Leslie was running the shop on the day I visited and was really knowledgeable about the products they sold. The store was very clean, well lit, and a great place to buy all of your tobacco products. They have a wide variety of products that are very suitable for your needs. I highly recommend this store and look forward to shopping here again.

WAY WAY WAY OVERPRICED I have had the same experience as many others. Ahmed who owns the business seems to not be an honest man so be careful on what you purchase. He will tell you what you want to hear, like, “ I will settle up with you after I come back from 6 weeks away, so please run my business and I promise I will take care of you when I return”. He returned and now ignores me and refuses to settle his account with me. Please be careful and not as trusting as I was.

Spent OVER $1300 in products with Ahmed. 1 of the hookahs was not purchased so we accepted one that was given to us that is allegedly “authentic” from Egypt. That’s fine.2 of them were not the right products at all, he stated he would replace them and get the correct products but they wouldn’t be in before he left to go back to Morocco to get married. We purchased these hookahs back in March/April for my business. I’m still waiting to get them replaced. He has been avoiding all contact from my husband and I.I recently caught him at one of their locations and he sent his employee Titus , out to lie and tell me that he was NOT in the building. (I initially had an interaction with Titis last week,Giving him my contact info for Ahmed to contact me since I was not able to be told whether or not the contact info I had was up to date).Titus offered to call Ahmed, only for him to answer the phone from the back of the store. Despite me seeing and KNOWING what his vehicle looked like and it being parked on the premises. Ahmed gaslit me the entire conversation. He acted like he didn’t remember me or know what I needed. Despite me not only constantly calling, texting and stopping by the wheeler road location to give TITUS my information the week before. Refused to come from the back of the store to speak with me, despite me being able to hear him talking on the phone to me from the back of the store.Ahmed hung up the phone on me because I “wouldn’t let him speak” despite giving him ample opportunity to do so over the last few months. He also recommended that I leave my concerns with Titus to get them rectified. In which I declined because I have already provided Ahmed this information multiple times via text.I offer this, either this can be rectified or again we can go to court.I don’t mind flooding all pages with this review. And using my large platforms to spread the word of why you should NOT spend your money here!Update: He has blocked my number to keep me from following up. I will be reporting to BBB! Hope this was worth it!

I came here a few weeks ago and the vibe was different than what I got last night. Weeks ago, I was met with a young lady working who seemed as if she was high, but it seemed like I was a bother to her enjoying the day. Anyway, last night completely changed that outlook. This was a new young lady working that I’ve never met, but she was so kind and made sure I had all the information I wanted and needed about the products. I came in just to search and look at the store as I’m from out of town, but loved it. I’ll definitely be traveling from Greenville, SC to shop at this store from now on. The best part is I felt welcome from the time I walked in. It’s something about being acknowledged when you walk in. I forgot the young ladies name, but she is definitely someone they need to keep!

Riding along wheller it is easy to miss this hidden treasure. When you enter the standing humidor full cigars is the back drop to the lounge area. Accompanied by counter- culture apparel the lounge area gives way to a myriad of smoking appartus. The even carry flower i almost called usps and had my address changed to my new home. Surrounded by fast food places this head shop is next to both interstate directions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Kinda disappointed, won’t be shopping here again. I bought a vape and within an hour it stopped working. I will say the young lady Kira that works there is amazing. Talk to her if you shop here. I don’t recommend anyone work here, and I feel bad for those that do. From what I have seen the owner is sleazy and likes to screw people over. Not a good way to run a business.

This place is great. I went in with my mother a few days ago and left with a gram. It was hybrid and amazing. she was also very informative as well. Today, I brought my husband. I had to get my hands on some.more of the hybrid I bought. Its really calming but yet makes me focus. She educated my husband and I more. We left with some Medusa vapes, gummies and an infused body butter made by a Harvard graduate geared for pain. I kid you not, its instant and boy is it relieving. It also helps anxiety and picking your fingers. By rubbing it in my hands, it keeps them calm and chill. This isnt just a headshop, this is a great shop with quality smokes and aids.
