The real queen is Kendra at the front desk. Mama knows what is going on. She keeps you engaged, never tries to upsell or badger but educates and offers. I’m here for her. This was my first massage and facial, and it was an incredibly relaxing experience! Nice job.

I love Natural Body Spa! My technician, Ashley, is so kind and gentle with me every time I go! I am a super beginner to aesthetic services and every time, she warns me when she is going to start, and encourages and reassures me the entire way through. The environment is so supportive and the counter staff are always friendly and helpful.

First microneedling appointment with Kim who was so kind explaining the procedure and holding my hand the entire way. Skin healed in 3 days and looks beautiful. Cant wait to continue the treatment plan and get this face snatched!

I have found MY spa in Atlanta!! Scheduled a 90 minute deep tissue and signature facial+dermaplaning for my birthday and what a good decision. This was my first time at Natural Body, but it’s the only place I’ll be going from now on.Liz absolutely killed it with my massage and Kimberly left my face feeling so fresh and just amazing! Even going to send my husband to Kimberly for his first facial!Only call out - while I had a very peaceful experience, there were a couple of times where I could hear others talking a little loudly. It didn’t really bother me personally, but I know some people like basically a silent experience at the spa.Overall wonderful day; we will be visiting again soon!!

My husband had a nice massage. Some feedback: he said that the masseuse tried out a harder pressure at the beginning, which he said was amazing (and told her), but she was light for the rest of the time. She was also sucking on a lozenge for the entire massage, which was a little distracting. HOWEVER, he said it was a lovely massage and we will of course continue coming back.

A very lovely day spa. Calming and comfortable getaway. I made a scheduling error but the ladies worked me right in with less than a 15 minute wait. Highly recommend services here!

Scheduled a couples massage and 2 facials (to be done at the same time). 30 minutes before my appointment, while on the way, bc we ALL KNOW you can’t be late or cancel last minute because they will charge your card, the MAN at the front desk called me to tell me that one of the facials would need to be pushed back 45 mins because of a double booking. IF WE ARE DOING COUPLES SERVICES, why would one person want to wait 45 mins by themself.. then have the other person waiting??1. I used to work there when I was young so unless they have a different scheduling software, you can’t double book..2. After asking him how could this happen because I made my appointment 1 week prior.. he says.. “Well she made the appointment a month ago so that’s why we are changing your appointment”. So the facials were sitting there for 1 week double booked, through confirmations and everything no one picked up on it?? I think notAs a client, would that make you feel valued and respected? Is that a place you would want to go to to spend $400 on massages and facials?? I didn’t think so. I love Natural Body but will never be back at this location

Ive been there serveral times and always had a wonderful experience. The staff knows what they are doing. Matt is great loved the deep massages. The body massage is awesome. I bought a package of 6 massages so I can get one a month. They also have a CBD lotion that the can use for a small upgrade.

My massage was wonderful. However when i went to pay using a gift card I was told it was over five years old. I had the receipt in the gift envelope showing the card was purchased in 2020. Was not previously used then due to covid. I was then told that you have a new vendor for the gift card and would not honor this card because your gift cards are another color, blue, now. The card was purchased from Natural Body for your services and not for a no name vendor. I must warn your customers to beware of purchasing gift cards from Natural Body as they may not be honored at anytime by you for any reason.

Amy did a great job for a first visit. I have been suffering from some serious back pain for weeks, and she has now started me back on the road to normalcy.I look forward to our next session

I had a wellness pedicure; I received careful, gentle and professional treatment and learned about my particular foot and toe-nail needs from the expertise of my pedicure professional. It was a very beneficial experience.

My husband and I generally like going to Natural Body and have been probably 10 times. The problem is that we have very different experiences depending on the masseuse. It’s almost like there’s no “standard.” This seems worse in recent visits. The lack of consistency is really frustrating.For example, Nadia was fine, but she spent more than half of the time on my back which left very little time for legs and arms. This was after telling her the massage was a gift from my husband after a BIG hike. I don’t know what product she used but my skin was very itchy the rest of the day despite washing with soap twice. She didn’t ask about allergies.

Kenyata was FANTASTIC!!! I’ve been having trouble sleeping this week, and I snored most of the 90 minutes! I don’t know how I was snoring as I wasn’t totally asleep, but I was soooooo relaxed that I had to almost physically pry myself off of the massage table when I was done!!!

Loyal customer from 25 years ago, hoping to revisit a place that held many happy memories. Unfortunately, the Morningside location felt sad compared to other NB spots I’ve had the pleasure of visiting in more recent years. Highly recommend Decatur instead

I was ill and unable to attend a facial appointment. I called to reschedule and did not receive a call back. However, I was charged the entire amount of $250 without hesitation. I am utterly disappointed and will not be going back.

My sister and I just went in for the same services but unfortunately did not receive anything even remotely similar. Consistency is important when it comes to spa services no matter the race, size or gender of the client. Ive never had a facial where the technician avoided touching my head, neck, shoulders or decolletage. I thought, well maybe this is something new, until my sister reported the wonderful head and shoulder massage she had just received during her facial. The second service was a 30 minute treatment that lasted 13 minutes and I know this for sure, because I checked the time the moment I met the technician and immediately felt his lack of enthusiasm.Then I checked it again when I was directed to the shower afterwards. I thought, well I might as well enjoy the shower since its costing $85, but the shower and its random collection of half empty products was an $8 shower at best. Once again the comparison report my sister and I shared was laughable. The laughing was the only way to keep from crying tears of frustration upon learning it was me and not just the way they do things at N.B. I couldve received a more comprehensive scrub treatment from a loofah. As a mother of young children, I dont get to the spa very often. I wish I could tell people about the wonderful, spa birthday I had with my sister, but this one was just sad and frustrating.

Customer service is very essentia, especially when Im paying almost $2k to enhance my imperfections. As women we take pride in how we look! However, my purpose is not to criticize anyone. I never had any problems with the two estheticians Jin and Tiffany, who are phenomenal in their craft. The problem Im trying to comprehend, Im the paying customer and there was no respect for how I felt about how the service was rendered. My initial intention was to have the procedure redone, which I contacted the esthetician privately and expressed to her honestly I was not happy because I felt strongly she could have gone deeper in the problem areas instead of concentrating on the non problematic areas which is a vital concern.Florence the manager related to me “Im not a good fit for Natural Body Spa @Morningside which I have been getting treatments on and off for the last yr 1 1/2🤔 without any problems because I was pleased with the two estheticians mentioned above.Florence the manager could not accept construction criticism and perhaps the esthetician needs more training because I am an excellent candidate for the RF microneedling. She talked to me as if she paid for my treatments and what really offended me was that she didnt allow me to express my concern. What truly and really really offended me she talked to me as if I was her child scolding me as if I didnt have any say or right in the matter which Im the paying customer.🤔Florence the manager told me, that I wasnt welcome back at that location. I did not make a scene nor was my conduct disrespectful to anyone nor. I had a concern and needed my procedure redone because I wasnt satisfied. As a paying customer, it is advantageous to let your esthetician know how youre feeling with the process.Please dont get me wrong Im not trying to bash anyone. My purpose of reporting the matter and to be aware that the manager, Florence, does not accept constructive criticism and she is highly, highly, condescending and disrespectful. I will be reporting the matter to corporate.

I took my mom here for her birthday and she loved the atmosphere. She’s sensitive to smell but it all worked out because she actually got to choose which lotion was used on her. The only downside was that the therapist massaging her was way to rough and she said he kept sniffling and blowing his nose which sounds very unpleasant.

Its been a laser hair journey but Ashley knows her stuff and is leading me towards the promised land of a hair free situation 😍 I go to get my pedi and mani sometimes as well. Today I went to Akeyla *Im probably spelling her name wrong* and she was very professional and great at her job all around. I also go to Ina as well and she is amazing as well. I love this well rounded establishment... from the front desk attendants to the specialists - EVERYONE is great.

Ive been doing the vitalize peel for 3 months now, and my hyperpigmentation and scarring is almost gone. Not just faded, but gone! Im adamant about taking care of my skin, and this peel and the service at Morningside make it so much easier!

This was my first hot stone massage and it was absolutely wonderful. Jared did an amazing job, making sure the temperature of the stones was just right as well as adjusting the pressure as needed. I feel very relaxed and it was just the best thing for me right before the holiday. I will definitely return to natural body in the future.

My overall experience was great! My facial was amazing... My massage was touch and go. The massage therapist was a little rough at moments. Most the time I honestly felt like she was just rubbing lotion or sunscreen on me. There was no gentle touch. When she was done with my arms she just tossed them back under the blankets like dead weight. My legs and foot massage from her was great because she didnt really have to move me and I think I fell asleep but... upper body she need some more training. Then overall experience was great. I loved the ginger tea and the atmosphere and the products that I purchased... But I wont be back for a massage from the person I had before... Maybe Ill try someone new.

I’ve had a chemical peel and lymphatic drainage with Kimberly and couldn’t be happier. She is knowledgeable about skin and all of the procedures she performs. She is friendly and courteous and always prompt for her appointments. I’m always greeted immediately upon entering the spa. Definitely recommend Kimberly and the location in the Highlands.

BAD COMMUNICATION AND CANCELATION POLICY Amazing masseuse but a lot of difficulty with management. I came here to receive the CBD antiinflammatory massage for my Lupus because its the only one in Georgia that does this treatment (I live over 2 hours away) however I was late and couldnt make the original time due to traffic. I called 30 minutes ahead and was told I would have to pay HALF of the services I was going to receive that day. WHAT? I politely asked if there was anything she could do since I was still on the way and she told me someone would get in touch... So I pulled over to shop around and take a lunch until I assume the manager called back. She informed me I would still have to pay if they hadnt had any openings or I couldnt come that day so I assured her I could.Once there I paid in advanced for my massage but informed the receptionist I couldnt do the whole 90 session because of my schedule already running behind. She FROZED. She told me i would still have to pay for the whole amount regardless of receiving the 60min but she would check with management... Really?.. She came back and said she would make an exception then I waited over 15 minutes. My technician herself was amazing and very caring for my first professional massage and the room was very relaxing, clean and calm which I was very thankful for. Towards the end she informed me that I could take my time getting dressed and that she hoped I enjoyed my SWEDISH massage. I happily tipped her since she did a phenomenal job and I wouldnt have known BC it still felt great and tingly. I also couldnt help notice I was only worked on for around 45-50 minute but thats not really unheard of. But why did you put me through all the stress of getting through afternoon traffic, acting snotty and giving me attitude when I could have gotten the same service at the other location 2 miles away from me???

I had a wonderful deep tissue Swedish massage with Denise, I would highly recommend her and this spa location.

My only feedback was that I waited and the massage didn’t start at 1:45. I was brought to the back at 1:45 and my wonderful masseuse was done at 2:30. You should be able to undress for the first 5 minutes. I was just 10 minutes early to my appointment. But, Denise was very professional and nice.

Highly recommend Maria if you are interested in Botox. She was a delight. This spa is on the other side of town for me, but I will make the commute to go back because the staff was so friendly and made me feel welcome. Other spas I have visited in the past are very snobby. NOT this place, the atmosphere was inviting and it smelled heavenly. Check them out, you will not be disappointed.

Great customer service! I had a 90 minute signature massage with Jonathan and it was certainly worth the money. As is standard, he took just a few moments to ask if I had any trouble areas then he followed my requests perfectly. I had a lot of tension in my back and neck so he spent a lot of time working on those areas but still covered everything else included in the signature massage. He seems to be really skilled and takes his job seriously.I also feel that the actual massage time was at least 80 of those 90 minutes which is very reasonable. The front desk staff were also very professional.

Mack was extremely helpful for my back injury. He went above and beyond to help me and explain what he was doing and aftercare to help me. Me made some awesome suggestions that were super helpful and I believe really made a difference. Above anything Mack was extremely knowledgeable and my back felt so much better after the massage. Thanks Mack. I will be going back to see Mack again

Treated myself to a massage for my birthday. Liz was a magician and had me completely relaxed by the end of my session. I highly recommend this spa. It is beautiful inside and all the staff are so friendly.

Lovely atmosphere and people. The massage was fine but I have gotten better massages at small mom and pop shops and Jeju (French mask and massage is the best around). Thankful for a gift card to this posh place, but my money will go to Jeju because that is where I have gotten the best massages of my life.

Ive had mostly very good experiences here, but todays was underwhelming. Majority of the facial I was just lying there with a mask on while the technician pottered about the room, which I can do at home myself. Admittedly it was an express facial, but Ive had them before and theyve been great and Ive left with a lovely glow (my face looks flat and matt today) and felt like Ive had some pampering. It was a last minute booking with someone I havent used before, so the lesson is to stick with the people youve used and like!

Not happy. I had just spent $120 at the spa today (10/24). After paying, I had some questions about coming back tomorrow for a facial and what the differences between the facials were. Florence was answering my questions when a salesman came into the store and interrupted us. He wanted the schedules of some employees who work in the Morningside location. It was very entitled of him to butt in like that in the middle of the conversation (Florence was speaking with me).Florence immediately started assisting him, answering his questions, and she disappeared into the back room to find some schedules. She basically ignored me, a paying customer, for more than ten minutes (!!!) to help out a salesman who wasnt there to spend a penny. He wasnt even there before me - he walked in and interrupted us. Whatever happened to first come first served?!?!If I were a business owner, I would never ignore someone who pays my bills (a paying customer) to assist a salesman who wasnt there to spend a dime!!! Poor customer service, and after seventeen years of being a paying customer, Im not inclined to return. If the salesman was entitled, the employee was totally enabling his sense of entitlement.Im not trying to get Florence in trouble, however, this is a coaching opportunity to never ignore and alienate paying customers to jump through hoops for salespeople.

Pedicures are a little bit of self care that I really look forward to. And they give me pretty toes to look at for weeks. They are very gentle and the color lasts for weeks.

The services there are great. I got a facial today and it was amazing. My skin feels so good. I’m ready for my next one.

Booked the Deep Tissue Massage with Jared for my Mother. Shes in her late 40s with previous back and neck injuries. I can tell she really enjoyed herself. She said it amazing. He was kind, gentle when needed to be and went above and beyond her expectations. She also mentioned he knew how to really get in deep lol Shes satified so I highly recommend.

My massage with Denise was awesome! Unfortunately, I was about 20 minutes late for my 90 minute massage, because I got the time wrong (first time ever) and it had to get cut short. The front desk was insistent on charging me for the full 90 minutes despite the fact my massage was around 65 minutes. I’m a long-standing customer (4-5 years) and when I asked thee staff to take this into consideration, they insisted it was my fault. Their irreverence for my patronage was baffling and I told them I would not be back. I feel sorry for business owners that have this as the face of their companies.

Natural Body has a wonderful way of instantly making you feel comfortable in their space. I was welcomed by two kind employees who quickly checked me in and offered refreshments before my message. My masseuse, Charles, allotted a few minutes to ask about any sensitive and problematic areas he should give extra attention to before starting. During the session, he would graciously check in to make sure the pressure, table temp, and aromatics were continuously to my liking. It was by far the best massage I’ve ever had. I left Natural Body feeling renewed, free of stress, and with quite a few knots undone. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

I almost left in tears. When I booked the appointment for a consultation, I explained that I had never had my skin looked at or had anything done to it. After I had checked in, I didn’t know what to do, so I stood around awkwardly. Wasn’t told if I should wait or take a seat. Finally a young woman took me back. I felt really strange laying down in a dark room. I again explained that I had never had anything done to my face and that I was concerned about the texture. She ran her fingers over my face. Said I should get a chemical peel or microneedling. !!!! I have no idea what either of those are but they sound terrible. I told her I have extremely sensitive skin and that I wasn’t comfortable with something so extreme from someone who doesn’t know my skin. So we eventually settled on maybe starting with a simple facial. I was ok with that. But I came home and cried. I didn’t feel heard. I made an appointment but I am going to call and cancel. Doesn’t feel like the right place for me.

Jin was fantastic. Havent had a facial in years and she made me feel so special! Loved the arm and hand massage too.

I had an absolutely incredible massage with Nikita. She was very attentive to some pain I was having and did a wonderful job of addressing it. I felt like she put forth a lot of effort to loosen my muscles. The spa was very comfortable, especially the massage table which was very plush and had amazing sheets!

Wow! Denise is amazing!!! She freed a very tight set of muscles in my hips in just a half an hour. Will definitely go back. So grateful I lucked into a same day appointment.

Perfect pressure and nailed all the spots that were bothering me! If you need a REAL massage and not just an hour lotion applicationthen Denise is your girl.

My husband and I had a 90 Minute CBD couples massage with Charles and Arthur. Mine was with Charles. He was excellent. He very focused on my problem areas. When he was done, I felt amazing.

Services were amazing! Jared and Ramona did a fantastic job. Only thing I would change would be the shower water was freezing when I was washing my body scrub.

Everything was excellent - from stopping in when they werent even open and having someone come to the door and let me in to the top notch service. Kimberley was incredible - truly, the best facial Ive ever had and my manicure by Inna was wonderful as well.

Nikita was amazing. I got the signature massage, and the pressure was perfect. I felt great afterwards! She checked in along the way on how things were going and hit all the right spots. All the staff here is also great to work with, and the online booking process is simple and convenient. I will certainly be coming back more often!

Not a great massage experience today. I was very cold in the room, normally the table is warmed ahead of time and/or warm blanket used to begin massage, this was missing. Massage was less than ordinary I’m sorry to say. After 20 years I don’t plan to comeBack as service keeps deteriorating.

The quality has gone down hill. It’s been a few years since I’ve had a pedicure here and I was pretty disappointed. The website still advertises that you can pick from the five elements but we were not given that option. The pedicures used to be an hour (which was still my understanding) but was done in 30 minutes. Unfortunately it didn’t seem worth the money. These used to be the absolute best pedicures in town but this was pretty disappointing.

We had a relaxing couples massage on Sunday! Perfect way to follow-up watching the Formula One race and relaxing time before a movie! Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

I had a facial snd exfoliating body scrub. The aestheticians were great and I enjoyed but treatments BUT I did not like trying to rinse off the scrub in a cold shower because they were out of hot water, had to get dressed with my body still a little gritty…not a great experience.

I love Mack! The entire staff is very very sweet. The spa is clean, quiet and comfortable. I think the massages are affordable enough where you feel like you can work them into a regular health & wellness routine and not just as a once a year thing.

Jin was amazing! Ive been to a couple of different Natural Body locations and they have been good, but this was my best facial. She did an amazing job. I will definitely refer others to this location and Jin.

Massage was extremely uncomfortable, unprofessional and disappointing. I have had massages at Sydell, in other states and many spas. I have never had to put my hands over my breasts to protect them! During the massage he sat on the table while he massaged my feet. He seemed tired and bored until he found my breasts. He did not offer me water until I asked.My facial was delightful. The woman was very pleasant, gentle and professional. She handed me a cup of water after my facial and wished me a Happy New Year. The spa is probably okay but they need to be cautious when hiring.

The massage was fabulous and Brianna could not have been a better masseuse! However after 14 faithful years with Natural Body Spa Morningside I sadly say that the place feels cluttered with merchandise and staff conversations making the waiting experience far from enjoyable. Also the policy of charging 50% of the service upfront is quite hostile and does not say to me we appreciate and trust your business for the past 14 years

I visited on Mother’s Day, towards the end of the day, and had the feeling it had been a long day. My masseuse was prompt and actually brought me back early, but felt the need to clarify the details of my signature massage and insist that there was no option to change pressure to firm or light- only medium. The massage itself felt rushed. At the end, I emerged, and she was not waiting with water etc. I waited a few more moments and finally just left.

Great massage as usual; Natural Body consistently delivers and has done so for years. I was however a little surprised that my therapist never asked me if there were any places that she should focus her attention. I have always been offered water before and after the massage as well, but that was missing. Finally I felt a little defensive when we started talking about the pressure which would be applied. “Slide and glide?” was what I was told which was confusing and inconsistent with my experience other times.

I have had several massages by Nadia before and was really looking forward to this one. I was pretty disappointed. I paid for a deep tissue massage, but this wasnt at all. Nadia is a very nice person but I will not return to her in the future.

At first glance you might think meh because this place isnt so fancy looking (the salon area) but when you get your nails done youll see its better than the typical nail place. Every time I go to a typical nail place the back of my feet is still rough feeling but not here. Really preyy manicure and super nice staff.

Never had a bad massage there and I’m a massage snob.

Ive been a customer of Natural Body from its first days. It continues to deliver the best. Ive had treatments in spas here and there throughout the east coast over the years. I dont think any have surpassed the quality of services that Natural Body delivers. They are the original and ongoing stars of natural treatments. Its such a relief to get care that is chemical free.

Stick to massages. Nail Technician was very nice but had to redo entire manicure twice, some nails 3 times due to issues. Took almost 90 minutes for a standard manicure.Edit: Wound up offering a refund after the 4th application still did not set properly.

Farrah did a fabulous job with my manicure. Shaped my nails just as I asked and applied the gel polish expertly so it will last a long time.

I started going to see Maria 4 or 5 years ago and just hope she never stops working!! I am very hesitant to do anything because as much as I want to look my best I don’t ever want to look like “I’ve had something done…” Maria is always conservative and everything she does looks natural! She is literally able to turn back the clock. She has also helped me get to a point where my skin looks bright and healthy and wearing make up is a choice and not something I feel like I need! I feel comfortable and trust her to make the calls on what is right for my skin. She is the Best!!!

Just found out about Natural Body Spa in the Morningside area AND IM SO EXCITED!! Had a very relaxing facial with Abbie and she did *such* a wonderful job I didnt want to wash my face for 3 days!! LoL Lots of excellent products to choose from in the lobby and the inside of the spa is very calm, cozy, and relaxing! Cant wait to come back for a massage :-)

This is the real deal, with trained professionals. My husband and I get full body massages all the time. But we could tell right away that our massage therapists were trained and knew exactly what they were doing. I asked my therapist to really focus on my feet. She asked questions and then executed exactly what I requested. It was heaven. We also both received facials. We could tell this just wasnt a feel-good experience. The one who did my facial educated me well on how to take care of my skin. I hate that I cannot recall anyones name but they all did an amazing job!

I love this natural body location, I have been to other locations but morning side is the best one and most of the reason is because of Maria who is truly the best for any facial needs. She has a great eye as to what you need whether its Botox, or a PRP (which is a must for great skin) or some filler to look refreshed! 5 stars all the way!

I just had a Rejuvenize SkinMedica facial peel with Ramona. I was a little nervous as I had not had a peel in several years and never with this product.
