I addressed not getting my full service time at checkout because the receptionist was confused as to why I was done so quickly. She alerted the manager and I was just brushed off and told it was the type of facial and the esthetician is very experienced. Photo speaks for itself. Unfortunately, will not be returning to this location.
I had a great massage session with Tashawn! She applied the perfect blend of medium to firm pressure. I’m a hair stylist and on my feet a lot. So she made sure to give me the massage that I needed based on the professional wear and tear that my body goes through. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Very disappointing experience.My wife had called the Dunwoody location spoke with a representative about transferring one of her Massage credits to me;I am also a member and have been for many years. Arrangements were made the appointment set.I had my massage and then afterwards I was told my wife’s credits were not available to transfer to me!I had anticipated leaving gratuity and did for Robert as he always does a wonderful job.I was advised by the assistant manager on duty Due to card on file error. My Massage would be $130 not anticipated!As mentioned I’ve been a member for years, often getting a massage weekly.I was literally held hostage for 30 minutes while we went back and forth.Seriously considering canceling and trying pure vida massage.

I am a long term massage envy client but this was my first time to this location. I’ve been to many sites and have to say the staff, from checkin, to massage, to check out was far and away more professional than any other clinic I have visited. This will be my new location going forward!
Ja-Naisah was SO amazing, informative and funny! It was my first ever facial so I was super nervous yet she was quick to make me feel informed and comfortable. I felt like I learned a lot about my skin overall and the products I was using + how they were bad for my skin and some great, affordable alternatives. 100% will be seeing her again! ✨🧚
This is a review for management on Tippy: the therapists and front desk are great.Tippy has to go.They’ve implemented an iPad based tipping app that is a glorified calculator that charges a convenience fee! You can no longer tip with your card on file.Customers will subtract this fee from their tip - still giving Tippy a piece, but taking away from the therapists doing the work. Even worse, some customers will be mad enough about it to not tip at all. I was close but did neither, but am still thinking about it days later. This is a ridiculous platform that adds nothing while stealing from your employees to give to some software company that re-skinned a calculator and added Square reader support. I hope I’m wrong and it somehow increases tipping as they claim, but I’ll be trying to remember to carry cash going forward.
I have had a membership for several months. I never connected well with any of the therapists. I had regular issues with them canceling appointments on me. The final straw was when I scheduled an appointment and showed up for it and they still charged me a no-show fee Stating that it was at a different time than the one I had booked. When I spoke with the manager, she was unwilling to assist me and I canceled my membership immediately. I would not recommend this location to anybody.
Candy is fantastic and so knowledgeable. She explains everything so you understand what you need to do and why you need to do it as well. Often were recommended a product but dont know the reason so it truly helps to understand. She is very thorough and clear. Excellent service!!
I had a prenatal massage with Robert and he was great! I typically get a deep tissue massage and Robert was very accommodating. He verified with me if the pressure was ok and was very professional.
If I could give this place a 0, I will. I had booked an appointment online and no message was sent to me in regards to lateness and their no show policy. On the day of my appointment, I got there about 15 mins late because I couldn’t find parking and the person in the front desk told me they wouldn’t be able to get the message done that day because they had another client coming in soon. I understood and she told me I could come back the next day at 2:30pm to get it done and I did. I got back the next day and I realized I was already charged 63 dollars meanwhile after the massage was done. The lady at the front seat charged me another 55 dollars and I asked her what the 63 dollars was for. She claimed that the transaction was still pending so I wasn’t going to be charged for it , that it was just a way of keeping my account on file. I didn’t bother pushing it. About 2 days later , I realized the 2 transactions had left my account and I called and asked my . They claimed I was late on the first day, that was why they did that. I was so confused because nobody made me know there was a late fee or a no show fee. Mind you, they charged me the no show fee even after I showed up. I asked why I wasn’t made aware of this even after I asked the front desk lady. She only advised me to come back the next day that I was going to get my massage done. If I had known they were going to charge me a second time. I most definitely would not have gone back. About 2 days later I got a call from their manager apologizing and claiming that she was going to charge my account one more time for about 41 dollars and they would refund back the previous charges. Up until today, I only got one refund back and I have tried to call their phone countless times and nobody has responded. Please never, I repeat never visit the massage envy in dunwoody because once they have your card on file they are going to keep taking and taking.

I always leave there feeling relaxed and relieved of stress. I also really like AJ. Shes very thorough and gets those deep muscle issues and then relaxes them. I’ve had trigger point done a few times in the past and it hurt. I felt stiffening up during the procedure. Susann did it in a way that completely released all of my muscles and I regained range of motion I hadn’t had in weeks!

I agree Robert rolling around on that chair was annoying and the pressure was horrible. He used something besides his hand.The front desk person could be more personable.

Just received an excellent massage from Somally at the Massage Envy Dunwoody/Sandy Springs. Somally is an excellent therapist and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a massage therapist. The front desk was knowledgeable, professional and friendly and very helpful as they always are.
I had Robert and found the pressure was inconsistent and the approach of doing one area in one side then riding the chair to the other to sort of do the same on the other side is neither efficient or enjoyable by customers. I believe consistency and progressive movement around the body is a better method. I’ve been to others at this site and was pleased. So I’ll just make sure to go with them. Nice staffing as well.

The practice of wasting the first 15 minutes of the scheduled time by being 10 minutes late to get your client, then leaving for over five minutes while the client gets undressed; then ending the session 5 minutes before the hour is up is not my idea of a fair and therapeutic experience.
What an incredible addition to the Dunwoody location! Their Esthetician Ja-Nasiah is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend receiving a service from her. I received a Jan Marini facial and my skin feels amazing.
I believe if the treatment is supposed to be 60 minutes then it should be 60 minutes. I checked in 30 minutes before the treatment and was taken to the treatment room by 12:10pm... at 12:54pm I was already in my car. Meaning my treatment was done, I got dressed, paid and get out the store and to my car by 12:54pm. You can check the payment receipt and you will see the time that I paid. I should have still be in treatment.
I was hesitant to try this specific location due to the negative reviews, however, my experience with my massage therapist, Robert is what lead me to join as a member! Robert was fascinating. His technique and professionalism was appreciated. Throughout each step of my service Robert clearly communicated what he was doing and asked if it was okay. as someone who has endured trauma and has trigger points, I really appreciated that. I felt very safe.I went in a few days before to discuss membership options ( I was familiar with my company), I think this helped with that post service spa glow and to not get irritated by the questions of membership. I will say, if I didn’t get most of my questions answered during the walk in, I might have been a little turned off by the membership sales immediately after the service. I appreciate the enthusiasm, but it can be a little overwhelming after you’ve just had this relaxing service and can take away from the spa experience itself. The manager, Kari, was very receptive to my feedback in regards to the noise level at the front desk. She answered all my questions and made adjustments when necessary.Parking can be a little tricky so arrive early. Bathrooms are clean. There are a lot of restaurants and stores in the area so you can make a day out of it!

At Massage Envy in Dunwoody, Christina was the best at giving deep-tissue massage. Her technique is very soothing and relaxing. Christina immediately noticed where the tightness was in my back and shoulders and focused on those tension areas.Ordinarily, though I’m totally relaxed during a massage, I typically don’t ever fall asleep during a massage session. However, after about 20 to 30 minutes of relaxation and deep tissue massaging, I found myself drifting off into La-La land.After my 90-minute deep-tissue massage, my body felt totally rejuvenated. It’s amazing what a massage can do for your overall health.I already have my next appointment booked with Christina and am looking forward to it.When booking your appointment at the Dunwoody location, be sure to ask for Christina. She won’t disappoint and you’ll thank me later.

I have tried 3+ Massage Envy locations and the the Sandy Springs / Dunwoody location is by far my favorite. The staff is great, professional and efficient. Robert is my usual guy and he is absolutely incredible! He has help me with migraines, tension headaches and other muscular issues. He is GREAT for the medium - firm preference. I no longer go anywhere else.

It was terrible. She didn’t communicate at all. She only did my back, she only used pointy fingers, never used her whole hand. I asked a few times during session for something different and she dismissed me. It might be the worst massage ever.
SueAnn was AMAZING! Best massage I’ve had in over a decade. She was very knowledgeable and experienced and was able to release trigger points I didn’t know existed. My pain was completely gone in my neck after the massage.
I came in with a very stiff neck. Kayla did an amazing job progressively stretching and massaging the muscles in my neck and shoulders. It never hurt and I left feeling so much better. She had me in a trance with her good hands.

Karimah is fabulous. She focuses her practice not on massage but on therapeutic stretching. In some ways, I think that what she does is even better than massage. Everyone should take the opportunity to meet this sweet, gentle, caring person and give a stretch session a try.

Visited this location about a month ago. I wanted to write a review as soon as it happened but decided to wait until I calmed down a bit. The appointment started off wonderful. It was my birthday and I never get massages. I had a gift card from almost a year ago that I needed to use so I decided to make it a birthday thing. The massage was wonderful. Too bad I don’t remember that masseuses name because what happened next ruined the whole experience. I came out and was checking out with the front desk clerk. She couldn’t get my gift card to work so the manager who was breathing down her neck decided to step in and try it herself. She tried it twice and the number did not work. Keep in mind that she entered the number in the system herself. She then boosts her attitude and tells me I will have to pay for the service or be banned from the location. I tell her that I received this gc for my bday last year and gc don’t expire so I wouldn’t feel comfortable paying for something that’s already paid for. Her attitude/rudeness then intensifies and she accuses me of creating a fraudulent gift card. I honestly was so caught off guard tears came to my eyes. I was so embarrassed and to be honest I felt racially profiled. It hurt my feelings so I just told her I would pay since I didn’t want my masseuse to suffer bc of their error. She gives me more attitude and says she will try the gc again. This time, I read the gift card number to her and would you believe what happened?!? THE GIFT CARD WORKED and WAS NOT fraudulent. She tried to switch her tone up and make basic conversation but I was soooooo over it at that point and just wanted to leave. I went to my car and cried out of frustration. Entire massage and relaxation was ruined. I didn’t catch the managers name but she is a blond haired lady and to be honest, I hope she has gained peace from whatever made her treat me like that on my birthday. All this to say, I won’t be back. I will also be posting a review on social media.

One of the worst massages I’ve ever gotten. No technique. Cold cream and cold room. Only 40 minutes and this was not what I paid for. People pay too much of their hard earned money for mediocre service. Came for relaxation left more stressed. Will not be back.

Really surprised at the negative reviews. I went here for the first time today and thought the customer service was awesome. I am a retail manager, so thats big in my book. I went for a post operative lymphatic drainage massage. Rita (I believe was her name) was my therapist and was very knowledgeable and professional. She knew every area of my body to focus on without me having to tell her. I signed up for a membership because I do plan to return. I hope my future experiences are as pleasant as the one today.

I must say that five stars are a rare commodity when it comes to customer service these days.... I was beginning to believe that it-had become extinct. The staff (to include the manager Robyn) at this location were very professional and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered with a smile. Although I did not receive any services here the day I walked into ME -Dunwoody, I did receive all of the information I requested and an appointment was scheduled for my husband. I just wanted to share the excellent experience I had with the front staff/management because seldom do the they get the recognition they deserve. When you are dealing with people all day, whether it be busy or slow it should be the same level of consistency with great attitude and customer service. This is exactly was was given to me by the front staff and management at this location. Hopefully the therapist (cannot remember the name) will exude the same quality customer service to mirror the front office & management. Thank you all for being very patient with me! Ive been going to this Massage Envy for almost 2 years, and Ive always had the best service. After a few massages, I found the best therapist for me... Rain and traffic drove me to be late. I was also pregnant and emotional at the time. Paulette was seeing me for the first time, and she made me feel right at home. She said, Im going to take care of you! and shes has. Every massage is a great relief whether its a relaxing one or deep tissue. I dont usually write reviews, but she is fantastic. Id recommend her to any one.
Not worth the money. Massage started late and my husband only got 45 mins of massage time for the massage I booked for his birthday. Pressure was inadequate despite asking for deep tissue while making the booking.
Not too thrilled overall. Therapist was over 10 minutes late starting my session because he went overtime with his previous client, but somehow managed to get me out on time?! Do they think people dont notice that? Therapist also wouldnt stop trying to upsell -- very irritating. Front of house was fine. It was clean. Parking was easy.

I asked if I could speak with the manager because I wanted to give her accolades. She was finishing a call UP FRONT and immediately spoke to me once she was done. Her name is Robyn, multitasking at its best! Rob gave me a great massage!
I havent been big on writing google reviews but Im soo frustrated with the franchise. I was set up for auto payments and not once since my payments did not process in December did someone pick up the phone or send an email to make me aware of this. I personally have gotten engaged, got a new job and relocated on top of dealt with death. So clearly this was not on my radar since its hard getting an appointment with the massage therapist of my choice. I cant even remember the last time I went because I had to cancel due to the appointments being at the end of my day and them not being available afterwards. This review is a result of the interaction from the last month with Massage Envy as a result of the virtual jail that I have been placed in due to this franchises lack of communication. On April 7th, my credit card was charged for 3 payments. I called and confirmed this on the 8th, the franchise did not advise me that there were more outstanding payments due or pending. I then proceed to book appointments with franchises in my new location, guess what I find out after that I can not keep them because this franchise has tried to take a payment today although I got all paid up last week on April 27. Stressed out and frustrated. I will some how need to use 7 appointments by July. ARE YOU SERIOUS? You can barely get a fricking appointment. I sent a message to them once I received the cancellation request. Nothing was sent back except to say the cancellation was processed. No empathy, no compassion. If that is the way the franchise operates, I see why people are canceling their memberships. OWN when things do not get handled appropriately. Text message is not the only form of communication that can be used with customers which is why I removed it as an option.

I visited this Massage Envy location about 3 weeks ago with my sisters, as they were able to accommodate three 90 minute sessions last minute. Special thanks to Michael for an amazing massage, my best to date! I had a lot of knots in my neck/shoulder area and other soreness and left very relaxed. The other 2 therapists (Jess and Asmina I believe) did well too. I definitely recommend this location if youre ever in the area. Ill be back, soon!

Let me start by saying the massages were not the issue. Our massage therapist were great and the room was clean. My complaint is with the manager. My fiancé and I came in for couples massages. After the movies I saw on my chase card I was charged 100.00 and 60.00 for two massages, the charges should have been $60 and $60 because we were both first time clients that both left 10.00 tips each both charges to my card. Instead we were charged non first time rates each of 90.00 with 10.00 tips and I used a 40.00 card I purchased at Christmas time which is why the original second charge shows 60.00 instead of 100.00. Whatever no big deal billing issues happens, my issue is the following.The manager from the get go did not understand or try to understand, her employee was trying to fix the issue, she took the receipt, brought me into a side room didn’t listen to what I really had to say she was convinced I was wrong and told me to come back if the charges are wrong when they post and are not “pending”. She was very rude and I was not at all rude , I couldn’t have been if I wanted to be because she was talking the whole time.I basically said sure I’ll come back if there is a mistake, I work a block down the road so I’m sure I will be in here Monday, horrible experience. Any relaxation I had is gone, I am not sure I have ever been talked down to like that as a customer, and I am not a rude one who gets snarky at cash registers fighting over nothing like you see in public, I was just trying to show her where charges were incorrectly made.Stay away at all costs go to a different location. Ive been coming to this location for years on a subscription basis, but the recent reduction in available appointments has made it extremely difficult to use the remaining balance of my accrued monthly subscription. This has me trapped with hours Ive paid for but unable to use. After failing to hold my booked appointment for this morning, I was informed that the next available weekend appointment was for 4 weeks from today.4 weeks.What is the point of making an appointment if you are unable to actually HOLD the appointment, and why is there zero recourse?
This was my first time ever getting a massage. I was referred to this location by a co-worker. I am so glad I came to this location. I felt so relaxed the staff was very helpful. The manager Robyn even assisted me with the first time intro rate. I will return soon, now I know what a great massage feels like. Thank You Massage Envy!

I never have been a fan of massage envy. Only because of their poor service I’ve experienced from the past. Read to know how I will never go to a massage envy again. Allowing appointments to come in at 5 o’clock for a 60 minute massage when they told me they closed at 5:50, right away I wouldn’t be getting a 60 minute massage. For me being an unfamiliar area and high traffic caused by construction I was 10 minutes late to the appointment. Which they only allowed me to do a 30 minute massage. They still charged me for 60 minutes, $60. Massage envy is a complete scam, I recommend NOT to go to this location, they’ll steal your money. Very disappointing, all I wanted was to enjoy my Mother’s Day gift.
This place was filthy. The therapist was antsy and not calm. He looked sweaty and unclean.I personally dont like that when you go there; they dont even make you was your hands or take a shower to reduce the spread.On top of that, they offered me a uncovered cup of water at the end; at least bring bottle water. The lotion used felt good but, had no smell. There was no sales pitch for upcharge or anything either cause I would have purchased it.Never going here again.Note- the waiting room is okay but their massage rooms are outdated and dreary. Nothing relaxing or zen about that. Oh and the music was more like late 1900 music than calm soothing music; too many harsh tones.Dont go!

I tried going to this location twice for facials - once was with Tammy, who was great! However, the second time I went I got a microderm with Helena, and it was the worst facial I have ever gotten. For context, Ive been getting facials consistently for over 10 years at this point.She went over my chin too hard and often with the machine to the point where it became similar to road rash, and it formed scabs that took 9 days to heal from. (I wish I had photos to show the full extent but just imagine scraping your knee).I went in person to talk to this branch and they wrote down my number for the manager to call me back yet never did. I had been considering cancelling my membership as Im not a fan of their new product lines, but this sealed the deal.
My first time inquiring about a massage so I called massage envy. The FDA there Shondalyn answered the phone and was extremely helpful, pleasant, and patient with me. She walked me through all the services provided and guided me with her recommendations. As soon as I came in for my appointment she assisted me with no hesitations. Great facility, clean, and the entire staff is just welcoming and friendly.
I must say that the experience I had at this location was AWESOME! I met with the manager and she assisted me in signing i for my appointment and then she offered me some refreshments while I waited. The rest of the staff was amazing as well. I would definitely go back to this location and would recommend Massage Envy Dunwoody to anybody wanting a day to be pampered
I have been going through a lot emotionally and mentally. Some of which is manifesting physically. Jasmine has been great for effective massages. Michael has been great with stretches and massage from the heart. Tracy provided a warm touch and a personalized facial. The front desk staff is professional and caring. For someone who currently doesn’t feel happy or peaceful much, these people and their services have provided a monthly opportunity to boost my spirits. Without knowing it, they have helped a struggling human stay afloat. You’re doing more than massages, facials and front desk work. Thank you.
Very good massage. This was my first visit. The other reviews on here were pretty old but Ive always had a good experience at massage envy and this was no different. Massage was on time and standard 50 min. It seemed to be pretty busy after we left but wasnt busy when we arrived. One difference we with this place is the waiting room is the lobby vs a quiet room would visit again.
I always enjoy my experience with Robert. He customizes each massage to what I need.

I have never posted a review ever about a business or company before. I can t hold back about Massage Envy on Mt. Vernon in Atlanta 30338.I joined a few years ago (pre-covid) for the year membership and paid accordingly as agreed. My membership expired and I still had 2 visits remaining....then covid hit! Well guess what I was not about to go there in height of covid, due to my wife being an ICU nurse at a local hospital and dealing with ONLY covid 12 to 13 hours per day. My wife did get COVID from patients at the hospital while wearing 3 masks, 2 gowns, 2 pair of rubber surgical gloves changing every room she came out of. I called several times letting the front desk know my thoughts. Back in November I got COVID and was down for about 2 weeks. In the meantime front desk was telling me do not worry you can always use them, however they could expire. Spoke with new manager (Kari) a few months ago and still expressed my concern about covid and using the 2 visits. Now today, she says I would have to rejoin for a year and they will add those 2 visits in the first month...that to me is a bait and switch tactic! Do not like the tone of it all. I was born at night but not last night! I was looking out for Massage Envy employees and their clients just in case I could be a sysytematic and spreading the virus. I also just got my 2 vaccines and my booster shot last week. I was just looking out for all at the place of business. Shame on me, she said can not use the visits unless I rejoin for a year! What do you THINK??
Lonny is the reason I became a member. She is a fantastic masseuse! She is professional, has excellent technique, and truly cares about the well being of her clients. She goes the extra mile to fit me in when needed, shows me stretches to do at home - and patiently shows me again when I neglect to do them and forget how :) I was admittedly a bit skeptical of the quality of service I would receive for such a price, but now have complete faith - as long as Lonny is there, it’s money well invested.
Came to Massage Envy for a facial; this was the first time Ive ever visited this location or had a facial done outside of my routine dermatologist visits. Upon arrival, the front desk associate, Shondalyn, welcomed me with upon arms. She helped me decide which service was most appropriate for my skin type and skincare regime. I can tell her concerns were genuine, which helped ease some anxiety. Shondalyn is truly the epitome of great customer service! I am more than pleased with the services received and my skin feels absolutely great! Highly recommended!

As a person who has suffered from acne for years, the health of my became my #1 priority in 2017. Having moved from LA back to Atlanta my skin took a devastating hit. It was extremely dry and nothing I used worked. Determined to fix it, I became a Massage Envy member and thankfully found Tracy.For almost a year now she was the first and remains the only esthetician I’ve seen and will see. She’s knowledgeable, courteous, hands on knows what’s she’s doing and most importantly, she’s honest. She’s recommended products that my skin can’t live without and I love it! And, when those items are out of stock, she always recommends the next best product. I trust her judgement and value everything she’s contributed on my positive journey to healthy skin. If she were to ever leave, I’d follow and that’s on everything I love. Same sentiment applies to Michael my massage therapist. What can I say, she is, he is, they are the best and anything less would be uncivilized. ❤️
I paid for my 2 daughters for a couple massage on 8-31-2019 the worst mistake I ever made thus far. Both of my daughters didn’t enjoy the massages. they stated that they felt like a baby was performing the massages. . I would give this place a negative star if I could. Daquan and Robert was the therapist that performed the massages. . My daughters also stated that they just got a good lotion up oppose to massages. We will b resuming our services with Lavida massages in Sandy Springs they was booked up that’s the only reason why they didn’t go there. ✌🏾

Very disappointed. Had hoped that things had improved especially with AJ on front desk with great customer service skills and the therapists were always great. However, the lack of education and follow thru with some front desk staff is still an issue and management is not as involved as they could be to prevent errors. Im in process of cancelling my membership now, but still awaiting return correspondence or call from Robin in management.
The staff was extremely nice and the service I recievced was great. However, the system used in scheduling isnt up to par. I scheduled 2 massages for the same time for some guest that were visiting. I was told that Id get confirmation emails 24 to 48 hours before the appointment and this didnt happen. Then I call to confirm and the appointments were at different times. Extremely frustrating to find out the day before without any compensation. Not good business at all. There wasnt any offer to make things right other than me canceling. Good business practices seems to be dead these days. The customer is never right!

I called several hours in advanced and Kira stated she had an appointment available but she didnt know what the massage therapist specialized in. She stated that she reserved the appointment and took my name and number and would call me back with they therapists specialities. Not only did she not call me back when I showed up for the appointment and she had never reserved it and and never asked the massage therapist
Massage Envy does not exist to provide massage therapy. They exist to sell memberships and upsell as far as they can. It’s as bad as the worst fitness center. At this location, I was literally ganged up on by multiple staff on my first visit…to sell a membership. They set it up, against my wishes, for auto-renewal. THEN, on attempting to cancel, it took three phone calls and multiple emails and excessive paperwork. I had to follow up at every step, as they never returned a call or replied to an email. Massage experience was OK but does not make up for terrible, terrible office experience.
I am kind of annoyed with this location because I scheduled a massage, left work early to get to it way before my scheduled time (it was at 6 and I work in the Ashford Dunwoody area) and traffic was the worst I had ever seen and had to call because after 45 minutes I had gone maybe 2 miles. When I spoke to the person on the phone he said I could come in for the time remaining, pay a cancellation fee or move the appointment. I was like can I just move it with no fee and he told me yes, but I was still charged a $50 cancellation fee and full price for my next visit. I get I cancelled, circumstances beyond my control, but if I had known I was going to pay the cancellation fee plus full price for my next visit I would have just used my remaining time that day. Pretty sure I willingly got lied to in order for this location to make an extra profit.

This was the 2nd time Ive ever been to a massage envy, and this one was WAY better than the first one. My therapist did a great job working on all the knots I have in my shoulders and under my head. I come here about twice a month and the prices are great. I cant live without my MT and chiropractors, they really work great together.
I’m always greeted with kindness. Robert pays attention to the areas that need attention and knows which products help to relieve tension and stress for better relaxation.

Usually when you are signing up with massage envy they say those kind words to sell the monthly offer most importantly, they say to you, that they will give courtesy call to you as a reminder. With my appointment today, which I booked over 2 weeks ago (thanks to the availability of the massage therapist). I did not receive a courtesy call and I was charged for not showing up. Massage envy in perimeter has a very very non professional approach. STAY AWAY !!!!!

My contract was initiated in 2015 and ended in 2016. Since then Ive continued to have deductions for the same benefit as I did during my contract. There have been a couple of times Ive elected to pause deductions due to surgeries and recovery and reinstated the benefits once healed. Since September Ive called a few times and voicemail messages to cancel and the manager has not returned my call. I specifically called to let them know that Im moving out of state , therefore need to cancel, but still no return call. Since my relocation, I was consumed with life and forgot to reach back out until 2-12-20 and my information was taken and I was told they would forward to the manager so that it could be reviewed, so that the cancellation form could be emailed to me. Unfortunately, the lack of response is not a surprise. Im extremely disappointed at the customer service at this location. As a matter of fact, I went to a couple of other locations (Peachtree Corners & Tucker) that were great, but truly fell in love with the Tucker location for myofascial services until I relocated to the west coast in September 2019. If Dunwoody location wants to learn anything about customer service, I would highly suggest their manager visit the Peachtree Corners and Tucker location.
I love the Perimeter Massage Envy and highly recommend Nissa. She is professional, friendly, always listens to my requests and gives an amazing massage. I make it a priority to see every other week and find this to be a great way to manage stress.
My husband gave me a day at a spa for my birthday present and I came there to see what they offered.. I asked the lady working about pricing on the different plans they offered and she looked at me and walked into her office and ignored me as I waited for her to return but she didnt. I live in Dunwoody, just finished my exercise run, and Im also a proud successful Mexican woman .. I still dont understand why I was ignored and treated so rudely ad though my question was bothering her.. And if it was that I am of Mexican heritage and she thought its ok to treat me like that or anyone like that she needs to find a position where its important to treat customers with a friendly and courteous attitude.. I would rate zero stars from this experience but u have to rate one at minimum. This occurred Tuesday April 2nd 3019 at 6:30 pm. Very dissatisfied potential (not anymore) customer..

As of June 30, 2022: Extremely saddened that this Dunwoody/Perimeter location is SO very NON-accommodating in providing services. I already PAID for services NOT rendered during COVID to the present (my 20 “pre-PAID services” that I wish to now use as GIFTed services >> to others >> who do not have medical/pre-existing issues preventing them from accessing massage services).Even for me to use ONE single allowable GIFTed service— that is already pre-PAID, the client (me) must continue paying a monthly fee: this amounts to double jeopardy and is blatantly and incredibly UNFAIR to me the customer.❓Why continue to pay each month for service I’ve already indicated I can’t access and use for clearly honest reasons?❓Why can’t I use all my prePAID amounts to give to those who will use— and may even be potential new members afterwards.The local manager actually does have the authority/autonomy to work with me on an agreeable mutual solution. The money has been PAID and received by the Dunwoody business ‼️so the Dunwoody business forfeits NO money simply by adjusting this strange policy. Nothing $$ forfeited by them.Unfortunately, the ME Corporate office in Arizona has no real authority to do anything to assist in such disputes — once they sell the franchise — there is no corporate policy per Brett at the Arizona office about pre-PAID, etc.I really expected much better business/and reasonable client accommodations affected by the Pandemic— of Dunwoody location (Perimeter). BAD BUSINESS POLICIES ‼️‼️

I have been going for massages for several years at ME Dunwoody. I have enjoyed the experience. Michael has always been attentive to my needs and issues. I always feel 100% when I leave from getting my massages.
So I have been going to massage envy for 2 years.. this was my first time at this location. When I have heavy massages they always put hot towels on me before the massage ( I was told they do it to warm up the muscle and skin, to prevent issues). This visit that didn’t happen.. this is the result. I dont care how you massage... I dont think it should cause you harm. I am hurting and bruised. I am a member and go every month. Sometimes 2x.
I have exclusively used Robert for several years. He always locates the problem areas and works through them.
I hesitate to tell about how amazing Michael is for fear that I will never get in to see him, but I decided not to keep him to myself. Michael is adaptable to my specific massage needs and responds well depending on my problems. He is talented as well as kind.
Ive been visiting Massage Envy in Dunwoody-Sandy Springs for the better half of 2017. Afiya is my masseuse. She is excellent, thorough & adjusts her pressure & focus based upon my input. A couple months ago I had significant back pain & her massage worked magic & the pain went away.I would highly recommend anyone considering a massage to visit Massage Envy & ask for Afyia.
HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Massage Envy is the absolute worst. Do not patronize this business! Miscommunication regarding scheduling, defensive attitudes, and a general lack of customer service overall. Even the manager - Amanda - did not prove to be helpful in rectifying the problem. With management lacking critical skills, its no wonder the staff is subpar. Stay away!
I have been a loyal member to ME at perimeter for over two years. Due to budget constraints my membership had to go. I had a few prepaids I needed to use up and was told I could use 1.5 for an hour and a half massage (the lady on the phone didnt tell me you cant split up a prepaids and it used up 2). I opted to pay for the 30 min. out of pocket ($18) and the manager would not compensate or do anything for me and I told her I was canceling over this awful customer service and bad communication. I just saw another charge on my statement after I cancelled. The lady at the front desk couldnt even tell me the status of my account- BOTTOM LINE- HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! When I called to schedule an appt. a rep named Mocha put me on hold for 15 minutes and never returned to the phone. I had to call back five times before another rep was able to schedule me. I remembered how rude and unprofessional she was when I first visited this location. The massage was mediocre-nothing to brag about. I should have known then I would be displeased with future services. Do not visit this location!!!!
I really dont like people who try to insult my intelligence. I had a six months membership and fully paid for all my services, but had to move where theres no Massage Envy available to use the services. Prior to my departure, I wanted to use four of my five and half services at the Austell location to have a two hour session for myself and two hour session for my friend...remember, all sessions were paid in full. Austell was professional and courteous and said Id have to get permission from Dunwoody as thats my base, but its it could be done and was up to Dunwoodys discretion. Spoke to Jason there who first said it couldnt be done, but hed contact the manager whos out of town and couldnt be reached. The following day, the story changed to the manager answered an email he sent an hour prior to my call so hed send her an email, but hed done so the day prior. I called twice after and the manager hadnt responded, all of a sudden but she did an hour prior to my first call. The last time I called I simply told Jason if the store was burning down, hed reach the manager, and that he knew from the onset the answer was a resounding no. Its unfortunate because they were so professional and welcoming when they were trying to get me to be a member, but so unaccommodating now that my membership is up and fully paid. It all boils down to money. So, I used three of my five and half fully paid services. Concessions couldnt be made for me, per Jason. I wish Jason and manager Cindy McGinty the best, but money doesnt last, especially when its via ill gotten means.

I am big about reviews being the profit margin for our businesses. I will let you know if anything changes, but as of now, they are a pleasure to do business with!

I always come here for facials with Nakia. She is the best esthetician Ive ever had! Ive been coming to this location for about a year now and Ive only had two situations with them & thats where they double booked me and someone else. I was the one who always got to go so it didnt matter to me lol! I give this location two thumbs up for the massage therapists and estheticians, but the front could use some help!
One of the worst massages myself and fiancé have experienced. To put an example of the massage received would be like when your grandma rubs sunscreen on you as a child. The location was clean and staff was friendly however a waste of money for the massage.
Jason the manager needs to be fired! He is the worst manager I have ever met he charges your card without telling you then when you call to clarify the charges he will never be there DONT sign up for a membership I canceled mine and still was getting charges because he didnt process my cancellation form in a timely manner. Please save yourself the headache Ive been a member for over 5 years I moved to Atlanta and this is the location that was closest to me so I transfered over just because of his service I will no longer be a member and be canceling and look for another establishment that wont steal money when you already filled out a form to end the membership

My sister in law & I booked two PRENATAL massages . We get there and are told that the girl who booked our massages was new and did not code our massages as prenatal . We were offered to reschedule the following week . This was a gift to my sister who flew in to visit me and would be gone by the first date this location had available . I am not impressed with this company .
