Julie was absolutely fabulous! I had the foot soak and chair massage and it was perfect. My services were relaxing, atmosphere is calming and Julie is so friendly and enjoyable. The foot soak, scrub and leg massage was amazing. During the chair massage she dug into all my knots and opened up my neck and shoulders. Highly recommend.

Julie is AMAZING!!! Best massage I’ve EVER had. I am 44 years old and have had tons of massages (all over the world) due to chronic neck and back pain among other issues; Julie was the most intuitive and knowledgeable massage therapist I’ve ever had. First time meeting and only having shared a few bits of info as to my ailments and she knew exactly what would help, we had a great brief chat about it and I felt sooo much better. I would literally fly back to Asheville for Julie again! (Thank you so much Julie!) ❤️

This was my first time at Skin Spa and I will definitely be a regular customer. I scheduled a dermaplaning with nu peel session and added a sheet mask. Heather was my esthetician and she was absolutely amazing!!! My skin felt and looked so much better afterward and she even gave me a shoulder massage while my sheet mask sat on my face. It was such a relaxing and wonderful experience!

Pauline was just amazing! It was one of the best facials I’ve ever had and I am so glad I discovered this spa. She’s my new person for sure. I’m new to the state and am so happy I found my aesthetician so early on. Can’t wait for my next visit already ♥️

We had a wonderful mini bachelorette gathering at Skin Spa Asheville! I had the good fortune of treatments with Lana, and she was incredible. Valet parking was ideal and the spa hostess, employees and hotel desk attendant were all very kind and professional. My friends loved it, and I left a happy, glowing bride to be. We will be back!

If I could give 6 starts I would! I saw Alyssa Mills for a facial today and she went above above and beyond for me. She was so kind and attentive, and went out of her way to create a treatment for my sensitive but acne-prone skin. Not only did my skin feel so much calmer and smoother after it was genuinely the most relaxing facial Ive ever had. I practically fell asleep halfway through. She also gave me some great suggestions following my session that I look forward to incorporating into my routine.So glad I listened to the reviews and chose this place. I couldnt be happier with my experience at Skin Spa and cant wait to come back!

I had the best Deluxe Hydrafacial & Dermaplaning w/ Pauline! Her attention to all the details did not go unnoticed and was very appreciated. Pauline transitioned seamlessly between each treatment/phase of the 90-min facial - I was nearly asleep! I will absolutely be returning. I have never received such an amazing facial experience.

My facial was amazing. Phoebe did such an excellent job. She was so knowledgeable and did not mind providing the information needed. Just to be transparent, I love the fact that she is a caucasian woman that is knowledgeable of ALL skin types. I am an African American woman and I have never had someone tell me in such great detail about the history of my skin and what I need to do to protect it.I live in Charlotte NC and will travel to Asheville just for her services.

We were in Asheville for part of our honeymoon and I had a massage with Mary. She is super sweet and personable. She also knows her craft! I enjoyed getting to know her a little during the massage and she made sure to ask what my problem or pain points were. 🙌🏼💯❤️

It was so relaxing and I left with my skin GLOWING. I had Alexandria for my foot soak and she was the sweetest. I would recommend this spa and if I visit Asheville again, I will definitely be back

What a great Spa. Soo nice and quiet and clean. The facility was right up there with the Big Boys who treat u less than a paying customer. My wife was also very impressed with her service. We have been to the spa at Grove Park and Chateau Elan and several stops in between and Skin Spa ranks right up there with the best of them. Jane who provided me with a GREAT 90 min Hot Rock massage was the best. Give them a try.

For the money, I’d go elsewhere. Staff was all super friendly and the services were good… however, there was not a bathroom close to the room, nor did my room have a robe or slippers. So between treatments I had to get fully dressed, walk down to the lobby to use the bathroom. After 2/3 treatments I needed to trek across the hotel, hallway and atrium to where the foot soak was… again, slippers were not offered so I had to put socks and shoes on. It was a sub-par experience.

Wonderfully genuine staff. The service was incredible. My mom got a custom facial and she said it was one of the best she has had. I got the foot spa package and that was great. We will definitely come back and recommend this place.

I had a custom facial with Lana and a foot soak in the lounge. Lana was great, made me feel super comfortable and I enjoyed the experience! The rooms are all pristine, calming, and upscale. I really loved the foot soak after too, the lounge is relaxing and Alexandria took great care of me! Worth every penny!

Skin Spa sublime;Having not had a girls getaways spa experience for over 3 years, we booked the sea salt rub and customized facials at Skin Spa this weekend. Start to finish everything with superb. Their service and staff compared to some of the finest services in the world.Kudos to owner and staff for putting this Asheville spa on the global circuit. Ill be back and recommend to all my guests while visiting too.

My best friend and I came to Haywood Park hotel for a girls trip and we were SO pleased with the skin spa. We got the spa sampler which had “a salt glow back scrub, head, neck, and shoulder massage, and our 35 Min Aromatherapy Facial, which includes a nourishing scalp and foot treatment.” We also received chocolates from Chocolate Fetish (which is also in the hotel and is 10/10!) and mimosas!Jessica and Darcie were AMAZING. We felt so pampered and relaxed. Jessica was especially great considering my friend has cancer and is going through chemotherapy. She was very mindful of her chest port and was just so friendly.We will definitely be back!!

My mother and sister in-law took my daughter and I for our first time ever spa experience! We had an aromatherapy facial and a massage. Everyone was very pleased with both services. The facial was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! Venus was my masseuse and she was superb. I have nothing to compare this to but I believe 5 stars is appropriate

My friend and I went to the Skin Spa today for the Foot Bliss package. Bliss is the correct name for this heavenly spa treatment! You’re ready to fall asleep by the time you finish! Venus was amazing! I had a 90 minute massage with her. The right side of my back has always been sensitive to pressure. Venus was very intentional with her approach to loosen the muscle. She was applying medium pressure by the end of my massage and I’ve NEVER been able to tolerate that during any previous massage. Highly recommend her!!!!

Stumbled upon this glorious place after walking around downtown Asheville on a quick vacation and my feet were screaming at me. They got me right in for an AMAZING foot soak and the owner went above and beyond by switching out my hot water at the end for ice water and working me in for a 15min foot reflexology which was a god send. I don’t know if I would have been able to enjoy the rest of my vacation without them! Add in the mimosa and hot tea and they made my Sunday a perfect day! Highly recommend!!

I want to thank Venus for her magical touch on my neck and shoulders! I am a dental professional with chronic neck and shoulder pain. I came to see Venus unable to even turn my head. After an hour with Venus I was able to turn my head with full range of motion. She delivered an exceptional therapeutic treatment!!! I will definitely be seeing her again on my return to Asheville! I HIGHLY recommend her!!!

Can I say amazing? We did a 90-min couples massage and it was worth every penny.Venus & Jessica were attentive and actually reviewed our paperwork before we saw them. They are super skilled and found tension pockets we didn’t know existed. After the massage, I felt rejuvenated, light on my feet, and very relaxed. What an experience! Scheduled a facial service at skin spa Asheville. Great environment located in a really nice hotel. Darcie was my aesthetician. She did a wonderful job was so knowledgeable, polite calming, and informative. My face felt so good afterwards and I got multiple compliments from my coworkers and friends! Went here for a massage with a friend. We had Venus as our massage therapist. She was wonderful! Made you feel very comfortable and the whole experience was very relaxing! The spa is located in a beautiful hotel and they offer free valet parking with the spa visit. Which is wonderful since it is in downtown Asheville and parking can be hard to come by. Everyone was nice and inviting. Pam at the front desk at the spa was so sweet and helpful as well. The whole experience was nice. Would definitely recommend spa to others!

I love treating myself to a facial at the Haywood park hotel spa. I always book with Nikki. She is the best! I feel very cared for and she uses serums specific to my skin. It’s so relaxing and exactly what I need for a little stress relief!

I highly recommend coming here. Pauline did a great job on my skin. I had a bad experience with the last facial I had and came out of the building with red blotches from all the pore extracting. There were some red blotches, but nothing crazy or traumatic like the last one. I actually was relaxed at this one, not where I went before.

We decided to celebrate our Asheville in honeymoon and really wanted a relaxing massage. We decided to do the Appalachia couples get away and it did not disappoint. We both left feeling refreshed!

Husband and I were vacationing for our honeymoon and had a FABULOUS experience at Skin Spa. Everyone was lovely, helpful, and easy to talk to. We did a package that included an aromatherapy facial, massage, scalp massage, and foot scrub, and it was fantastic. The facial was very relaxing, the foot scrub and scalp massage were also great, and the massage was sensational— really helped with some issues we had going on from travel. If I lived in the area I’d definitely go again.

The room is calming, with a soft ambiance that transports you to another dimension. I was able to relax and enter a state of pure serenity. The room is filled with a heavenly aroma, and the oils/lotions and scrubs they use leave your skin feeling nourished and rejuvenated. I was so relaxed I just about fell asleep! The Skin Spa Asheville will leave you feeling worry free, re-energised, and glowing. 10/10 would recommend, definitely going back! They have so many options and packages, Im excited to try them out!

My daughter and I celebrated our milestone birthdays with the Appalachian Package which was absolutely incredible. From the temperature on the massage table (warm and cozy) to the scalp treatment (invigorating), every part of the experience was wonderful. Experienced, friendly and professional staff, beautiful spa! We will be back!!

Would I recommend? 100% yes! Melissa was fantastic! Super professional and took her time. I never felt rushed especially when going through my laundry list of skin issues.I was 26 weeks pregnant when I saw her. We discussed pregnancy safe options to address my dry skin, acne, discoloration all brought on by pregnancy. I thought I had a certain skin type, to my surprise she diagnosed me as a different skin type. I brought all the current products I was using and we went through them all and she gave me her feedback on what she thought was good or not so good.The facial itself was amazing and relaxing, no redness or angry skin after. She was super gentle and my skin was physically improved when I left.In the weeks following my facial, I changed a couple products and changed parts of my skincare routine based on her recommendations, my skin has TRANSFORMED. Acne was my big concern and its pretty much gone! Skin tone and texture have improved as well. I fully intend on going back soon for another facial. Thank you, Melissa!

I love the Skin Spa and get my nails done there every couple weeks. I have had Sarah do them and feel she is great! I asked her about the lash tinting and enhancments and she told me that Melissa had done hers. They were beautiful and looked liked she had used mascara, however she hadnt! I met Melissa when she first opened Skin Spa from a Groupon I had purchased for a facial. I not only was impressed with the facial but also her skin care knowledge. I have had many facials but this one was the best I ever had !!! I do not like traveling down town due to parking but I will go to Skin Spa. Melissa uses the best Natural products which I appreciate. My skin is sensitive but her products are perfect for my skin. She is truly a professional in skin care ! I moved to Tennessee a year ago but I still drive back to Asheville for all my skin care. I also tried the laser treatments and have had success from it. Melissas prices are lower than anybody else around. I would recommend Skin Spa to everyone ! :)

This is my favorite spa for treatments in Asheville! Their upstairs spa is beautifully decorated and so warm and relaxing. Its also very quiet and private so you can truly disconnect from the outside world and enjoy the treatment. Plus the pricing is very reasonable for such a personalized experience!

Irene was warm, competent and gentle! I would have liked to have been able to select a more natural translucent nail color but only able to find opaque. I am unaware of any option to dry nails under lamp so exited through hotel lobby to cold and rain in flipflops carring my boots. But, I got pampered feet from Irene nonetheless.

Always wonderful service .... valet parking is a plus... super convenient having both an aestitician AND a MD-Dr Zacher for one stop “shopping”. I no longer go to Charlotte for my “age reversal” therapies 😎 I also love Melissa’s Skin care line and the more natural nail care services !
