Krisstal’s massage is amazing! The pressure is perfect. She intuitively finds the spots that are tight and needing attention and overall, the massage is very relaxing. My hip was aching once and limiting my dancing, and she worked it out deeply and it cleared up after the massage and my mobility increased. Krisstal has extensive knowledge of the body and body energy system and has very helpful insights to share. She has great energy, is a delight to be around, and is deeply tapped into Spirit. I feel very taken care of and look forward to more massages by her! She’s my “got to” for massage in town. Highly recommended!

I just got a 90 minute massage by Krisstal Champnes. My back was a train wreck until she finished. She is the massage professional I have ever had. Google only lets you give 5 star rating but she is a above a 10

Kristall is a very intuitive therapist using a multi modality approach. She makes house calls which was very convenient for me.have suffered with pain from osteoarthritis in my foot and herniated neck discs. She’s helped me tremendously! What a godsend!Thank you Kristall!!
