This is my first visit to a vape shop in GA. I reside elsewhere and have a local business that I have faithfully supported for years. Today, Cassandra and Carol have encouraged me to return to Mary Janes and support this establishment. They were extremely courteous and professional. I intended to buy only one thing and left buying 3 more products due to the exemplary knowledge that she possessed! The store was very organized and full of many options that will meet most customers needs. Customer service has taken a hit in this day and age, but not at Mary Janes! I truly look forward to the next time I am in town so that I may stop by again. Thank you Cassandra!

Had a great experience as a first time customer. Carlee and Sam were so personable and knowledgeable and when they didn’t have the answer about a new product Sam went out of her way and made a quick phone call to get the info needed! Do not go here for anything thc related I made the mistake of purchasing a 100$ worth of there thc-a only to find out it wasn’t even worth 5$ this was by far the worst product Iv ever had the brand was “the kush guys hemp co” after doing research the flower they sell only has 5% thc-a and had a higher cbd-a percentage then anything , so I’m very unhappy with the experience I should of known better from looking at the bud but you live and you learn , the lady was very nice and if you need cbd this is ur place but if your looking for a traditional Mary Jane experience go somewhere else

Hey MJ, this is Dez… I came in tonight after going to 5 different locations looking for CBD. I take it for anxiety. Helps me so much. So in Augusta, I’ve been looking for places to get it. Honestly, most places are just “vape shops” that sell “cbd” mostly just Delta 8 with no knowledge of CBD at all. I have a lil knowledge about the CBD flower, I use it a lot. I just came by to let the public know, MJ not only has real CBD products but the beautiful young lady I met tonight when I came in, has the knowledge about every product in this store. I have to give Mary Janes 5 stars!! I had to go out of town and left my pre roll and pen at home. Went to another store like this one and the quality of both did not come close to the quality of Mary Janes! I recommend the Cookie vape pens and the hybrid pre rolls. One last thing the information on the products from the attendant is five Stars!!

I bought 2 pens and the second one quit charging after the first week. Barely used 1/4 of it.$45.00 down the drain because they changed their rules. No refunds or exchanges. I will Not be returning. Had planned on spending 💰 more.

Never will come back. $50 down the drain. I purchased the wrong coils and they refused to exchange them. That didnt surprise me seeing as how the cashier was insulting the store by stating the selection was small, they probably didnt carry the ones I needed and the best place to go would be Augusta Smoke Shop on Davis Rd. Ive met one other employee and I got a different vibe from her completely compared to this girl. She has No idea of what shes selling, even when I brought my device in, she STILL didnt know what I needed. It turned out that they changed the color of the box from what it used to be and thats why I bought the wrong ones.

Awesome customer service. The lady was very polite and went above and beyond to make sure that I was well informed about their products, especially the vape accessories. 10/10, recommending to everyone.
They sold me a pen that did not charge. Contacted about getting a exchange and they said because it was over 24 hours I couldn’t. But who would think to charge a pen that comes fully charged soon as they buy it. So if you have any default in the product, just chalk that up as money down the drain. Lost $40, will be taking my money somewhere else

Came in for a vape and was skeptical because the main thing they seem to promote is theyre CBD products but was amazed at the wide variety of vape products they have. Lots of mods and implements to go with them. I would say after being to other vape only shops in the area, Mary Janes has been my best experience yet; Service and Products.
