Best smoke shop ever. As I worked for several smoke shops from California to New York, I dont work for this one. I got family prices and royalty treatment from the owner as well as Danny. They answered all my questions and DID NOT pressure me to buy anything. They have professional quality pieces and professional staff. I would highly highly recommend.

I came in to vape world on a tight budget and although I couldn’t get what I wanted, they were able to help me get something closest to it that also fit in my budget. I appreciate it genuinely. the cashier was extremely nice and allowed me to try out different ones to assure that I’d be getting what I wanted

I go to the store asking for a refund on an unopened item as I have no need for it. The store cashier immediately accuses me of opening it and calls the store owner who doesn’t help in the scene. But once I tell them that what they thought was an open seam is just the lip to open the item, they flip the discussion saying they don’t do refundsThis establishment is terrible, with people who have poor understanding with their product and worse customer serviceDo not come here

Fantastic shop. The management and staff are great, very knowledgeable. They have a huge range of products, which is rare in this day and age. A huge amount of juices and disposables to choose from. The customer service is out of this world and Im so grateful I found this shop.

Cashier refused to give me discount and offer on a coupon i received. i had handed her my card before she told me that it would not be discounted and when i told her i would not buy it, she charged my card anyway and then said that she would give half the discount, then the full discount once i told her no. now im going to have to talk to my bank thanks a lot.
