Karen has been doing my waxing and facials for a while now. I trust her completely! She is so kind and has expertise in all areas of skin care. She’s helped me navigate my changing skin over many years with great results. I cannot recommend her highly enough! She’s amazing!

Today was my time trying out this spa and I made the best decision. I got the NBS signature massage and the NBS signature facial - and it was so amazing. Super relaxing, calming, and worth every penny. I had the pleasure of meeting Lainey and Keelie, and they ensured that I was comfortable throughout. If you need a spa, pick here! Tricia is the BEST! Came in for lip filler and was nervous since it was my first time ever getting filler. I’ve had consults at other med spas but never felt comfortable with the injector. Tricia was amazing at making me feel comfortable and confident in her abilities to give me exactly what I was looking for. She recommended I come in for two sessions to avoid any complications or migration as we build my dream lips. I had tons of sun damage that literally just fell off my face- and the Morpheus smoothed out my crepey skin that was starting to form around my mouth and eyes. I’d leave 10 stars if I could!! I have experienced countless deep tissue massages and Dorian is the real deal. I highly recommend Dorian, and dont short yourself with anything less than 90 minutes. I felt completely relaxed, comforted, more flexible and deeply in tune with my body & soul. Enjoy!

All the staff were kind and professional, the place was quiet and spotless, and every need/request was met. They had a ton of products to choose from in the front shop. And when I lost my bracelet, the receptionist found it and was even able to fix it! These are true professionals and I would go back there in a heartbeat.

I spent most of my Saturday here- got a 90 minute massage with Blake and a facial with Camera.My massage was odd- that’s really the only word I can use to describe it. I’ve had many massages in the past and this one just felt odd.My facial was amazing and I have to give major props to Camera- she was incredible!My issue came after my services were completed.I tried to use a gift card and was told there was nothing on it. I’ve never been to a Natural Body spa before, so it wasn’t possible that my gift card was empty.We did some digging (after I paid full price for everything,) and it was determined that my gift card had been redeemed at a completely different location. When my boss (who bought the gift card for me) went to this different location, they redeemed MY gift card for her services.In order to remedy the situation, they refunded my payment and then made my boss pay the gift card amount towards my services- essentially making her buy me a gift card TWICE.This was embarrassing, tacky, and bad customer service.

Karen gave me THE BEST facial I have ever received. She got all the gunk out of my pores and her facial massage techniques were top notch. You can tell she is really passionate about skincare. She even took the time to educate me after the facial on the regimen that I need to be doing everyday for my type of skin. I already booked my follow-up facial. Thanks again!!!!

I had task of finding a spa in the Atlanta area from my home in Minnesota that would accommodate a group of ten who were looking for a variety of treatments for a corporate event. After calling numerous other places and doing my homework, the Natural Body Spa in Buckhead was the clear winner! LeDaysha was terrific answering all of my upfront questions, flexible with our requests and prompt to respond to my many emails along with being a a wonderful host the day of. We had a cozy area to greet our guests with snacks and drinks we were able to bring in and all of our treatments were amazing. The location was convenient for our guests who were coming from all different areas as well and would even allow for some fun shopping nearby before or after. It was a fantastic experience for us all and would 100% recommend.

Ive been going to Natural Body Spa in Buckhead for years for facials and massages. Tatiana and Roxanna are THE BEST!!! Its a beautiful spa with great customer service and I love the Eminence skin care products.

I tried this spa out about a month ago & I really loved my experience. A friend referred me here for my Birthday, & they did not disappointed. The environment was clean, the ladies at the front desk were super friendly. Rachel was warm and inviting when she greeted me & Ledaysha made my check-in process super smooth & easy. I got the Eminence Signature Facial with Camera and she was SO good. She made me feel so comfortable, & relaxed. She’s also super knowledgeable about skincare, and I really appreciated her taking the time to educate me & refer the best products for my skin type. I literally bought everything she referred, and so far, I LOVE the products. I enjoyed everything about my experience, so much so that I rebooked with Camera before I left. She told me she was fairly new but I couldn’t tell because her hands felt like 30 years of experience, LOL! I’m so glad I found this place! Try them out and ask for Camera, you won’t regret it.

I had a gift card at this location for $75. Called 2 weeks prior to my appointment to confirm that amount over the phone. After my appointment as I went to checkout, they said the gift card had nothing on it, so had to pay out of pocket. Money was stolen and nothing I can do about it. I will NOT be coming back to this location.

This was my first massage in years and Mrs. Zhenette was amazing. There was an incident that occurred, but she was on it and very apologetic. I informed her it was not a big deal, but she ensured I was comfortable and satisfied. I enjoyed her so much that I plan to schedule with her again within a week. Fantastic experience! I recently used a gift card that I received for my birthday, got a 60 minute massage that was exactly what I needed on so many levels! First, they were so professional and friendly. They kept everything so clean!! And they changed my mind on massages! In the past it’s always been too hard or too soft but Zhenette knew exactly how to work on me and my trouble spots without making it hurt! She explained what she was doing, asked questions about my day to day life to get an idea of what I needed and never seemed to get tired during the massage (past experiences 🤦🏼‍♀️)Thank you so much and will be back!!!

I highly recommend massages with Zhenette! I have been seeing her recently to help with a back injury and she has been super helpful. She doesn’t just give a standard massage, but helps with certain areas and caters to your needs. She is very interested in your specific issues and really helps educate and inform. I leave each time very relaxed, centered and moving towards healing.

Zhenette is an amazing therapist. Her expertise has relieved my neck and back pain. Her therapy also provided much needed stress relief. You must experience a deep tissue massage from Zhenette. I have been going to this location for over a year now. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I have gotten massages from Blaire, Lainey, and most recently Zhenette, who have all been great— communicative, kind, and informative. I have been going back to zhenette for months, and I am excited to keep doing so! I have also gotten a facial from Tatyanna, which was a wonderful experience as well. The shop is also great with some seasonal products that feel unique and smell amazing.

Ive been seeing Zhenette at Natural Body for the last 6 months and I can say without a doubt she is the best massage therapist I have ever seen. With most massages Ive received in the past, it felt like the therapist was just going through the motions, but the first time Zhenette worked on me I could tell there was something different about her. She is extremely intuitive reading my body and knowing which areas need the most attention at that moment. Ive been recovering slowly from a car accident and her massages have been a huge help in getting my body back to its natural state. Ive recommended her to friends and family who also have shared glowing reviews about working with Zhenette. She is the best!

This is a great NB outlet. I go at least once a month and you can never lose with whoever you see. That said, I saw another review specifically for Zhenette and agree she is terrific!. She really cares about how you are healing if you have a muscle injury and has good advice in addition to therapist skills.

Loved it. Clean, professional, kind, and informative. I saw Nicole and she gave me a wonder relaxing experience while I got my facial. She talked to me and taught me about my skin and how to improve my personal skin care. All of the staff was friendly and the environment is wonderful. I have been going to see Karen for facials at Natural Body Spa each month since July. She is the best. I struggle with my skin and it always feels like she is on my team, fighting with me, to improve whatever issues I am having. She takes the time to make sure I walk out of her room glowing. She also is a perfectionist when it comes to eyebrows. Her attention to detail is unparalleled. Do not hesitate to book an appointment with Karen. You will not regret it!

My therapist was not friendly and didn’t even bother to try and make me feel comfortable. She acted like she didn’t want to touch me. I won’t even go into the reason why I feel this way.. It was my very first time there and you would think they would put their best foot forward to gain a repeat client. I frequent the spa at Chateau Elan and my expectation was to at least have somewhat of a similar experience at Natural Body. Not even close! I Won’t be back and will not recommend anyone to the Buckhead location. I felt more stressed after my service than I did before which is totally backwards.

I absolutely LOVED my experience here. When you walk in, it’s peaceful and serene. The staff is kind and thoughtful. The therapists are warm, caring and knowledgeable.I had a CBD massage and a mangosteen facial. I’m still reaping the rewards of both services. I will definitely go back.Although I received 5 star service I gave this review a 4 stars. Here’s why:This service was a gift for mother’s day. At the end when I paid I knew I would pay $35 more than what I was quoted because after assessing my skin additional service was suggested that I added. I was also planning on tipping both therapists as well. However, the cashier hounded me at the front desk for the tips. Repeatedly asking how I want to tip. This to me was extremely tacky and embarrassing.

I’ve had a lot of massages in my life and I think this massage was the best I’ve ever had. Shay was awesome, highly recommend. Also the facility smells amazing. I’ll definitely come back.

This was my first time at the Buckhead location and I was incredibly impressed. The whole atmosphere is very inviting and comfortable...like the best spa should be. I love that in addition to the usual body products for sale they have items like clothing and jewelry. I would come back just to shop for gifts because the items were so cute.The staff was very friendly and warm. I felt completely comfortable. I followed my esthetician Jen from another location so of course I highly recommend her. I definitely want to go back for more services.

Everything that this place had was perfect. The reason for the four stars is that they didn’t have a locker room/changing area. So, one either has to change and reset in the bathroom or in the massage/facial rooms, which isn’t optimal. Overall, though, the staff was excellent. Great service. Loved the decor and the amazing smells. Solid massage and facial. I’ll be back.

I do get massages regularly once a month at least. It was my first time coming to NB for massage service because I was in this side of town. The massage was so rough that it took me a least two weeks recover from soreness. My masseuse was consistently reminded me that I was out of shape and FAT. I am 54 and 143lbs and I do not believe that I am out of shape at all. Massage supposed to be in a calm place so people can relax but not in this location.

Have had no issues with this location until today. Had a scheduled appointment after 20 minutes of waiting I was told my masseuse was having wrist pain so I would have to reschedule. Complete disregard for my schedule. I have had this appointment scheduled for several days.

2020 will be the year that I start to listen to and take better care of my body. In addition to some form of exercise, I’ll be returning here once a month to see Sasha. I sit at a computer for work most of the day and I can feel the toll that it’s taking on my back and neck. I left Sasha feeling 100 times better after having a deep tissue massage. She’s amazing and also a great conversationalist - IF you want to talk. Also, the ambiance of NBS (the smell, staff, tea, shop, warm neck pillows, etc), all make it an awesome experience. One of the best spas I’ve been to in Atlanta.

This place offers a great experience from the moment you walk in the door. I get a massage here about every other month because they offer a relaxing environment and thoughtful service. Make sure to get there early for your appointment to take advantage of their hospitality (warm neck pillow, fruit water, peppermint tea) and look around the store.

Nothing but good things to say about this wonderful, relaxing and special haven located in the Peachtree Battle Shopping plaza. If youre looking for a go to spa that gives you great service, treatments, products and value, this is it. They do a multitude of things to help you be your best. (Waxing, massage, microdermabrasion, mani/pedi, body scrub, etc..) Scheduling is easy and theres never been a wait. They also have great skin and hair products/gadgets and gifts (candles, clothes, jewelry) as you enter. I always enjoy perusing the new additions while waiting for my mom to finish her treatment. Ask for Karen or Pamela. We love their facials!

How can I begin..OMG had the greatest surprise of ALL my Birthdays. They organized with my family to surprise me after my First & awsome body CBD rub. We had tea to relax then had a relaxing 1hr CBD rub. After my mom who flew in & family surprised me along with the staff recording everything as we enjoyed their back lounge for the celebration. This was a Birthday Blessing & one of the most highlighted Moments of my life. Thank You to everyone who helped my family there. Happy 2020!
