Elements Massage

Set your alarm for 60 minutes when you start 60 minute massage. You will find you are only getting 45 minutes. I have timed my last three sessions and I have not been given my 60 minutes massage. When I asked the third time why , they explained that they subtract time for set up and clean up from my massage sessions. So in reality the 60 minute massage session is 45 minutes massage and 15 minutes set up and clean up. Shame on Elements Massage,We are not getting our full 60 minutes of massage. I think we should be reimbursed with a free 30 minute massage.

Stephanie was my therapist and she was amazing! Attentive and relaxed. I felt really welcomed and safe in her presence. I was able to shut off and fall asleep. It’s nice to feel you can trust your therapist knows what to do and you can just relax.

I really just wanted a peaceful massage during a stressful time in my life. Instead, he was a salesman and kept finding things that were wrong with my body that he could easily fix over 3 90-minute sessions. I never had a moment of silence. It was so annoying and a waste of $120!

The VA hospital ER didnt help, but their massage therapist found a torn muscle in my right leg. 5 massages later, I was out of the wheelchair and learning how to repair the damage. Ive committed to getting monthly massages!

Very reasonable session prices. I had a great experience and would recommend the 90 minutes massage The staff are very welcoming and take time explaining the different services. My therapist was Ajee. She was amazing. I was fortunate enough to get her because someone canceled. You wont regret coming here and your body will thank you.

I have been going here for probably 5 years. I have always had a great quality massage. The folks at the front desk are always friendly, helpful. It is a beautiful atmosphere. I love it! Today I had Tracy for my therapist. She was excellent!! I could tell she had reviewed my file and was aware of past needs and took great care to take care of my present needs and pains.

Staff is well trained from the front desk to the massage therapists. The atmosphere is pleasant welcoming and relaxing. No loud smells.

My wife got a massage yesterday and it was the worst she has had. She has been going to this place for years and maybe the new mnmngt hired new guy that doesnt listen to his clients and or maybe his deep tissue massage is weak as heck. SHE specifically said she had a brand new tattoo on her leg and that she only wanted her upper back and neck massaged NOT her legs and he spent half the time on her legs and irritated her tattoo which she is now in alot of pain from the oil and rubbing of her tattoo she got 2 days ago. To top it all off he didnt even do her neck and lightly patter her back. Over all worst massage ever and she came home in more pain and muscles more sore.

Both the massages Ive had where awesome! Two different therapists, both were exceptional. Im not going to name them because I dont want the competition for appointments. 😊Front desk personnel are friendly and efficient. Place is very clean with great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I used to work here, and would happily refer clients or other LMTs to the studio. My only dislike was the mandatory monthly trades, and that services were timed, for example, as 50minutes over an hour. Employees and clients seemed happy, I felt there were a variety of services, and they were all fairly priced!

Haven’t had many massages, but enjoyed this place very much. Front desk was really friendly and professional. My masseuse Courtney is awesome. And after leaving I felt brand new! She found trouble spots and worked them out... even gave advice on stretches. Will continue business here!

First time with Tracy and she addressed all my concerns and problem areas. I left feeling much better than I when I walked in. Tracy was very professional and soft spoken during my massage keeping my time on the table very comfortable and relaxing. I have scheduled my next 2 visits to return to Tracy. Cant wait to return!

Eric is absolutely fantastic at what he does. He also makes for great conversation during the massage. The quality of massage therapy is average but the main problem I experienced was with their billing.They continued to charge my card after it was lost. I have a lot of subscriptions so it escaped my attention and I ended up getting charged $1,800 and never even used the services!I contacted them to work it out and see if we could resolve it but the manager/owner Jay Peppin refused to give me any credit or resolve it in any way. He basically said I signed a contract so deal with it.I would warn anyone about this business practice and be careful if you sign it for a plan.

I am so sad that recently one of the massage therapists I saw consistently has left this location. I wish I knew where she went; she was so good I would follow her. Unfortunately, I have scheduled with a few new therapists, and my appts keep getting canceled. This is a bummer since we have a membership and are paying monthly. I am not sure about this place anymore.

Massages are okay, but don’t EVER buy a gift card from this place. My mom bought two gift cards at this location only for them not to work when I went to redeem them. That was a couple hundred dollars wasted.

Worst first time customer experience!I send a email to them and me and person have been emailing back and forth but in no time has he apologized for nothing instead just asking questions and making me feel like it was my fault!

The front office staff were very friendly and welcoming. The therapist, David, knew what he needed to focus on without having to ask me a ton of questions. He didn’t even bother trying to focus on a full body massage because he listened to my initial concerns and knew I needed help with my shoulders and neck, not my whole body. He was very in-tune with each muscle. The whole facility was clean and relaxing.

The space has a very clean and relaxing atmosphere, the front check in representative was incredibly friendly and helpful, my massage therapist was wonderful too (checking in frequently enough to make sure I was satisfied but not too much as to be distracting). The price was excellent for the services received as well. I would definitely go back for another wonderful massage, thank you Karina!

The whole staff is extremely nice and accommodating. They really make sure you have what you need. They make sure the room is comfortable for you and exactly how you want it. The front desk person was by far the sweetest person. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back.

I was planning on a one-time massage, but was so impressed with the massage quality, friendliness of the staff, and cleanliness and comfort of the environment that I signed up for a membership! I highly recommend this place, Marisa in particular. She was warm, accommodating, and fantastic at relieving my back and neck pain.

Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming and professional. Dana at the front desk was very friendly, informative and answered all my questions. Michelle was very concerned about my needs and what she could do to help me feel better. I explained my problems and the pressure I liked and needed due to my problems. She checked with me to ensure the pressure was okay. I liked that she gave me information about how I could help the healing progress. I loved that they gave me all the information I needed for a wellness plan, but were not pushy! Pushy would have turned me away.

Ronnie was so amazing. He got all the muscles to relax in my back, shoulders and neck. I had not been to a massage therapist for 2 years so I was a rock. When you first go into Elements it is a warm and welcoming place. The staff are very friendly. You feel at home.

I have had a lot of massages and Eric was by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. He was very knowledgeable, gave great recommendations, and has amazing pressure! Schedule with him and you will not be sorry!

This was my first professional massage, and I have a lot of tension in my body. Ajah was great! She rubbed at my muscles in such a way that it wasnt painful and I felt great at the end of my session. I highly recommend this place!

This was my first and last time going to elements. The woman I had has NEVER done cuppling before..painful and she even admitted shes never done it before...if you dont know how say that!!! Then her message consists of rubbing my body with the sheet??? NEVER BEVER will I go to this place again!!

Professional and thorough. Highly recommended. If I was local I would certainly invest in a membership and visit regularly. My most recent visit was with Ajee and she did an excellent job helping recover from a few days of hard skiing.

The “manager” Diane is an absolute rude, inhuman person. I don’t understand why this company would have her as their front line. I was checking in while I seen her being VERY rude to the receptionist. ( wasn’t the first time either.) One receptionist actually saved me and kept me coming back! After the experience I had with Diane I will NEVER be coming back. To the new guy who bought this company I really hope you look into how she treats her employees and the customers.

They listen. They are well educated. They care about their clients. My whole family has been going there for over 5 yrs. Its so important to your health, whether you are fit or not. And if you are working on getting more fit, its even more important that you get a massage at least once a month.

The staff is professional, very friendly and helpful whether it’s for an appointment, gift cards, or any other question/concern. My massage therapist, David, is amazing and has been great assisting me with back and neck pain.

Some smart mouth Thot name Jessica called and left me the most disrespectful message. After calling and no answer (several times) I left a message informing them I have called and no one is answering. She had to call and leave a message with the most disrespectful tone and ridiculous attitude. I’m sorry you can’t handle picking up the phone to say hello. I’m sorry you applied at this job and can’t fulfill your job’s duties. O Elements must pay you to return phone calls and disrespect Clients. First, let me say, my therapist was great. My low rating has to do with the time. I paid for a 90 minute massage. My appointment was at 4, I walked in the door at 4, I understand losing time there, but then my 90 minute massage ended at 5:20 (I looked up at the clock with the therapist walked out). This could be policy, which I guess is what it is, but give people warning or charge less.

This was by far the worst massage I have received. In hindsight I should have known that a discounted massage was probably a sign, but this elements is very highly rated and I was in need of some body work. First off the gentlemans hands were rough. Never has a therapist giving me a massage had rough hands. He was open mouth breathing over me the entire massage which was disgusting. He asked me about pressure to which I told him and then checked with me once during the massage. He proceeded to try and crush me with his elbows. This was not a massage he was trying to crush a 120 pound woman. His basic skills were completely lost as I could get a better shoulder massage from a friend with no massage background. Today Im experiencing a lot of pain, and while a deep tissue massage will cause some discomfort I should be able to turn move my neck and I am not. I am sure this studio has some fantastic therapists. Ronnie is not one of them and I would recommend not scheduling with him.

I called on Friday and scheduled a massage as a gift for my mother, I told them I would pay over the phone and they said no need, call on the day because they are unsure of who would be doing her massage. I call to pay 30 minutes before her scheduled appointment and they told me that they have no info on her or me! Terrible customer service, the lady I spoke to wasn’t even accommodating. I WOULD STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE PLACE. 0 stars if I could.

My first professional massage ever and it was great. The process was explained ahead of time. I felt at ease. Nice atmosphere. Lighting. Sounds. Smells. Clean. Comfy temperature. No complaints.

Those at the front desk are super nice and easy to work with. Courtney, the massage therapist is wonderful! She even took the time after my massage to show me some stretches that might help me with my hip muscles.

Was last here in January for my massage before the pandemic covin-19 stuff. I made appointment last week and it is a little bit different from what Im used to but the professionalism and communication not to mention my massage was outstanding. So needed this for my body and mind. Cant wait for my next adventure 🙂

I really like this place. Ive tried a few places. I have had to different massage therapists here. Both were great, very friendly! Costumer service was great, which is really important to me. Plus, they keep the massage tables heated. So comfortable and pleasant.

Getting massages here is always relaxing. The parking is always available since it is in an outdoor strip mall. The person at the front desk is always warm and welcoming. If you regularly see the same massage therapist (or masseuse), that therapist will develop an understanding of what kind of therapy your body needs. I always walk in feeling stiff, tight and with muscle pains. When they finish with me, I walk out feeling like jelly and thoroughly relaxed, no more pain. At the end of your massage, they always give you a bottle of water and a chocolate mint, which is a nice touch. 😉

This place is very clean and the recepionost is very personable. My massage therapist was Roxanne and she was very knowledgeable and attentive to the places that were bothering me. She also gave me tips afterward of stretches I can do so that my back doesnt get so tight.

Tanya was absolutely wonderful. She did a deep, hot stone massage on me and I highly recommend her and Elements Massage. The whole staff is always so friendly. I will definitely try to make Tanya a monthly visit and recommend her to anyone interested.

I go here regularly. Eric gives a fantastic deal tissue massage that keeps me walking during the week, along with any muscular skeletal issue that this disabled vet I may be dealing with.

Roxanna was awesome! It was my first time there and did not know what to expect, but she made me want to go back again. I felt like new after my massage! I highly recommend this place they know what they are doing.

Love this place! Their loyalty program is one of the better programs and I’ve had nothing but great massages! They pay attention to the pressure you want and really cater your session to what you need instead of a generic massage.

Room was pretty old, tiles were cracked in the bathroom, the hair dryer didnt work either. Front desk was very nice, but other rooms were the same condition.

This organization will set you up on a contract, take your money, and never follow through with an appointment. I have had my last three appointments cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice. When I have tried to reschedule they are ALWAYS at least three weeks out. Very one sided with horrible customer service, they can cancel but not you. I have tried to cancel the membership but the person that does this always out or will call you back. Guess what they never call back.

I am a 10-year client at this Elements. I continue to return each month, if not more frequently, because I know I will always receive the care and the quality massage that addresses my needs. The rockstar team of therapists run the gamut of specialization, and the front office staff acts as skilled matchmakers, ensuring what I need in care is what I get! I’m a big fan!

Will is a talented and hard working therapist. He focuses on where the pain is and goes after it. Thats the kind of massage I look for. Although the problem areas are almost always self induced, he does a great job trying to fix your problem. I havent had a headache in 3 days now. Great job!

This is my massage location. It is smaller, but they are very nice and take care of their clients. Several different massage therapists with different strengths and preferences for massage type are avilavle if you are not quite sure who or what you need. They will even do prenatal massages, but dont have room/space for couples massages.

Not only is this place always super calming clean and relaxing but I have a nasty injury from years ago and my MT always has me leaving feeling brand new! Visiting is my favorite day of the month.

The massage was ok but extremely overpriced. I had a CBD oil massage and didnt even notice anything different from a regular massage but was still charged about $100 and that was considered the first time client rate

The corporate wellness program is a rip off. Be careful to use your sessions asap. If and when a location goes out of business, you will lose your money and the business or corporate office will not refund. It is at your loss. Bad business practices!

Got a great deep tissue massage for my upper back unfortunately there was a time management issue, I also needed my forearms worked on, but the masseuse barely touched them.

This place seriously needs different therapists, I had robin and she did an okay massage but then recommended I go to some one else, every one in there kept passing me to the next person, dont go here

I signed up for a membership it started off well and the last two sessions were awful. The lady’s were rude, in a rush. Won’t be coming back to any elements again.

Went to the Elements on Hampden and Tower and saw Ajee for a 2 hour massage. She is really good with rotator cuff pain.
