Great service and selection! They were out of a certain cartridge, but took my phone number and called me as soon as the new arrivals came.If there is anything they dont carry, they are happy to point you to other stores that have what you need.

Just called, was two minutes out when I realized they closed at 8:00 which would’ve been my arrival time. Called to see if they would let me run in to grab a bottle of juice as I’m out. Got a real sweet girl who said real cutely “unfortunatelyyyyy we lock the doors at 8. Sorry..” my husband does a lot of business here and Tim is kind enough to order specific juice for us but her attitude just killed OG vapors for us.

Ive been a smoker for a decade now and recently Ive been trying to quit...yesterday i almost gave into my craving & got a pack... instead I took myself down to OG Vapes & the friendly staff hooked me up with an amazing set up. The Suorin Air Pro is so easy & smooth... paired with watermelon ice liquid. (Taste so yummy) Thanks for helping me not go back to the stinky cigarettes! The store was so clean & well stocked. I get 5 star assistance every time I come to this location, 2 gentleman in particular, Noah and Devin. They are always there and so unbelievably helpful and kind. They are always so patient with my mom. They take a lot of time to explain things. I always leave feeling good, better than when I walked in. They deserve a raise!!!

I bought a battery from them on my birthday, 4 days ago. It would not charge and I called the next day. I went in today and wanted it taken care of and the young gentleman was not polite at all and refused to change it. He said it charged just great. Here I am with a New years resolution on quitting smoking and Im still smoking because of this. How is that good service? Very dissatisfied!

The store was clean and well organized. The staff was very nice and helpful, it had all covid regulations displayed at the door. Everything looked well priced and checkout was fast and easy. I would recommend this store anytime even saved it to my favorite list!

We went in to replace the glass for my kbox mini tank. They didnt have what we needed, but they offered a much better alternative. We were so pleased with how helpful they sales associate was with my issue that my fiance bought a Target mod, and he loves it. I love my new tank. Well definitely be back when I upgrade my mod.

Kinda snobby complaining about how customers never know what they want and how annoying it is to hear people are there for juice and coils. You work at a vape store. Thats all people go in to buy so get used to it and stop complaining to potential customers. Didnt buy anything because for one I didnt want to listen to the employee complain when I asked about flavors and I was not about to pay 25 dollars for a bottle of juice when the same bottle is 16 down the road. Just trying to get juice on lunch break and sadly that didnt happen today and I wont be setting foot back in this store again.

$20 upcharge on a $25 device. Lol all you’ve gotta do is call around a couple other stores and realize they add an unnecessary tax for no reason at all. Business must be hurting! Customer service is a joke, I’m curious what they’ve accomplished outside of that store lmfao. Shop elsewhere.

Great customer service and selection, they had exactly what I was looking for. Cost me just about what I would’ve paid online with shipping. Had a mixup with some coils I bought and the guy straightened it out quickly and with zero hassle, even threw in an extra coil for my trouble. I’ll definitely be doing business here from now on!

The crappy store in north Asheville I had been going to for over 3 years was absolutely no help when my tank broke. The staff at OG vapors, especially the young gentleman, was not only helpful, but kind, courteous, and understanding. You guys made my day and I just wanted to tell you thank you. My business will now go to you. So nice to see genuine kind people in this world.

The store assistants were very informative, happy to help, and gave a lot of great advice on the products. Ive been to vape stores in Nevada and they werent as friendly or as welcoming as this store. If youre a first time vapor I recommend this place.

To put it simply the customer service left much to be desired. Overpriced and unhelpful staff, and also a poor selection of vape juices. The worst juice Ive purchased was from here. The fact they actually charge over a dollar for the vape glass rubber ring protector was the nail in the coffin. Asheville Vapor gives you many for free whenever you need. Wont be back, theres too many smoke shops around, dont settle here!

Super helpful staff helped me figuring out that trying ceramic coils might help make my coils last a lil longer than the reg mesh/cotton ones I had been using. Even though Ive been vaping over a year now I hadnt ever heard of the ceramic coils- so far its been working great! They are always so friendly when I go in OG Vapes! Always ready to answer any ?s I have. You know you go in some stores & you feel like youre bothering them with questions but the staff here is always really great!

5 stars for the store and the employees. Even though, I did have a problem with the house juice with my certain vape. Now let me explain, I am extremely new to Vape being and have only been to the store and one other store. I came to the store because I wanted a certain pack of coils that the other store didn’t have. I went in yesterday and the employee that helped me was extremely nice and took the time to give me some information and answer some questions that I had. I got a pack of coils I wanted and The employee even put in the new coil for me. I started asking about the juices and I had bought a house juice from the other Vape store that I’ve been to you so I wanted to try theirs. Although, I wasn’t too happy to learn that you can’t smell or test them unlike other vape shops. I trusted the employee and got the one that was “one of the most popular fruity flavors” out of their house juices, which is Mad Vapes ‘Melon’ (honeysuckle flavor). I usually get 20/80 and this was 30/70 so I asked if it would be too thin but the employee assured me that it would not be too thin and that it would work just fine in my vape. I purchased the 3 pack of coils and the 50ml. bottle of the recommended flavor. After spending a total of $29, The employee kindly showed me how to put in the coil because like I said, I am pretty new to vaping. I thought that was extremely good customer service on top of the information provided and the time the employee took to answer my questions as well. I put the juice in my tank and left happy... well about 45 minutes later I got home and hit my vape to try to new juice. I hit it a few times and waited and hit it some more and I realized (almost immediately but I tried to give it a chance) that the juice was way way too thin and I really dislike the smell and taste.. I tried all evening to try different things but it was horrible. Since I just went for my first time yesterday I assumed they would help me out, so I called this morning. I spoke with a different employee and so I explained my experience and was very nice about asking if I could either return, exchange it, or even get some store credit. The employee on the phone was extremely apologetic and then I was told that I can’t return, exchange, or get store credit for it. I just told the employee that I appreciated how kind they were (the employee that helped me yesterday and the other employee that I talked to on the phone). The employee offered to give me 15% off of another bottle of juice which was very kind. I think that they have very nice employees with knowledge and willingness to help answer questions but I am very very disappointed that I am unable to return, exchange, or get store credit for it.UPDATE: I want to say that the problem was fixed and I do plan on going back because they have good prices and excellent customer service. I appreciate that my issue was acknowledged and I was able to find a friend that I gave the juice to and it works in their vape and they like it!

Used to love mad vapes. Now that octopus garden took over it is horrible. The e-juice I bought this time was watered down. they put actual water in it. ruined my coil and it tasted horrible. The staff at the airport rd. store is rude and not knowledgeable. My wife stopped going there weeks ago, rude service. Big swing and a miss folks. Just ordered online instead of driving 3 minutes to patron their store.

Make sure you know what your talking about because the employees dont . Lady looked at my coils , sold me a pack of different coils . When I went to return them I was told bc I opened one I wouldnt get the full refund after I was sold the wrong coils!

This place is incredible and has a huge variety of juices. The man at the counter was fantastic and gave some great recommendations. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Superb selection, friendly staff, and great prices.

The worst vape shop experience I have ever had by far. The clerks look at you like youre stupid the minute you walk in the door, they tried to sell me the wrong coil, insisting that my tfv12 prince was just a tfv8 with bigger glass. Completely idiotic store clerks with no customer service skills. I wish I could remember the name of the clerk I met, he was apparently the more informed clerk because the others were asking him questions. Yet me, an amateur vapor, knows more about the products than he does. Im sure if I nice looking girl came in theyd be happy to help, but if you are anything other than that you will get the worst customer service youve ever had.

The reason I’m loyal to OG is two reasons: Arielle and Devon. Two great consultants who have all the answers. For those of you who think going online is the answer - think again. Two people, alone, will have you think otherwise. Again: Arielle and Devon at OG. If one can’t resolve any issue, saving you time, money, and energy, the other one will. ( whether economically or technical) I cant tell you how helpful and patient they are. I never had a problem those two can’t fix. But most importantly, they care about you and any issue you may be concerned with. Hats off to people like that and the service they provide, with care in mind. Went in for some juice I kept getting a text saying; we miss you at OG Vapors well the kids working in there did NOT act like they wanted a customer to come in and ruin their buzz by asking for something. I reviewed them on Facebook and I had an employee named Devin reach out to me and ask if there was anything he could do to change how I felt about the store. Its not every day that you find an employee that dedicated. I hope youre paying him enough. Customer service and retention is EVERYTHING.!!!

Way overpriced on everything including coils, premium juices are over $25 for 60mil bottles which is unheard of in any shop unless your getting the best of the best but were talking about low end juices they want a fortune for and even their 4 packs of vape coils are over $20 bucks which I normally pay 15 for 4 coils at every other vape store. Not to mention the staff dont seem very welcoming when you walk in the door I mean they act like youre bothering them when you go in and Ive been here a few times and each time I was the only customer in the store which tells me that this location is not very busy. Sad bc if the staff was nicer and the prices were better Id give them my business but I cant pay almost $30 for a 60mil bottle of juice it would be cheaper to smoke 2 packs a day at that rate. Anyways I hope this location gets more friendly and welcoming staff and lowers their prices so average folks can afford to shop here

If Im not buying e liquid online I go to mad Vapes. The staff takes the time to help me find the perfect flavor or customized exactly what Im looking for. There is only one lady that works there which I try to avoid. I have them mix one of their same custom flavors all the time, but when she makes it, it doesnt taste right. She also was trying to help my friend buy new coils. When she unscrewed her tank all the liquid poured out. (She had it upside down ). The lady didnt even acknowledge it though. My friend didnt have any extra liquid with her and couldnt vape for the rest of the day. Overall great place though!!

Their prices are fair for a walk in shop, the internet is always cheaper on products. But if you want advice and unparalleled customer service these are the professionals that you need to talk to. Ive been trading with MadVapes for a good while and I plan to for the foreseeable future. They also have a rewards system for customer loyalty (1 point on the dollar) thats not just a gimmick, I get some kind of freebie every time I visit, usually some of the house brand juice, tonight I got a free Aspire Cleito tank. You cant go wrong with this bunch, so if your in or around Asheville give one of their locations a once over and have a chat with the friendly staff.

I am so happy with the Patton store , the staff are so cool and helpful . Ariel and Aaron are so helpful , the vape game is so confusing , but those guys help me , and in a honest way .I have confidence that they arent trying to Stear me wrong .I have been so satisfied with the helpAnd most importantly with there help with vaping , I havent had a cigarette in 8 months

I am a 65 year old disabled man and I have been spending somewhere around $200 A week in this store but when I bought a vaporizer here and decided to return it they wouldnt let me. The vape was still brand new and I was going to put more money with the return and buy another one but I will never stop here again. The store clerks act lost and like the do not know anything about there products and return policy is bogus.

Good staff. I was sold the wrong juice by accident, it happens, but I came back the next day with receipt and they exchanged it for the one I wanted no problem. They answer questions for newbies like me too.

Saleing vapes that will break down! No discount given or no service offered for products sold in stores. Just bought coils and it made my vape stop working was told no refunds on the coils I can no longer use! Bad service! So much for not smoking! Or saving money if I have to buy a new device every 8 months!

Not a very good shop. Overpriced merchandise and unknowledgeable staff makes this place a real let down. I would rather take the bus across town than to walk 10 minutes to this store. They do have all the cotton and coils you need though but you better know what youre buying because they dont. Do yourself a favor and find a more knowledgeable shop.

My husband and I were visiting Asheville from Florida, and my husband decided to stop smoking. OG Vapors was the closest vape shop to our Airbnb, so we stopped in to get a vape pen. The girl who helped us was shaking like a leaf, and couldnt get the pod to go into the pen all the way. After she figured it out and we left, the pen just wasnt working. We went back, and a man said the girl put the coil in wrong. The pen worked, and we went on our way. We noticed the liquid kept leaking out of the pod. We thought it was normal. When we got home, we went to a local vape shop to get another coil and liquid. The owner of our local shop said the coil was backward, and the pod is broken. We bought a new one. I called OG Vapors in Asheville to let them know. The man who answered the phone was really defensive. He said it was easier at the time to tell me that his employee put the coil in the vape incorrectly, and is more likely that my husband broke it than his employee. My husband didnt break the thing; the incompetent girl who sold is the pen broke it, or the guy who fixed it broke it. I called for an apology, but got the opposite. Their customer service is terrible. My phone call with the man today is why I am only giving them 1 star.

Employee was not interested in being there. I tried to purchase a battery but the employee told me I had to sign some kind of waiver?!! Saying I won’t sue them! Lol. I’m not signing any kind of binding contract with some head shop. Lol completely ridiculous! Someone’s a little paranoid. Lay off the smoke.

Hands down the best place to get your vape on in and around Asheville. For those of you who dont know, MV started out as an online shop and quickly became the place to order your vaping gear from. Now with the opening of their actual stores, its still the place to go in this expanding market, for serious hobbyist or the just-quit-smoking crowd. Now there are some decent shops in Asheville to get your vape on but MadVapes has became my go-to vape shop. Even if Im closer to another shop (Cough Ashevile Vapor) I will drive to this location or the Tunnel location to get my juices or whatever (which they have the best priced juice for the quality). They have kind of a bar like atmosphere and encourage you to lounge and vape. The best part is when I have got something that wont work on my particular mod they replace it such as coils or tanks most places once you buy it they arent going to let you return it. Bottom line is Madvapes has set the bar pretty high with their non-smug attitudes, great prices, juice selection, and quality of service/merchandise. Thanks for being awesome guys!

Horrendously overpriced. Coils are nearly 2-3 dollars more than everywhere else. Bottles of juice are 30 dollars for 60ml bottles and the quality isnt much better than any other shop in town.

Didnt really help with start-ups but was super helpful when I came back in (came in at closing to buy). I love the place. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
