I love this place! If I’m not near the winder location I come to the Auburn location! They are both amazing! They always have the best products And the best employees (aka Amber)! Amber is always super nice and informative. She is great at recommending products! The stores are always clean and all the staff members are nice and helpful! (Sometimes if you’re lucky they will have cute little animals you can play with!)

I don’t know his name but he has red hair and a long beard; great customer experience. Sets a very welcoming atmosphere and really cares about what his guests want. The way he talks he seems to be very passionate about his job and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Just left the store this morning on the 4th and wanted to say they are the best and highly recommend all products, glass, etc. the guy that helped me this morning was so helpful and very knowledgeable on products. (He had red hair but I didn’t get his name!)

I absolutely adore tropic haze. Have been going for years now and even after moving out of town. When I come back to visit family this is the only vape store I trust. Also the team is super friendly and the store is beautiful

Best customer service EVER at a shop, mans waited until my card worked, did not say a thing to me for holding him up instead he had conversation with me and showed me devices that I might like. BEST SHOP EVER!!

Went to the Winder location and am so happy I did! Cloud 9 used to be the only place we would go, now that is Tropic. Their prices are unbeatable and their employees are far more knowledgeable about each and every one of the products they have on the shelves than any other store we used to frequent. This place is epic. I stopped in from out of town to catch a vape and they not only had what I needed but it was cheaper than the shops back home. The guy behind the counter, Jesse, had all the answers to questions I had about their products. This is my new go-to when Im away from home

Didnt even get to go inside. It says they open at 9 and they definitely werent open. Either someone was late or their info is wrong. Either way thats extremely unprofessional.

I was a regular customer until recently. I asked for 12mg vape juice. I was told it would be ordered for me. I told the guy to order 2 bottles and I would buy them. He said the order comes in 2 days. I bought salt nice that day because my supply was low. I was trying to lower my nicotine and salt nice is double the amount you receive from a cigarette. Came back a week later. Same guy. Light blond hair mustache. Still no juice. Went to xhale city. Had to settle for salt NYC but they are getting my nicotine level..12mg.. and the salt mix was 14.99

Great place, great customer service, if you need a place to get what you need they can provide. They will help you out any way they can. They have all the brands at reasonable prices. Plus they have Demon (a beautiful Husky) who loves to greet you at the door might play hide and seek with you. If you have not been here you need too. You wont be disappointed!

Love this place! They stayed open late so that we could come in and the owner was super nice and helpful! She shop itself was very clean and organized and had a good feel to it. They also had an adorable husky who brightened my day :) the prices were also very reasonable. definitely going to come back soon as a regular customer! Definitely would recommend

Excellent customer service, as a new vaper they were really helpful with getting me set up with everything I needed and were happy to answer any questions. They even gave me tips to help make learning easier. The adorable shop dog, demon, makes it a very happy place to be. He always greets me at the door. Great selection of juice, and great prices!!

Initially I really liked this shop. They have a fair selection of different vape juice flavors and the employees are nice, however about 4 of the 8 times or so times I’ve been there, there has been small mess ups that I haven’t appreciated. (These aren’t in the exact order)The first 2 mess ups were bottles that the seal was broken on.The 1st time they exchanged it, no problem. The second time they were somewhat suspicious as to how I managed to get 2 bottles that way, which sort of made me feel Uncomfortable when they were the ones to give me the seal broken bottle in the first place, however they still replaced it suggesting that I start checking it in-store before I walk out which is understandable. However I’m not interested going behind others in a cases like this to make sure the product is as expected.And the 3rd time I had my wife go by to get a bottle. My wife and I ONLY vape fruit flavors because creamy ones are just unappealing/undesirable to us, she asked for recommendations according to the criteria we always ask for (something fruity NOT creamy, with blueberry or grape, or both). Once we finished our old bottle we cracked open the this one, yep you guessed it, unmistakably creamy.And lastly one of the previous bottles I purchased I was assured that the flavor I was purchasing didn’t have menthol in it, and then he corrected himself and said there was very little, however I don’t enjoy menthol at all and it was too much for my liking...Point is, it’s just started to become more of an inconvenience to shop with them. So I’ll be finding somewhere else.

I had an issue with a product i had bought from them. they tried to resolve it with the manufacture but couldnt do so successfully so instead of giving me the run around these guys handled it in store with me and i left with a refund. very good customer service they handled a potentially bad experience and turned it into a positive. very happy and will of course be a return customer.

Good service with nice guys working here. The reason 5 stars werent given is b/c they had the KAOS mod selling here for $20 more than I found in another store down the road. That seems to be a rip off. However, they have a great selection of ejuice available for standard prices. They had a lot of other smoke accessories for sale as well for more notorious purposes....

Excellent customer service, atmosphere, and product knowledge. I greatly prefer this shop and method of customer interaction to other local options. Also worth a mention is their above-average quality house line of eliquid, Strutz and Rezort are my favorites.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, i was pleasantly suprised at how helpful the guys at tropic haze were. They gave me tips on how to keep my tank from leaking and a few other neat tips!! Also had great juice!! Will definately be back!

Best Vape shop!! And most helpful for new customers switching from cigarettes to vaping. I was worried about how to work them but they showed me and its so easy!! Just went back to upgrade my first vape. Isiah and Salmon* hahaha were awesome like they usually are! The other guys working were equally great with awesome personalities. They always have a beautiful husky to greet you! This is my favorite vape place!!

Great people work there. They have a pretty husky full of love. Just wish they could get some menthol mint flavors besides the brain freeze naked juice. Easy to get to.

I have been coming to Tropic Haze since the day they opened their front door. I cannot complain about anything in the store because from the customer service to the ejuice and all tobacco products in the store everything comes perfect. The guys in their are amazing with helping you find the right mod or ejuice to your specific standards. Ive been here twice so far and the guys running the show there are not only knowledgeable in their product and what they have on shelf and in the showcases, they arent pushy as far as selling their items.You go for supplies and find yourself hanging out with good people.

Tropic Haze - go for the vape supplies, stay for the company. The staff is awesome and very knowledgable. I wanted to try vaping as an alternative to tobacco and so decided to stop in and take a look. They showed me everything I needed to get started and took the time to explain how it all worked. They have an huge selection of Vapor, tanks, and mods. They gave me a great deal on the price and won a customer for life. The atmosphere is awesome. Salman, Ankit, Dough Boy, and Jason are a great bunch of guys. Now in addition to buying what I need, I often stay and hang out for a while. Thanks Tropic Haze!!!
