I was able to get a shampoo/cut/style for only $25 and it looks awesome! Eden was fantastic, I showed her my reference pic and she gave me EXACTLY what I asked for.

Im not sure how I feel about this place to be honest. I booked the Royal Experience which includes a pedicure, gel manicure, and blowout/styling.The pedicure went well - my technician had to work really hard to get my old polish off and I appreciate that she took the extra time to make sure everything was right. If it was possible I would give just her 5 stars for the effort/hard work she put in to making sure I was happy.The shampoo and blowout was also really nice. She styled it well and my curls lasted until the next day!The reason Im leaving such a low review is because of the manicure... I am very disappointed in the quality of the polish. I got a gel manicure (1 coat base, 3 coats color, 1 coat topcoat all cured in the UV light) but it didnt even last more than two days. I received the service on a Friday afternoon. The pictures Im attaching were taken on the following Sunday morning before I made breakfast. The polish immediately chipped and as you can see it was on more than one finger so it wasnt just an accident. It is now Wednesday and all of my nails have chipped despite it being a gel manicure. There are also bubbles in the polish on some of my fingers.I was pleased with the cleanliness of the salon and the friendliness of the staff but due to the low quality of my manicure Im not sure I will return for that type of service. I may come back for hair services though because I believed they did a great job.

Do not go here for a queer coded haircut i look like a hillbilly.i have wanted to go back to my mullet for like a year. i saw on their instagram someone who did really good haircuts like that, but i guess she didn’t work there anymore. so i booked with the person who was “good with men’s haircuts”. she was really nice, but i was lowkey waiting to stop trusting the process and see something i loved. i just… don’t understand how i can show this reference pic (my last haircut plus green, which i loved) and get this … i also asked initially to keep most of my length, and after spending years growing my hair out, im pretty sad. kinda smiled through it because the hair was already gone :’) i will in fact be wearing a bandana for the next at least month.

Amanda has been doing my hair - balayage - for three years. She is incredibly talented! Every time I visit The Loft, it’s a great experience. It’s relaxing and offers so many services. Can’t recommend enough!!

Loved getting my haircut here for years, until literally half the staff quit more recently to make their own business. I dealt with it for a while, until recently when Jessica randomly canceled my appointment 2 hours before the appointment, which I had made 2 weeks in advance. Customer service texted me and I was slightly disappointed but simply asked when I could get a new appt. with her, but they were very cryptic and weird about it, saying that I would no longer be working with Jessica despite having a good interaction with her before and here still being employed there lol?? They could not give me an explanation why when asked.... Then after all that trouble and 2 weeks of wasted time, they assume Im fine with an appt. with someone named Barb who is very good at mens cuts, despite me having long, curly blond hair, which doesnt seem relevant to a typical mens cut imo.The whole place has gone down the drain and will take years to recover the skill and quality service it used to have, which is so disappointing as it used to be the best place Ive ever been to. Its on par with Great Clips or something now.

I have been here for both a hair cut and to get my nails done prior to my wedding. My hair cuts with Victoria have all been 5 star experiences. Ive loved all of my cuts and appreciated the conversation as well.My experience getting my nails done was good. They do not do nail designs, which isnt necessarily negative, but something customers should be aware of.

Dont go. I wanted ashy purple, I had natural black hair, and I ended up getting maroon, which I have to live with for a year or two. Big Mistake!!!! Jessica did the hair. Cost me $140 and tips. They even took pictures of my hair when I left, When I looked obviously shocked and confused. I was told that the color would fade/lighten up after a couple washes, but there’s no way it’ll change from maroon to anything near ashy purple. If you don’t have the products for the right color or simply don’t know how to get it done correctly, just be honest with customers and turn them away.Despite everything, Jessica is a very nice, patient, caring and professional stylist. And there are individual rooms for different stylists there which is nice. I enjoyed the privacy and the space.

I was amazed at the transformation of my hair it was brittle and crunchy. Jocelyn took care of me she was super nice helped with my hair decisions. Super friendly I will request her when I go back for sure. My hair is so soft and easy to manage I’m very impressedI’ll be back!!! Angel

Very affordable price for a high quality haircut. Way bigger on the inside than what you would think. Everybody had a very welcoming and kind personality. My stylist, Scarlet, was very willing to discuss and help me figure out what I needed/wanted. Loved how she cut and then styled my hair. If I wasnt leaving OU I would go here regularly.

The new massage therapist is awesome! One of the best massages I’ve had. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything he is doing. Definitely going back!

I wasnt sure what to do to my hair for the haircut, but I knew I wanted a change. Scarlett was so kind and worked with me to give me a haircut that I absolutely love! I have thick curly hair, so Im always a bit nervous to go to a new place, but I will for sure be coming back! Totally recommend going here!

Hillary Cook is a fantastic stylist and shes very nice! She gave me a wonderful haircut and style. Do yourself a favor and call and make an appointment with her. The salon is very nice as well. And everyone that I met were nice too. I highly recommend it!

I’ve only been here once but I’m already raving about this place! The staff is so friendly and Jocelyn who did my cut was so professional and fun! The space is wonderful and she really took her time to make sure I was happy. I hadn’t visited a salon in over 3 years and she really made the visit worth it! Plan on coming back for another great experience and price!

I love The Loft! First off the ladies are so amazing! Always smiling faces when you walk in the door, and a very positive atmosphere! The Luxury lava pedicure was so relaxing and left my feet baby soft. I had my first massage here as well and I AM HOOKED! I will be returning … Loft Lady for Life!!

I wasn’t having the best day, which made me decide to get my hair cut. I haven’t cut my hair in 8 YEARS!!! I was very nervous and scared to have anything done, but the receptionist and stylist made me feel very comfortable and confident in having it cut. Barb, my stylist, did an awesome job and didn’t take off more than I was comfortable with and she made me feel so good about myself and my decision to go through with the cut. Now my hair looks much more healthy and happy, but is still long. I don’t think anyone will even notice!!!Thank you all so much!!! I look forward to coming back!

By far the best place in Athens to get haircuts for the whole family. We are very picky about who cuts our hair and The Loft never disappoints. Each stylist has their own private room which is nice especially during these times we’re currently in. My wife even loves getting her nails done here.

I really love the look and vibes of this beauty venue. Every client has a personal space with their stylist and youre treated very well. I take my stepdaughters there as well and they love it. Next week I go in for a full color and Im excited to see how it turns out.

Today I got a pedicure, my first experience here. The one I was scheduled with was sick so the owner Barb did my pedicure. She was very professional and patiently answered my many questions about her business. My feet look and feel great! I will definitely be a returning customer.

Private, relaxing atmosphere. I got my hair done here last year and I was in love with it, so I went back this year to the same woman hoping for the same cut. Didn’t like it the second time around, I don’t know much about hair but I think the layering was different the second time. I always have my hair up so the shorter layers were inconvenient. Still would definitely recommend.

I’ve been getting my hair highlighted for years and have been to many different salons but the loft was definitely the best service I’ve ever had. I had Jessica, she was amazing and really cared about making me look and feel great. The atmosphere is very cozy and non intimidating I will be coming back for sure

The Loft is great! I go there to get my nails done. Jean and Cheryl are both wonderful! The location is easy to get to with off-street parking, and the inside is cute and welcoming. The ladies here will take great care of you! And the prices are reasonable, as well.

I am a graduate student and wanted to find a good hair salon to use in Athens since home is several hours away and its hard for me to schedule with my usual salon. My hairdresser was Andrea, and while Im sure she meant well... Im very unsatisfied with my haircut. I asked for my hair to be cut shoulder length which she did, and add some layers with a nice long bang per se to frame my face when I pull my hair back. My layers are choppy, and the bang that frames my face is longer than the hairs directly beside it. The layers are super short, and none of them appear to be blended at all. Some pieces are longer than others and the ombre is pretty blunt as well. Not to mention I paid 180 dollars and now will have to be paying more money to get it fixed at my typical salon. I made the mistake in not saying that I didnt like the cut at the salon, however my hair was styled so it was hard to tell. I will not be returning to this salon.

Victoria is my go to for sons hair cut, my daughters and mine. We always look great leaving after she does her magic. Ive gotten my nails done there omce and will be going back to get them done again.

Super friendly staff. They take all of the necessary precautions for preventing spread of COVID-19: staff took my temperature, they wore masks and I had to as well, and there was plenty of hand sanitizer around.On top of all of that, I love my hair cut! I have short curly hair and they did me well! I still get excited when I catch myself in the mirror since they’ve fixed me up!

Excellent. I had a pedicure and they took their time and made it very relaxing. I did nit feel there was a rush to just get me in and out and the seats were very comfortable. Very nice selection of regular and gel polishes. I will be going back.

Wonderful service!! I scheduled myself and facial/massage and my dgts each a mani/pedi. They were able to do everyone at the same time and had everyone done at almost the same time. My facial/massage was amazing, the girls nails and toes looked perfect. Thank you so much for a great experience!!!

Yesterday was my first visit. Dianna did a fatastic job explaing the organic prducts they use, matching my color, and styling my natural frizzy hair. The salon is well designed and very pretty. I was so pleased with my visit that I booked all my appointments for the next year.If you are looking for a new salon check out The Loft, I think you will be pleased.

My favorite place in Athens for a pedicure. They have a mini version that is good if I dont want to take the time for massaging and all that. All the different staff Ive experienced were gentle, professional and thorough.

The hair cut was a little uneven my right side was longer and when it comes to my eyebrows ughh she gave me a pencil line on my right and it looks like she didn’t even try on my left, its so irritating. I try to do something nice for myself and now my eyebrows are uneven as hell!

After trying this The Loft again, WOW!!! I was extremely happy with the services provided. The nail technician, Jean, is a pro and is absolutely phenomenal. She recommended nail strengtheners specific for me and is very pleasant to be around! I cannot wait to go back to The Loft again!

Amanda did great with my cut, style, and brow wax today. Very kind and personable. I cannot wait to return to have her start on my color processing!

My mom, my niece and I had a girls day! My mom and I both got massages and my niece got the princess package and we all LOVED it. We had such a great time and will definitely be returning

Hilary is absolutely amazing with color!! From someone who has had bad hair color and never could find anyone brave enough to fix it, Hilary is my go to lady! LADIES😍 she makes magic. You will not be disappointed.

My gel manicure literally started peeling off the next day. It peeled in several different spots for a while before I just took all the polish off after like 6 days. Not worth the money or time. No I don’t do anything extraordinary that would warrant my manicure peeling off the day after😕

Victoria did an amazing job, she cut 6 inches off and framed my face perfectly! She curled it and made it look beautiful! I will definitely be back!!

Facials are very expensive and they are not as good as I supposed it to be. Also i got allergy on my face due to the face mask they applied.
