I recently ordered a Jackaroo mini from this store/website and I cannot say enough good things about this company. Admittedly, this is my first online vape purchase. With the way the market is leaning towards high salt nic bright and colorful disposable devices it is getting nearly impossible to find legacy devices, and anything in the realm of rebuildables…So I was very surprised when I found the mini version of my favorite model of box mod I have ever had. The Jackaroo is my favorite vape of all time. So kudos to them for having a version of it. At it was my first time buying online, I was fully prepared to lose my 45$ and never see a product delivered… so I was extremely astonished when within hours of completing my transaction the store was reaching out to me with updates on my order and requesting ID verification (an extremely simple but necessary process that takes less than 3 minutes to complete) and absolutely thrilled when my order arrived yesterday… only 4 days after completing the transaction. I will be buying exclusively from this company now and for as long as I can. You don’t see customer service like this these days. You just don’t.

Im came here on Memorial Day 2024, Im so happy they were open! I was fresh outta my disposable CBD vape that I get from a website only store (CBDfx) but the vape they sent me has a defect. The shipping time is a little over a week and I have interviews this week so I need a CBD vape to chill and relax me. I got the Koi CBD disposable pina colada flavored vape pen. Nick was the associate who helped me. He was soooooo informative and helpful!! I think Im gonna retire the online store and just make this local vape the store to supply my CBD needs!! Got my first refillable vape the dude that helped me was chill as hell he asked the r questions to find the right vape for me I didn’t catch his name only issue I had was being in a wheelchair and not being able to get pass the incense table in the middle also would help of you could label your prices of juice and tanks but other than that love this store

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars, because their service and their employees are so extremely rude and impatient. I do not recommend this place to anyone, my friends and I will not be shopping here anymore. Not only were they showing attitude, they had no interest in answering some valid questions I had about the products. Definitely going to shop anywhere BUT NEVER HERE. EVER AGAIN. Rude. Rude. Rude. This is an excellent store and has great customer service. I recommend all my friends here, & have been coming here for 8 years and everything has been exponentially better since the opening of this location. Spencer did an excellent job again. I love that the store has started stocking more of the juice brand I buy in more flavors, Skeezed Salt. They also carry my pods, Sourin Air Pro pods, in a more reasonable price than everywhere else. This place keeps their prices low, and as a result of always having what I need in stock, including delta8 Medusa 2g carts, I always go back. If you need Beard 32, they also carry it as well. The perfect store for a responsible adult!

Ive been a customer here for 2 years and up until recently everything has been great. However, on June 1st I was double charged on an order of $58.83. When I noticed this, I went back to the store where the employee called the manager and told me that he issued the refund. Ok, great! I went home happy with how easy it was. However, come June 19 the money still had not been returned to my account. So I went in again and explained the situation and was issued a refund on the spot and given a receipt. Again, I went home and was happy that this had been dealt with. Well, its been 6 days since that refund was issued and it still has not shown up in my account. I called my bank asking if there was anything coming through and they said no. However, the owner was incredibly attentive and reached out to me following this review, offering to resolve this issue in person. I have not been in yet to speak with him and reach a resolution but his assurances on the phone were earnest and I appreciate his attentiveness to this issue.

Mike is always super sweet and helpful. He never loses patience no matter how many people are asking him questions not to mention the fact that hes entirely knowledgeable about his products. My boyfriend and I love his juice selection too-- it features juices from places like Big Bang though their house juices are pretty fire too. Pretty awesome glass collection as well, my roommates and I have bought several pieces and mods from Mikes. All is trustworthy.

My wife and I have visited this shop many times now, and each visit is just as pleasant as the last. Mike is always super helpful with questions, solutions, and troubleshooting. On two occasions, I went in thinking I would need a pricey repair - both times Mike took the time to show us the issue without unnecessary purchases. Mike is a stand-up guy, a real mensch. The owner is very passionate about his business.About a year and a half ago, I told him I wanted to quit smoking cigarettes (after 20+ years) and he meticulously helped me with my setup to make sure it was what I needed - havent smoked cigarettes since.

I drive out of my way to come to this vape shop. If you havent been in a while, check it out again because theyve added so much to their inventory since the earlier days. The staff have excellent recommendations when looking for new kit or juices, so you have a slimmer chance ending up with a juice you dislike... Looking at you, x-hale town.

Such a nice place. You can actually sample the e-juice before you buy it. They have a great variety of different pieces, from bubblers to hookahs. I had broken my e-cigarette and needed a new one. The guy there was super knowledgeable and hooked me up with the latest gear for a good price. Best vape shop I have been to in Atlanta.

I purchased a baby g priv from this store about 4 months ago and it has been having issues for the last 2 weeks. I called support for the smok people and they directed me to the store as they as the manufacturer offer 6 months warranty through dealer. Well I got to the store (vape central) and was treated awful. After telling me over the phone they would take the model back, they didnt. The guy at the counter was super rude and even yelled at me ,asking me to shut up. He didnt even wanted to believe in had spoken with support and told me warranty only was for 3 months, well he verified and indeed was wrong and it is 6 mos. After this, a BS excuse about no receipt came on. I showed him bank charge on my account with store name and still wouldnt help. He said the manager would send me a receipt for purchase so I could process through manufacturers web, well its been 4 days and Im still waiting on the fake receipt he was to provide. This is the worst vape shop Ive ever been , and I will never give them my business again.

By far the best vape shop in Atlanta. I first visited for a quick purchase on my lunch break one day and ended up hanging out and shooting the breeze with the staff the whole time. Since then I havent shopped anywhere else. I live 50 miles south of Atlanta but choose to fight the traffic just to shop here...If youre from the Atlanta area you know that means a lot.

Its a good store. Tons of vape juice and all different coils but their selection of vapes, not so much. Sort of disappointed with that. They are also a head shop so tons of other products too. They do have quite a bit of incense you can purchase fairly cheap.

Ive been to about 8 other vape shops before finding this gem. The owner is by far the most knowledgeable guy Ive ever met regarding these types of supplies and his prices are actually cheaper than buying directly from wholesalers and payin shipping. He has new mods, tanks, RDAs, coils, etc before you even realize they are out and his collection of juices is beyond massive. Even all the customers I meet are like family and super friendly. All supplies are legit and he even offers tutorials for those wanting to build themselves. Highly recommend to all vapers! Also in the rare chance he doesnt have what youre looking for, he will order it on the spot for you!

I have been a hookah smoker for almost a decade, and I was curious about vaping since hookah isnt exactly easy to travel with or smoke in public.Like any modern day consumer, I did my homework before finding a local shop to visit. Enter Vape Central.The store itself is clean, well furnished and orderly. There was a wide selection of hookah and vaping accessories.The shop owner went above and beyond to help me find the right setup. He assembled several different setups and was very knowledgeable about each item and manufacturer.When it came time to pick a flavor he loaded my wife and I up with vapes and let us sample a huge variety. Again, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the flavors and the companies that made them.The shops prices were in line (if not cheaper in some cases) with what is available online.I dont have one single complaint about the whole experience, this is a five star shop with a five star attitude. I will be back for all of my vaping needs.

Purchased 2 packs of filters here and they gave me the wrong ones. Ive returned filters before without a box or receipt and never had a problem with it. Now the owner is demanding to see the box or he wont take them back. I would have kept all of the material if I knew they changed their policy, but he wouldnt even give me a break this one time. Ill never go here again because Ive had to come back several times to return equipment.

I drove from Johns Creek to Chamblee looking for another vape shop. I made a wrong turn and ended up at Vape Central. This was the best wrong turn I could have ever made. I walked in Vape Central to receive the best customer service! I have made this my go to spot outside of my area in which I live. When you get professional and very knowledgeable customer service, you dont mind traveling the distance. I once came into the store to purchase filters for my EGoOne Vape. I wondered why I had leaking issues from the tank only to find out that the filter wasnt the official (recommended) filter that should be used with it.So I go back let these guys know about the situation and they kindly give me a different filter for my vape (that is also not the official filter AGAIN)!!! Needless to say, My vape is now broken. And since I didnt get my vape from them Im SOL. It doesnt matter. They probably would have sold me a knockoff version of the vape I had anyway.
