I purchased a free of nicotine vape (raspberry/ lemonade flavor) at an affordable price. The lemonade flavor takes me back to my childhood. As of right now, it works perfectly and Im enjoying it!! Ive been buying my vape and cannabis supplies here for several years. They almost always have what I need in stock, as they have a huge array of everything you could need for tobacco/vape/cannabis use.Like any brick and mortar vape shop, the prices are way higher than the Internet, but that is just a fact of the vice life.The employees are knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. Ive had them get things from other stores or special order for me.They have an excellent rewards program to earn discounts on your purchase.

I only recently started going here but the man who runs the counter (I think his name was Aaron, but I dont quite remember) is phenomenal. Hes very knowledgeable and nice. The most recent time I visited, I purchased the Kiwi-Strawberry vape and it works great. The store is neat and tidy and the customer service is excellent. They encourage you to try the product before they leave and once when the vape wasnt working, he immediately replaced it. This place is definitely worth checking out.

Excellent selection!! By far the best shop in the area. I was helped by Mark, he knew every product the store carries and made sure I left with everything I needed. The shop always has the newest products on the market, and has excellent social media specials, as well as great prices all around. Definitely a one stop shop, its obvious the staff cares about their customers, and will do whatever they can to resolve any issues with the products that may arise. They also stay on top of their online inventory, so it was quick and easy to confirm they had what I was looking for before I came in.

When we got to the cashier he asked me if I could leave a good review and I’d 3 dollars off so I said why not. After he scans it dude says it’s actually $60. I bought Cz I needed it but still definitely not worth 60 or 70

Kicking myself for not checking before leaving but was sold a leaking vape. Called to get it exchanged and guy tried to argue that it was a normal thing before telling me he would swap it and then just sell it to someone else. I wouldnt recommend this business.

My favorite shop to go to! Mark, Nick, and Christian are so chill and helpful. I’ve bought good glass here and they have so much to choose from at reasonable prices. Some real unique stuff. Great working grinders with cool designs, I love my rick and Morty grinder. And when a product was faulty, they were amazing dealing with it, they filled me in on the situation and even gave me a replacement! So much love for these guys!

Been in a few times, and Ive taken to visiting this shop over closer shops due to the product selection and employee attentiveness. All employees Ive watched or interacted with have been professional and generous with their time and expertise, even when customers exhibited inappropriate attitudes. I usually buy disposable vapes, and this shop encourages me to check that they work before leaving. The one time I did get a dud, the employees got me squared away immediately with a working replacement.

Hands down the best vape shop in the DMV. I’ve literally only been twice but I can say that comfortably. Their coils and cotton are the same price as online. I use rebuildables so it’s hard to find a place I can get my supplies from that isn’t selling at an insane mark up. Their website is great too because the provided chat feature isn’t just some gimmick but they will actually get back to you in the same day. Nick was kind enough to even take pics of the items I was looking for and email them to me so I can see. Also mark was very cool, these people know their stuff! We need more places like this!!!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICEI know nothing about vaping the staff was more than helpful at helping me find an easy to use device. Unfortunately that device then stopped working the day after I bought it. I went back to the store and they immediately apologized, quickly identified the issue was a defective part by the manufacturer and provided me a replacement free of charge. Terrible staff member today! The girl with purple hair was very snobby towards me for no apparent reason. As soon as I walked in she glared at me with an almost disgusted look as if I had something wrong with me. She was very short with her responses and seemed like she could care less that she was working. I’ve never had a problem with any of the staff there and I’ve been buying my vapes from them for months now.

I always feel comfortable coming into the store because Kirsten (sp?) is very helpful and makes for great conversation. I recommend coming to this store for the cleanliness and friendly employees!

I am admittedly a difficult shopper and usually have a million questions but, I ended spending $400 stalking up on everything Ill need and gifts for others because he knew his store and products so well and put me at ease. He was honest and thorough with every recommendation. The store also has all your CBD and vape needs... all quality products that have clearly been researched and hand chosen. It happened to be the only store open late on a Sunday and it was well worth the drive. Plus, theres plenty of free parking so you dont need to worry about your car!
