1)costumer service is very bad, is more like look for the vape juice you want dont know what i am sellingmore like auto service. that takes 1 point2)bought a vape mod at 78usd when on line was only 50 usd over charge me.that takes 2 points3) high vg like 75vg 80vg 90vg 100vg is not an option they don have it. so that takes 2 points,4) dont really trust the guy that works there.5) you expect to see a big variety of E liquids from flavors to ratios of vg and pg and nicotines streghts .the name the store doesnt match what they sell.

I want to like this place, they’ve got a lot of stuff in stock which is great but customer service is lacking.It took forever to check out last time as the employee was preoccupied messing around with something behind the counter and then the card machine wasn’t turned on so had to wait for that to boot up.Also would it kill you to look your paying customers in the eye and acknowledge them?I’m always polite and say ‘hi, thank you, have a good one’ and the employees literally will say nothing and just stare down at their shoes or at their phone and look annoyed if anything. No ‘thanks’ or ‘have a nice day’ after I spend money there.I’ve experienced this with multiple employees now, man and woman. Makes you feel unwelcome or like they’re too cool for you, and even like you’re interrupting them from their social media session or whatever they’re preoccupied with.Sorry for spending my money at your store, I’ll try not to buy anything andbother you anymore…

Love this place its local and the owner is a very cool person (like dealing with him)but the girl is very unappreciated of customers shopping there, it wont hurt to say hello and thank you to someone whos spending money in your store,,and Ive been using vape kingz for years..thanks anyway.

Great smoke store close to my house always open when I get out of work the girl there is so nice and she helped me pick out a vape this is my go-to.

This place use to be my go to for vapes but it significantly went downhill since the last time i visited. I went a few months back and there was a girl who was really nice and helped me but this last recent week I went in the store and there was a girl who completely ignored me and she just kept playing with the cat there. I asked her if the had a mango flavored pen and she completely ignored me so I walked out.

By far the best smoke /vape shop in Queens and Manhattan. The lovely ladies that work at the counter are so sweet , extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all there products. I have now started using only Vape K8ngz. I highly recommend them by the way there actually one of the only smoke shops that answers there phones . I travel there by subway n then its quite a hike lol to get there but its completely worth it!!!

I really wanted to just should out Ray/Lyssa and the very welcoming cat Izzie. They create a feeling of comfort and relatability and kindness that doesnt exist in many shops of this sort.

Went for the first time today. Bar stools are nice and the staff is great at making you feel welcomed to the shop. Franks a nice guy and encourages you to hang out and stay awhile. Prices are competitive with other local places and they offered to purchase juices I liked for the store.

Originally they surprising had good customer service but overtime I noticed that they stopped restocking most of the actual good stuff and rather were selling things lower in quality to other stores,luved the pervious cashiers Layal and Ray though they brought a sort of energy and life to the store that it surely lacked of

Fantastic customer service! Bearded guy was wonderful at helping me find some new flavors or juice. I think his name was Lou? Small shop but nice atmosphere. Good sale for 2 60 mls.

Come check out their tattoo artist Inksinna. Been coming to him for 10+ years and wouldn’t trade him for anyone. I’m very picky with who puts anything on my body especially if it’s permanent. You want some amazing quality work this is the person to go to. Hands down.

This place is has it all, but changing vape laws handcuff serious diversity in flavors. They will have whatever is legal that day for a good price & as wife array as allowable. They have all sorts of rigs & batteries. Convenient location off Steinway Street near Q18 & not too far from 7 train

These types of places tend to be shady, and sure enough it started with my first experience. I went in to purchase a refillable cartridge. I had never purchased one before so asked the cashier for help.. I was charged $10.. I went in again a week later to buy another one because the first one broke. I went in and asked for what I needed from the cabinet case and was charged $5. I didn’t say anything but it was obvious the first guy took advantage of the fact that I wasn’t familiar with what I was purchasing. Also, I didn’t get the friendly vibes everyone else mentions in their reviews. Shady way to do business so I’ll be going to another shop for future purchases.

Really helpful staff and super informative. Asked what we were looking for and matched us with the appropriate product. Within our price range too. Massive variety of hardware and big selection of juice as well

Lou was just great very knowledgeable and took time to explain the different machines and how they work and the differences. I didnt feel rushed or like he was trying to upsell me. I had my own vape pen from a few years ago. Good selection of oils and machines to vape with. Will definitely be back for more oils and a new vape pen when Im ready.

This place is so shot, they hire people go have no clue what there doing. It’s like a hole in a wall. They have no merchandise on display, one dude tried selling me a box of coils with only 3 coils in it, meanwhile there’s 5 in a box. For full price noless. Then he tells me 3 come in a box, I’m like Nooo it’s clearly says on the BOX 5/PCS , not 3. Lol. Nice try trying to hustle customers. I’m supprise this place is still even open. All my friends stop going there cuz there horrible

This place use to be my favorite place to go to. Now it is poorly managed, with incompetent employees. I spent so much money here, yet when a brand new mod that I purchased from this location was defective I was told there is no way that I could be helped. Horrible cutomer service. What is the funny part, I was advised to purchase another mod. I will never come back and advise everyone that I told to come, to never return either.

Store is small and cramped. Some of the prices on their clones are outrageous. $65 for a clone mechanical mod that can be easily found online for $20? Ill pass. Juice selection is ok but they hardly ever have your desired flavor and milligram level in stock. The guy was trying to lecture me that clones are better than authentics and that i got ripped off in paying $200 for my mech mod. I paid for build quality and the ingenuity that the manufacturer put into the product before china made a cheap knockoff of of it. What a joke this place is. If your counterfeit/clones were so great your clone mephisto RDA you have in that cluttered mess of a display case wouldnt be collecting RUST in the center post! I certainly as hell dont want to be vaping eliquid off of a rusty rda into my lungs. Steer clear of this store when there are much, MUCH better options in Queens.
