outstanding amount of flavors and its not one of those places where taste testing can feel awkward. The owner is very welcoming to people who are new to the vaping world. The best part about it, is the legal CBD, and the FDA approved house flavors. 100% recomend this place to anyone in the DC area. I can without a doubt say Im never going to a different shop from now on.

Great vape shop! I walked in, told the associate the flavors I preferred--coffee, mocha, chocolate--and he suggested I try the Tiramisu Coffee and Castro Reserve (smoky, whisky-type flavor. I did, and ended up buying both, as well as some CBD oil for various aches and pains. The shop is clean, the personnel friendly and helpful, the prices reasonable.

I have visited multiple vape shops, they never ask me for an ID. I am a 26-year-old adult, I had a picture of my ID. She still wouldnt allow me to buy a vape. Due to me not having an ID. I cant stand go by the book people. Yaze

I have been a smoker for years and wanted to try a vape so that way when I go to customers houses on service calls I wouldn’t smell like a cigarette. I went in since it’s right down the street and Johnathan (sorry if misspelled) was friendly and knowledgeable about finding me what I needed since it was the first vape I’ve gotten. He didn’t try to sell me some crazy expensive vape. All I was needing was something that fits in the pocket easily and gets me nicotine. He explained some of the differences and key points to all this. I’m glad he helped me out because I would t have known where to even start and it’s been going great since. Thanks!

Great customer service, trying to quit smokeless tobacco. I went in and recive the best customer service and was given a lot of great info. The helped me get what I really needed, not just sell me a product. Think this will be me primary vape shop from now on.

If you enjoy vaping with mech mods and rebuild-able coils, this is the store you definitely have to check out. The staffs are knowledgeable, patient and courteous. This store also builds coils for you which is now rare to find in most vape shops. So for those of you who loves to use your RDAs and RTAs, this is the store to check out. Customer service is top-notch.

I just moved to Arlington and I went to this location today. Didn’t realize that I get to meet Dan, who is making all the juices right there. It was just an amazing experience and he made my day.

Hours of operation do not accurately reflect store opening. If the store says it opens at 11:00am don’t show up until 12:00pm, nobody will be there. False advertising if you ask me.

First time in this shop. The best design I have seen for a vape shop to date. Doesnt look thrown together or incomplete like most others. Great place for first timers! Great experience

Best vape shop Ive ever been to. They rewrapped my batteries and built my new RBA for me saying they never charge for it. I had an issue with a new tank and they replaced it the next day no questions asked. I honestly felt abusive getting so much for free that I bought some good batteries and some great flavors just to support them. I cannot recommend this place enough above all other vape shops Ive ever been to. Thanks guys!

Just paid $37 for a 100 ml skweezed green apple flavor bottle, while the price online is about $11-12.

James was super helpful and everything he said about the vapes was correct and every flavor he told me to try was the best. Definitely recommend this vape shop and recommend asking James about everything he’s the man.
