Best customer service of any of the shops in Athens. I walked in with $40 and wanted a piece for concentrates and I found one with a listed price of about $50 plus tax. An employee named Chris was helping me and got me a discount PLUS helped me and my girlfriend save money in other ways all within the companies policy and I walked out with that $50 piece and a nice bucket for it for only $40. The piece I bought has held up great and look forward to using this shop at my daily. Thank Chris!

My favorite place in southern Ohio. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, I always feel welcome. They know exactly what to recommend and I always leave happy. Good prices too. I’d recommend to anyone. If you don’t live in Athens, it’s worth the trip.

I picked up some glassware and a few hours later realized it was defective I returned the store and the main man their hooked me up with a whole new set up and even gave me some free tickets to the 710 raffle. Awesome service bro!

Have been buying glass from them for the past year, probably about 8 pieces I can think of off the top of my head. Never have been told the store policy that nothing can be used for exchange/return/refund, simply told once off hand that we had 48 hours to come in and exchange. Went yesterday with my wife to get the buy one get one 1/2 for her birthday. One of the pieces has a crystal cut bottom and is cut asymmetrically, allowing it to leak water out of the bottom very slowly. Did not notice this until the piece ended up in a puddle of water. Took it back today to be told that there was nothing he could do. There was no way to know this piece was defected without putting water in it, which it seems Smoke Zone shouldve done before selling if this policy (which is not stated anywhere or told to patrons buying glass) is so strict.

Great selections! Best customer service ever! Zac was epic, had a chill vibe in the store. I was window shopping Zac was handling the counter, answering questions showing me pieces. He had so much knowledge about so many things in the store. It was a great time and I got some cool new art.Ill be there again and I definitely recommend smoke zone.

I’ve been parked outside of the shop since 6:09pm, it’s now 6:42. Sign on the door says “taking lunch be back in 30 minutes, sorry for inconvenience” called twice and no one is answering, hard telling how long the sign has been up, and locked up. I honestly like this place and this is the first real problem I’ve had coming here..Update: 7:00 and still nothing. Still locked up, no one answering. This is really ridiculous!

Each time i’ve been here they are always super nice and helpful! I had the pleasure of having Gabe help me and each time he’s given wonderful recommendations!! I’ll definitely be coming back many times!!!

This place is amazing! Their Exchange policy is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt like they actually cared about my needs not a sale. I also thought theyd be more expensive but they have really great prices! All in all Ill be a returning customer for sure! I absolutely love this store. In my personal opinion I think they always have good music and the workers are always friendly and kind. They help you with anything you need. Truly a wonderful experience every time I go there!

After visiting this store, I will never step foot into their competitors store again. What a great environment, not dark like I was used to seeing before, very very clean, huge selection, way cheaper prices, and when I asked the manager about a product I have never had before, he was very knowledgeable in helping me find the perfect product fit for me! He was very well educated along with the other staff that was working as well, they all had very helpful tips to maximize the product I was searching for! This first timer, is now a lifer! Too expensive and wont let me use the credit card my dad gave me to by stuff for us. In the past few months me and my dad probably spent around 300 dollars on stuff but never again. Staff pushes stuff you dont want or need and you can get it for less online.

Second time stopping here. First time was great. This time the young man working was very kind but had VERY little knowledge of vape juices. There was a girl in the back that seemed knowledgeable but wouldn’t come from the back to assist the gentleman or myself with the juices. She was also polite and seemed to be doing schoolwork on her laptop. I left and was polite but before I did, I figured I’d ask if there was another vape shop in the area (thinking maybe she’d come up to assist in the sale), she didn’t. Headed somewhere else now. I didn’t buy anything.

Worst smoke shop in athens. New policy of your name has to be in the card is ridiculous. My son had my card would not sell to him. So all of these college students with mommy and daddys credit card can not by there anymore. This will be the last time I go there. I can buy the same stuff offline and it is cheaper online I went there to support local businesses. I spent 300.00 dollars there a month.

I went today to buy a piece that was posted on the front by the entrance. When I got there, the lady went to get it and came back to tell me the sale ended. The price for the piece was posted over the poster for the sale on 4/20 which is today and I couldn’t wait to buy it. Needless to say they had to call the manager who said that they can’t sell it for that price and she was going to take it down. I care back later and the sign was still up. I guess they don’t mind false advertising.

First time ever being in there, it was awesome pipes and deals arent easy to come by at those kinda stores. Staff/manager was nice and explained things very well. Its my new favorite smoke shop

Always my go to shop for vape juice and other accessories. The staff working is always super kind and always trying to help you out. Theres always sales and discounted merchandise and not to mention their variety of glass and vapeware. Give all of the employees there a raise.

The customer service is usually quite a dreary experience. They ALMOST ALWAYS make me feel like I am a burden to them.

The only one thats a solid worker there is the guy Kaleb. Everyone else just does not care or are super pushy to get you to buy something. Because of this, Ive just ventured across the street to Silver Serpent. Good pieces, good environment.

The employee named Ky was very very rude to us when we came in to buy a pipe. I am not sure how she ever got a customer service job. we left before making a purchase because she was soooo rude.

The staff was unfathomably rude and clueless about their products. They will intentionally lie to you about the quality of their products to make sales and then subsequently deny any service to you! Take your business elsewhere.
