I dont appreciate the Owner taking a vape out of the box and selling it to my mom with cancer telling her that it is Zero Nic when they have nicotine.My mom went in asking for a zero nicotine vape and so the owner quickly takes the vape out of the box so my mom dont see that it has the nicotine warning and tells her is is zero nicotine.My mom orders the same brand online and received the vapes today and the boxes has the nicotine warning. She calls the company to ask them about the mistake and they inform her that they dont have a zero nicotine vape.I am very upset bc the nicotine can kill my mom as she is fighting a severe cancer. If it wasnt for her throwing the receipt away I would sue!

If you havent been here before, Steame D8 & D9 products are hands down the most cleanest, most effective 😉 Disposable I have found ANYWHERE!! I havent seen it anywhere else so far but they always have it. Theyre supposed to be getting a new, stronger Steame disposable soon. I have to see it to believe it. If you havent tried it, seriously, it is worth getting. They are one of the few places I have been that actually know what theyre talking about & they have never steered me wrong. Tara gets an A+++!!!

My favorite store for smoking and vaping necessities, great customer service regardless of who it is, what time of day it is, or how many customers are in the store. So much product to explore, and dont be afraid to ask questions as the employees are all very knowledgable about their products. They have reasonable prices, and they also have a reward system when you make purchases. Very organized and not cluttered displays unlike other smoke shops. Never have i had an issue here, and one of my favorite parts is that you can make exchanges if you have unused product. Lastly, i love their incense! All labeled and organized, well stocked, and a great price!

I recently visited Green Light as a total vaping newbie with a whole bunch of questions and confusion. Selene was awesome! She was extremely helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and ultimately offered great suggestions. Its my impression that shes knowledgeable, really loves her job and strives to provide outstanding customer service. The shop is quite spacious with a wide variety of products as well as a big comfortable leather couch and chair to hang out on and enjoy a vape.

Found this little gem last night on a little errand back in Athens. I recently just got involved in the e-cigarette community. Stopped in to check it out and it was great. Ejuice prices are extremely fair and had a HUGE selection. To be honest, probably the cheapest shop prices I’ve been in. Tara was super bowl informative. Very helpful. I had an issue with a Smok Kit I bought here. The screen was funky. After a bit of indecision from the manager, (i get it people drop these or get them wet and claim defects) the owner of the store called me directly. He was attentive, apologetic and exchanged my kit. the manager was so nice about it, gave me a couple freebies and assured me they valued my business. this is my goto local shop from now on and I am very satisfied with the outcome of my issue.

Greenlight was very attentive to and experience I had with a product that they offer.. they encouraged me to let them know how I liked it because it was a newer product. Unfortunately I wasnt satisfied however they gave immediate attention and offered another product at no cost.. would definantly reccomend greenlight and there outstanding customer service
