What a fantastic experience!! First of all, the food is *really* good. Its not an afterthought to the show. Make sure to arrive early/on time so that you can eat before the show starts - the table next to us arrived later and their food took a while to come out and they barely had a chance to eat their food.Once the show starts, its a blast! Great MC, super fun performances, and they really get out and get amongst the tables (mainly to grab tips, but thats part of the fun.) I wont even say its super high energy the whole time - there was a lull in the middle while they took pictures with all the birthday & anniversary people (of which there were a lot.) And it could have even been a good bit more subversive, for my tastes. But it was super fun and a great time.It is pretty loud and after a while, I had to put in my loop earplugs, which is a huge help for me - I can keep partying without getting so overwhelmed.
Ive had the pleasure of visiting Lips Atlanta multiple times, and it never fails to deliver an unforgettable experience. From the moment you walk in, youre greeted with a glass of bottomless mimosas(brunch only), setting the tone for a fun-filled outing. The atmosphere is always electric, thanks to the energetic, friendly, and beautiful performers who ensure every guest feels welcome and entertained. The food at Lips Atlanta is consistently impressive. Ive tried a variety of entrees, and each dish has been delicious, making it clear that the kitchen takes as much pride in their food as the performers do in their show. Whether youre there for brunch or another meal, youre in for a treat. If youre searching for a lively brunch spot, Lips Atlanta is the place to go. Remember to bring some bills to show the ladies some love; they truly deserve it for the joy and excitement they bring to every performance.
This was our 1st time at a Drag Queen show. We enjoyed every minute too! The staff was beautiful, the Mistress of Ceremonies was hilarious, the performers were great, the food was delicious & it was over too soon! Weve only been in Georgia a little under 2 years & this was our 1st night out on the town. The only things Id change would be more A/C & the flexibility to do separate checks. 💋
I gave it 4 starts even though I had a lot of fun with my friends. The show was amazing, the food and SOME of the girls were great too. Our waiter wasn’t that attended to us. Her Attitude since we seat down wasn’t the greatest. I will go back again ( hopefully get another waiter) and do it again. I recommend this place you’ll have a really good time.Y’all do a great job keep it up.
I cannot rave enough about this place. Went today for my first time to celebrate my mom’s 75th birthday with a brunch. The Food was amazing we had: steak and eggs (tender steak), shrimp and grits (creamy, well seasoned and perfectly cooked shrimp), chicken penne vodka and the veggie curry. The entertainment was incredible and the location so well decorated. I so highly recommend this place!
This is a very entertaining place. And the food is delicious with large portions cooked perfectly and a great variety. The perfect place to go for somebodys birthday or bachelor / bachelorette party whatever! Best with friends! So glad that we were invited to go with others we might have never taken time to visit otherwise. Dont miss it go if you have a chance. #LipsATL
This place is so entertaining! Im not even into drag anything but its fun to watch and the waiters are very good, attentive, and entertaining. This place does require a reservation for a show time. When you pay it includes the show and food, but no drinks, also on the tab if youre in a group it will be 1 check so be prepare to split it or have cash, gratuity will also already be included. This was my 3rd visit, and every time it was fun! Its also best to have cash (1s) for tips to the performers. However, they will come around before the show to swap out cash for you. Parking isnt good unless you get there right when another show is done so you can catch someone leaving. Im never been a fan of their food, very bland, but with adding salt and pepper, its OK but definitely not better than their drinks. For 1 person its $50 plus tax and tip. If your celebrating a birthday or engagement there are some options to go on stage and all the drags are like comedians so be prepared! Theyre very direct and funny! Add it to your to do list for ATL!
A great experience for anyone celebrating a life accomplishment! I took my mom to celebrate her retirement and they were so sweet to her! April was very nice and Bridgitte was an entertaining MC for sure! As advertised, this show was for a mature audience comfortable with a little vulgarity and a lot of good-natured teasing. The food was more than satisfying and delicious, Daniel’s drinks were excellent and the price was extremely reasonable. A good time was had by all!
I came to celebrate someone’s birthday. It was a lot of fun and the drinks and food were good. There were some really great entertainers and, as expected, a few who were mediocre. I’m guessing they were fairly new and just need a little time to improve. Our waitress was wonderful and the MC was hilarious. The only thing I didn’t like was the desert. They are mini red velvet cupcakes and cannoli from Publix or somewhere like that. Not made in-house. Also, they won’t split the check. You’ll need to figure that out among your group.
I had such a great time at this place. The ladies were absolutely amazing and talented. The host definitely came out with the most! Staff and host interact with audience and ensure you have a great time! They have special photos for people celebrating their birthdays and bachelorettes. Food wasnt the best but the show is definitely what you come here for. Great drinks for a good price too! The bartender Daniel is amazing!!
Fun nite out for birthdays, brides-to-be, and simply a great time! My most recent visit was for the Friday nite show. I suggest the first show for seamless parking in the lot. They run an efficient process for taking orders and serving drinks and meals. Bring cash to exchange for dollar bills to tip the performers. The performances will range from diverse genres and will definitely have you and your crew engaged. Perfect spot if youre celebrating a birthday or engagement because they will welcome you on stage to be celebrated. The Friday nite fee is $46. The food is just ok and folks seem to enjoy the cocktails.
My friends and I had such a great time at this location! We didn’t have to wait long for food and drinks , everything tasted really good . I went with a group of 10 we all had a great experience and everyone enjoyed their food ! The drag show was very entertaining . Great spot for girls night , we attended their Saturday showtime for 8pm which is $46 automatically for food . The total for our group was about $980 for 10 . For food and drinks , take singles also to tip the drags during the performance ☺️.
This was my first experience at a Drag Queen Show and I had an absolute blast! The food was tasty and the show was fun & full of life/laughter. $30 covered the show, a salad, the main entrée, and a dessert. Make sure to bring some cash to tip the performers because they deserve it! If you dont have $1 bills on you before you go, they will break your big bills into smaller ones. If you find anything related to as uncomfortable or not my thing when going to a Drag Queen Show...then dont go because a hateful review is not needed due to your comfort level.Have fun and make sure to reserve your table ahead of time!
Pros:Food was fresh and quality was great. If you’re into Drag shows, very entertaining. If not, maybe stay home.Cons:Service in the beginning was rushed and a little rude “I’ll wait on you all day” “we have a lot of shows to do”. We were sitting for not even 2 minutes before we were rushed to order both drinks and food at the same time.gratuity is already added. They forgot to bring our dessert.
I had such an amazing night and everyone made me feel so special for my 25th birthday. It’s absolutely beautiful here and the performer’s outfits were absolutely stunning along with their amazing performances. This was definitely a night to remember. The drinks were made to perfection and the hormone shot was delicious. I highly recommend. Shout out to the amazing host! I definitely will return!
I came here for the Saturday night Glitz & Glam show with a friend and had a blast! The performers, outfits, decor, and music were just phenomenal! My only complaint was that I didnt want it to end! The food was fairly decent and comes as a 3-course meal from a pre-fixe menu which is included in the ticket price. I recommend making a reservation over the phone in advance especially for large parties or weekend shows because the room was packed, and I was lucky to even find parking. Also, remember to bring cash tips for the performers! Overall, I had a great time and would absolutely return in the future!
I want to preface this by saying I was mad at myself for living in Atlanta for 12+ years and now being my first time visiting Lips.My sister visited from out of town so we figured this would be a fun thing to do for dinner. Food was excellent, service was great and the show was top notch! I have a big birthday coming up soon and have already requested my partner bring me back for my bday.Highly recommend!
“Enter-Dine-Ment”, don’t know if that’s a word in the dictionary, but this place is the definition. What a wonderful experience. Had heard of Lips and was apprehensive about having birthday dinner there, just because you really don’t acquaint dinner with a drag show…However we were thoroughly impressed with the entire operation. From the time on the phone making reservations, to the hostess seating us, to our server taking care of us, to the performers putting together a well-organized program, the night was truly special. The price per person was reasonable, considering entertainment was included. The menu had many choices for every taste, half our party chose salmon, while the other half chose steak, and both were seasoned & cooked to our taste. Cocktails were a tall pour and that was refreshing. The entertainment was “at 100” the entire time they were performing, whether on or off on stage. There was a wide range of talent for every theatrical taste and style you could imagine, while also taking care of your dining needs. Professional from start to finish, the entire atmosphere was electric. Please bring money for tips, they have a cash drawer available so you can participate with the talent. Thanks…jc & Thomas
Show was fantastic!! Atmosphere great! My issue was the food. We were a party of 13 and for some reason our waiter decided not to take my order! It wasn’t until everyone was eating that I realized they forgot about me. I approached them and was told that someone said I didn’t want to eat which is outrageous then I was sent home with a cheeseburger and fries. I didn’t know there were other options until I paid the bill. I understand it was a busy Saturday night but that’s not an excuse to skip on service.
Lips was a lot of fun. The entertainers were comedic and engaging with the guests. The individual birthday celebrations were a lot of fun. If we went for the show alone, I’d give 5 stars. We ordered the salmon and the burger. The salmon was a bit undercooked, and it’s a bit dark so it’s hard to see. The burger looked a lot better than it actually was. They brought cupcakes at the end. Unfortunately, mine had a hair running through the middle of the frosting. It’s was a fun night and we’re so glad we went. For future attendees, if you can eat first, and just get a show ticket, that would be my recommendation. The fact that they are able to seat and feed so many at once, with so many options on the menu, is impressive, but definitely effects the quality.
So…this team of entertainers are incredible!!!! You better know that you will enjoy this show from top to bottom. The staff is courteous and friendly, and I absolutely adore my “blonde baby” bartender. He was the sweetest. Now…on another note, the food was just okay. I was disappointed that the late show on Saturday did not offer the full menu posted on the website, and I was really looking forward to salmon and some healthier options. However, we received a limited menu that primarily included bar food—wings, cheese sticks, pot stickers, etc. I just ordered the PuPu platter so that I could try a few of them. I looked to another guest and asked “How is your food?” He responded, “It’s just food.” That sums it up perfectly. The following day I returned for yet another birthday celebration during brunch and hoped that this amazing venue would better deliver in the food category. Yes, they offered the full brunch menu, and I had the shrimp and grits, which our server raved about…but it was just okay. They said the chicken and waffles were good, and I wanted to try them, but the show was wrapping up before I could order. I would definitely return for a celebration, a show, or to hang at the bar if possible…but eating wouldn’t be my reason. I honestly wish I could give this establishment five stars because these queens WERK!
On a Monday we celebrated one of my Best Josh’s Birthday. We called and planned my party of 3 VIPs with ease. I have been many drag shows in the USA. This is the only one that serves a French style dinner (four course meal). The signature cocktails were strong and amazing. The entertainers and servers were very organized and on point. For my party we felt so personal when Josh became part of the show! Girls, thank you for everything and more! Smile you are beautiful!! Kiss Kiss.
The staff was absolutely amazing, from the manager, DJ, chef, and the girls. I have never been to a show like this so I didnt know what to expect. As soon as we met our server I knew it was going to be a great time. She was hilarious, made sure my wife and I were comfortable, kept the drinks flowing, and a talented dancer. The servers are all the performers, so it seems like they are rushing you at first. They are not by any means, they want to ensure your food order is sent to the kitchen before they go on stage. Also bring money with you so you can tip the ladies during their performance. There is an ATM on-site if you neednto get cash for tips. The staff will also echange your large bills for dollar bills. The food is great, I ordered the steak not expecting much, I was wrong. Well seasoned and perfectly cooked. For the prudes out there, they do not get naked nor do they touch you. If you let down your guard just a little bit, you will have a great time. If you stay stoic and look like you dont want to be there, they will make fun of you.
This place is amazing!!!! I haven’t laughed this hard in a long time!!! Bring your dollar bills because they deserve them. Expect to spend money! $120 with “gratuity they automatically add “ for 2 people with several drinks and dinner but so worth it!!! We had so much fun! Food is pricey but taste amazing. The calamari is amazing and I recommend the pork chop! Ravioli was delicious but very little for $16. This place is a must!!!
Went today in celebration for my birthday and had an amazing time! From door opening at 130 until we left after 4pm. Best show ever and the ladies performances and services were absolutely amazing! Will definitely be returning again.
This is the most entertaining way to spend a Sunday afternoon. The food is great. The ladies are soooo nice. AND they are incredibly entertaining. You cant beat this experience. But let me tell you. The MC, the Mother of Ceremonies, Ms. Taejah, is EVERYTHING that youd want and some things you didnt know you needed. Shes beautiful, talented, and FUNNY.All of the entertainers were wonderful. There is a fully stocked bar and a drink menu with great specialty drinks. The food is always top notch. Theres plenty of free parking. Arrive on time and BRING SOME ONES $$💵$$.Once you visit this place, you will make a pilgrimage at least once or twice a year. I bet money on it.Go to the website and make your reservations now.
I came to Lips with a few ladies to celebrate our birthdays!🎂 We were Accommodated with the VIP section! First come, first serve at the bar! You will receive a salad, a delicious entree. Anything from pasta, seafood to steak! Then dessert!😋 Try a specialty cocktails! 🍸 If youre are celebrating a millstone birthday, engagement/Bachelorette party this is the place to be! For a small fee you can go on stage and become part of the show! Then take a picture with the ladies!Remember, to bring $ dollars 💵 to tip the talented ladies!
Lips is definitely a place to check out. Went with some girlfriends for one of their birthdays. The service isnt great because your server is in the show, but it is a fun experience. I was pleasantly surprised the food was as good as it was. The mimosas and bloody marys are bottomless but extremely weak.
Oh my. I have so many great things to say about this place. They are VERY PROFESSIONAL. I will definitely go back again. From beginning to end it was a great time. They are organized and upscale. I celebrated my birthday there and gonna start making it a yearly thing. Im still bragging about my great time. Its most definitely and Experience.
Omg! I dont recall the last time I had this much fun!!! The outer appearance of the building looks boring. That is a facade. Walking inside is like walking into the ultimate fantasy! There is glitter and crystal everywhere. Loved it.We went to the gospel brunch on Sunday. Im so glad we did. The food was phenomenal. Absolutely the best blueberry pancakes ever! They were homemade like someones granny was back there. The drinks were on point too! This is a great outing for a birthday celebration or just to get out. Why? Cuz ASH SAID IT!!!
I went with a group of friends. It was my first visit. Its not somewhere I wouldve thought I would enjoy, but let me tell you something! I had a BLAST! IT IS SOOOO MUCH FUN! It can be a little pricey, but worth it. I wasnt expecting much out of the food, but it was very good. I had the shrimp alfredo. You have to make reservations ahead of time. If you get a chance to go...... Do it! We are already planning another trip.
I enjoyed the show, but man....the tab will run up on you. If Im going to spend $200+ ......I want things A++. However, the performers were pretty good. Some of the ladies really put thought into their segment and its so appreciated. You want to make a reservation and you want to bring 1s or cash to tip the entertainment. The food is ok, the drinks are ok. But ok....needs to turn into extraordinary. They may get comfortable because business is ok ....but you dont want something else popping up around the city and taking the attention away. Find ways to spice it up. I feel yall are like family there and thats a good feeling. But time to take everything to the next level.
This was my 1st time ever going to a Drag Show and I must say YASSSSSSS. It was everything. They were so nice and the food was good. Thank you for making my 1st experience so memorable. I will definitely be going back. Hands down 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
This was my second time at Lips and it lived up to my great memories from last time! My group of 7 went to Lips for the Sunday brunch show at 1:30. We called to make a reservation 3.5 weeks in advance. The shows do sell out so make your reservation early!!Doors open for brunch at 1:30. A line forms early, but it doesn’t matter what time you get there because the tables are set in advance. However, the earlier you get there, the earlier you can get started drinking!Prices vary for the different shows. For Sunday brunch, it’s $25.95 per person, which includes a Bloody Mary or Mimosa. You can upgrade to bottomless for $6 per person. They also have shots and cocktails for $10 each. My only complaint was that I did not get drunk at all and we did bottomless. The mimosas tasted and felt like 99% orange juice and 1% champagne. You obviously don’t go to Lips for the food, but the food ain’t bad! I got Chicken and Waffles and it was good. It’s a great place to celebrate birthdays and bachelorettes. They really make them feel special by calling them up to the stage!Make sure to bring cash to tip the performers. They come around with $20 and $10 in paper clipped ones! Just bring the big bills and they have you covered. If you don’t have cash, they do have ATMs. I brought $20 and it was the perfect amount. I gave to each performer and then added whatever was left to the tip jar they put on the tables at the end.Our total ended up being $43 per person. Tip is included. They put the total on the check and they also put what it comes out to per person. They take up to 4 credit cards per check. The easiest thing to do is put it on 1 credit card and then everyone can just Venmo or Paypal or Zelle or CashApp that person.I spent $43 plus the $20 in tips to the performers. For a wonderful drag show, $63 is well worth it! I love Lips. I highly recommend.
We went for a bachelorette party and thoroughly enjoyed the wait staff and show. The food was pretty good for the location and had a variety of drinks for anyone. It was a little complicated to make arrangements for a large group but it all worked out in the end. Just be sure to plan ahead thoroughly if taking a large group.
We love this place! The entertainment is amazing and the food is delicious. The Queens are hilarious and do a wonderful job of exciting us with new songs/stunts. We will definitely be back again soon!
10/4/20I always love LIPS drag shows, but I also know to not expect much from the service or food. Envy was our server. We both ordered the steak and eggs. We didn’t have silverware when the food arrived. Both plates arrived cold and Envy said she’d have them remake it. The food came back and everything was hot but then our steaks were overcooked and his scrambled cheese eggs were missing the cheese the second time. We asked for 57 sauce and got A1. Mimosas took a long time as usual and were such small pours. Silverware was dirty again so we asked for plastic.I hate being put in a position to complain about anything here because I love drag queens so much, but I really wanted to impress my boyfriend. I took out $120 from the ATM and left with nothing and I really wish I could have gotten my money’s worth. I would have rather tipped all that money than pay for the food.Thank you for doing these shows and for bringing such joy to people. Both times I’ve been here, the food was bad. I went with a guy friend the first time and with my best friend the last. I ordered a cheeseburger and a Bloody Mary for the brunch show. The BM was gross and I asked for something else. The fries were cold and as you can see from the pics the burger patty was so cold the cheese didn’t even melt. They gave me a disrespectful amount of ketchup and I could tell from the splatter marks they ran out of ketchup while they were filling the ramekin and decided to not get another bottle of ketchup. The fork was dirty. Thank god I didn’t need it. I asked for extra pickles. I got one spear. I asked for mustard. I got some spicy aioli on the side. The server said they’d bring mustard with the meal. I’m very disappointed. The 3 stars are for the performance. The food was terrible. The show was great.Friday 1/10/20Waitress was nice with a beautiful dress sequin dress. I told her I wanted the wings but did not eat drum stricks. I got wings (5 drums and 2 flats) also ordered the steak. Basic. :( show started at 7:48pm. Love the show. Still hate the food.
I loved it, but there are things you should know.Great staff, fun show, and good food.Read all the rules on the website so you come prepared and know that it is one check for your whole party and they can only split it up evenly up to 4 cards.Bring cash to give the dancers. The alcohol is expensive, $9 drinks and $10 shots.I had a great time and will be back!
DO NOT GO!!!! I went to this place Saturday February 10 of 2024 with my friends and family to celebrate my birthday. We had an amazing time on the inside but when it was time to go we got outside and my car +5 other peoples car were broken into and windows busted out For the prices that they charge for the food there they should definitely have better security outside so that your vehicle is more safe. I ended up having to spend $400 after my birthday to replace my back window because they do not have the proper security that they should have.
EDITED:So David the general manager gave me a call back and offered me and my friends a dinner due to the inconvenience & I must say I love David! Communication and customer service skills A1 ! Decided to retry for my brothers birthday & we had a great time. Good delicious, the show was amazing (if you don’t like dark humor don’t come) server was great Mz Star! We did catch the first Christmas show so I would definitely go back to see how the regular shows are set up! Once again David thank you for making this experience SO MUCH BETTERCalled Thursday last week to reserve a table for my birthday. When calling to make sure everything was good Monday I was told there might not be a show because enough guest didn’t reserve , mind you I had a party of 14 alone! Here we are 6:21pm I get a phone call the day before my birthday that I can receive 25% discount to come Thursday ! Thursday isn’t my birthday and if I had this information when I first reserved I wouldn’t have wasted my time! So yes lips ruined my day I’m so upset and there’s no amount of dollars that can help make it better! Communication skills need to be better! So I have a party of 14 with no where to go or eat lmfao THANK YOU LIPS ATLANTA
I highly recommend Lips! We went to celebrate remission and girls family night out. We had such a great time! Our server was friendly and so sweet to my cousin and me about our remission. They made us feel special when they brought us up to the stage. So thankful for that! The food tasted great and it was brought out quickly. We all enjoyed what we ordered and even had leftovers. I had read some reviews, so we knew to have dollar bills for when the performers came around. Make sure you bring lots of 1s or some 5s to tip them. They deserve it! It really was such a great time. We will be back!!
I always enjoy myself when I come here. I’ve been here a few times now and I can say they do not disappoint. The food is amazing! The seating and decor are phenomenal while the ladies are gorgeous! The show is grand and is different every so after to keep guest entertained. My sisters and I went for birthday celebration and we enjoyed our time. If you have a big party, everyone has to arrive 15 mins prior to being seated. Bring a minimum of $50-75 dollar due to the food, drinks, and tips you’ll be giving to the ladies performing. I would definitely recommend this place but be aware everything has to be on one check!
RECOMEND YOU TO MAKE A RESERVATION AT LEAST A WEEK IN ADVANCE. This place is a very good getaway if you want to do something different. The entertainment will have you singing along and laughing all night. The staff is very attentive to the costumer and even though the place was packed we got exellent service. MONICA made our night. Thank you LIPS for a great time. We will definently be going there again.
I had a girls night out with 5 other girls. I can say the hospitality is welcoming and the vibe is very energetic and fun. The reason for my 3 stars , you’re forced to purchase the food. The salad was good however the steak was disgusting. The asparagus & steak were salty to the point were it wasn’t edible. We also didn’t receive our dessert. The drinks were sweet , all of our drinks. Even the “shot” that was mixed with juice was sweet. This is an overall review of 6 girls. Definitely not worth $100 . I would recommend to go on a night were you get to enjoy the night only.
We done the Sunday brunch!!!!! The absolute best fun I’ve had in my life!! All the Queens were so beautiful!! The food was amazing!! Chicken and waffles the best I’ve had!! Blush was so sweet to us!!! She made us feel so welcome.(probably could tell it was our first time) The endless Mamosa‘s kept the party going!! Please keep in mind that it’s a 20% gratuity added to your tab in addition to what you tip the queens. For brunch we done the meal and endless Mamosa’s for $26.95 I believe it was. The show is a must see!!!!
Absolutely the best show ever such a good time. You definitely have to try this experience if youre in Atlanta!!
Brought my daughter in here for her birthday and we absolutely LOVED it!! Aspen was our server and she was great!! All the ladies were phenomenal! Everyone from the front door, the bartender, the performers....omg!!! Definitely had a great time!! The show was amazing!!!
The food and the service are good and I enjoyed Bingo games supporting the people that can’t take care of their dogs but the guy on the microphone last night was very disrespectful last night , talking about “the black woman” , the “Mexican people to come and clean” , Donald Trump, etc. very stupid jokes, he shouldn’t be on the microphone…
Lips Atlanta was absolutely a fabulous and hilarious time‼️ We had a reservation for 12 recently and the staff went above and beyond for us. We were also extremely impressed with the food, it was delicious. The entertainment was a-m-a-z-i-n-g. This was our first visit and we will definitely be enjoying this awesome place in the future. Seriously, if youve not been you really should visit. Thank you to the staff and the entertainers for such an amazing night full of laughs and memories being made. We appreciated it so much and cant wait to share it on our podcast.
Mom came from out of town so I wanted to take her to a drag show! I found out about lips but when I made the reservation I thought I was mainly paying for the show and wasn’t thinking the food was going to be anything special. I was wrong! The food was amazing. We got the pork chop and salmon and they were both soooo good. The girls were amazing and had us cracking up the whole time! The host was so funny and kept everyone entertained the whole time. Even though the audience was packed we were still able to get food and cocktails to us in a reasonable amount of time. My mother and I will be going back every time she comes to visit me! Thanks lips
Could not have had a better experience for Sunday brunch. The food was amazing (yes, get the chicken and waffles), the mimosas and bloody Mary was on point, and the drag show was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend making an advance reservation though. It was me and my partners first time there, and Im glad we went. Will definitely be back!
The food was worth about half the price they charge. I was extremely disappointed with the dessert bites. The frozen peach margarita was $9 and worth every penny. The show itself was an hour long and really good. It was the first drag queen show that Ive been to so I have nothing to compare it to. I spent $47 not including a tip for service and not including a tip for valet. I encourage everyone to bring cash as they will split the bill between at most 4 credit cards per group.
Reviews are overrated. The hostess and the waiter was very nice. The food, blah. The show, I was expecting a show, not a performance just to get money and leave. I waited for this day for a long time, I love drag queen and burlesque shows and that is what I was expecting. We had fun, but not a spectacular drag queen show.Oh, and the one in the picture... not even a smile to greet you, only when she was asking for the money.
Came here on pride weekend for the “nasty” show at the end of the night. The show itself was great. Great queens with a ton of talent. For those wondering, I wouldn’t call the show super nasty or dirty. To be honest we found it pretty tame. The food here is relatively expensive and the drinks are awful. My partner and I ordered two cocktails and we could not taste the liquor in either. It tasted like cheap mixer and sugar. It was disappointing to have to pay $12 for a drink without any liquor. Particularly when there’s a mandatory food charge.
We are from San Diego and went to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday in Atlanta. This was the pinnacle point of our trip. We are huge RuPaul drag race fans and I have to admit the Atlanta Queens would give the show a run for their money. Performers and food were great and a fun atmosphere, a must go!
To be honest I feel my party of 6 on valentines day got ripped off... they forced us to pay a 20% gratuity fee towards our combined totals instead of individually and nowhere was it posted and then our waitress LaLa was rude about the situation and also we got more attention from other waitresses instead of her.. she never gave us a pitcher of water throughout our entire visit when every other table had theirs.. the performances were alright but too many seasoned queens having hair and wardrobe malfunctions were unacceptable.. the valet parking was not organized at all... I wouldnt recommend going on a special occasion.. they had the regular menu in our face but only could order from the custom menu which sucked so bad.. the cost was not worth the entertainment and food.. so a regular night wouldve been better
Dinner was quite good. Fun atmosphere, energy. Something different! If you come ready to have fun and with an open mind, you’ll enjoy yourself. Dinner theater style but with live lip singing drag queens. Bring your dollar bills!
Honestly if you haven’t been here you are missing out!! The atmosphere is absolutely amazing. Everyone genuinely cares for you and takes time to make sure you are doing okay. Aspen, Evelyn, meetcha, and taejah are literally the most sweetest people you will ever meet truly the best about lips. There manger David goes out of his way for everyone there in that place whether you are a customer or a worker. I seriously can’t rate this place 5 stars enough. Go to lips atl you will not be let down!! I for sure plan to make more trips ❤️
Had the best time!! Show and Ladies are marvelous, kind and full of spit and vinegar‼️‼️
The performers were great, we loved the small club type atmosphere. The food and drinks were good too. I just wish the show had been a little longer, but I know they had more shows to go that night. It was a great place for a party and we would definitely return. Our server, GiGi was so nice and spot on with the Taylor Swift performance. Thanks for a fun time!
I came here with a group of friends for one of their birthdays, and I do not think it is an exaggeration to say it was one of the best nights ever. Great food, AMAZING outfits and performances, and they were all super sweet and hilarious too. I’ve never felt more comfortable with myself in a public setting. Highly recommend, we will hopefully be going back! ❤️❤️❤️
Was very entertaining, fun and outgoing place, food and drinks were great and the service was awesome!
We laughed, we drank, we ate, we drank and we laughed some more. So much fun and the food was really good. I was honestly surprised at how good our food was. I ordered the tilapia fish, shrimp, rice and broccoli. All seasoned well and came out hot.... Drinks were on point too. Definitely will come again cause the entertainment was good too.
My friend had her Dragalicious Birthday Brunch here last Saturday and we had a good time. Mr. Charlie Brown was the host and he had us in stitches lol. He is hilarious! All of the Queens performed well and kept us entertained. It’s loud & lively! The food and mimosas were good as well. This was my first visit and I really enjoyed myself.
Love love the shows, the staff is always hilarious and enjoyable. The drinks and shots are wonderful. Only 1 down side Always the same menu.
I went to Lips this past Saturday evening with a group of friends to celebrate our fellow coworker Cassandra’s birthday. I went to Lips several times earlier this year, and bragged to everyone at work about how great the show was. But I made special mention of two entertainers… the big girl host and the girl who did Beyonce! Just to get there and NEITHER were there!!! The atmosphere already felt kinda off from my experience before and then the new host is kinda rude and made an off color joke about Jews that offended two of my coworkers!!! Noone goes for the food, and the host IS the show! I wish I remembered the previous hosts name but it eludes me! That lady was yalls spirit animal!!! Can anyone tell me if she’s ok?
Lips was by far the best part of our bachelorette weekend in Atlanta! The staff were all so friendly and the show was absolutely fabulous! The performances were so fun and well done. The menu also had a delicious number of dishes and drinks were reasonably priced. Our bride was brought on stage for an unforgettable night. Would recommend for bachelorette parties, birthdays, or for a fun and unique night out!
Really enjoyed myself here. The food did what it was supposed to do and the Queens were EVERYTHING! The host was also so hilarious. Only 4 stars though because I didn’t appreciate how one certain queen walked up to me after the show ended to tell me I was “ too loud” when taking a sickening video of my friend with the gorgeous host. The music was louder than me. It was giving “ I’m not getting enough attention. Why aren’t the guests taking pictures with me :( “ . Maybe try being THAT girl? Besides that loved my experience.
First of all I want to say that the drag show is amazing. The “ladies” really know how to put on a show.. The reason for the 1 star review is that we went to Lips last weekend and had the absolutely worst experience with a bartender/server named KJ also known as Jade. She proceeded to offer unsolicited “services” to my husband of 12 yrs. She refused to stop and mentioned how she worked at Oasis emporium and how she had regulars who would pay “big money” for her services. I believe she was definitely on drugs. It is a shame because we are locals and really like the brunch. We have contacted the city of Brookhaven and are currently conducting an investigation. We will not be coming back
Cannot wait to visit again! Bottomless mimosas and delicious brunch. Amazing performers and servers. Beautiful looks and decor. Fun activities for birthdays, anniversaries, and such. Bring cash and they can make change to tip every performer and your server. Well worth the experience and more than enough parking. Vegetarian and vegan options available. Loud sounds and light sensitivity precautions.
I felt jipped, one check 14 people, because you could only pay on one credit card! the amount did not add up, and you try to see if you can set it straight with 14 people.. a mess!!!! I would suggest a small group. If you have a larger group, you can ONLY order off a smaller menu. You CANNOT order anything else. I personally didnt like twisted Broadway, but Ive been on a different night before with a smaller group and the show was fun and funny as hell... but you will spend $..
I had an okay time! It ended up being expensive and i think there was a mandatory gratuity that was charged to my bill, not to upset about that because i honestly didnt read the policies lmao. They also added a birthday experience fee which I never asked for, I just told them ,its my birthday! when they asked. The brunch was good. I was expecting MUCH more out of the performances. The performers did some twirls and jumps on stage for 30 seconds-1 minute, but when they got off the stage thats when the performance stopped. It just turned into trotting around and collecting the tips. Not much tricks or dancing. This wasnt all the performances, but most. The seating we had also kinda hindered the experience. Please dont put seats in the corner😭, i could barely see the drag queens when they moved throughout the venue. I give it a 5.5/10 , i didnt really get the performance experience i was expecting. Plus, its kinda pricy.
I came Saturday night for my birthday celebration. OMG! What an experience it was! I had soooooo much fun! The staff was amazing, food perfect, music/entertainment was spectacular. Cant forget my waitress Nichelle, she managed to make my birthday one for the books. Absolutely loved her. Cant wait to come back to see another show and also catch Taboo!! Best place ever!
Such an amazing experience!! Cant wait to go again!
This place is amazing. The girls really put on a good show. I would definitely come back after my first time coming. I am really amazed how they take everyone orders then turn around and perform on stage. My friends and I ordered the Shrimp Alfredo which was really delicious, however, the shrimp couldve been cooked a little longer. I also ordered a frozen peach margarita to drink and I was satisfied with my experience.
Had an Amazing experience. Went for a Mothers Day and Birthday combination celebration and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The entertainment and Food was fantastic. Id definitely go back again.
Truly incredible program! Fantastic food, really great service - super clean and unbelievably fun!
Went here for the Friday show, if you can even call drag queens walking around collecting dollars while badly lip syncing a show. I previously went to a drag queen brunch at elsewhere brewing where it was a SHOW with lots of dancing, back flips, cartwheels, and splits. I couldn’t believe that the drag queens would get on stage, sing for 10 seconds and then walk around in the audience collecting dollars. The only saving grace was the MC who did a decent job.To make matters worse the drinks were SO sugary I had a couple sips and then couldn’t drink anymore. The food was bland, really shocked so many people are saying the food is good.Anyways, I was disappointed and won’t be back, save your money and go somewhere else.
A few friends and I went to Lips last night to celebrate a bride to be. Upon arrival, none of the queens were welcoming. No hello, a smile, or anything. Just a flat question, name? Our queen waitress was unfriendly as well. Didnt smile at us the whole time. I feel like, all we got all evening, literally, was attitude from any one of them that we asked a question. They had five items on our bill that were not ours, and when we told the queen that brought our bill to us, she took it back to remove them, but when she brought the ticket back, rushed us while we reviewed the ticket to make sure it was right. Thee audacity. The only time they smiled is when they came off that stage during their performance to get tips. The plus about the show was that Queen Valentino was absolutely hilarious, and the food, although a little bit too salty, was good. 3 of us had the salmon dish, another, the shrimp, and someone had the chicken parm and she said the noodles were gummy. All in all, I would recommend the show if you want a good laugh, as long as Valentinos there. If I go back, I wont be tipping any of the performers again though. Just too unfriendly. They add a nice chunk of gratuity in your bill anyway.
This was my 1st (last) visit the food was decent yet arrived Luke warm ( closer to cool) cocktails did not stand up to there name, the talent was good for the most part a couple were really good....The venue was not as clean as one would generally anticipate especially as were coming out of having been locked down due to the pandemic.
Really good time! Love Love, Love the host! Loved our server Nicky! Only issue is the check policy, everyones meal is on one check..nope dont like that! Other than that it was a great experience!
It is definitely an experience that you will enjoy and never forget. If I can go every week I will go. The prices is reasonable, The drinks are good and the food is decent. You gotta try to at least once.
Recently visited and was well impressed. From dinner to show to atmosphere everything was excellent. The Queen who served us was Meetcha Makea and she was a blast! She was full of energy and made our time there memorable. Her show was also one of the best that night, being upbeat and of the highest quality.
We went to celebrate a birthday. It was absolutely amazing. Collectively we had a great time, the food was good and the show was very good. I definitely recommend.
I bought 9 of my friends we had a blast. The food was WOW delicious. The Entertainers were the best. We all fell in likes with the host. And our server was Great she was the first one on stage I don’t remember her name. Wonderful place to party. We are planning our next. Visit.
My mom, sister and I visiting Lips on Saturday night. The service is EXCELLENT! I recently visited the original NYC location and falsely expected the experience to be the same. The ladies were definitely fun, but there was more crude humor and less dancing than my NYC experience. One of the ladies walked around the floor without dancing at all. I felt like she was more interested in picking dollar bills like flowers instead of entertaining the crowd. My sister had a better experience than I did. It could be because I was comparing everything to NYC. I would go back again to give it another chance. Dinner was good, desserts were just okay.
Came here for my sister’s birthday on 12/3 this past weekend. It was too expensive for the experience in my opinion. $144 for two people, all we ordered was cheese sticks, wings, 2 shots, and 3 drinks.I also got $100 in singles to tip, but when I checked my credit card, I seen that they added another $30 tip. Just greedy. Also I want to add that I went to the restroom and while I was in there by myself, someone kept trying to unlock the door pulling and tugging after I already told them I was in there. That freaked me out bc whoever it was left when someone else entered in the restroom. Ladies, be careful, and always have someone accompany you especially in a place with loud music where it easily drowns out screaming.
Came here for my birthday and had such an amazing time! It can be pricey but if you are celebrating, treat yo self!! These ladies are hilarious and put on a great show. Drinks are tasty. Service is good as well.
Great Experience!! I went on their taboo night and it was nice. The hostess was very funny (Miss Cheeseburger). Our server Nicole was very attentive even with having to perform in the middle of the night. The outfits were amazing and I had a wonderful time. Highly Recommend!
My family went here for Sunday brunch for a birthday party and had so much fun. It was pretty crowded, but the ladies still made it entertaining. The hosts were awesome. The performers were amazing. The decor was so fun and bright. The food was absolutely delicious. The drinks were awesome. We had an awesome time. Many laughs and smiles were had!
I thought going in that a place that does food and a show would only be great with one, but not both. I was wrong here; food was GREAT, performances were wonderful and I really enjoyed the drinks. I would highly recommend you come for Sunday Dinner and get the mushroom ravioli. It was a lot of fun. Dont forget to tip your performers!!
I reserved an evening here to celebrate my daughter’s bachelorette event. I have to give them a 5 for ease of reservation process and great entertainment. The food was delicious and I really did not expect that. They had the best spinach artichoke dip I have ever had.The show was a lot of fun.We had a party of 12.The only thing I wish they would change is the billing process. They only allow about 3 cc per table and they don’t split the bill. I had my guests bring cash but it was still very difficult to reconcile at the end. I wish they would split out bill for cash paying guests. In fact they probably would get better tips if they did it that way. As it was, I had to a bunch of cash at table and put balance on my cc. It might have been simpler if they allowed my rsvp guests to call in advance and pay ahead. Anything to have less of a mad scramble at end of evening. But overall 5 stars and I would definitely do it again.
Awesome place to go. What an experience we came for a birthday party and let me tell you it was well worth it. The food was surprisingly delicious and the drinks were good, a little weak but good. Our group of 12 spent $666.00 total. The guys/gals were very well dressed, talented and funny. Cant wait to go back.
The show was entertaining and I had a good laugh. The SERVICE however, is lacking. My first experience here was awful. Nothing went smoothly, the entire experience was MESSY. Our drinks didn’t come out until 45+ minutes after getting seated. The mimosas were AWFUL QUALITY and actually tasted like soap. Our waiter did not care about our service experience, most likely because the gratuity is automatic which is reason to not give effort for a good tip. I’m discouraged from returning due to the bad quality / service. You’re better off Spending your money elsewhere for the quality of service.
Great show! Upbeat and fun ambiance, delicious food...friendly staff. Jess was our waitress, she was Awesome! Friendly, humous personality!! Great place to celebrate birthdays...I was there last night with a few of my close friends celebrating my 60th birthday. First ecperience for us all...we had a blast!!
I have been to Lips for a handful of events. One of which was a surprise for a close friend. The staff went above and beyond to make the evening extra special and helped with every little detail to make for life long memories. I highly recommend this location for any type of celebration you’re planning. Even if it’s just a fun day out with friends.
I’ve heard about this place for a while and decided to come here to celebrate my birthday. I made reservations a week prior for the 11:30PM ‘Taboo show’ with my friend, a group of 2. We were advised to arrive early, which we did but it wouldn’t have made much of a difference. Their seating arrangements are unorganized in my opinion. The show itself was supposed to start at 11:30, but the crowd didn’t get seated until 30 mins or so afterwards. So basically, the acts didn’t start till about 12:30ish and it was supposed to be a 2 hr show. We were out of there by 1:30. I assume the seating is included in the show time. We basically had to stand around the bar area and wait for our reservation names to be called over the speaker, then walk back to the front where the desk is to be seated. I find that process very unnecessary and unorganized in my opinion. The fact my feet were killing me didn’t make it any better. But I’d be annoyed by that process either way. There’s a $12 cover fee and $15 order minimum and between my friend and I it was about $32 and some change a piece plus $11 tip. I ordered wings and fries and she ordered burger and fries. Both agreed it was only ‘okay’. There was free water available on the table, which was a small table right beside the stage. As far as the show, maybe I had higher expectations but they weren’t as entertaining as far as dancing and lip syncing. I love a good dirty joke, but the host’s joke was kinda repetitive. Also, they need a limit on the birthday shout-outs. It was literally longer than show itself 🙄The acts were mediocre at best with one good exception and she did the best. The first act was so dry and she looked like she was ready to get it over with. I understand they get their money from the crowds, but damn. They were so focused on doing that that they really didn’t put that energy into show which is why I noticed the money and hype from the crowd was dying out . Just walking around and grabbing the money, with little to no performance. They were BEAUTIFUL and so sweet, but their performances weren’t that entertaining imo.
Let me just say this place was so much fun!! I had the most absolutely best 21st birthday celebration that I’ll never forget! The drinks were great! The Caesar salad was fantastic and the food was amazing as well. Such beautiful and great performers as well. I’m such a big fan of the makeup industry and this just made it better. I loved every minute of it and it made my day! I highly recommend having any celebration here that you may wanna have cause it will be one you won’t forget! Btw highly recommend getting the drink “Kick the B**** to the Curb! It’s so good and tasty!!
Everything was perfect here! If we only had the food and the drinks, it was money well spent. And then you add the amazing show! I wish we had a lips local to us. Anyone thinking of going, please do. Such a perfect night
Always a great time. We have enjoyed both brunch and dinner shows. Great service, good food & drinks, and amazing performances!
Some of these reviews really are a bit harsh. Especially the ones hating on the food. We were in from out of town and wanted something fun and interesting to do for the night. I have to say that its one of the best experiences Ive had. The staff was super helpful, nice, and accommodating. decor and seating really has a super fun vibe. You have a set price including the show and the food. It is a bit pricey, but youre aware if you do some research you can find the menu for the night and all thats included. Drinks are extra, and dessert was included for us on a Friday night. Tip was included on our bill. Youre not required to tip when the performances begin, however they do work hard and would recommend you bring some extra money. You can bring larger bills and they walk around with bundles of 1s. The first hour or so you are given a salad, your entree, and drinks. Performances begin in the latter half of the night. With dessert and shots sprinkled in between. They have a section for all the people celebrating birthdays to come up on stage and for bachelorettes. The host was super funny. Overall it was quite a fun night. Would do it again.
I had never been to a drag show, but I really enjoyed it! But the most amazing part of the night was the food. It was SO good! The drinks were really good too. I would go there just to eat, but the entertainment was awesome and everyone had fun. Its a great spot to celebrate a birthday or wedding.
Loved it! Food was great i ordered the jumbo shrimp Alfred needed more than four shrimp! Our waitress was gorgeous! The drinks were right on time! The show was fantastic ! Really had a wonderful time with my daughter! Will definitely be back!!
Honey, I had a fantastic time. The food was amazing! The ladies were super talented...It was my Bachelorette party and we turned all the way up. They know how to make you laugh and feel special. All I can say is you news to grab a group of girls and please being cash..Not $10 in cash but dollllaarrsss to tip. The show will blow 💥 your mind.
I had a wonderful time. The food was very delicious and the entire atmosphere is fun. The customer service is great and the show that was put on was very engaging. I can only honestly say that Ive never experienced anything like it, and trust me I mean that in the best way possible. I will say that I dont believe this establishment is for anyone under the age of 21 but for those who are 21 and over; I can honestly say that you will have a wonderful time and have a lot of laughs.
I celebrated my birthday at Lips. They were very hospitable. Everyone from the hostess, server, entertainer, etc. Definitely a lively crowd. My only complaint was that at the end, they were only willing to take only 4 credit cards, and even with that, we had to decide how much each person would pay. We were the last people to leave, and took about 30 minutes to get it worked out. It was quite distressing. Make sure you go in knowing, they do not split checks. Otherwise, it was a good experience.
The atmosphere is lively! The girls are awesome. The food was OK. Couldve been better. Expect to drop some cash on these Queens! Some of the performances were vibrant while others were not. Star, the performer, was great. Would I go back? Probably.
Great show! Beautiful people and good food for the most part....but after leaving tips in the table tip jar and making sure our server was taking care of nonwhere was it mentioned that 20% will be applied to your check it just states to tip 20% so we did then on top of that was charged 88$ and some change for 6 people with our check...really felt misled on that...im glad our server walked away with over $140 in tips what I was expecting to pay was more than doubled....we will still be back but now I know to not leave so much in the tip jar for my server who will still apply 20% to our billStay Fab queens also lets sing some live music some not lip sync so much but still was a good show for what it was
I took my mother there for her birthday and it was amazing! We laughed, we drank, we ate up a good amount of food, and we LOVED IT. The entertainment was TOP NOTCH. Our waitress was awesome and beautiful. They joked with us all night, so dont go in there being sensitive its all love! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a good time.
The show itself was fun, a little shorter than I expected, each person only performed once. The food was good, slightly overpriced which is expected for a dinner show. We did pay a cover fee and had a minimum food order that evening. Drinks are a bit pricey but were good and strong. My main issue was after the show the waitress actually asked why we did not leave a better gratuity. There were 11 people in our party and we were in the process of collecting all of the money when she came by and grabbed the black portfolio with the credit cards. We were not done collecting the cash for gratuity at that time. When she returned she asked Why did you leave less than 20% tip? First of all......Gratuities are NOT REQUIRED....EVER! The Definition of gratuity is something given voluntarily or beyond obligation usually for some service. Secondly we were not done collecting the cash from the rest of our party and we all felt it was quit rude to question an amount of money that was given without obligation. We sat thru the whole show with our waitress hanging out at the bar (she was not a performer) not checking on us, offering to get us more drinks or even filling our water glasses. A member of our party had to go directly to the bar for another drink. After that interaction we choose not to leave 20% and adjusted the gratuity accordingly. So just be warned that you may be questioned about your gratuity if it is not to their liking!
Hostess was standoffish, some patrons waited longer for service than others and all of the glasses were dirty with lipstick stains, silverware had residue on it, and the steak is only cooked one way (well done) regardless of how you order it. Other than that it was a good time as far as the show and ambience.
Had a very unique and wonderful time. The food was great, and the atmosphere was electric! The decor inside this place was very fitting and perfectly done. The Dragqueens did a great job with service and the show. The MC was hilarious! I loved the birthday portion of the show. We did have an issue with my friend getting her drink (had to ask 2 people why she hadnt received her drink), but it came eventually.
Maybe I had high expectations since I have gone to drag shows all over the country but I was definitely disappointed. Some of the queens were great while others barely put in any movement to their performance. The drinks were so strong they were not enjoyable. I could not eat my food. It tasted like it came out of a microwave. It is VERY crowded seating wise. We left in the middle of the show because it just was not worth it. They don’t even tell you til you are there you are paying the average for your table and not just what you get. I wanted to love this place but it doesn’t seem made for the LGBT community but more so marketed towards straight people gimmicking drag.
Went to Lips Atlanta and had a GREAT night!! The performers were pretty good, expect for a few that seemed to lack enthusiasm. But I mean hey, you can’t be into it every single night. It was a Thursday. The food was great and the portions were plentiful. It is a $5 cover charger (or more depending on the night) with a $15 dollar minimum for food only, not including drinks and 20% gratuity. You can easily spend $100+ with only two people. With that being said, if you can’t afford that plus tipping the ladies then you probably should skip out. It’s pretty much the full experience. That’s what your paying for. You get served by the ladies. The only thing that I would suggest about this place, is that when the ladies are performing they should have someone collect the tips for them. It takes away from the show a little when they collect their tips while performing. Other than that, it was worth it.
I went here a few years ago and about to go again. It was a great show and Avery good meal. The food was surprisingly delicious as good as any great restaurant . So it really is dinner and a show!
Absolutely amazing! We went there for my Bachelorette party and omg it was so much fun!!The queens are perfect and so freaking nice!!! Christian Valentino is a hilarious host! The food was divine! I could not have had a more perfect night!!! I love it so much and can wait to go back!!!
Went here for my birthday on 3/19. First time here and first time out since quarantine. Our table was right at the front. Never got a lot of the food or the drinks we ordered. Overlooked that. Everything was great until the host got that microphone. If you call paying over $1000 and having a host try to read you and no one else for filth on your birthday fun then please come here and youll get exactly that. Rudest host in history. So unprofessional. All other queens were amazing. (Pic attached. Thats me in the gold crown. Host in the purple turban)
Food and drinks were delicious, show was so much fun!! Our server was not pleasant at all, though, and they refused to split our check up for our large group. I never even got the last beer that I ordered. Id love to go back again, though, cause Charlie Brown and the others were awesome!
Great show and lots of fun!!! I recommend it as a great girls night out or bachelorette party! The food was actually pretty good, much better than I had expected for a dinner show. But, parking sucks. It took us 20 minutes to park. Most people had to find parking elsewhere and walk. Also, it is very expensive. Our group of 10 had a bill of about $1200 and they wont split the check . Everything we ordered was on one check and we had to figure out who owed what, split it, tally it and pay. But you had better hurry because their is a show starting right after yours and people are coming in as you are trying to leave. The place is small and packed full!
Ive been wanting to try this place out for the longest and finally went last week. And I enjoyed myself! Loved the ladies and their performances. However, the food was meh and the cocktails were watered down. But otherwise the entertainment for me was the best part! Service was fast too.
Last night was my very first time visiting Lips and I had such an amazing time. My girlfriend surprised me with reservations here for my birthday and let’s just say this is one birthday I will never forgot!Everything, from start to finish was immaculate. The food served here was honestly one of the best places have ever eaten at. I will definitely be back again.
I went yesterday for my birthday with my girls we had a fantastic time and I actually feel like we should have paid more for the excitement and joy we felt at this show and on top of that the food was delicious especially the spinach dip. I highly recommend this as a fun night out full of laughs singing and eating
I have been here several times and each time it got worse. Last night was an absolute rip off. They wouldnt let us order off the menu. Our server La la was not there for us. First table and last table to get food which was horrible. I had braised rib with pasta but no ribs. Pasta was dry. There was no glitz and glam. My fiancee threw up everything he ate there. I dont mind tipping a server if everything was good but being forced to tip someone all that money and they were horrible is insane. The only server I ever had there that was lacking in her job. Envy was great. Monica was great. Every other server I had there was awesome. We were literally forced to pay her that tip. So not cool. Every time I bring a group of friends there its always a discrepancy about how you guys force folks to pay they bill and tip. Again I dont mind tipping and paying for my food. If its good and the service was good. Neither wasnt last nite. Last night was honestly horrible. Now I know to not return if I cant order off the regular menu. This company should be ashamed about that braised rib or lack there of. The whole night was a total rip off.
We went for my daughters 21st bday and had an amazing night!! The performers are so talented and the food was really good. The decor and atmosphere very sparkly and gorgeous. I recommend that u bring lots of 1$ for tips cause its that good and youre going to be handing out the tips.
Very fun experience! My best friend and I had a ball. Drinks and food were great. All the talents were amazing and welcoming.
Had a great time. The food and drinks are good and the performers are generally great. I just wish the show were a little longer! Even one added group number would have been great. The four ladies we saw on a Thursday did about two numbers each. Its a bit pricey, but theyre transparent about their policies, so plan accordingly. Be aware that they charge for the birthday shout out and dessert. The performers also wait on the tables so bring cash for their performances and tip - theyre working hard on stage and off!
We went for an 11:30 show. The show was absolutely FANTASTIC, but the service was absolutely horrible. We must have been one of the last groups to check in because we were one of the last seated and definitely the last to order and receive our food/drinks. We didn’t see our server again until after last call for alcohol. Food didn’t arrive until after last call either, and my meal wasn’t even warm (can’t speak for the rest of the group). My advice: get there early.
Its wonderful! The staff is lovely, the drinks are affordable, the atmosphere is energizing, and its all about a good time. Ive been here so many times and I would come back so many, many more. The food is actually pretty amazing too, its honestly a win-win scenario.
