As soon as you enter you are welcomed,they provide water and candy for you waiting area. The soft music and relaxing atmosphere make a perfect ambiance for a self-care day.We have great conversations while her soft hands do all the work. When I leave I feel relaxed and beautiful. Love the hydra facials and massage here. I’ve been to other skincare spas but sometimes they always disappoint, but this small hidden gem continuously delivers. I’m so glad I found them!!I will continuously support this business and look forward to watching them growing.

The massage I received at iSpa was clean, safe, and wonderful. I especially appreciated how the therapist checked in with me throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable and the pressure was right. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and I truly felt pampered. Next time, I might try one of their Traditional Chinese Medicine-related treatments for a slightly different experience.

They have no idea of massages and skin care. This lady wiped me for about 15 minutes. I asked her to stop and cancel the massage. I then ask to just get the facial she proceeded to say we have great Google reviews on our facial you will love it. She started with a cream exfoliation product and a brush saying deep cleansing then started steaming. I said I decline service. OMG as my body in want of a massage they really blew me with this unknowledgeable treatments. Don’t waste your time or energy.

For this Valentines Day, we make reservations by phone,Had a couples facial at this beauty salon this evening, was an incredible experience for my boyfriend and me. The treatment was so rejuvenating and relaxing, and it was wonderful to share the experience with my loved one. Our skin feels refreshed and glowing, and we both left feeling completely pampered. We highly recommend this indulgent experience to other couples looking to unwind and enhance their skincare routine together.

Great massage! My neck was aching so badly I could barely turn, and I just told her what was hurting and she really dug in there and got the tightness out. It’s still a little sore but at least I have a full range of motion.The spa is super cute, very clean, and the owner was kind and we had a good chat, even better I had a great massage. Really appreciate her, I literally just don’t know how to spell her name. Lol

The esthetician was so skilled and made the entire experience so relaxing. I filled out the membership card without hesitation, so that if I sign in ten times, I can get the same service completely free of charge.I am thrilled with the results and cant wait to book my next appointment!

This weekend My husband and I just got a wonderful facial and massage, it’s was amazing! My face looks much younger and shiny ，also one of the best massage we’ve ever gotten. The place was nice and clean and staff was friendly too. They listened to all my needs. I’m ready to tackle my mommy and wife duties refreshed as ever. From the booking to the actual massage everything was top notch !

Sue did an amazing job with my hydrafacial!! This was my first time coming to this location. It’s hard to find a facial appointment anywhere last minute. I’m glad she was able to take me that evening because I really needed a self care day for myself. Her shop is lovely, from the dainty snacks to the soft robes and sheets in the massage rooms. She’s very gentle and took time to make sure my skin was clean and clear. She also didn’t squeeze out any blackheads etc (unlike most facial spas I go to), so no unnecessary pain! She’s super professional and has state of the art equipment. I almost fell asleep during my appointment. That’s how relaxing it is! :) Highly recommend!!

I literally just had the BEST massage.Tonight I worked a very long day I called numerous places & the massage therapist here didnt turn me away when I called after 9p for a 1 hour massage.Not only did she take her time she was very professional addressing all my needs.The location is absolutely beautiful even while theyre remodeling.They offer a variety of oils.The music was pleasantThey have closets that lock in the room with you which is very nice to have the option to lock up my things if I felt like it.Im looking into the hair removal & facial services for my future visits.I would also like to say how nice the staff is.I definitely feel way better I can enjoy life now that the therapist worked on Me.Im booked My next appointment & Im soooooooooooo excited to go back

I had quite a relaxing massage today. The place is easy to find, has lots of parking around, is very clean, and it was quick and easy to make an appointment online. The staff was ready for me right away, and was efficient, professional, and polite (they even offered me a free eye mask, which was lovely). Just what I needed to end the work day. Thanks!

I work from home and my back has been in so much pain recently. After trying several different spas over the last few months, this ended up being the best massage I’ve gotten in a long time. The masseuse seemed to be able to intuitively tell how much pressure to use so it felt relaxing the whole time without pain. She was very attentive and tried to make sure I was comfortable and feeling better. Very sweet staff who really care about what they do, and it shows in the way they take care of you.It’s an unassuming little building from the outside, but the inside is very clean and comfortable. I loved all the charming touches they added to make it feel homey - lots of unique candies, nice music, and comfortable furniture/decor.Overall, a very pleasant experience and I feel so much better. This is a lovely business. I’ll definitely be going back next time my back hurts.

I now have been here twice and both times I received a wonderful massage. The masseuse is friendly and professional. The rooms are very clean and the atmosphere & lighting are very relaxing. I highly recommend coming here if you need a massage and a quiet place to relax.

I have a shoulder that is giving me problems and I thought a massage might help. After reading reviews for ISPA spa I decided to give it a try. I was not let down. I had a deep tissue massage that hurt in a good way. She spent a lot of time in the shoulder area and after my 2nd visit my shoulder feels so much better. Parking is easy and the establishment is very clean. Highly recommended!

I did a facial a month ago and I looked like 10 years younger. I went again most recently. I had the best facial massage as well as a facial treatment. I feel very relaxed and fell asleep very quickly. My sleep quality improved a lot that night.

I’ve had the pleasure of going to this business on many occasions. I have worked with at least two different therapist. The experience was awesome with built of them. I had the surgery two years ago and experienced a lot of pain with the fusion that I had done. I also had a triple neck fusion back in May. They’re are extremely awesome at what they do, take the time and the care to make sure they get it right, and they follow up with afterwards to make sure you’re happy with the service provided. If you want an awesome place to go and you want a very good massage and very good therapy this is the place to go. Best massage Atlanta has. They put there hearts in every customer. Your treated like a real customer. They have my highest approval. Awesome and the cater to everyone. You want find a better place with nicer people who care anywhere.

My gf and I go to ISpa about once a month, and its always a great experience. The owner is really friendly and funny, and pays attention to different muscle groups that have more tension than others. Ive never been disappointed when getting massage, and definitely recommend it.

I dont normally do reviews but in this case I decided to make an exception because the service was so exceptional! My back was tired and I had a long drive home to Florida.... I arrived and was greeted with politeness and am incredible ambiance. It was just like a movie with the Asian music in the background. I melted into the massage table while the masseuse worked her magic...She had just the right touch that was enough to relax the muscles in my lower back, neck and legs. I have a physiotherapy background and everything relating to her technique was spot on and much appreciated! Thank you again for everything and the next time I travel to Atlanta, I will return to this spa!

This was the most extravagant massage ever. Soon as you walk in you feel so welcomed. It’s the most clean and proper one in Atlanta to me. They treat you with such care and I went one time but this is my new spot. Amazing massage and really makes you at home. Greatly in need of more these in town!

I Spa is a professional massage place in the heart of Buckhead. Parking is convenient in the building garage without a fee. The place is spotless and well-appointed. The lobby is inviting. They cater to women so the decor is tasteful and full of neutrals.Massage can be deep tissue or sport. The masseuse is engaged and energetic. The massage is relaxing. The fees are upfront and as stated. There is a shower. They provide water or tea after the session.I recommend I Spa & Beauty without hesitation.

My son treated me for a massage today for Mother’s Day. I was greeted by a kind lady as soon as I walked in. My wait was brief, and was offered refreshments. The massage room was clean and tranquil. The problem began when the young lady that greeted me at the door, ended up being the same person to massage me. She was dressed up in a suit jacket and heels, so I thought it was odd. The massage was horrible. She had no technique at all. She literally just moved her hands up and down my back. She then began to run her elbow up and down my back over my rib cage and shoulder blade. I had to tell her to ease up because she was hurting me. There was no focus on any muscle group whatsoever. My lower back wasn’t touched. My back is sore as I type this where she used her elbow. The staff is friendly, but I walked out of there in worse shape than I came in.

ISPA & Beauty is a safe and upscale location with multiple services. They are very concerned with aesthetics and have adorned the place with interesting art pieces. They are more than happy to keep you company and engage in conversation, or provide a quiet and relaxing massage experience. They will satisfy whatever preferences you have. I recommend them highly. I’ve been going here for over six months and have never had a bad experience.

My anti- aging facial was superb.They have excellent products and machines. The spa was very clean and comfortable. I left relaxed and happy.

This was such a good massage. The masseuse was friendly and well focused on her mission. I added the CBD oil and it is well worth it. I left totally relaxed ! I was glad to give it five stars for the service and price ☺️

I was extremely sore after a Spartan Race this weekend and visited ISPA for a CBD massage. The massage was very good with strong pressure and the CBD oil/butter/ointment provided some topical pain relief for my aches. I highly recommend visiting this place for a reasonably priced, professional massage!EDIT: Obviously Im not actually Vance Joy but I am a Buckhead local and stand by this review!

So they apparently changed owners.. and let me tell you my experience. I made an appointment for an hour foot massage @ 8pm (the person whom I talked to over the phone did not speak English (it was a weird conversation). I show up at 7:45pm, and they put me in a room for a foot massage. They didnt start the foot massage until 8:36. I then started my timer - it lasted exactly 36 mins (from the time they came in the room to the time I started to put my shoes back on). When I say it was the worst foot massage I have ever received, that would be understatement. Seriously, it was AWFUL. They then proceeded to charge me for an hour massage. Also, as a side note, there was not a single other person getting a foot massage in the room. It was extremely sketchy and I would not be surprised if this place was on the local news about some illegal action happening here...

The Parking situation is not ideal & with all the craziness going on in the area that location is not safe. The staff is rude and does not communicate well. If you’re looking for a good massage, go elsewhere, this is mere body rub with smelly oil slathered all over you.

Nevery had such an bad experience as here...They say its an hour massage in which 20 minutes ur foot r soke in water and they take 10 mints to get the stuff they forget in between...so all u get is 30mints if u take an hour. I went with my boyfriend for a foot massage and we had it together the massage people talked all the time loudly, it was annoying u cannot relax here.. I wish I would have told them to shut there mouth while doing the massage but then I thought I would pay less tip and when I gave the tip the girl got mad at me and said to give more and I told I dint like the massage and still she kept shouting to increase the tip.Never ever go here its waste of time and money.
