Been coming to EAV for years now. Definitely a regular over there.The staff is top tier. Having a good handle on the goods they sell. Always able to answer questions and help you work through any decisions. Very friendly and approachable to customers.Their selection of glass pieces, vape juices, vape rigs, and cbd products are some of the more targeted yet also best selection in the area.This has been my go to place for over 5 years now and there is a reason for it.

I’ve been buying from this shop for years, between two locations. They’ve always carried better quality products than nearby competitors, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I come to this shop on the reg - best shop in town and the customer service is always on point. They always provide great recommendations, accommodating if what you want is out of stock, and just all around good people. Quality product isn’t hard to find, but quality service is…I don’t go anywhere else.

Best shop as far as customer service and supply. If they are out of something you regularly purchase they always offer to bring it into the store for you. Also, they always have great suggestions if you want to try something new!

Had a friend recommend this place while I was in town visiting. Definitely a great selection and a little overwhelming at first. Got some great guidance from one of the employees, he had longer hair, didn’t catch his name. Recommended the Hidden Hills and it did not disappoint.

This is by far the best smoke shop Ive been to and go to in ATL. They have beautiful glass from everyday bowls and bats to 1 of a kind hand blown masterpieces. I also got my vape battery here which I always get compliments on. If you have not been you are missing out.

Like the review under this one I stopped shopping here due to not feeling welcomed due to my skin color. I used to go at least 3 days a week and spent at least $30 per visit. I felt like I was a bother. The tall white guy was always nice but the short white woman made it clear that she didn’t want to be bothered by me and my cousin. It’s sad because it’s so close to my house, but I refuse to give my money where I don’t feel welcomed. Nice product selection though.

Even though they didnt have what I initially ordered, one of their associates communicated with me personally. He offered a wide array of superior replacements, while agreeing to honor the original sales price. I myself am unaccustomed to such personal treatment from businesses of this nature and must admit to being deeply impressed.

Id been so apprehensive about vaping, in general. I shopped around and even stopped by another store in my area prior to visiting this location. Needless to say, they did not receive my business. I drove the extra ten miles to this wonderful little store. My goodness, it was such an excellent customer experience. Thomas was knowledgeable, kind, and pretty funny. I was charmed, and I felt completely comfortable walking out with my purchases. I will most definitely be back.

Poor customer service. The front counter rep did not know of the item I was looking for and did not inquire for more information to assist in the purchase. He simply sat three containers in front of me told me if it’s not in there then it probably only comes with a set. When I tried to further explain the item he cut me off each time and reiterated what he already said about the items in the containers. I will never return and I will let my friends that are all from the neighborhood know.

I rode my Mini Segway 5 miles to check out the store, when I entered the store, only me and the employee was in the store. I asked the employee about a product that they sale but he just ignored me. I went to the stores website and saw a product I wanted to see in person. After looking in the display case for a minute another consumer came into the store and to my surprise, the staff member acknowledged and addressed the customer who had just walked in. The employee walked right passed me and goes straight to the customer that had just walked in. I asked him again about the product I was looking for and he pointed that , the product is back here! As the customer and employee began to walk back towards the front the employee tells me where the item was that I was looking for. After all of that, just a new customer first time coming into this store and my last. I felt as if because of my skin color I was not shown the same attention as the white customer.......

I went in to get some cbd oil to help me with arthritis pain. Mac(the young lady working there) was AWESOME! She was knowledgeable, patient and immensely helpful. I will definitely return. Because of her they have a customer for life!

Had great service the first few times I went. My girlfriend also frequents this store. Glass a tad pricier relative to quality but youre paying for location/convenience I guess. All fine, I know my side of town...Ive been around since before it was hip and trendy and everyone wanted to move here, thats cool.Last time I went, the guy with the dreads seemed like it was killing him to answer any simple question we had.Whats disappointing is I know hes capable of giving better service, because I saw and heard him do so. So there was something specifically about us.The guy literally came across as omg why are you in here asking me questions...go away. Usually people in that age group at least know how to pretend to be friendly.I hope the management and staff know who Im speaking of. For what its worth, the one question my girlfriend asked he answered with no hesitation. So maybe he makes more of an effort with female customers. At least he doesnt use the what a stupid question tone with them...Theres plenty of bars in the area where poor attitude and meh service fit in just fine. Management could probably cold call or visit to verify this...ask a few general questions and see for yourself. Ill be holding out on here for a while, hopefully by then the guy has moved on.

A great selection of unique glass, including locally made pieces, all priced reasonably considering the quality. They carry all of the vape accessories you could ever need and a variety of flavors unmatched in the area. Very helpful and prompt service.

One of the best head shops in Atlanta. Sure, you could head down to L5P and check out some other places and theyre great too, but if youre a local, you know that this is the shop to go to. Similar to why I love most places in the Village, the parking is accessible and the employees are down to earth. This shop has made a name for itself by providing the nicotine-fueled heads of EAV with their precious vaping needs, but dont be fooled; the glass selection in this place is second to none. You can tell that who ever is in charge of product purchasing is appreciative of the works of art. Will definitely be back.

Been purchasing from here and the other smoke shop in EAV that closed last year for about 6 years. We were there waiting for 10 minutes while the only employee working was joking around with a group of guys. We finally interrupted and asked for help to make our purchases which clearly bothered him. Felt very unwelcome and definitely will not return.

MIL dropped and broke her e cigarette during her visit to Atlanta. I brought her in to EAV, where she intended to buy a new one. When we explained the situation, though, the gentleman behind the counter asked to have a look. He repaired the device quickly, apparently willing to sacrifice a $70+ sale of a replacement. She ended up buying a back up anyway, but color me impressed by customer service. Highly recommended.

On point. Good selection available and not about gouging like most shops in Atlanta. Nor do they carry counterfeit like some others in the Atlanta area lol. Chill vibes from the workers. Knowledgeable indeed.

When I saw another location opening up, I had to stop and check it out. The employees were super friendly and knowledgeable. Their cbd selection is on point and affordable. They make it super easy to decide on which products were right for me. I Would not hesitate to send my friends or family into try some new cbd.

Expensive and low budget product. I just bought coils and they dont have enough cotton for the beast king head. Ill be going to the better ones in Tucker. Also the sales people are rude. They act as if you dont know what your talking about but they are wrong. The young man told me best 90-130 was not sold.

My Vape kicked the bucket and I desperately needed a new one. I must have spent over an hour in this store learning about all the different vape types. The guy behind the counter (forgot his name cause I am a terrible person) was knowledgeable and friendly. He didnt rush or up sell me , just took his time making sure I got exactly what I wanted and answered all of my questions. The price points are better then any place on the web as well. I adore my new vape so much I named it Stanley. =)

I went to this place last night and I was skeptical just because some of the previous reviews.. I believe the man who helped me was named Josh. He made my visit a great one. He was very informative about the vapes and any questions that I had. I overall say that this place has great vapes and many vape flavors for a reasonable price. Only downfall is that there is no cheaper house e-juice. It’s okay though because I’m definitely getting “humble” when I go back next week. You all have a new customer!

Excellent place. Saw it once and saw a pendant I had to get. Luckily they had it and found excellent juice as well. Amanda was super helpful and above and beyond. I got everything I wanted and more!

This shop is great for vapes if you know what you want. They have a wide Smok and Evic selection and a great high quality juice selection. I have run into some manufacturing issues with a couple devices and they were able to help me out through their vendors ( Save your receipts!!! ). I visited this shop yesterday, while waiting on a friend for pizza across the street. Initially, on entrance there were NO OTHER patrons in the store...The young man behind the counter was not very friendly nor informative....I had questions regarding CBD products, as Im new to product and what to purchase.I had my vape with me fully prepared to purchase new coils and oil... The young man did not appear very interested in helping me. He suggested I do my own research. Another customer (Caucasian and MALE) in the store was more helpful and suggested Vape Atlanta...the associates would probably be more helpful and knowledgeable l and that I should go there.I will in the future.Only after he (the customer) suggested a certain type of product was the store associate interested to add any comment or even show me where in the display, the CBD products were located.I bartend and have managed restaurants, and I know how I would want to be treated spending my hard earned money....I hang out quit a bit in EAV, Ive never had such a negative experience at any establishment until this one...

Cool people, but theyre always out of stuff and dont really have that great of a selection. I went in looking for a new tank, and since i didnt have my mod with me, the guy sold me a tank that he assumed would work with my kanger tech, not asking many questions about it and not mentioning that what he’s selling me is nonrefundable. Well, it didnt work, and i came in the next day just to discover that i would have to buy a new mod that would work with it. If i would have known before buying that there is a norefund policy, i would have came back when i had my mod with me. Definitely not my go-to vape shop, but i live close by and it is convenient.
