Serene Massage

I visited Serene Massage earlier this summer with a friend and was not impressed unfortunately. My massage therapist didnt seem to have great techniques. She continuously used her forearm/elbow over very bony areas like the spine and hip bones. I understand this technique in softer areas, but over bony places it is uncomfortable. The pressure was pretty light. The sheets were never tucked tightly when I was uncovered. My feet were left uncovered multiple times when they were not being massaged. The therapist used hot stones, which felt nice, but she had to leave the room to go get them, which made the massage feel broken and the door was left open when she went back and forth. This is not appropriate when someone is undressed on the table. When I left, i walked by another room with the door open and could see someone else receiving a massage. All supplies needed should be in the room, so the therapist does not have to leave. My friend said she enjoyed her massage therapist, although he too left the room to get hot stones. The price was affordable, but unfortunately i would not recommend or return. I left feeling the same as when i walked in.

First time getting a massage and was not disappointed!!The lady was on point did not even have to ask her to concentrate on the most difficult area…Definitely recommendDefinitely will be a repeat customer!!!Well worth it!Not expensive

I went for a massage 9 days after giving birth and it was a really lovely experience. Lisa did a fantastic job focusing on the areas where I had pain and was holding tension. Afterward, I could tell my body had relaxed and I felt so much better. Thank you, Serene Massage!

Each time I visit, I am consistently pleased with the experience. The ambiance is exceptional, the receptionist is warm and hospitable, and the cleanliness is top-notch. While Angie is my preferred therapist, I have received exceptional massages from various therapists. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment!

I’ve been here a few times now and always have the best massage! The interior is perfectly clean and soothing to be in, the rooms feel private, and all 3 of the massage technicians I’ve booked with have been so kind and amazing at what they do. I’ve brought my friends and family in, and they also really enjoyed it and want to go back. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I called and thankfully they had an opening for me on short notice. All of the staff were polite and courteous. I wanted a full body massage with a mixture of medium to deep tissue. My request were honored and I left feeling wonderful.

This was my husband and I first time ever getting a massage. I was scared of what to expect and any pain that may come with it (hearing from others) This was the COMPLETE opposite! We have Cocoa and Mike and they were so kind and the massage made us feel like jello afterwards. We will definitely be back on a regular occasion!

Terrible experience. Very intrusive and not respectful of boundaries. Left with bruises down my spine which should never happen. Would not stop massaging my glutes even though I asked multiple times to avoid that area. There was no flow and all over the place. The therapist wasn’t aware of boundaries between my head and her stomach. Very uncomfortable and left more tense than relaxed. Would not recommend

Wow! Called on a whim due to being in pain. They were able to get me in within the hour. Haven’t been able to get a good massage in the last year. Figured this would be a disappointment too…absolutely not! Anny’s got skills, she left me like liquid on the table. Will definitely be going back and recommending to others.

My husband and I had a couples massage scheduled with this being our first visit! It was wonderful! The staff is incredibly nice and made us feel totally comfortable. The massage was amazing - will definitely be returning soon!

I have had many massages around the Aurora and Denver area. This place is by far the best. I wasn’t expecting much due to the low prices, but it the best place I have ever had a massage. They use many different modalities which I think is amazing.

My fiance and I have been to a lot of massage parlors in the area before we found this gem. We absolutely love it here. There hours are great, prices are fair, and the place is always professional and clean. Staff is wonderful. Jia is the receptionist and she is the sweetest. Dont be afraid to tell her what youre needing! She does a great job communicating this to the therapists. Lily is my favorite therapist-always the exact pressure I like for a maximum amount of relaxation. Weve only ever gotten the hour couples massage so I cant speak to their other services, but I always joke with my fiance that I have a closer relationship with Lily than him because were there pretty often haha. We couldnt have more positive things to say and highly recommend to all.

My husband and I have gone here a few times and have been very pleased. It is a very clean place which is very important to me, I cannot relax if I know the place potentially has poor cleaning practices. The front desk is always very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I feel as though they do their best to provide exactly what you are looking for so communicating what you want/need is important. I really appreciate the aspect of the sheet of paper they give you before the massage so you can indicate what areas you would like them to focus on or avoid. They check in during the massage to make sure the pressure is good for you. We will definitely be back soon!

My boyfriend and I went for a couple’s massage and it was an excellent experience! It was a great atmosphere and the therapists were attentive and professional. The tension is gone from my body and I feel so relaxed. Can’t wait to come back!

I booked a Galentine here for a girls self care day. I am a massage type girl and this hands down was the best massage Ive ever had. I didnt realize how tight and many knots I had until I came. By the end I felt melted, euphoric, and so stress free. I got the Hot Stone with Mia. It was a great experience of releasing stress and recentering. I definitely experienced the healing power of massage would 10 out of 10 recommend.

I am extremely satisfied everrytime I visit. The atmosphere is great. The receptionist is very welcoming and friendly. Very clean! My favorite therapist is Angie but I have had outstanding massages from several therapists. I highly recommend this establishment!😊

My husband booked a couples massage for us for my birthday and our experience was incredible. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. And the therapists were phenomenal I asked for firm pressure but I guess it was too much for me and I asked the therapist to lighten it and she did with no issues at all. We really enjoyed our experience, I normally go to this other chain place for my massages but I will be coming here from now on!

Came here last week Tuesday with my daughter and thoroughly enjoyed a90-minutee massage with Yang Yang! Loved it so much booked a couples massage for my husband and I the following Sunday! Cannot wait! The owner is amazing and knowledgeable, The facility facility is clean and calming. Highly recommend!!

Visiting Aurora and wanted a massage after playing 18 holes in the heat. I was able to get an appointment within an hour. The facility is clean with nice ambience. I had a deep tissue massage. The masseur used just the right amount of pressure to help relief the stiffness on my shoulders. She also checked to make sure the pressure was not too strong or soft. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with hot stone at the end. Overall great experience.

Lovely place and great massages. I wanted to buy a massage for my mothers birthday and most places were sold out or didn’t offer space for two people. Called this place a day before and they were able to fit us in for half the price of the place I was going to go to. Friendly staff and clean atmosphere. Definitely will go back.

My first time here. I called and they got me in for an appointment 45 minutes later! Cathy did a great deep tissue massage. My past experiences elsewhere, I would have to ask multiple times for more firm pressure but all it took was once for Cathy and it was great the whole hour! I will be back 😀

My therapist did go above and beyond, using hot stones for my deep tissue massage. The receptionist was also nice. It didn’t feel completely relaxing as a lot of the movements were very fast and a bit rough.

Such an amazing place. The entire business is clean and welcoming.There is light calming music, a light fresh scent throughout but not overwhelming. The tables are very comfortable and the linens are crisp and clean.All the staff are very pleasant and friendly, make you feel welcome immediately.My appointment was amazing. Su was fantastic, she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She does a great job and works very hard.I will definitely be back as a regular.I highly recommend coming here.

Called them literally 7 mins before arriving and they were able to take me in. Very friendly staff. They make you fill out a form before massage so you can choose your pressure. Definitely my favorite spot so far!

I havent had a massage in almost 3 years - so I was certainly due! The front office is very clean, the massage room lights have the perfect dimness to aid in relaxation. I was very impressed with the massage therapists ability to work through my shoulder and back pain with relative ease, and the hot stone towards the end was a nice surprise! I requested a deep tissue massage, and they delivered!

I just had the best massage of my life. I have chronic pain and Kenneth was able to find and releive some of my most significant trigger points with intentional deep tissue work. The location is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive and they offer woodlock add on which is perfect for extra/lasting pain relief. As a former massage therapist myself Im glad I finally found a spot worth frequenting. Cant wait to go back!

Just had a 90 minute massage and it was the absolute best massage I’ve ever experienced!!!! The pressure was perfect and the technique was very relaxing. Everyone was extremely friendly and the space was very clean and inviting!

I’ve been coming for months and you can tell that this location is really trying to give you a more thorough experience in Chinese massage. Very clean, professional and excellent attention to detail. One of my favorite massage locations. The owner Jia is extremely courteous and wants to earn your respect and continued business. 5 Stars overall.

This was the BEST MASSAGE I’ve ever had in my life hands down. The best massage my sister has ever had too. Never experienced a massage like I got today. Praising this Serene massage is easy.

The owner is obviously deeply passionate about her customers and business. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Soft lighting and music really did make my experience serene. The staff were well trained, attentive, and friendly. Well be coming back again soon!

We have been here twice and we really enjoyed the massages. I personally love ken, but the other two ladies are amazing as well!! I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for anything from deep tissue to specific areas you need worked on! We will be coming here again!

Its got a perfectly relaxing environment (lighting, soft music, furniture, rooms), friendly staff and owner, and provides a lot of great little touches. The prices are reasonable as well. Could not have enjoyed my experience here more. Its a dark, calm, quiet environment with peaceful music in the background. I opted for the lavender aromatherapy which was lovely. Jia was so talented and made sure everything was the right temperature or pressure. I will most definitely be back soon!

This new place has quickly become my favorite place to receive a massage. Walking in the first time, I was very surprised—the atmosphere fits the business name: quiet, tastefully decorated, everything you see is relaxing. The owner, Jia, is working hard to develop her new business, but her smile and attentiveness are genuine. Skilled in her work, her touch is confident and healing. Rare for me, I think I have fallen asleep during both visits. I will definitely return.

Wow! This is far and away the best massage I’ve ever gotten. I don’t get massages very often because they are so expensive but this place is easily the least costly in the area and provide a much better service. I can’t recommend Serene Massage enough. Literally the best massage ever. I called after all of the massage chains said they were booked. They got me in that day. They went over my issues and then proceeded to cure my neck and lower back issues from power lifting. Increased range of motion. Professional! Tell all of your friends this if the spot to go.

Would not recommend I left with bruises on back and hands and the gentleman that was assigned to me today was way to rough and even would grab my arms and put and pull my arms behind my back will not return
