Because of long hours of working in the restaurant, I felt unwell and had muscle soreness. I came here for a massage again. The staff and the boss here are very enthusiastic and have a good service attitude. In particular, the staffs massage techniques and back-stepping skills are very good. Although I dont have the same staff every time I come here, I can feel the excellent skills of each staff, which makes my body fully relaxed and relieves pain. I especially recommend this store. You can try it. Its worth the money!

If you want a relaxing massage, do not go to this place. I was interrupted by every phone call and every customer that walked in. At one point the therapist left for awhile and another one came in. Needless to say, it wasn’t a good experience. At the end, I gave a 10 dollar tip and was stopped and lectured to for not giving enough. The lady in charge said the massage therapist only gets tip and for the work therefore I needed to give at least a 20 dollar tip. If this is true, I guess the authorities need to investigate and see if any labor laws are being violated.

I really like their attitude with they seems very professional massage technique. I usually have lower back pain and now have been their serval times, it become way better. They are very friendly and I would love to tip them more, because it’s really worth !

I have never been anywhere for any service and was told what I had to tip AND pay upfront before the massage was given. Apparently, a 60-minute massage is a minimum of $20 tip (thats 29%). The whole experience seemed sketchy. I love a good massage where I feel comfortable, and this wasnt it.

Trash! The stepping on the back was ok but then it started to hurt. I asked the lady kindly to stop and use her hands while on my back. She said “no pain no gain”. I told her to please stop so she did, then finally started to used some oil to rub my back.Didn’t like the fact that she was on the phone while rubbing me. Couldn’t relax. Now, my back is sore from them crusty feets stepping on me. Don’t waste your money here folks

They make you pay upfront, the woman left once after having me get undressed to talk to someone who walked in, I had to ask three time for the woman to massage lighter and left in more pain than I went in with. The massage was supposed to be an hour long and was barely 15 minutes long, she also pulled down my pants with no warning or anything, she also answered 2 phone calls while giving me the massage and overall just wasn’t very professional. Wouldn’t recommend.

ONE MINUTE. Called to ask if they could do a modified Thai and deep tissue massage. Then asked about availability of appointments. She told me twice on the phone that she was very busy and couldn’t talk. She told me to make a decision and call back. I checked my phone timer, I kept her on the phone ONE MINUTE. If you are with a client or don’t have time to talk, then DO NOT answer the phone. I will not call back.

The massage itself was OK except she could not understand that I needed a certain area worked more, although it seemed towards the end she finally understood. The reasons I did not give a higher rating is because I did not get a full hour, and then they demanded a tip. I was going to tip anyway, but then they wanted more than what I was giving. Told her I decide the tip amount. Very unprofessional.If you have a setamount for tip you should state that up front. Will not return

We called to book an appointment for a couples massage. We were told to arrive at 9:30AM. When we arrived at scheduled time, they were eating breakfast...all of them. So we had to wait while they finished eating. The massage was good...her feet were better than her hands. Interesting experience but we both felt better afterwards.

I was asked to pay first before the massage, a first for me and I have had many massages. There was no sheet to cover with. My massage therapist left the room many times during the massage to answer the phone/door. The massage was very intense and painful at times and resulted in a dislocated collar bone that I didnt realize until after i left. Upon leaving we were asked if we forgot something; a tip is what she meant. I would have given a tip had I not had to pay first. She wouldnt have had to ask for it if I were paying at the customary time. So very unprofessional on all counts.

Do not waste your time! Last time we visited Asheville we called in the morning to make an appointment for that evening. We showed up on time and they had given our appointment to another couple!We decided to give them 1 more try this visit. We called and asked for two 90 minute massage. They told us to come now. They even called us back to confirm we were coming. We drove straight there and they told us they had no time for us! I’m completely in shock. Nobody else was there and there were 3 therapists doing nothing!What an incredible waste of our time. 🤨

I was experiencing a lot of pain so I made an appointment at 4 PM for 8 PM that day. I rearranged my schedule to make it.When I got there they said sorry no appointment for you. It appeared someone had come in and wanted a couples massage so they just took them and I was out. Very very very unprofessional. Save your money go to somewhere professional that has some ethics.

Had a 1 hour massage, the masseuse evaluated and then walked my back. Very good for deep tissue relief of muscle knots and soreness!! Highly recommend

Women constantly walking out mid message..kept going very hard when I asked for light and demanded a recommended tip. I did not appreciate that, I wouldn’t go back there!

They really do amazing work. I’m used to basically being pet when I get a massage but they really worked all my problem areas. Paid attention to what I needed. Very friendly, professional, and clean! My new favorite place!

Very typical chinese-style massage from chinese ladies in a very standard chinese massage environment. when i go, i always feel like i could be in any rural china city. good techniques, strong hands, and reasonable prices compared to the other gazillion massage places in town. this is a no frills, no spa sounds or fru fru stuff kind of place. you have to be ok with a slightly hard table, being covered by one small towel and the boss answering the phone and talking in Chinese while she is working on you. That being said, i always feel the massage here is more therapeutic than anything I receive elsewhere in a warm and cozy spa place.

Absolutely loved my massage. I highly recommend this studio if you are looking for a great deep tissue massage. To me its the only type of massage that actually helps with painful, chronic areas. Very professional and friendly staff.

Much better than traditional massage. They know exactly where your pain is. It is a very intense massage but if you are in need of pain relief then this is the place for you. The hot stones at the end felt so good.

Great massage. Travel a lot so muscles get stiff and knotted, always work on troubled areas to provide relief. Finally get a good nights sleep without all the stress and tension. Highly recommend!

Bad service. I waited 20 min in the room for someone to come. Then she gave me a 40 min massage even though I had paid for 60 min. The communication was so poor that I couldn’t argue and just left. The room was dirty too

I walked in and wanted the bush wash. They were all out so I settled for the full body. I was pretty tight and walked away tighter. Thanks for the lovely experience.

Scheduled 2 90 min massages for 7pm and when we got there at 6:50pm we were told that they are too tired to work and they lost $300 dollars, hope they didnt need that money.
