Their veterans discount is decent. Their selection of products is fantastic. Staff has always been courteous. The best thing though is the smell. It smells CLEAN inside. Your nose won’t be assaulted with so many smells you’d think you were at the cosmetics section of Sears circa 1984. The fact the staff remembers me is an added bonus for me.

I was just rolling through town when I needed to resupply my good vibes and tranquility. How lucky was I to find this place? I spoke with three staff members there at the time and they were a treat to interact with. The selection is well kept by smart folks, and the store makes you feel cozy. The locals who shop there are winning.

The man behind the counter was beyond helpful and super friendly. I went in to grab a vape for someone and had to FaceTime them so they could see what they had .. the employee was beyond courteous and paused the music to ensure I could hear my call lol which I told him he didn’t have to do. Than we talked about them not having a website and how one is in the works. He let me take pics of the carts they had so I didn’t have to FaceTime next time I came

Hi if youre ever in Augusta GA you should definitely stop by this vape and smoke shop. I met two awesome gentleman by the name of Cory and Dylan and they were extremely helpful. They honestly make you feel at home as if you were visiting a friend.

Fair prices for the products they carry. Im glad to see they finally have a handle on what to charge for their products. At one point multiple people were charging multiple prices, one employee would charge really low, another would charge normal price, and another would charge really high! It was always a gamble going in before because I didnt know what I would pay until I got to the register. Now however, it seems that theyve finally got a handle on their pricing, and I am glad for it. Employees are helpful whenever I go in and very nice.

This place is great and its all because of Oakley! Shes awesome! I have been smoking hyde disposables (they have them and they are great) but I wanted to switch to something reusable and more environmentally friendly. She was super patient, showed me all my options, and gave very insightful advice. She even helped me pick a juice based off of what I enjoy. I ended up choosing the Smok Nord Pro after her advice and its great! Oakley is amazing and Im so glad she was working when I went in. Im from Pennsylvania and I can say, that was some of the best customer service Ive ever had.

This place was cool. The young lady that worked there was so knowledgeable and nice about their products. I do feel that they are a little overpriced but sometimes, its quality over quantity.

Prices are a bit high on certain items especially kratom. The late hours are a nice and convenient. There is a female employee there that doesnt have very good customer service skills however there is a young man there most all the time that is really cool, nice and easy to talk to.

Yall, check your verification codes when you purchase puff bars or equivalent brands from this store. Bought 3 just last night, checked the codes and sure enough, theyre counterfeit. Called the store when I was halfway home and was told that hes sure his boss buys from reputable company. And that very well may be true but someone is lying somewhere. Asked if I could bring them back the next day and was told sure. Well see what happens... Otherwise, staff person was very nice. Hopefully, theyll make this right.

Great service, each of the employees are very helpful and friendly. The owner almost never seems to be there, though. There have been times where Ive overheard the owner, Polani, SCREAMING at his employees either in the back of the shop or over the phone, it just seems wrong so -1 star for that. As for the employees, keep it up! Yall are doing great and this place would be nothing without yall. Cant say that for the owner, though.

I dont smoke or vape so, this one is totally on you. The store setup is nice. There are some interesting objects inside for those who do indulge. If I were a smoking man this would be one of my go to spots. Prices are reasonable. The staff is attentative, knowledgeable, and eager to help. If this is something youre thinking about getting into or youve been a consumer for decades put this spot on your have to visit list. As always puff, puff pass.

I love this place! Brandon and Corin are awesome employees and are super knowledgeable. Despite how much I love them, it doesn’t compete with the owners inability to properly stock the store. I’ve experienced this personally and this limits their customer service, but I understand this isn’t the fault of those employees but Polani’s fault since he “orders” for and neglects the store. However this is still my go-to vape shop and love my experience here!

Nice employees, nice inventory. Prices are WAY TO HIGH. Ive worked at smoke shops and prices for Esco Bars are from $15.00-$17.00 to the most not $21.00, thats a disposable vape with only 2,500 puffs is not a MEGA and this aint Miami lol also small pipes worth $20 they were asking for $39.00 chill bro is not even full glass lol

Place is near my house and have been going to this place for the last year. I usually go in and buy the few same things I always get. A small nectar collector, a few cones, etc normally one of their smaller nectar collectors costs me about $16 after tax. I go in today to get the same nectar collector ( theyre cheap and break often, so this is my 3rd one) and I was charged double. I just so happen to look on amazon...And the same nectar collector Ive been purchasing from this shop, is on Amazon for $12.99...I will not be returning to this store. (Everything they sell costs twice as much as anywhere else. But never minded out of convenience.

Came in there, the dudes name was TJ, REALLY REALLY friendly, not sure who exactly is the person being rude and creating problems for yall, but every time Ive come in Ive had nothing but positive experiences. Younger white dude another time I came in, again, really nice and friendly, helpful, explained things very well. Hope this place figures out its problem people because Ive had a really good time here every time Ive come in!

Being a big fan of Smoke Life Myrtle Beach I decided to give this shop a try while I was visiting Augusta. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! The selection was unbelievable and the staff working there really do know their stuff. Try the new chocolate bar, hands down the best CBD candy I have ever eaten! Keep up the good work and great vibes!

2 out of the 4 times ive been here they had the door locked during open hours (afternoon)and just now (12:10pm) same thing and the owner was standing by the register watching me stand outside and wait. he never came to let me in so i left and will not return. the store is decent as far as selection but WAY overpriced, unnecessarily high markup. Im from California and am used to high prices, and these prices were even higher so I didnt buy any glass. Way better shops in town, look around!

I went to Smoke Life today to get a new mod, tank, and coil. The initial employee was very helpful and I purchased my items and left. I can back thirty minutes later to have the coil changed because it was leaking. The initial employee had left so the available one, Riley was there. I tried to tell her that I needed to change the coil and she was very dismissive with me. She refused to help me at all and told me verbatim, “I don’t want to mess with it because I don’t want to make it my responsibility”. When I asked her what her name was, she just responded with “R”. I was at a loss for words because it didn’t make sense how dismissive she was. She didn’t attempt to show any sort of empathy or assistance. When I told her I’ll just try to find somewhere else to fix it, she nonchalantly said okay.Long story short, I won’t be coming back if Smoke Life tolerates that type of behavior from their employees.

This is the main place we go to for disposal vapes mainly because its one of the only ones with synthetic nicotine vapes. However, the cashier at night charges us more for the same we get cheaper during the day and even we we tried to tell her the correct price she refused to listen despite the fact there is a manager text stating the price we were trying to tell her she should be charging us. Instead of her checking, she just tried to be a know it all and charge is the wrong price anyway. The rest of the staff here is knowledgeable and friendly. She even told us she didnt know those particular vapes were synthetic

Dont buy Delta 8 Carts from here, ive bought 4, 2 have either been broken or missing seals or part of the fluid, the other 2 had nearly no effect whatsoever. Better off going to Zs imo

I dont know if you read this but I hope you do. Im new to the CBD scence so I just need to know the how-toos on the oils, edibles, etc. I did purchase some things but not one time was anything explained. Ill come back because I like your business but maybe at another time later in the afternoon when or if your employees shift change. Im not trying to be critical or criticize, I just needed a little help.

The guy working there is really rude, acts like he dont have time for me, hes busy playing on his phone. no one else inthe store. prices are way too high, they gotta be kidding. you guys are nuts bad service, high prices, CRAZY. , Trip3 has the best place in town by far. thats where im going from now on.

This place has gone downhill since their old manager Caleb left. I buy my kratom here used to be all the time however they never have it in anymore. Also I use to pay 40 for a 150 milligram and now everytime I come in the price goes up 5 dollars. I asked to speak with the owner and wanted to know when they would be in and the new manager said he is not allowed to tell me anything. Management has gone downhill he doesnt know product information at all. I call bf I go and 3 times he said he had it and come to find out it was not what I asked for there goes an hour round trip to get kratom. I hope the owner sees this and makes some adjustments asap or I wont be coming back

The young man that helped me last time was much nicer than the girl who helped me in the recent past. He told me she was the owner.. pretty sad that the owner was so rude. Store is very over priced but also the one of the only ones around

Me and my boyfriend went in today for me to get a vape the lady was very unprofessional when two customers came in she stopped helping me to chit chat with other customers while in the middle of me asking her how to set the batteries its like I had to figure out everything by myself very unimpressed from my first buy Ive used the shop in the mall which the guy was very helpful but the lady that is at your shop beside heavenly Ham today not so much I will not be going back to the stores location whomever the woman was that was working this morning Im not sure if her name but she needs better customer service manners

Been buying stuff on and off from this place over a year. It’s a head shop, that sells vape supplies...that being said...every set of batteries/coils I buy from them are defective. I tried to exchange them once and the girl working acted like it wasn’t their problem and told me vape items come, “As is.”A couple weeks ago I went in to get some coils, out of desperation and the little girl working was WASTED. Falling over, stumbling, not hearing what I was saying wasted.Original guy who worked there when I started coming was pretty decent, cut me some deals because I frequented and spent money in there...haven’t seen him for a while.Save your money and go to a more reputable shop.

I live on the other side of town and I will make the drive for all my vape needs just because of the customer service this place provides!Not only is Caleb very knowledgeable with every single he has in the store for sale but he makes the entire experience such a pleasant one. Mr. Eric C. Helped me with so much professionalism and had so much compassion with his work. He is kinda new but i couldnt tell. I really came in just to buy a grinder and cbd oil. I ended up getting my vape tank and mod fixed instead. Spent less than expected and left happier than when i came in. Still, DEFINITELY, coming back for my grinder and oil but for now, just gonna remain a happy client with the happy results i received today. I love this place. Definitely worth the visits! I love this store but the new girl raleigh working there is super rude and told me that they didnt have coils for my vape... All becauae her bf/ friend was in there instead of worrying about her customer and looking she got a attitude... And just told me she disnt have any.. Went back today and they all of a sudden have them... Very unperfessional...

They screwed me. So I go in not really looking for anything and decide I want a vape. I find one I like look online. $58 online. I ask how much $100. Ok cool I like to shop local and help small businesses plus I can hold this and see that I like it. So I don’t pay attention give my card to the sweet girl trusting she does her job right and as I walk out I realize my receipt says $160. So I go back in to get the difference back but noooo no returns. So apparently you screwing up the number you put in the register and then fixing it after the fact is now considered a return. And on top of that she calls the owner and the owner agrees that $160 is the lowest they can possibly go. That’s a bold face lie. The only reason it was $160 was because of a typo. So you’re telling me she accidentally typed the exact lowest price by mistake? I will never go here again. They screwed me out of $100 then offer 4 bottles of juice as a fix and then I pick out four bottles and then it changes to 3. Can’t do four now. These people are literally just making it up as they go. This company is the exact reason people perfer to shop online and why mom and pop locally owned stores will soon be a thing of the past. Such a rip off.

Theses people are about as crooked as they come we bought a pipe and got home to realise the pipe was all cracked and they didnt put the 50 dollar grinder in the bag so when we went back they told us the pipe was our fault and we didnt buy a grinder i do not recommend going to this shady smoke shop they will take advantage of you whenever they can

It’s a great shop. It has plenty of devices and juice options ranging from desert to fruit combinations. Great for people trying to quit smoking. Also good for CBD options for a calming and relaxing experience. Prices are reasonable.

Dude had to be high that worked there. When I walked in it was nobody there. Young white boy walked out the back looking like he was high. He say what you looking for and I told him CBD vape oil and he act like he dragging himself like he stuck on stupid. He is rude and have a bad vibe. Not going back there. Great selection of glass pieces, this is where I would go if I needed glass, but the CBD stuff I got from there just wasnt so good. The vape pen cart was pretty effective, though it was a cheap cart and went downhill near the end, but the crumble I got was really really subpar. Extreme low-potency or maybe not CBD and surprisingly strangely uncooperative to vape. Maybe it was just Hemp crumble and no CBD? I hope they curate their CBD selection a little better in the future because this crumble is not worth any money and I feel like if someone had tried it they wouldnt be selling a bunk product.Ok, I have to go on about this crumble because it is so extraordinary. So, it is stable and easy to work with, pretty normal crumble, but then you try to vape it. It melts into crude oil a little above room temperature but that crude oil wont bubble till you turn it up, and upand upand upsomewhere around 20W the crude oil splashes everywhere and dramatically boils but is there vapor? Not a normal amount of vapor. You know how you dab and you kind of know how much vapor is in your lungs? With this stuff the vapor was a quarter of what I expected. Sometimes I had to be like is this thing on? Did I really load it? I load up my pen with a pea-size chunk, hit it at 20V for ten seconds and get a baseball sized cloud of light vapor. I dont even understand how that happens. Same using a nectar collector, like the crumble has been whipped and it is mostly air. Of course, using it at a high enough temp to get the oil to vaporize burns through it really quickly and of course its unpleasantly hot air. Ive put a lot of things into my lungs, and Ive vaped a lot of things, but nothing has been so uncooperative while being so unrewarding. Despite it being crumble, its mildly heated oil form is crazy viscus and leaks out of chambers and gums up dab pen works.I am a big fan of CBD and its effect has helped me out a lot. Im pretty familiar with the effect. All of the effort to vape this stuff and I dont feel any effect. Last night I vaped half the gram of it and stayed up for another 4 hours. I thought if I really went for it I could feel something. Nope. I forget what brand it was because I unfortunately threw the packaging away but really, people need to try their own product, especially in an industry like CBD where theres so much fake product and bad product and lab reports that are lies. When we got in there we didnt kno if anyone was worling bc no one greated us and asked us if we needed any help. We will not be returning and we do not recommend this place to anyone else

The experience was awful the salesperson had no idea what what he was talking about he was also the manager I went in with my tank in my hand and sold me the wrong coils and I never left the store and seen they were the wrong ones he didn’t have the right one and would not do anything about it he was rude and no help he said he could not exchange or give money back but it was not posted anywhere and when I questioned him on the coils he said he didn’t know the difference all he knew was it looked right and when he pulled them off the shelf he put them by the register so I never seen the pack I guessed that with him working there he knew what he was doing I was wrong and I will never be back in there
