I received a gift certificate on my birthday, so I finally made an appointment to come use it. A friend came with me and we had a couples massage. After getting undressed in the room, the masseuse asks us if we have any problem areas before proceeding. After deciding on a deep tissue massage, she started. I have to admit, I was not aware of the intensive kneading that came with it. But Im glad I got it this one time. I was not aware of the hot stones at the end. They definitely were a good addition, and my back loved the service. For the price of the massage, Id be back again asap.
My experience was horrible at this place! I’ve been here 3 times & this last time, I’ve had it. I booked me & my bf under the 2 hour combo massage. When I got to the establishment, I asked if I can split my time to having the 1 hour & a half body massage & 30 min foot massage, the guy told me yes. My bf received a 2 hour body massage. I was under the impression that both service were going to be $115 as listed on their site & in the establishment. First, they never asked me what type of massage did I want to receive they just took us in the room. My guy, Kevin, didn’t even massage my arms or hands AT ALL. His pressure was too hard for me & left my back hurting the next day. Upon leaving to pay, I was quoted $275. I inquired on why it was so much since I had in my mind that I was going to be paying $230+ a $20 tip which would have been $250. The guy explained that since my bf received a 2 hour body massage, the price is $140 & since I split my time, my price changed from $115 to $135. None of this was explained to me at all! On their site they have listed for hour massages, not half hour massages for anything. So upon me asking if my TIME-ing could be changed the rep should’ve explained to me that the prices were going to be slightly different due to the services being rendered. All in all, beware of this place & their antics. This is why they charge you at the end so they can try & get over on you. Seems like they been doing this a lot since now they have security outside their doors & people have probably been dissatisfied with their services or running off without paying. There all about the money & not about actually providing the services that’s stated. Oh & on top of that I did state that my masseuse did not massage my arms on my hands at all. All that was stated was, we’ll talk to him. So BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE of this place!!!!!!!
My friend and I went last year for my birthday. I did the reflexology and it was just okay…I didn’t like that everyone was in the same room, the noise of people coming in and out, and the fact that I had to remind the lady doing my massage that she was being too rough. Normally I go to sleep but I couldn’t get comfortable due to everything I mentioned. The front desk was nice and the atmosphere was cool. I don’t have to go back though.
The place is clean and looks new. The massages are professional and if you like the softer type of massages this may be the place for you.I gave it three stars because I prefer the deep tissue massages and, although the guy said to let him know if I wanted the pressure adjusted, he ignored my request. Instead he used these sticks to work on my shin - something I can do with my Theragun but I guess he was trying to improvise and save strain on his hands - cant fault him for that. On the bright side, the show to massage was pretty good.Interestingly, the cost of a 90-minute foot massage is higher per minute than a 60-minute massage. Go figure. Pricing tricks? Hmmm. They say its because its harder for the masseuse to go longer. I would then suggest giving them breaks and not offering longer massages. Also, their logic breaks because the two hour massage is equivalent in pricing per minute to the one hour massage.I cant really detailed but overall a nice place that I would bring a novice at massages- but not a hardcore massage officionado:0)
I wish I could give this massage no stars. I’m writing this review while I sit here almost at the end of my massage. This is by far the worst massage I have ever had! I haven’t been here in a while, but I can’t believe how bad my experience has been. I’m sitting at the entrance of one of the massage room doors and the noise level makes it so hard to even relax. I had to ask the therapist to massage my toes during my foot massage. She couldn’t understand me, so I decided to leave it alone. Very disappointed customer.
Great first experience at Treat Your Feet Buckhead. I submitted an appointment request for a couples massage the same afternoon. TYF promptly called me to book the appointment. It was a smooth process from arrival to paying/departure. The deep tissue massage felt fantastic, and Eva and Tony did great. The rate of $70/person/hour was to me fair with the market if not on the cheaper end. I recommend TYF, Eva and Tony, and I will be returning.
Only positive is that it appeared modern and clean. My masseuse was terrible, no technique and usually used one hand or very little pressure with the other hand. Extremely, and unnecessarily loud. The door just needed to be closed (for the foot massage area). Also the massage wasn’t a full hour, on top of that, the masseuse left at least 4 times, if not more. I’ve been to plenty of foot massage places and this was just a waste. Go elsewhere.
Arrive at 8 for an hour massage. Was told I could only get a 30 minute massage because they close at 8:30. Mind you, the hours on the door and on google say they close at 9pm. I wont be back to this location.
My first time at this establishment and I am pleased. I tried the 1 hour special (30 min foot rub & 30 min back/ shoulder rub)… it was heavenly. My masseuse was Ramone. He’s very respectful , mindful of his client and their needs & gives amazing foot rubs! I will certainly be back in the near future. Also, if you get the 1 hour special you’ll be in a shared space of about 12 large recliners, dimmed lights, and silence (4 the most part). All seats won’t be full - when I was there it was 5 other people in the room as well. You won’t have a private room for that service. I enjoyed it !
Both my friend and I have some type of insect bites on our backs, legs and thighs -yes we have itchy mosquito bite like bumps on us we noticed this by the next day that’s the only place we were together at the same time…I wonder if anyone else has ever had this happen? My friend and I went last Saturday to the Buckhead location for 1:45 appointments we had the foot and back combos..I experienced a very light pressure massage -he never asked if the pressure was ok I wish it could’ve been more effort put into the massage I also could have relaxed more if the room was quieter but it wasn’t due to all the chatter and laughter in the hallway the workers were in the hallway I noticed when we exited the foot massage room -is that their break room? I was also unhappy about my $100 gift certificate expiring!! I didn’t think gift certificates actually expired!
Extremely disappointed and I left annoyed. I work on my feet all day so I went for 1hr foot massage - he was done in 45 minutes, including the two 5 min breaks they take to go gather hot stones, or go put away towels. Guy basically massaged my calves n barely touched my feet. Then the neck and back massage had basically as much pressure as someone caressing your back. So overall really is more like a 35min massage and the 35 mins were terrible.2 stars bc ladies at front desk were nice and welcoming, convenient location and clean facilites
I took my husband here for Father’s Day and we both got the foot massage and it was incredible! The chairs are so soft and comfortable you sink in em while my leg and feet got massaged!! Even my husband felt relaxed afterwards!! 😊. I would go back
I use to love this place but it was too much noise for a massage. It took so long for all the noise of sliding of the chairs to get started on each new person coming in and for a massage and loud conversation and laughter in the hall from the staff made it difficult to actually relax. Unless you are doing a private room bring ear plugs.
I was in need of some rest and relaxation and decided to come here for my second time. I made a Saturday appt for myself and my husband for the 1 hour body and foot combo. Although it was a Saturday and they were pretty busy, the check in was smooth and they were moving right along. We were escorted to a room with another couple on one side. We sat in a big comfy chair and waited for our massage therapists. They give your feet a quick wash then start your foot massage which is the most amazing and relaxing massage ever! They even do a hot stone portion of the massage. After the best foot massage youve ever received, they move your chair and recline it so that you can get your body massage. Maybe it was the chair, but it wasnt that comfortable. I much preferred the foot massage.I highly recommend giving them a visit and getting the best foot massage youve ever had in your life.
Scale of 1-10...4.5 Heres why.I booked a 2 hr body and foot massage combo. I really chose this place because by name alone, it specializes in feet, yes? Okay, that in mind, I built the body massage in with that because why not? Im gonna be here, driving 1 hour and 40 minutes, lets do it all! The 4.5 rating is purely for the massage. I liked it and even tipped my therapist for it but the foot massage experience??? A disaster! I was and still am disappointed and MAD! My feet WERE NOT MASSAGED -AT ALL! I liken what was done to a lotion application when youre just getting out the shower except with an excessive amount of oil. I was so annoyed that a couple times I almost just told her to stop, let me pay and go. I was stoked upon entering the service area for the foot massages. Why?? Cause the 2 other customers in there were snoring! Like, peeling the paint off the walls snoring. 😂 I said to myself, Self, this is bout to be on and popping! These feet are about to get dealt the business! And bam - nothing! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I laid there, awake, listening to the sounds of the other 2 customers enjoy their massage. I wanted to cry. Heck, I still wanna cry. 😭 And no, Im not one of those people who eat a steak and complain and ask for their money back. I believe in paying for what I get and I did, again, I even tipped because my stance is its good etiquette. Only way I wouldnt have is it would have had to be an atrociously bad experience for me not to. Nevertheless, it was still bad. Disappointing... Just bad...Would I give them one more try?? If I was in the area for another reason and had the time, yes. Feet only and not the therapist I had. Only because I wanna see if I could get one good enough to make me snore hard enough to peel the paint off the walls. 😂
On Saturday evening I visited the Buckhead location for a foot massage special that includes 30 mins of body work.I left unable to turn my head to the left or unable to raise left arm. I am still dealing with pain from Saturday as well as inflammation and soreness. During the session the person working on me, Henry, was leaning into my spine my shoulder bone, and ribs. I said to him a couple of times to ease up on the pressure, but for whatever reason he failed to do so. After the service I inquired if the therapists there were licensed. I was told they were. As a massage therapist myself, we are trained not to put pressure on any bones and to adjust when the client asks. I also attempted to look up his license in the SOS and came up empty. The manager did void the transaction, however this doesnt account for my pain or the work I have missed over the last few days. Highly considering getting legal assistance.
Just had the most amazing deep tissue massage - walking out feeling like a million bucks! I typically get over heated when I get massages, but I felt completely comfortable the entire time. They listened when I explained my trouble areas and very attentive to details. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Ask for Penny, she did a phenomenal job!
I had a wonderful experience! My sister treated me for my birthday and it was my first time at TYF. We got stuck in traffic which made us very late but the girls were very accommodating. I was afraid wed get turned away but they were very kind! The body massage was incredible and the foot massage was very relaxing.Everything was very clean as far as I could tell.
This place is really nice and well organized, be sure to call for an appointment even if you’re coming a couple of hours before. It was my first time coming and while I enjoyed it, I think my particular masseuse could have been more thorough. The money you put into it is what you get out. I got the lowest tier foot massage and I think since it was the cheapest one my masseuse didn’t care to really put any pressure during the massage. The neck rub at the end is nice 😊
Oh. My. Gosh. I just received my first massage here and it was the best I’ve ever had. Angela was my massage therapist and she was perfect! Perfect amount of pressure (I got a trigger point massage), perfect amount of massage time on each tender muscle and perfect technique! I’ve had plenty of massages before and none will ever compare to this one. I will be back to try the lymph massage. I live over 30mins away and I will gladly make the trip again. They’re also SUPER CLEAN!! You have a new faithful customer ‘Treat Your Feet.’
Great experience getting a much needed foot massage. Great atmosphere, very relaxing and they rubbed every bit off stress out of my toes. I definitely will be returning often.
Left feeling like a whole new person! this place was highly recommended by my coworkers and I am so glad that I tried it out. I did the special 1h 30 min foot/30 back. Ill be back :)
Place was very nice and clean. Good deal for the service, but I received horrible customer service from Jimmy. He was rude, aggressive, dismissive, and scoffed when I tipped him the appropriate requested amount of 20%. I would like to return, but will never sit with Jimmy again.
Well I arrived at 0935 today, my first time being in this establishment. The beginning was ok received a male person to do my massage 1 hour and a 1 hour feet massage. The gentleman only asked me maybe 5 times during the massage was it ok while doing the sport massage, but when it was time to role over my breasts were exposed no apology. I am not a vain woman mistakes happen. He rush me to put on my clothes to go into another room to do the foot massage and I wasnt dressed when he checked on me once again, I was just in my underwear. Why not do the feet massage first, then the body massage? The best option for me was when I checked in was to explain the process of the experience. NEVER AGAIN!! This was in Buckhead after I worked 13 hours the night before. Just my experience but I wont be a customer again..FYI 😕
The only place in Atlanta that I get my massages play you should try the 2-hour massage combo it comes with the our foot massage and a our body massage you can choose the type of body massage you like. So far I always choose a guy by the name of Tony
This was me and my lover first experience. He enjoyed himself so much he didn’t know what to expect. We both needed this as we work full time… We even got a full foot massage afterwards. The first for many new self care adventures. Thanks to the staff and services.
I frequent this place and it’s usually great. Just left and this experience was underwhelming. There were so many people (guests and employees) talking extremely loud in the hallway while we are in the room trying our best to relax but it was hard. It also felt a bit rushed.
I was very disappointed to find out that Treat Your Feet would not honor a gift card that was only 1-month past the expiration date. Even though it was expired, I would think that as a matter of goodwill and customer satisfaction, that they would have extended that date when asked. They essentially got $ for doing nothing and a dissatisfied customer..
When I took my girlfriend Thursday I only thought they specialize in foot massages, but behold when I saw the rest of there I guess you wanna call it menu they actually do regular body massages and Swedish massages so I definitely want to try all of the services out that they have to offer. My girlfriend had a great time getting her feet massage and she definitely will go back again so that just leaves myself to try them out but the atmosphere was nice and welcoming definitely worth going
I’ve been to several Treat Your Feet locations. I was never disappointed until today. My massage tech barely touched me. He basically applied lotion to my legs. Not only that, he yawned the first 10 minutes of my massage and continued to yawn throughout. Then to my surprise he fell asleep a few times while lightly rubbing my legs. He also never asked how anything was or checked in with me throughout the massage. Despite the negative experience, I still tipped him $20.
I am a faithful client of the Doraville location! I decided to try the Buckhead location this year for my birthday and they absolutely did not disappoint. absolutely LOVE Treat Your Feet!
Husband and I are visiting from outta town and decided to get a 1 hour foot massage. They take you to a dimmed room with maybe 15 chairs at The time there was maybe 4 of us in there and one of the other customer were snoring pretty loudly. That’s not a huge issue. The issue was the door to the room was left wide open for more than half the massage and everyone that would walk in the hallways would be super loud (I’m talking conversations and lots of laughing) and every time my masseuse would get up to close it because he clearly saw how unrelaxing it was, someone came in or out and left it open (because it’s a shared room) as I was getting my massage, it literally felt like he was just rubbing lotion on my feet. Normally they ask for problem areas or if the pressure is good and I was never asked any. Lastly, they should really update their website. I tried calling for a combo massage and no where on their website did it mention that they only offered it on certain days. I had to figure out when I called and that itself should have been a red flag.
I was dying to go here because it was so close to work and highly recommended.Nice and calm environment.Location: UpscaleStaff: FriendlyPrices: LOW, $30 for 30min.😁Vibe: Calm, positiveFacility: Super clean, basically brand newI wish that I could add my videos.😊The downfall was the DIDNT DO MY FEET!! 🤦🏽♀️ SMH, treat my feet but I didnt get to have my feet done and thats what I REALLY wanted. 😑I told the ladies my expectations when they asked about my experience, their response..... 30 minutes is not enough time. Its for the body only. 🙄I laughed and said....😏 My feet are not part of my body.😂😂I know a place that does the feet too in 30 minutes and also only $30.
Both locations are amazing, but the Buckhead location has friendlier people at the front desk and is quieter which is so critical. It was my first time getting a deep tissue massage and it was amazing. Will definitely be back at both locations soon!
My absolute favorite massage parlor. Good prices and quality massages. I love how clean it is, and it has such a comfortable atmosphere. It believe its the best deal around. Havent been to many massage parlors but of the ones Ive experienced this one is my favorite. I will say the front desk staff can be snooty at times but I will not allow it affect my rating, it is Buckhead...... lol
They made a mistake and booked me for the wrong service, and I didn’t find that out until they had already started. Ok, mistakes happen. But the manager was extremely rude, and told me if I didn’t like it I should not come back. Oh well. Time to try a new place I guess.
To be honest, I wish there was a way to put 4 1/2 stars but this place is better than four stars and probably not quite five stars. The 90 minute foot massage is where its at…
Great Experience! Everyone was friendly and on time. My mother loved it. My mom masseuse seemed sick. He was congested a breathing hard. Only reason I took away 1 star. Will be going back.
It was ok not relaxing at all kind of painful. I went for my birthday and for the price for my massage and foot massage it was not worth over $100 at all. I didn’t feel like anything was really worked on any knots or kinks worked out. The people working on you are nice but I wouldn’t recommend if you look are looking for relaxation and an unwind experience
This is my favorite location to get a massage. The variety is of massages are good. The prices are reasonable and the space is always clean as well as great customer service.
I went for deep tissue massage 1 hr session walk-in. they are so accomodating and kate was fantastic. she made sure the pressure is ok couple of times during session and very professional. would definitely go here again!
This place is so heavenly. This is hands down the best massage Ive had. The body massage was so good that I slept through the foot massage.
What a gem. In the past I found foot massages too intense and firm. But this was overall pretty relaxing, I even was dozing off. They end with a lovely neck shoulder and arm massage. $45 for an hour is so worth it.
In town for business, needed a massage to relieve travel stress, I had no appointment. The staff graciously accepted me as a walk in and I requested the 2 hour massage option which included 1 hour foot massage and 1 hour body massage.Best 2 hours of my trip! Jimmy was amazing. He applied the right amount of pressure to relieve the tension in my legs and feet and stimulated my lymphatic system to help me release my travel bloating!Sorry I couldn’t schedule another massage before leaving Atlanta☹️If you are in the Atlanta area, I highly recommend Treat Your Feet and ask for Jimmy. Your feet and/or body will thank you!
Not a good experience. Came in at my appointment time. Waited for 10 min, went to back, waited another 10 minutes and still no one came. I left after 20 minutes of waiting. It appeared I was the only patron there, so they were not crowded. Unprofessional at least, and they could care less about the scheduled appointment time or whether I left. First time and probably last time. Pretty disappointed.
Terrible customer service! Cancelled our appointment after we confirmed the day before.
This place never disappoints. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the foot massage is second to none. The fact that it includes a leg massage and shoulder and neck massage is just magical. I went there a few weekends ago after a long run and my feet and legs felt brand new. 100/10 would recommend.
First massage Ive had in years ...I would recommend this place. Parking can be a bit crazy, but the full body- deep tissue massage did wonders for my body. Worth it.
Overall good prices, good customer service. Staff could be a little more diverse. I dont think they have a single black female staff member. Theres maybe 3 black guys on staff. They call you back if theres an opening for service, which is good and give you grace when running behind. Parking is limited, which can be annoying. Theres a security officer for the complex.
I have been only going here for massages and it’s been a great experience however, I did a couples massage recently and Frank did not do a great job…. I felt as if I was getting a back rub versus and massage and he was too concerned about using more oil. I had asked for more pressure as I was having a deep tissue massage and it was still not what I wanted… I have never had an experience like this before with anyone. After I spoke w the front desk and they did not really care or compensate me for my experience.. they said that because I finished and did not stop the therapist that there was nothing they could do or give me a complimentary session… only 20% off current session.. keep in mind the last person I had was who I requested for but they do not keep track of who does your massages… I’m very disappointed in their lack commitment and satisfaction for customers.
Absolutely love my experience with them. I will definitely come back.
My worst 1st experience. I scheduled a couples appointment for a birthday present for my man and when I got there they had messed up my appointment. They said I didnt schedule it. Although i had a written conformation. They could not accommodate us. Never again!!
Who knew that getting your feet massaged would be so relaxing. I didnt. But this was a great experience, the atmosphere put you in a very relaxed place, the message hit all the trigger points and then at the end they gave a neck massage. Truly enjoyed, will definitely go back.
I recently visited here and I must say, it was one of the best experiences Ive had. The ambiance was calming and the staff was friendly. The massage therapist was skilled and attentive to my needs. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of a good massage. 🙌
We have been coming here for 4 years and nobody has been as unprofessional as the male manager was today. They moved our appointment earlier and we told them we would be late which they said was okay. When we walked in, the manager told us he would no longer be able to take us today because we were late. I was visibly frustrated and the manager told me to “Get out”. Not how you’re supposed to treat long term loyal customers.
This used to be my favorite place but today my massage was definitely not worth the money. My husband and I felt like we got a sports massage and so sore. Likely won’t be back since they didn’t address my experience.
I never had a problem in the past with service until yesterday. Appt scheduled was on time and front desk was friendly. However, the masseuse I had was not trained properly. He was too strong to know how to balance his strength with technique, pressure or use of lotion/oils. The masseuse also left me in the room several times for long periods of 5 mins each. cutting back my service. The masseuse never added more time. It was very disappointing to be charged for an hour only to receive 45 mins worth of service. My advice - have your new masseuse practice more often on staff to perfect technique and muscle manipulation, the proper use of lotion on all parts of the body - not just on feet. I had a dry, rough rub on my upper body. I had to ask for him to use lotion. It was like I was dry torched on my arms and neck. Please do better!
My husband and I went here. It was nice. Smelled and looked good in the inside! I was snoring while I was getting my massage lol great place to go! Highly recommend 🥰
I recently went to treat your feet and buckhead the service was absolutely terrible! I got off of a long day at work and decided to treat myself. I made an appointment for the acupressure massage. The set up is beautiful and relaxing however my masseuse was untrained. During the massage my neck was not massaged and oil was just slathered on my body. It felt like she was just rubbing oil on me and sliding across my body. I asked to speak to the manager in the middle of getting tested. I even demonstrated how I was being rubbed. Instead of listening she brushed me off and the same lady came back in and said she was finished. I was furious because I came in with pain and left in pain. I don’t usually leave reviews about service but this had to be the worst massage I’ve ever gotten!
Massages are excellent, I love this place, but owner needs to check who he is putting at the front desk. Some of his employees are running his business. I tried to make appointment and two silly girls was making fun of me. One was playing stupid and second lady was laughing in background. I called 5 times. Tonight I will have to stop by personality to make appointment.
It was a great atmosphere and nice vibe. I felt the massage could have been a bit better as the masseuse was a bit firm for my liking but good experience. I would say instead of covering peoples heads with towels advise them to maybe bring satin wraps or scarves for head covering
This place was amazing! My feet had been hurting me for 2 days and nothing I was trying helped. Had a massage here and it was all better! Be sure to book in advance.
Amazing! The best foot massage I had! Very impressed and will be coming back for sure!
Took my daughter to treat your feet yesterday Mr wes and Tommy was excellent we had the 1hour special foot & shoulder awesome place 😀 to visit
I just had a horrible experience with the staff at this location.I called to schedule a 30 min massage and was scheduled for 5:30 pm.I arrived and the clerk says “oh” it’s a hour minimum. The manager comes does not apologize and blames me for not asking the right question? Please spend your money elsewhere cause this location is Ghetto and they are hustling good people.Sad!
This was the sorriest treatment I have ever received! I initially stated that I didnt like the ladys spirit. I requested more pressure serval times but never received it. I have real man shoulders, you cant come playing when trying to treat them. In the words of my mom JoJo honee honee, you gots to better than what youre doing. To top that, the front desk knew I was dissatisfied and could care less about the service or lack of that was received. All they were concerned about was those 45.00 dollars that I should dispute with my bank. HoRRible
Treat your feet personnel were all so professional and treated me like a valued client. My feet and shoulders felt amazing after having the 1 hour special (30 minutes feet and 30 minutes neck, shoulders, and back). Th e only things I didn’t like was the smell. The place smelled stale. Other than that, I would go back.
I went to this location because it was a gift from my best friend. I had heard so many good things about them. Today, I decided to make an appointment and go. When I arrived, they checked me in and escorted to the back to a dimmed room. There were others in the same room who had the same appointment time. Everyone got started at the same time. I had someone by the name of Jay. Jay did a horrible job my massage. It had no type of pressure to it and if felt like he was just rubbing oil on my feet. He kept rubbing my legs and wiggling my toes. He was done with my massage before everyone else and again we all started at the same time. I looked over to my right an observed the woman next to me getting her massage by someone who was actually doing what a foot massage intel. Clearly, the others in the room enjoyed their massage. My massage was horrible!!! When asked at the front desk how was it, I replied that I didnt like it. He told me to explained what I disliked about it. When I explained it he tone got a lil aggressive and asked if I wanted him to focus on something specific. When I explained no, I just wanted him to massage and not lightly rub. I wanted to use the rest of my certificate and get another hour done by someone else, thats how bad it was. If you go here, stay away from Jay.
I always come here but this time I brought my mom and she loved it, she said I was snoring while getting my foot massage, 😆 so you know thats a great sign that the massage was amazing!! Definitely a 10 out of 10 and will always recommend!
My favorite self care routine. Its clean, quiet, and relaxing. Go with a friend or treat yourself on your own but I havent left here not feeling better than I did when I walked in. Zou is amazing!
I had a deep tissue massage with Penny. It was divine! I left feeling very relaxed. Great value for the price. Ill definitely be going back.
Did the special with feet and upper body. It was in a nice four seater room but we were the only ones there. It was nice and relaxing. Soaked my feet. Massages with lotion and hot stones. It was really nice! I should have gone longer!!
Cindy is the best. Went for my birthday two weeks ago and today to ensure consistency for a deep tissue massage. She went above and beyond. One thing I valie is that she remembered me and my requests. That is a true level of client-customer relationships. Highly recommend!!
Absolutely amazing! Our group called last minute and asked if they could squeeze our group of 5 in for an hour foot massage... they got us right in and the service was outstanding! Sam was my therapist and knew exactly what he was doing.
To be fair, I reached out to the location before writing this review, they offered a discount but theres no way Im coming back after the email exchange I had with them.Came in for a 2 hour massage, put notes on my appointment for specific areas to work on, they were ignored, even though the person checking me in read the notes to me to confirm what I had written. The store responded you can ask for someone that speaks English (their words not mine) - I was shocked, the issue isnt if they speak English and at NO point did I bring up language as an issue, the guy at the desk read my notes back to me to confirm so I thought he was going to pass the info along...whatever happened, there was a breakdown and in a 2 hr massage only 10 minutes was spent on my legs and feet combined!Further more my masseuse was SICK, coughing, sneezing, grunting, clearing his throat and for some reason he was allowed to work that day, which is absolutely crazy.I reached out to the location before writing the post, in hopes that some sort of reasonable explanation could be given and overall, as noted earlier they said I need to ask for a therapist that speaks English so my notes are read / understood (their words not at all mine, I have emails with them writing this comment out) and that I can also specify in the notes that I should ask for someone that is in good health when I book my appointment. So readers if you are going to book, make sure in the notes you ask for someone that isnt sick and that they speak English per the email directions I received from the location.Ive never seen a company talk about their own employees like that but I cant support this place anymore. Not worth coming here if you can risk getting sick and theyll ignore the notes you put down.
I’ve been going to treat your feet for over 5 years now and It’s really starting to fall off. I booked an hour combo with Lou. I only go to him and I # 1 got a call back that he wasn’t there today which clearly shows there not communicating and working as a team. I really wanted my feet massages because I am a runner and I have planters foot. I didn’t get that because, somehow they had me for body massage. Also when it was time to pay. My total was $70. Hour combo is $60. That’s not cool. I wasted money which I hate to do. I’m a spa owner In Buckhead and I feel like I won’t be going back.
Wife took me for my 1st time and it didnt disappoint. I am on my feet all day and they hurt all the time. They paid alot of attention to my feet and made them feel much better. Highly recommend!
Great Massage and a wonderful atmosphere, Penny is the best.
Whatever you do please do not go to this place the massage was terrible and the manager is rude!
My feet are still rejoicing from the amazing foot massage they received at Treat Your Feet Buckhead! I am a little funny about folks touching me feet, but these were the most professional and kind individuals I have ever encountered while getting a massage. If you want happy feet 👣 please go and check this place out! Your feet will thank you 😊
I had the most amazing experience we chose the couples massage package I have never had a massage like this ever it was the absolute best . I want to gift everyone I love with such an amazing experience..
I love this place! Been many times and have brought my sister here, she loves it also. The quality of the massages (I’ve tried different ones here- deep tissue, neuromuscular, feet) are AMAZING! You won’t regret it
My dental office has visited this place yearly. Very upset due to the fact they would not accommodate our party due to the fact that someone else’s large party did not show up. Tried to reason with the receptionist that I would pay half up front and we would show because we never cancelled or no showed before. This was to be a holiday outing for my team that they asked for. Very disappointing that the receptionist would not even run the idea through to her manager. Instead of rejecting business maybe you should come up with a better cancellation or no show fee. We will never return to this establishment.Dr. Lee
Front desk receptionist that’s there currently comes off EXTREMELY RACIST! Tried to get my wife an appointment scheduled and the way she talked to me was very rude and nasty and unwarranted. She knew I was African American and treated me accordingly with letting me know in her tone that we wasn’t welcomed there!Approximately 12:13am in response to your response, owner! I sent an email in regards to this same issue before posting the incident and yet to receive a response but you ironically respond here instead! Lets me further know what’s up! I’ve done my part and I’ve given you opportunity to contact me.
The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. The massages are amazing and always leave me feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend a 1 hr body as well as the 1 hr foot massages!
I have been to TYF a few times, however this was my first time at Buckhead. Clean, yes. On time, yes. However, my personal experience for the 1 hour foot massage was not ideal. My provider was ‘Jeff’. While I understand the massage is not your typical ‘spa’ like experience....it was terrible. It was surface, perfunctory, and candidly not relaxing. I left feeling a little mistreated, candidly. My friend had a great experience with her provider. Me, not so much. Based on my personal experience - I will not be back nor can I recommend this location.
The massage wasnt done professionally. They need to hire licensed message therapist.Worst experience ever. The receptionist didnt ask me how was my service. When I told her about my experience, she brushed me off and proceeded to take my payment.
My husband and I have been here several times for both foot and body massages and have always had wonderful experiences. Booking appointments online is a breeze and the prices are very reasonable.
2/10Don’t be like me and ignore the red flags 🚩The reviews were mixed so I decided to just try them out for myself and I must say it was a complete waste of money. I got the prenatal massage and literally could have just got my husband to rub my body with lotion. There was no massaging but just applying lotion. Plus it wasn’t that comfortable. I’ll never be back & if you’re reading this you shouldn’t either save ya money. Then the lady was like “feel good right” and I’m just like “girl I’m waiting for the good part, when you gone do some massaging?”
Yesss the service was good minus the guy snoring 😆 lol need I say more? I got the foot massage special not bad priced!
To say I was sorely disappointed in my massage experience and the lack of concern from the management is an understatement. I had read so many marvelous reviews my daughter & I stopped before heading back to NC. The technique of my Masseuse is hard to explain, actually there was no technique, no pressure, no focus, no application of any kind. I asked him for more pressure, for more focus more something so that I know I actually had a massage but nothing changed. I eventually stopped my massage and asked for someone else, but no one was available. And the time I had remaining was now just 5:00 minutes. And of course the management didnt seem to care at all. They said “He is one of our best”. I’ll talk to him about it. “My daughters said her masseuse was amazing is name is Paul!
This was my first massage experience, I got a 2 hour couple`s body massage for myself and my wife and they did not disappoint! We will definitely be back!
I sent the below email about my experience on Sunday… I haven’t heard back yet! They will never get my business again!!!! I even sent a message on Instagram…and heard nothing back!Good afternoon,I just visited your location in Buckhead, and unfortunately I have to share that the service was absolutely horrible. I have been to this location several times over the years, and recently I started to request the service of Jay. He is normally amazing…but today I noticed that something was off from the start. I noticed that I could barely feel his foot massage, and when I looked at him his head was down. He eventually dozed off to sleep! I tried to be patient, but 2 times he completely dozed off. I was only about 15 minute into my appointment. So I asked him to stop, and I gathered my things to head to the front desk. While I was annoyed that Jay dozed off, he is human, so I could have gotten over it. Where things went wrong was the treatment from the manager (he said his name was Trè…I’m probably spelling this incorrectly). He was completely rude and dismissive, and told me that it’s customary for the massage therapist to close their eyes during service! No apology or acknowledgement at all. Just excuses. I had to call the other location to get this email address because was unwilling to provide me with anything other than the email address back to the buckhead location. The receptionist told me that the owners’s name is Tracey, but that’s all I was given because he interrupted her. As I was trying to leave but I still had the product that’s used during the massage all over my legs and feet, and had to ask 2 times for a towel. He is extremely nasty, and not the best person to represent the service that I believe your business stands for….
Loved it.......nice atmosphere, great prices very professional, cant wait to go back definitely enjoyed my massage.
Just left there today and reviews are EVERYTHANG!If you need a deep tissue massage and you emphasize deep, Evan is your guy. It was great and my body feels so relaxed. As a woman I can say he was professional ladies.Ive been here many times and this is my favorite location. And the first time I got the [deep] tissue massage Ive been searching for.
Stopped in during a girls weekend trip and I can say we were all very satisfied. The massage therapist were friendly and did an amazing job. We got a foot/body combo massage and it was worth every penny. Will be back the next time I visit Atlanta!
The worst spa experience I’ve ever had and I didn’t even get a chance to get a massage. I had an appointment here and walked into no employees wearing masks and a bunch of gas crammed into a tiny waiting room. I waited about 15 minutes before someone checked me in and another 10 in the waiting room after. Someone eventually brought me back to my massage room where I waited another 10. Finally someone came but the bed/room was not prepared and I had to wait while the masseuse set up the bed which took another 10 mins. By this time 45 minutes had gone by. The bed was cold and I could hear walking and talking from the hallway and other rooms as I waited. I asked my masseuse if there were a warmer and quieter room and she walked out of the room because she did not understand English. I eventually just left.
Horrible!!! I booked a spa day for myself and 8 friends for my birthday. $115 for a 1 hour foot massage & 1 hour back massage. (Appointmentat 7:15 due to size of the party.) The day before our reservations, the so called manager calls to say she can only do a 30 min foot and back massage for the entire party. She was rude and unapologetic and proceeded to hang up in my face twice. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH TREAT YOUR FEET AGAIN. NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!
It was a massage. I typically go to sleep during any massage Ive had. I didnt get that affect there. However it was clean, typical customer service. The lady got smart with my husband when he asked about filling out the waiver. I looked over that. They sat us in the incorrect room with everyone. I made reservations for couples private room. She did come back and corrected it. The tech did okay not wowww but okay. I might return but will not be the first place I think about. You cant beat the prices of course for basic service. The facility is the top notch part about it.
This place has horrible communication. I made reservations for two massages and they call me 30 min prior to my appointment to tell me that my appointment was confirmed for a later time which was 4 hours later. Like are you all not aware that time is precious. No one had any explanation as to why my appointment was changed. I am a new mother and I made baby sitting accommodations to get a massage and now its ruined because the lack of communication and poor customer service from the staff. I will never use them again for services because this is unacceptable
Very clean, friendly, relaxing atmosphere. Had a foot and upper body “chair” massage. Jay did a great job.
This place is addictive! I had the neuromuscular full body massage a few days ago. I personally suffer from back pain from when I was in the military. I am usually in there two times per week. It is beyond worth it, talk about self love on another level. Let’s call it longevity extended! The atmosphere is comfortable, the therapist are all great so no matter who you get they all exceed expectations. A great investment for self. Anyone would enjoy the gift to experience the services offered.
Great massage! I was in town and was looking for a massage spot. I did the combo 30 minutes foot and 30 minutes back massage and it was great! Not to mention the price was incredibly affordable! I chose the bed massage and I walked in signed the consent and they walked me straight to the back o and I forgot my masseuse used hot stones toward the end which was a icing on the cake
Very rushed. Nothing like my prior experiences. My request for a male therapist was completely ignored, although the young lady was great. I just didnt like the fact that our massage started 10 minutes after the two next to us and was done 20 minutes before they left. The hour massage is only about 40 minutes.
I’m going to rate this experience as a five star because the massage was incredible and the masseuse was extremely nice and accommodating. The only negative about this place is that the girl at the front desk is extremely rude and unhelpful. We have now dealt with her several times, and there are many other reviews stating the same thing. I genuinely feel bad for the massage staff as they are awesome and I feel like they could potentially be losing out on business because of the person at the front desk. I highly recommend getting your massage here and avoiding talking to the desk girl as much as possible.
I can only say I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! I made an appointment for a trigger point massage. When I arrived they were quit busy. I checked in only to be told that my appointment was unavailable. I asked why wasnt I notified andthe receptionist has an extremely nonchalant attitude. If I were not in pain and stressed I would have left. However I will continue to go to my regular place. TREAT YOUR FEET I know the receptionist is family but your business would be better if she were relocated from the front desk.
Not a great experience. Ive been going to the other location for years. My wife and I decided to give this one a shot. The large room they put is in must be next to a loading dock. There were loud noises the entire time. There is NO background music of any kind to drown it out, its early silent except for the outside noises. You can hear people in the hall talking. Not relaxing at all. Take you money elsewhere.
I went to Treat Your Feet Buckhead after I received a lot of positive reviews about them. I booked the one hour special, which included a foot massage and body massage. I KNEW when the hot stones hit my feet that I would be returning! This was my first foot massage and I enjoyed it! The lobby space is small, but they get you checked in, waiver signed, temperature taken, in a timely manner in order to take your back. The pricing is also reasonable. Next, I will be sure to book a hot stone massage.
This place is pretty legit! Ive been 3 times over the past few months where I received 2 full body massages, 90-min Swedish and 60-min Sport, and 1 30-min foot massage. All experiences have been really enjoyable. The body massages have been some of the best and most effective Ive ever received. Not to mention the price point for all of their services is beyond reasonable. I highly recommend coming to Treat Your Feet for whatever service youre looking to try. Also great for groups and couples.
Massages are amazing. I really enjoyed the experience even though it is a bare bones facility in that the tables are not heated. But they have great work arounds. But do be educated on what the facility offers because they will not tell you. And if you get a promotional offer/discounted services they expect to make it back in a tip. They take your ticket to the front and they wait for you to pay. You feel super compelled to provide an excellent tip. I usually tip but it was just a bit awkward. Worth a visit for sure.
This place is amazing! Don’t hesitate to make that reservation, just book it and walk away feeling great. The employees do a fantastic job at what they do and making the experience enjoyable! 100/10
Recently went there and Ive been to the one on Burford as well; for the overall experience I like the Burford location better. We had an appointment, but still waited over 15 minutes. Now mind you, if youre late 5 minutes they cancel your reservation? 🤔 Finally, get to a, room & it very relaxing atmosphere. I was asked if I wanted a refreshment, my feet placed in nice, perfect temperature water. So, they wash your feet before they get started on the message. Overall, the experience was relaxing, but I wish the pressure was consistent throughout the message experience. What was distracting during the experience is the person giving the massage going in & out of the room! Which is done at least 3 times during the session & at least an average of 2 minutes. So, thats 6 minutes or more youre not getting a massage, but paying for. Then when you go to pay the people that did the message are standing there waiting on a tip, as you cash out; can I say awkward.... What if someone didnt like the experience and now that person is standing there with an expectation of a tip! I cant say if that happens at the Buford location or not, because I didnt pay for it. I could go on and on, but the biggest take away is try both locations and you decide....
Best massage place ever and the prices are good!
Pretty bad customer service. Made an appointment for a couples massage via phone on Friday for the following Monday. Upon arrival they were unable to find my reservation. I had confirmed it was this location that I called and it was. The female attendant proceeded to tell us how to handle it for future notice by insinuating we had not done what we were supposed to on our end. Told us that we should ensure that a credit card is taken and to back up with an online reservation. I didnt know we were getting paid to train your staff! No apologies were given. No credits for inconvenience or anything. Just plan better on your end. Needless to say we will not be returning.
A great experience that can pretty much accommodate you last minute. I went on my lunch break. Only drawback is when getting a foot massage they sometimes are too noisy.
They do not have good customer service. I called 2 times to verify what time they close only for them to close early. When I spoke to someone about it, they was very rude, spoke as if they were trying to belittle me and was not trying to accommodate. They also gave me fake names. If you want great customer service and honesty do not waste your time going here. Just because they’re in Buckhead doesn’t mean the service is any better then else where.
The foot massage was amazing. My massage therapist did an excellent job. However, the front desk receptionist with the purple streaks in her hair was not friendly at all. She was very short and curt as we checked in. She told us to sign the waiver and go take a seat. Very short. And very unfriendly. She needs to realize that treat your feet is not the only game in town. Massage Infinity is right across the street and the customer service is excellent and they seem very happy to see you. The front desk receptionist needs some serious training in customer service and greeting customers. Our future massages will be with Massage Infinity.
My sister and I visited Treat your Feet for the first time today. To begin, the staff at the front desk doesnt greet you and are not really that friendly. Once pass the front desk, Tony was the masseuse who performed my foot massage. He did an AWESOME JOB. He was very attentive and gentle while still managing to Target all of the pressure points. He was simply amazing. My sister stated her masseuse was AWESOME as well. I will definitely make this a bi-weekly outing. Thanks again and see you all soon. Call me Happy Feet 😄.
This is one of the best massage parlors in Atlanta. I would highly recommend! Relaxing ambiance, welcoming and accommodating staff, along with wonderful and therapeutic massages. Ive been going fairly frequently for over a year and have yet to have a bad experience at Treat Your Feet.
Ive ways wanted to experience the foot massage & services here. A friend scheduled us an appointment for this past Sunday. I was very pleased with the service, the experience and the massage overall! Ill definitely be back!!
Leaving a one star due to the unprofessional staff and manager at the Buckhead location. They misinformed me on their policy with accepting credit card payments over the phone, then proceeded to misinform me of their actual availability for a massage and after I asked for a manager he was just as rude. I understand the amount of fraud Atlanta is experiencing but customers need to flexible payment options vs. driving an hour to them just to purchase a gift card. Never going here again. I would recommend the Buckhead Massage Company any day over TYF.
I have been coming to Treat Your Feet for a few years now. Its one of my favorite places! Returning after the isolation was lifted was an awesome treat. We came for the foot massage & received outstanding service. I rescheduled for a body massage. I highly recommend Toby. He honestly has Magic Hands. I am definitely telling my friends & co workers to ask for him by name!. You wont be disappointed. Ill be back! Thank you so much.
Great foot massage. I came without an appointment and it hadnt been a problem. Good prices too
I went to treat your feet with my co- workers. When I tell you all of us had wonderful experiences. I got a deep tissue massage, the young mans hands felt like butter, they are well trained and professional. The overall experience is superb. I cant wait to go back.
I visited for the first time for a swedish massage. I enjoyed my massage. She didnt get the knots out but it was still very relaxing. Like most other comments about this location mentioned, the front desk receptionist was not friendly at all. This is very off putting for a first time customer. Customer Service is very important and its odd to me that after months of the same comment, this hasnt been addressed. Either way, I may try the other location to see if the experience is different.
Bought this for me and my boyfriend for our anniversary! WOW this place is awesome and we both feel amazing. Prices are affordable, and really enjoyed by massage. Will be back!
When I go for a massage the word that comes to mind is serenity, I like to feel very relaxed. I did not, but that’s not their fault it’s mine! The location is nice but where they excel is in their massage. I opted for the deep tissue massage and it was way more than I had bargained for! I expected to come out feeling relaxed but I came out very sore!! But that’s on me, I have had deep tissue massages before but they were more like a Swedish massage. Not the real deal. This was how a deep tissue should feel like, so next time I will go for a more relaxing massage! LOL Here you get what you paid for and they delivered based on the massage I had. I will definitely go back.
This is brand new and felt more peaceful than the other treat your feet locations. The prices are good especially with their grand opening promo.I got the 1 hour combo massage. It was pretty good. Masseuse didnt really ask about pressure during the massage.
This was my first visit to Treat Your Feet in Buckhead. The front desk staff was very courteous and efficient. They had an opening at the time I arrived and took me immediately! My massage therapist Linda was wonderful! The massage included Hot towels, hot rocks, and pressure points were right on time! I will definitely be back! And yes!! The price is very affordable and well worth it for the services they provide.
This is the worst “treat your feet” location in the area. Completely rushed experienced. Waited 15 minutes passed my appointment time and the massage ended early. I don’t recommend going to this location at all.
The Business is quite stressful once you enter in through the lobby/front door. We came on a Sunday evening and they had no way of keeping the people who just finished their massages organized with people entering in through the front door. It did become more relaxing as we went back for our massage but there was still too much noise and the fact that the masseuses have to shuffle for their supplies is distracting. Decent massages though!
Havent been to Treat Yout Feet in a few years but wanted to go for my birthday. Booked a 10:15am appointment 03/27. Did the 1 hour combo and had Jason. I will make sure to get him every time I go. He has hands of magic. There has been some changes but all for the good. I wish they would sell those chairs. They can make a killing. Always have an amazing experience when I go.
The experience was good. When I checked in, the young lady at the desk had a horrible attitude, headphones in ears so she couldn’t understand a thing I was saying. Penny was absolutely amazing though. She may be the only reason I return.
Please save yourself time and money by going else where. Upon arrival you’ll note that they are rude and pushy like other reviews have stated. I still looked past this and got the massage. The rooms are incredibly small, not relaxing and the massage therapist are loud and talk to each other the entire massage. I wish I’d listened to the reviews that stated the same issues. Needless to say my husband and I won’t be returning.
Love it here! Used to live nearby and went all the time. I was visiting for 2 days and went twice haha. Good value for fair prices and professional. Usually get the chair massage combo special but this morning had the deeep tissue with Kate. So good
Terrible. We asked for the one hour massage. The session started with cold wet towels and ended early. The massage lasted appx. 30 min and they tried to insist that it was hour. My friends and I even showed texts when we were communicating with each other that we were parking/ pulling up which clearly proved we were not even in the establishment an hour prior. They were rude and dishonest. This place is unethical and will try to charge you for longer than the true and accurate duration of the services.
My husband and I went for an hour foot massage and an hour body massage. The front desk had horrible customer service. The foot massage was great. The full body was not. I felt like I had been massaged by someone who was not licensed. My husband had a great full body and foot so I definitely dont think all the techs arent good. I was sore for a few days after the full body. Not due to pressure. Felt more like bad manipulation of the body.
Messages are not new to me Ive had many. This was my first experience at Treat your Feet. Absolutely amazing. My masseuse didnt short my time and made sure I was ok! The 2 hour special is the deal and reasonably priced. Ive never experienced a foot message as such. Great experience.
I could quite literally get my feet treated everyday. This location — like the other — is great. I’ve been more vocal about speaking up to my massage technician about the pressure I prefer and I’m glad I’ve done so. If you haven’t been to TYF, it’s absolutely worth it!
Absolutely perfect experience today. Andy gave the best foot and back massage and I nearly fell asleep! Pressure was perfect and he was very considerate of what I needed. Can’t wait to go back!
DO NOT ever purchase a gift card from them. I bought my moms one for Mother’s Day. She did receive an email about it. However because the image of the gift card did not show up on my email or hers it is not valid. Doesn’t that sound like a faulty system error in THEIR end? You would think they would be more considerate for someone who spent money there. Policy or not, they need to get it together and make exceptions especially if they know it happens other wise it wouldn’t be in their policy in the first place. It’s ok, they are hurting themselves because I neither my friends and family will spend another dime here. So they missed out on 100s because of their petty gift card policy. And I will be calling my bank to get my money back. Don’t expect to stay in business doing people wrong.
Ive never been to a spa of any kind before but I really wanted to treat myself to a stress relieving activity. I called Treat Your Feet for walk in availability and I was able to quickly make an appointment.I chose the 1 hour Swedish massage and Remi was my masseuse. She did a fantastic job. The hot stones were the best part and she worked all of my knots. It felt great to the point where I almost fell asleep a couple of times.Overall it was fantastic and Ill definitely be back. The cost was fair to me and the atmosphere was nice and peaceful. Next time Ill be getting the deep tissue massage and also a foot massage. Ill also make sure Remi is available for those massages too.
It was my first visit. And I must say, it was beyond my expectations. I will be visiting this place again. Very courteous staff and very private rooms. Andy and Tony youre the best masseuse I have ever used! Great jobs! Continue to do your do!
If I could leave no stars I would. So I’m currently here and this isn’t what I expected. Came for a hour got 33 mins Everything was rushed. They moved in and out the room the door kept making noise (employees) which didn’t allow me to relax. They guy doing my service Max. Burned me with the hot rocks only allowed my feet to be in the water 3 mins. This was the worst foot massage I ever received. I normally go to a different company they don’t open till 2pm on Sunday boy do I wish I would have waited. I definitely wouldn’t ever return for free!!!!! Gave one star so I could leave a review.
I’ve been here several times. My friend and I came to get Swedish massages. When we get women as masseuses and it is always great.I’ve gotten male masseuses twice and each time they were rough. If you’re on the smaller side I would NOT get males. I told my masseuse I didn’t want deep tissue and to go lighter... Twice. My friend Had the same issue. The women are gentle. I felt they (men) assumed we had “a higher pain tolerance” and that’s just not the case. I needed tender care and light to medium pressure.
It was nice to have my feet massaged, BUT the man working on my feet was sick and kept coughing and sniffling the whole time. And now Im sick. Please dont let employees massage people when theyre sick! I have a baby at home and cannot risk bringing home a virus. Aside from that, there was a lack of communication between the masseuse and the me, the customer. He was a little rough and didnt direct me well on what to expect from my experience. For such a nice location, the customer service could be better.
I treated my boyfriend to a deep tissue couples massage for his birthday and the experience was GREAT. The staff was welcoming, professional, while Miya and Jeff made sure we were comfortable through out the massage. We will definitely be back.
Been here a few times. Last we got hr foot and hr body massage. Wasnt really that great. I wanted Thai, but they didnt have someone that does it that day so i opted for deep tissue. Massage was repetitive. Kinda boring. Not deep and she did some weird stretches. My girl got a swedish and said he did waaaayy too much pressure. Well stick to the foot/body combo massages. Still coming back. Always will. 💜
I went to Treat your Feet with major lower back issues. I signed up for a deep tissue massage with Penny, hoping it would help ease the sharp pain in my lower back. By the end of the massage I was able to stand up straight and move again, which was truly a miracle. My pain in my back went from 80% sharp to 40% in one session. At the end of my hour, Penny gave me stretches to go home and make sure I practice to continue to relieve my back pain as well as information on what to do moving forward until my back is healed. I booked another appointment with Penny two days later. For the price, and the quality of service, this place beats any massage envy. Im so happy I found Penny! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
So I brought my best friend here for her birthday. They dont have any direction. Thinking we had to stand in line. I stood in line to check in for no reason. A young lady came out asking who had appointments and for names. 3 of us had the same appointment time... Cool. The 2 couples went first, then she came back out to call more names and brought back more people. Im like REALLY?! My thing is, good customer service you explain hey your room isnt ready just sit tight. So she calls us back to the room we get out feet massaged and Im asked if I would like water ot tea... I stated I would like tea.... Never got the tea were told that we cant talk 😒😕. The guy I had was a bit rough for no reason but the massages were good overall
Honestly the worst experience and massage that I have ever had. It started with the lady at the front desk telling the masseuse the wrong service. No one confirmed a different service other than the one we actually asked for. Then my masseuse provided little to no pressure. When I asked for more pressure she used her elbow and all her weight to push into my spine. (I dont want to name the masseuse because maybe it was just an off day for her and with everything going on I dont want her to experience more loss because of this review but definitely research who you want to complete your massage.) Finally, to top it off, the masseuse burned me with the hot towel. Once we got downstairs to pay they quoted us for a different service but eventually changed the price of the service we actually ordered. All in all it was a bad day at the massage parlor.
Omg!!!! This place is amazing!! I did the 2hr combo that included a 1hr massage of my choice and the foot massage. My therapist CiCi was superb!!! The foot massage was there absolute best. It had me so relaxed. Im definitely coming back.
I have to say the Thai massage here unbelievably amazing but the blonde woman at the front is horribly rude. I arrived 8 minutes prior to my appointment starting and I was the only customer. She told me to go outside and wait in the 39 degree rain and the other front desk employees have never once asked anything remotely close to that. I can’t even imagine ever asking a client to stand in cold rain especially when there isn’t a single person in the waiting room.
I havent been here yet, but I am quite frustrated by the difficulty of trying to make an appointment. It seems odd that I need to completely fill out an extended form to verify availability. I would suggest updating your website and booking platform to allow users to sign-in using Facebook, or Google, or Apple credentials, or allow users to view availability without completing a form. I look forward to one day enjoy a relaxing massage at this establishment given its high ratings overall. Just wanted to mention this. Thanks!
Disappointing. As a veteran massage recipient, I was excited to try this facility. To begin with. Front staff ( one in particular, not pleasant at all down right rude). They say an hour, not true. I estimated approximately 15 min down time .Much of the time was spent setting up , obtaining their supplies. Much drama with towel wrapping, little knowledge on reflexology. Environment not relaxing. Doors opening and shutting. Noise level coming from the break area where employees spent time resonated loudly.
I had a 1 hour combo yet my massage therapist was not the greatest nor ideal. i have received many professional massages yet my therapist had no technique and although I communicated with him to focus on certain areas he did not succeed. he was also sick i’m sure he had a cold because through out the entire massage he sniffed and coughed making me feel unrelaxed. I don’t know if he was just having an off day but I felt as if I received an amateur massage.
Fantastic, professional experience! After days on working on my feet I desperately needed some relief and decided to see if I could try out TYF during my lunch break. It was a Saturday and although they were visibly busy, I was squeezed in right away after having my temperature taken. I got a 1 hour foot massage with Lou. He did a great job relieving the tension in my feet. I also got a mini shoulder and back massage/stretch. Lou stretched me out like a new born baby, I felt so much better. If only I didnt have to go right back to work. Thank you.
If I could give zero stars I would. The most unrelaxing unorganized spa. For $100 dollars I got a full body massage that was the most painful massage ever (and it was not even deep tissue; I specifically don’t get deep tissue for that reason). Even after I announced that he’s hurting me he still continued and as of now my shoulders still hurt and I have slight bruises. The foot massage was just a shuffled mess of people walking back and forth. And the receptionists are rude. They had the nerve to ask if I wanted to tip. No. I was honestly upset I had to pay for the service I got. I won’t be back.
I visited this beautiful place around August or September of this year. It was a very nice experience. The facility was clean and quiet. The employees were very professional. I will be back and I think this will be my go to spot for my massages. The price was very reasonable also! Thanks guys😉
Got a two hour couples combo (1 hour foot massage, 1 hour full body) and it was AMAZING. Atmosphere is great, Swedish massage was perfect, hot stones are a must. Tony and Angela, definitely would recommend.
I made an appointment online. When I arrived I was told my appointment would be pushed back 🙃 no privacy when its time to pay. The massage it self was awesome Cindy answered all my questions. Her service gets 5 stars.
Honey listen! We got the foot massage with neck and back massage and I am in no more pain. It escalated quickly I was not expecting them to go in with the elbows lol but it was an amazing massage and relaxing experience. We need one in md !
The staff were very courteous. However, communication is not a strong suit here. The masseuse didnt seem to understand when I told him that using his elbow to massage my back hurts, as he would simply wait a bit and do it again. The foot massage was also painful. My feet hurt afterward. Far from relaxing. Maybe next time I request a woman...
My husband and I went last weekend, and Ill start with the good. The building is nice and has a peaceful atmosphere, and parking is free. We did a couples massage (a prenatal for me and a Swedish massage for him). When I made the appointment, the woman on the phone was abrupt and borderline rude, but I brushed it off because she sounded young, and thought maybe she just hasnt learned how to be professional yet.So anyway, the room for the couples massage is nice and serene. The ambiance definitely helped you to relax. My husband says his massage was just ok. Not terrible, not spectacular, just ok. My prenatal massage was ok too, but I wasnt sure if it was because Im 8 months pregnant or if it just wasnt that great. I had a prenatal massage in Spain when I was 5 months along, and it was amazing. But the price at Treat Your Feet wasnt bad, so I wont complain too much.Speaking of price, when we were checking out, there was also a woman checking out at the cash register beside us. Were black, and shes white. The woman working at the counter (the same rude one who took down my information for the appointment) asked to see my ID with my credit card, but didnt ask the other customer for hers. I thought that was odd and a bit racist. Now had she asked both of us for our ID, I would have felt better and thought they were just being diligent about security. I was really put off by her personality, and afterwards I started reading reviews, and a lot of people complained about the same employee with the blonde hair. If it wasnt for her, I wouldnt have even bothered writing this review.
All of the staff I’ve encountered at this location & the Dunwoody location are amazing. My favorite & now go to masseuse is Toby! He is very informative if you’re having repeat pain areas , he’s super humble & is great for a full body massage or foot massage. Be sure to request my guy Toby for your next massage!
I was sadly disappointed in my 90 min massage experience. No technique, no pressure, no focus, no application of any kind, felt more like a rub down. My request for more pressure, for more focus more something so that I know I actually had a massage was totally ignored. And my 90 min massage was cut short, started around 210 and was stopped at 325.
Enjoyed our girls day at Treat Your Feet Buckhead! We liked how we had our own private room, however it was a little warm inside. If you can ask for Ramon, he was so funny!
I love the Buckhead location. Customer service is great. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. 10/10 in my opinion.
My experience was awful from the entrance to the exit! No polite greetings, I was simply asked for my name by two different people upon entering.I wanted acupressure therapy. The therapist never introduced herself, nor did she ask questions about conditions I came to address. Five minutes into the treatment, I questioned if her technique was proper for my request. She said yes, but it was not! I received a quasi, aggressive deep tissue massage; forty minutes of which was on my back. The rest was felt like a Swedish massage. Futhermore, The unnamed therapist splashed hand sanitizer in my eye and offered no irrigation, nor a wet towel to wipe my face. She apologized and sat watching while my eye burned. I wiped my face with the sheet that covered me.Immediately after the massage, my neck was so sore I couldnt turn my head. The man at the front desk said the pain was because I was not used to the masseuses amount of pressure. The pain lasted 24 hrs. I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!
We got the couples massage and it was great! My personal favorite was the attention to detail to my neck/head/face. Very relaxing.
The place was nice but I did a 2 hour massage 1 for feet and one for body. It was the most frou frou massage Ive ever gotten. I paid for deep tissue but I really felt like she was just applying oil over and over. I wouldnt even consider that Swedish. It sucks to pay that much money and STILL need a massage immediately after. The other girls I was with loved their massage 😔
We have been here regularly and the service is amazing. Max and Mikki are excellent and the quality is even better than massage we get at five star hotel. However, their person answering the phone needs to work on interpersonal skill in a big time. She is not just not helpful but rude and curt so I’m not sure why she’s out in the position to answer phone and book appointments.
Love visiting there. For best results on appointments, just call. Web entry does not guarantee your spot!!
My husband and I always come here whenever we visit Atlanta and get the one hour reflexology foot massage. You leave feeling so relaxed and refreshed! Staff is so kind and everything is clean!! Well worth the visit! We will be back!!
I went here to receive a foot and a back massage for $55. Ive never received either before so I was really looking forward to this experience. My foot massage was amazing. The man was gentle and while I am very ticklish, it didnt tickle at all. Experiencing such a great foot massage, I was looking forward to my back massage. It was absolutely horrible. I was laying on the table and the man came in and was just so rough. He pulled the cover from under me to put on top of me and instead of asking me to move so he could do this gently, he didnt. The massage itself was extremely rough and for a second I thought he was taking some sort of frustration out on me. It became clear to me that they do not speak English well (based off what I witnessed while getting my foot massage) but I am a very petite woman and there was no need for him to really dig into my back like that. He also placed a scolding hot stone on my back (yes, I know theyre supposed to be hot but this one almost burned me) and that really just put me off my mood. My 30 minutes were up and I couldnt be any happier. In retrospect, I shouldve mentioned that it was too much pressure. But i wasnt sure if it was one of those things that hurts but makes you feel good later. For example, having to crack some bone in your body because you feel discomfort and it hurts doing it but it feels good once its done. I came there with no back pain and slight foot pain (I work on my feet all day) and left with my feet feeling amazing but my back feeling like Id been slammed into a wall. Im now taking pain killers to alleviate the pain. I dont think ill ever go back for anything but a foot massage.
Amazing relaxing 1 hr foot massage. Was pleasantly surprised to have it include shoulders and neck massage for the last 10 minutes. 10/10 would recommend!
Always enjoy my self pampering day here.
The 1-hour massage was the best! It was very relaxing and well worth the price. I will visit again!
Great place for a foot massage. Sometimes you will get a masseur that doesnt apply much pressure, when that happens just ask to increase pressure.
