Very nice store with a wide selection of products. The ladies were very helpful in suggesting a nice piece for my wife. They were friendly and professional, I would highly recommend you stop by and see them.

Such great employees and owner. The owner asked how i liked my most recent purchase(large water pipe) and i said i didn’t like the amount of force it took to pull and she loaded me with and entire new setup that was much easier to pull. Couldn’t be happier. Prices are great also. Much better than most places in town. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

I visited the store yesterday and had read all reviews prior to visiting. I must say that our visit (wife went with me) could not have been more pleasant. What I read as generally negative comments are people attempting to return items and being unsuccessful. To those individuals I state get a life (or brain). If you simply use common sense (becoming more difficult to locate Common Sense it appears) you would understand that certain items just simply are purchased and by their nature CANNOT be returned.Our experience was wonderful! Service, demeanor, personality and disposition were wonderful and we HIGHLY recommend this store!

Owner was attentive, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I have bought 2 glass pieces from here and loved them both. Was so sad to drop my small one last Thanksgiving. Would recommend.

The owner is such an amazing woman and is soo very nice, I am a combat veteran and come in with my service dog regularly. I went in today and her son was working and he treated me very badly from the start being rude (I have OCD) and the guy practically made fun of me for it. Because of this I will no longer be spending my money in this store.

Theres a reason the ask you to not use cell phones....so you cant look at there merchandise online!! Bought a vaporizer from them and they claimed the product had a manufacturer warranty. I tried to look up the website in store when I was quickly told NO CELL PHONES. After being promised the item had warranty I bought it. Less than a week later it breaks and I try to find out about the warranty and went to the website that came with the product only to find out there is no website. Worse I couldnt even find the manufacturer on Google! Crazy right! Needless to say they wouldnt refund or exchange my purchase. Heck they couldnt even find info on the manufacturer! The lady that sold it to me was very nice however!

Really beautiful store! I was greeted by the owner as soon as I walked in and she made me feel right at home. I had been shopping around to find a cheap vape pen but didnt know much about them and wasnt having good luck buying from other shops. The owner was more than happy to explain exactly how they work and what liquids would be perfect for me. Browsed through some more, and found a few gemstones that I couldnt pass up. Left with a new vape kit, a few new favorite liquids, and a beautiful piece of amethyst. Completely impressed by the experience. Nothing else in the area comes close. This place is amazing, best around hands down! I needed a vape and the older lady was so helpful, she was so sweet. they have so many unique things. i also got me a amethyst and some sage. they also sell alot of glass pipes. i loved shopping here. will come back again!

Walked in older white male looked at me then looked away. In my spunky voice I said hello! Ready to make a purchase and the man never responded nor looked back at me. I immediately walked out after feeling I wasnt welcome. The store was nice and smelled great just didnt get the vibe he wanted my business or anyone that looked like me business.

Purchased an electric Hotbox from them and they would not exchange the defective product and now I am having to wait a month to ship it back to California and I have to pay 50 more dollars to do this. I have used this store for years and I will never ever return for this headache they have given me. GOOD RIDDANCE!

I shopped there several times before and never had a problem, always had a friendly accurate person to help me. One day I went in to make an expensive purchase and was completely disrespected and insulted by an older gentleman, he was condescending and rude, and I will never shop there again.

I am happy to say that I have known Karen and her husband, Hal for over 12 years now. The adult children are just as sweet and kind as can be! I will be dropping by today.

I bought a cloud pen. It was dead when i bought it. I took it home and noticed the screen was messed up. I was very displeased with the device as well and it was priced at $89.99. Over priced. Non refundable. Waste of money.

WORST customer service I have ever seen. A gentlemen earlier in the day told me I could return a purchase if it did not work out, I came back within the next couple of hours to return and the owner was rude, sarcastic and disrespectful over a 20 dollar item I was returning. She proceeded to snatch my card out of my hand and throw things around. If you have a smoke shop you want to, go anywhere but here in the Augusta Ga area.

Not only is the customer service blowing Aficionados, aka 8th Street out of the water but the prices alone are worth going out of your way to shop at trip 3. The owner is who you will deal with the majority of the time and you will become a regular to her real fast.

Owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes it is difficult to find Palo Santo. She had it in bundles and sticks!! Enjoyed our visit and plan to return.

Not sure why the atmosphere changed so much from when the store first opened a few years ago but i can remember when this place had a pool table and a mounted tv and a smoke bar where you could smoke but now its just so blah. dont know why they changed it but wish it was like it was. the prices were so much lower in the past also. the inventory went down. guessing they had to downsize or something but better places in augusta for cheaper and more invnetry

They’re so pleasant about answering any questions you have. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. A bit expensive but they always have what I want/need.

Im leaving this a 2 star because they get a product in they carry it for a while then they just decide after its been selling like hotcakes to not sell it anymore. Theyve gotten to greedy with the prices and crappier quality.
