I went to see Dr. Gray for my first ever lip filler. I am so happy I chose beautymarx for this experience. The office staff were all super friendly and Dr. Gray really took her time to make sure I was informed on my choices, results, and cost. She also took her time during the procedure and made sure she and I both were happy in the end. It feels wonderful to see full youthful lips again. I will definitely be back for additional services!

Highly recommend for tattoo removal. Always fast and professional. I’ve never had to wait, my appointment time has always been my time! That’s something I truly appreciate.

No one ever is consistent on information. Wrong information is given all the time. They open late. Stop to get food and do not care that they open late. Many times they just didnt open. Massage therapist showed up late. Massages are only ok.To many people think that they are in charge and no one actually does anything.They change people all the time!Doesn’t take Apple Pay for weight loss shots, but takes Apple Pay for other things.Skip this location! Try some where else

I was made very comfortable for my procedure with explanation of everything they are going to do. Very considerate of my comfort level.

The staff at beautymarx is very friendly and knowledgeable. Barbara is wonderful at explaining treatments that are available. Dr. Gray is very thorough in explaining what she recommends to help you look your very best. Becky is an awesome massage therapist! She knows how to get the kinks worked out!

I chose a 10 because as soon as myself and my daughter walked into your amazing establishment not only was the aesthetics remarkable. It was so warm and beautiful, full of life and color, but so were the ladies upfront. Everybody was so helpful in helping me understand what it was that I needed, as far as service what sort of new technologies and products were available and once I was able to meet the doctor, I was pleasantly pleased by her ability to make me feel like I had known her forever. She put my mind at ease, gave me a great consultation and administered the service that we both decided what service would be best suit me I walked out, feeling better than I ever anticipated and I cannot wait to go back again for more services. That is my new home for all of my beauty needs

Well for starters I was able to get in right away and the employees were very transparent about cost and frequency I will have to go. The staff is very friendly, and the simple fact that I was talked to as a person, not talked at, made all the difference. ALL my questions were answered and explained to me in a way I understood. Wonderful spa/salon! Doctor Gray was kind, thorough, professional, and such a delight. I felt at ease in her presence and trusted her to do what she thought was best. I was not disappointed, at all. She was not only very friendly with myself, but she was so wonderful to my two year little boy (And if you’re a mom, you know how difficult it can be to attend appointments, etc., with your little ones. People/businesses usually frown on us, moms, when we have to bring our little ones so it was such a refreshing experience visiting Dr. Gray, who proved not all businesses are the same). The office was impeccably clean, comfortable and radiated happiness and positivity. Furthermore, they have an amazing retail shop that sells elite skincare products like skinceuticals, as well as health food and drink. I will definitely be a regular client and look forward to returning!

I absolutely love Dr. Gray and her staff! They are so personable and professional. I have had micro needling with PRP and have really noticed a difference in how my face looks and feels. It feels tighter, looks smoother and younger; has more even skin tones and my pores are smaller. I used a face age app and it said I was 10 years younger than I am. Now that’s a win, WIN!

Ironically, a staff member of Dr. Greys came into my place of work. She left the Beautymarx services pamphlet and my coworker caught me glancing through it (he noticed Dr. Greys photo) and said he, too, used Dr. Grey before and recommended trusting her and her practice with any needs I may have. This was the sign I needed to bite the bullet and call Beautymarx to schedule my consultation and first LHR appointment. The scheduling process was easy and the consultation put my mind at ease. My LHR specialist, Ashley, explained to me what skin types LHR works best on, what to expect as far as uncomfortability goes during treatments, and how to calm the treated area after each session. Overall, Ashley has made me feel confident in my decision of pursuing LHR and her knowledge of the process ensures me that she knows what shes doing at all times. So far, I have seen a difference just after 2 sessions in my skin and the area I opted to have LHR performed on - and, for me, that is a huge confidence booster.
